Halal Product Processing (P3H) certification mentoring is a community service activity aimed at helping P3H training participants obtain halal certification in halal human resource competencies. The research was conducted by mentoring halal human resource participants around the KM 72A Rest Area. The method of this activity is PAR (Participatory Action Research) to be able to answer partner problems directly through a combination of knowledge transfer, field practice and ongoing coaching. Mentoring is carried out by training P3H participants by providing pre- and post-tests, as well as creating SiHalal accounts and of course uploading documents to the application. Conducting simulations in conducting halal verification and validation for assisted MSMEs. Training is carried out until P3H participants are eligible to receive certificates. The result of this service is the certification of P3H training participants, which is expected to provide added value for participants and the community around the KM 72A Rest Area and of course, public or buyer confidence in the sustainability of the halal zone at the KM 72A Rest Area

This study explores ethical investment practices among Catholic institutions in Indonesia. As a relatively rare area of inquiry, the research investigates the extent to which Catholic institutions have sought to translate the principles of Catholic Social Teaching (CST) into the field of investment. Data were collected through interviews with key participants from three dioceses and six congregations. The findings reveal that these institutions have endeavored to implement ethical principles derived from CST. Due to limitations in their capacity to conduct screening and analysis of various investment options, they have adopted a strategic approach by utilizing the services of an investment consultancy team from the Indonesian Bishops’ Conference (KWI). Drawing on Max Weber’s theoretical framework, this practice is interpreted as a form of social action grounded in “value-rationality.” Thus, investment activities pursued rationally for financial gain are framed within the values of CST. In this way, Catholic institutions have sought to establish faith-based ethical investment practices.

The Indonesian Navy Academy is a military educational institution that produces cadets to become professional and reliable Indonesian Navy officers. Cadets are required to have strong physical and mental strength to achieve responsiveness, resilience, and resilience in undergoing education, training, and upbringing. To support learning and training activities, quality food intake and service are required. Quality meal service is needed in order to increase the satisfaction of AAL cadets during meal activities in the Hadiwinarso Rds Loungeroom. For this reason, qualified Human Resources are needed to man the Hadiwinarso Rds Loungeroom, namely Cooks and Waiters in improving meal services for cadets. The researcher focused on personnel development and made it as input to optimize the cooks and waiters in the Hadwinarso Rds Loungeroom to improve meal services for cadets. In this study, the SWOT method was used to reveal internal and external factors that influence the performance of Waiters and Cooks. This study is expected to find the right optimization strategy by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. After conducting a SWOT analysis, a strategy was obtained to optimize Waiters and Cooks with a combination strategy of Weakness-Opportunity in quadrant III. W-O strategy (supporting the Turn-Around strategy) namely the organization faces enormous opportunities, but on the other hand faces several internal obstacles/weaknesses with the focus of the strategy being to minimize internal weaknesses so that it can seize better opportunities. The results of the study show that the W-O Strategy that the author found is Strategy 1: Given training/courses according to their fields so that they can work optimally and acquire new skills, Strategy 2: Cooks and Waiters have experience in supporting protocol activities at AAL well. Working well and having experience is capital to open up opportunities for PHL to be appointed as PNS or promoted to division head/kitchen head by considering the working time and amount of experience during AAL, Strategy 3: AAL needs to have standardization in recruiting workers so that later workers are ready to be placed to work according to their fields and open up opportunities to continue improving skills/abilities through courses/training provided by AAL. This Community Service Program (PkM) was carried out at PT Golden Visalux with the aim of enhancing the effectiveness of the company’s operational cost budget control. Findings from field observations and interviews revealed that the company did not yet have formal written guidelines such as a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and lacked a well-structured evaluation system for its budgeting process. As a result, discrepancies occurred between planned and actual expenditures, along with delays in monitoring operational costs. Through this internship project, an SOP and budget measurement standards were created and applied as reference tools for all relevant divisions involved in the budgeting cycle. The SOP implementation led to several improvements, including more accurate cost recording, better monitoring of budget variances, and increased efficiency in operational spending. In addition, the company now possesses an official document that can be utilized continuously for evaluating and refining its cost control practices. Overall, this PkM initiative offers meaningful contributions to strengthening budget management effectiveness and supporting improved financial performance at PT Golden Visalux.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is currently a rapidly developing technology in all fields, particularly in finance and the military. This study aims to examine the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to support financial report analysis and internal control within Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) work units. Along with the development of information technology, AI has the potential to provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in state financial management, particularly in a military environment that demands high accountability. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a case study approach in several work units within the Indonesian Navy. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and a review of relevant documents and literature. The results indicate that the use of AI, such as machine learning and data analytics, can identify unusual financial transaction patterns, predict potential irregularities, and improve the effectiveness of internal oversight. However, the implementation of this technology still faces challenges, such as limited digital infrastructure, the need for human resource training, and the need for policies that support sustainable digital transformation. This study recommends the gradual and strategic integration of AI as part of the reform of the Indonesian Navy's financial management system.

Coal quality must be controlled from the pit area to the ROM stockpile to ensure compliance with market specifications. However, hauling and stockpiling processes often lead to changes in coal characteristics. This study aims to analyze variations in proximate parameters between coal from Pit B1 and ROM Stockpile Km4 at PT Trisensa Mineral Utama and to identify factors contributing to these changes. The methodology includes field sampling at both locations, sample preparation based on ASTM standards, and laboratory testing of inherent moisture, residual moisture, ash content, volatile matter, and fixed carbon. The results indicate that coal undergoes quality changes after being stored in the stockpile, marked by a decrease in inherent moisture of 2.54% (from 17.64% to 15.10%), a decrease in residual moisture of 1.42% (from 17.17% to 15.75%), a slight reduction in ash content of 0.16%, a decline in volatile matter of 0.28%, and a reduction in fixed carbon of 0.18%. These changes are influenced by field conditions, material contamination during mining, rainfall, coal porosity, and handling activities at the stockpile. The findings highlight the need for improved sampling management, better surface water control, and stricter material handling procedures to minimize coal quality degradation.

In recent years, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence, many innovative changes have been made in the field of intelligent mobile robot development. In the field of control and navigation of mobile robots, learning-based methods have many advantages over traditional ones. The study of mobile robot control methods using deep reinforcement learning is a remarkable area in the development of mobile robots that must operate in dynamic environments. In the previous studies, the proposed robot control algorithms using deep reinforcement learning are mostly based on the given target point and obstacle information, the robot path planning is performed, and the corresponding control is based on the obtained path. The DDPG-based method is a typical example. However, in dynamic environments, DRL based robot path planning requires a state of target point and obstacles information, which leads to a large amount of computation, resulting in extremely long convergence time and even non-convergent cases. In this paper, we propose a new method for mobile robot control in dynamic environment that solves the dimensional problem by extracting the features of the configuration of obstacles using autoencoder and learning the DDPG algorithm based on the obtained features. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the mobile robot control problem in dynamic environment.

The Taman Candi is included in the category of active green open space (GOS). Based on this, it is necessary to carry out good maintenance aimed at maintaining the quality of facilities, both softscape and hardscape in the park. Maintenance in Taman Candi Ngawi Regency refers to the park maintenance standards by Arifin and Arifin (2005). Data processing was carried out using a quantitative method, namely using a work capacity calculation formula, aimed at measuring the suitability of work and worker effectiveness from the maintenance of the Taman Candi Ngawi Regency. The management of the Taman Candi in Ngawi Regency does not have a written maintenance schedule, so maintenance activities are carried out flexibly or according to the conditions in the field, and there are several activities that have not been carried out, the results show that there is still work that is not ideal from the work capacity and exceeds the ideal value in accordance with the standard of maintenance work capacity of Arifin and Arifin (2005). This is due to the lack of knowledge of workers about good and correct maintenance activities, the absence of a written schedule from the manager, and the lack of availability of tools.

This research aims to analyse the implementation of digital innovation in passport services at the Class I Immigration Office Tanjung Perak as part of bureaucratic reform and Good Governance initiatives. The study employed a qualitative case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, to assess the successes and challenges of digital systems such as SIMKIM and M-Paspor. The findings reveal that digital innovation has successfully improved operational efficiency and generally provided transparency into costs and application status, whilst reducing queuing times and increasing service speed, thereby enhancing public satisfaction and trust in immigration services. However, the innovation has not fully addressed structural and cultural bureaucratic barriers, as field officers tend to become passive when systems experience errors or delays, struggling to provide detailed explanations about issues, which results in information ambiguity and potentially undermines procedural transparency and performance accountability principles. The study concludes that bureaucratic reform in the immigration sector requires internal cultural updates and enhanced human resource competencies to support comprehensive transparency and accountability. Digital infrastructure instability and officers' discretionary authority significantly influence the effectiveness of digital innovation. Whilst digital innovation offers substantial benefits in efficiency and transparency, its success depends heavily on strengthening systems, improving human resource skills, and fostering organisational cultural change, with continuous efforts essential for achieving effective, transparent, and accountable public service.

The limited number of studies examining organizational communication patterns within technical government institutions a research gap, particularly in understanding how communication mechanisms are implemented by public relations units in technical based governmental organizations. This research aims to identify the communication patterns applied by the Public Relations Unit of the Geological Survey Center (PSG) in Bandung, as well as the supporting factors and challenges encountered in its implementations. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach wih data collected through interviews, observations, and literature review. The findings reveal that the organizational communication pattern operates in multiple directions using both formal communication channels, such as official letters and scheduled meetings through the Nadine system, and informal channels, including face-to-face interactions and digital messaging through WhatsApp. Supporting factors in the communication process include leadership support, a well-defined organizational structure, a collaborative work culture, and the availability of adequate communication facilities and media. However, several constraints remain, including technical and non-tehcnical challenges such as varying work priorities, inconsistents responses times, and unstable network connectivity during field activities.

For innovative entrepreneurs in Surabaya, recognized as a hub for the creative economy in the country, this environment provides chances to broaden their market reach but also requires them to adjust to the worldwide digital trading landscape. This research intends to explore how creative entrepreneurs in Surabaya view and approach the use of Amazon for international trading. It will concentrate on identifying shifts in marketing techniques, strategies for market entry, and challenges faced when participating in the global digital trading environment. The findings of this investigation are anticipated to enhance theoretical understanding in the field of digital economies and offer actionable insights to bolster the competitiveness of local creative entrepreneurs in adapting to the evolving global e-commerce market.

This study explores the implementation of sustainable accounting practices in the management of Pasir Panjang coastal tourism by examining how local cultural values and community personality influence sustainability-driven decisions. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, field observations, and documentation analysis involving local community members, tourism actors, and village government representatives. The findings indicate that sustainable accounting is not only understood as an administrative or financial reporting system, but also as a framework shaped by cultural norms, collective identity, and local wisdom. Elements such as communal responsibility, environmental awareness, and traditional stewardship practices significantly contribute to how sustainability initiatives are planned, recorded, and evaluated. Furthermore, the personality traits of the local community—such as openness, cooperation, and strong social cohesion—play an essential role in ensuring inclusive participation and shared accountability. This study concludes that integrating cultural values and community character enhances the effectiveness of sustainable accounting practices in coastal tourism management and encourages long-term environmental and socio-economic resilience.

The primary purpose of this activity is to enhance the capabilities of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in managing wet cake production in a more hygienic and efficient way in order to generate products with higher market value. The skill development emphasizes technical improvements in the production process by prioritizing cleanliness, food safety, and consistent quality, as well as increasing efficiency in the utilization of raw materials and labor. This activity was implemented for UMKM operating under Dynala Food in Gentengan Hamlet, Padang Village, Singojuruh District, Banyuwangi. In addition to production aspects, the program also aims to strengthen marketing strategies at both local and digital levels, enabling tofu and wet cake products to be more easily accessed by consumers. The implementation was conducted through door-to-door visits and direct field observations. The program stages included socialization, hands-on training, technology application, mentoring, evaluation, and achievement of program objectives. Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) were conducted to identify challenges, formulate concrete action plans, and support the adoption of technology and digitalization in business development.

This study explores the Village Cross as a symbol of inculturation, integrating Catholic faith with the Nosu Minu Podi ritual in Dusun Perintis, Balai Sebut Village, Sanggau Regency. Nosu Minu Podi, a post-harvest rice ritual, originally centered on the ancestral statue (Pantak) as the main focus of worship. The introduction of Catholicism led to a symbolic transformation, replacing the Pantak with the Village Cross while maintaining ancestral values and harmonizing them with Catholic practices. This research uses a qualitative approach combining ethnography and contextual theology. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and field documentation. Findings reveal that the Village Cross serves dual functions: as a religious symbol affirming God’s presence and spiritual protection, and as a marker of social and cultural identity. This transformation strengthens community solidarity, preserves traditional practices, and provides a medium for faith formation among youth. The study highlights that inculturation enables the integration of local traditions with religious teachings, creating space for contextual, inclusive, and practical pastoral approaches. It contributes to scholarly understanding of the interplay between religion, culture, and community identity, emphasizing the enduring relevance of local wisdom in contemporary religious practice.

The rapid development of information and technology brings changes in many fields. One of them is in the field of trading which is now carried out online through marketplace. Price discount, E-Trust, and E-Satisfaction are three aspects that play an important role in online business. Therefore, this research was conducted to understand and analyze the impact of Price Discount, E-Trust, and E-Satisfaction on Repurchase Intention in Shopee Marketplace among the students of DIV Marketing Management Study Program class of 2019-2020. This research was a quantitative research. There were three measurements used in this research, namely Price Discount, E-Trust, and E-Satisfaction with Repurchase Intention. The sample obtained by applying nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. In analyzing the data, the researcher used descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The result of data analysis shows that, there is an impact between Price Discount, E-Trust, and E-Satisfaction with Repurchase Intention on the customers of Shopee marketplace partially or simultaneously. In conclusion, to increase Shopee customers’ loyalty, the marketplace must be aware that price discount, trust, and satisfaction of customers become the most important aspects that determine the marketplace's success.

This research was conducted based on the importance of the image of educational institutions in gaining public trust, making the role of Public Relations (PR) as a public communication manager highly essential. MTs Fathur Rahman Sukorambi Jember was chosen as the research site because the institution is currently striving to enhance its positive image through the optimization of media and sustainable publicity strategies. The aim of this study is to describe the role of PR in building the image of the madrasah, as well as to analyze the communication strategies employed, the forms of publicity implemented, and the challenges faced in its execution.This research applies a qualitative approach with a field research design. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, involving parties considered relevant and knowledgeable about public relations activities, such as the head of the madrasah, PR staff, teachers, students, and parents’ representatives. Data were collected through observations of madrasah activities, in-depth interviews, and documentation in the form of archives and published media. The data were analyzed descriptively, emphasizing the researcher’s interpretation of communication patterns, publicity strategies, and their impact on public perception of the madrasah’s image.The findings reveal that PR functions as a communicator, mediator, and builder of a positive madrasah image. The use of conventional media and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Groups has proven effective in reaching a wider community and enhancing public interaction. Documentation of academic and non-academic activities also strengthens the legitimacy of the institution’s achievements. The main obstacles encountered include limited human resources, technological facilities, and consistency in information management. Nevertheless, overall, the role of PR has been proven significant in improving the positive image of MTs Fathur Rahman Sukorambi Jember.

Biodiversity is essentially a reflection of the number of species and individuals inhabiting a community, as seen in the Pteridophyta group. These plants, which have evolved to have differentiated roots, stems, and leaves, play an important role in forest systems, primarily as protectors of the soil surface from the effects of erosion, in addition to contributing to the decomposition of organic matter that produces nutrients, and being a major part of the producer chain in the trophic structure. The Jaboi hot spring area, located in the Sukajaya District of Sabang City, exhibits unique ecological characteristics, influenced by the presence of the Jaboi volcano, which gives rise to geothermal phenomena such as fumarole activity, hot steam emissions, and the emergence of high-temperature water flows. This geothermal dynamic directly causes alterations in the physical and chemical conditions of the local soil, thereby shaping habitat characteristics and influencing the existence of vegetation, including ferns. To date, there is little scientific information available on the diversity of ferns in this area. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine and measure the diversity of ferns in the Jaboi hot spring area. The study was conducted in October 2025 using an exploratory survey approach to determine plots and purposive sampling techniques for field data collection. Diversity analysis was based on the Shannon-Wiener index (Ĥ) formula. Based on the identification results, 15 species of ferns from a total of 6 families and 433 individuals were found. The diversity index obtained (Ĥ=2.490171) indicates a moderate level.

Kolaborasi : Jurnal Hasil Kegiatan Kolaborasi Pengabdian Masyarakat 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Matematika dan Sains Indonesia

This research examines the mentoring of nationalistic activities by students from the Al-Azhar Menganti Gresik Institute and field supervisors at MI Darunnajah Lebani Suko, Wringinanom District, Gresik Regency, in commemoration of Heroes' Day. Thru a descriptive qualitative approach, this program involves four main activities: the red and white parade, patriotic love songs, little warrior strokes (coloring and writing hero stories), and a colossal drama of patriotic fervor. These activities are creatively designed and based on direct experience to instill nationalistic values in elementary school students. The research results show a significant improvement in students in terms of courage, discipline, creativity, cooperation, and respect for national symbols such as the flag and national anthem. Collaboration between students as facilitators, teachers as pedagogical directors, and the school environment creates a conducive learning ecosystem where participatory methods are more effective than conventional approaches. This experiential learning approach not only enhances cognitive understanding of the struggles of national and local heroes but also builds emotional empathy and social skills. Positive impacts include high student enthusiasm, reduced learning boredom, and character strengthening in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile, such as mutual cooperation and integrity. Overall, this mentoring program serves as a relevant model for non-formal character education that can be replicated in other schools to strengthen nationalism from an early age amidst the challenges of post-pandemic globalization and individualism.

Waste has become a serious environmental problem in Indonesia, which continues to increase along with population growth. The issue of waste management poses serious challenges for the environment, especially in the process of separating organic and inorganic waste. In the field of computer vision, recognising the type and shape of waste through camera images remains a challenge due to variations in shape, colour, and complex lighting conditions. Therefore, this problem utilises Deep Learning technology, which is expected to be widely applied in Indonesia, especially in large cities with high waste volumes. This study aims to distinguish between organic and inorganic waste using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method based on digital images. The developed CNN model was trained to recognise the visual patterns of each type of waste and tested to measure its accuracy. The test results show that the CNN-based classification system is capable of achieving an accuracy rate of 95%, thus proving the effectiveness of this method in supporting artificial intelligence-based automatic waste sorting systems.

This internship report examines the issue of attendance non-compliance among sales employees at PT. Majesty Enerbion Nusantara (PT MEN) and the efforts to improve it through the implementation of a reward and punishment–based system. The main issues identified include inconsistent attendance records, inaccurate presence data, weak supervision, and irregular clock-in and clock-out times. Through field observations, interviews, and analysis of attendance documents, a comprehensive understanding of the underlying causes of non-compliance was obtained. Based on these findings, a new attendance Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), workflow flowchart, and field attendance form were designed as supporting solutions. Implementation was carried out through procedure socialization, pilot testing of the reward and punishment system, and evaluation of data before and after implementation. The results show a significant improvement in punctuality, attendance consistency, and data accuracy, with all sales employees achieving 100% compliance during the evaluation period. This program has proven effective in strengthening work discipline, enhancing HR administrative efficiency, and improving the company’s overall industrial relations quality.
