Human resources is one of the determinants of the success of the company because the role of human resources as a valuable asset is to plan, implement and control various operational activities of the company. The problem that arises when one manages human resources is one that can cause a decrease in focus which results in a decrease in employee performance, therefore the company needs to have several strategies to solve the problem. This study aims to find out strategies that can be applied by SMEs in Gunungpati in the face of reduced employee focus. Strategies that can be applied include factors such as job satisfaction, work environment, work compensation and stres. The object of this research is UKM in Gunungpati. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires by SME employee respondents in the Gunungpati region. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Job satisfaction, work environment, compensation, and work stres partially have a positive and significant effect on employee focus. (2) Job satisfaction, work environment, compensation, and work stres simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee focus.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of role conflict and work stress on employee performance, the population in this study were employees of the sewing department of PT Glory Industrial  Semarang II, the study respondents consisted of 96 employees. Research data obtained from the results of questionnaires. The equation model is processed with the SPSS application, the results of the study can be concluded that: a) Role conflict positive and non-significant effect on employee performance, b) Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, c) Simultaneous role and work stress conflict have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aimed to find an alternative solution, to “return to the right path” with the wages of employees of PT Asia Pacific Fibers, Inc. which is outside the structure and pay scales (overpaid and underpaid). For employees whose wages are above the wage structure, certainly can not necessarily reduce the underpaid wages and vice versa can not be added just like that. The argument must be given a reasonable and acceptable to all parties. This argument not only for the 32 people who are outside the wage structure of wages. But it also applies to other employees. For those whose wages are above the wage structure, attempted to hold / pressed  so that the gap is too wide. As for who is under the wage structure should be encouraged to enter the structure and pay scales range.The argument in question is to provide wage adjustment mechanism that is acceptable to all parties. Managing underpaid and overpaid very closely with wage adjustments each year conducted by the company. Population as well as Sample is an employee of PT Asia Pacific Fiber, Inc Kaliwungu some 32 people. The data was collected by interviews, gathering documents and questionnaires to dissect the background of the respondents. With this study, the expected structure and pay scales can be maintained so that the overpaid and underpaid does not existancy more. 

Problems related to illegal downloading are still a problem for songwriters or musicians in Indonesia. In the UUHC and the ITE Law, it has also been regulated regarding the protection of copyright infringement through the internet media. In fact, the enforcement of this law is less firm. Based on the explanation given to the description above, this research is entitled "Legal Protection for Songwriters on Internet Media (Sociology of Law Studies)." The formulation of the problem of this research is how the legal protection for songwriters on the internet media, how is the responsibility of the free Mp3 song download service provider against copyright infringement through the internet media for songwriters, public perception regarding the protection of songs circulated on the internet media. The approach method used in this research is sociological juridical. The research specification was carried out by descriptive analytical. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out by direct interviews with the community or filling out questionnaires on the internet. The analysis used in this paper is qualitative. The results show that the legal protection of songwriters has been automatically protected by UUHC, the government has also made efforts to block illegal song download sites but in reality people still download illegal songs on the internet, the responsibility of free song download service providers, in the development of copyright infringement through Internet media is usually charged to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) if the provider provides facilities that allow copyright infringement to occur. Site providers have actually become an irregularity, these sites have shifted their position from being an illegal site to a legal site by positioning themselves as a song search site, the song provider in this case has violated the law. Public perception about individuals who download songs are wrong because they violate the Copyright Law. The public is aware of copyright infringement, but according to facts on the ground, people still download songs without permission. This behavior is carried out because the protection of songs by the Government is not strong enough. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the internal control system for the management of fixed assets and assess the obstacles faced in managing fixed assets in the Government of Brebes Regency. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Effectiveness is assessed using 5 (five) elements of the Internal Control System by giving weight to each element. Assessment is done by assessing the results of interviews using the Internal Control Questionnaire (ICQ) test list that refers to PP No. 60 of 2008 and equipped with observations and documents. Based on the results of the interview completed with the results of observations and documents, the results obtained were the elements of the control environment were given a weight of 30% so as to obtain a value of 27.27%. Risk assessment is given a weighting of 20% so as to obtain a value of 8.57%. Control activities are given a weighting of 25% so as to obtain a value of 19.70%. Information and communication are given a weight of 10% so that they get a value of 7.88%. Monitoring was given a weighting of 15% so that it obtained a score of 10.18%. The total value of 5 (five) elements of the internal control system in the Government of Brebes Regency is 73.60% which are classified as effective criteria.  Keywords: management of fixed assets, internal control systems (spi).

The purpose of this study is Student accounting after graduation can choose the type of career in accordance with the field of science one of them is as a public accountant. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the interests of accounting students for a career as a public accountant. Samples used in this study are students accounting semester 6 and above University Stikubank (UNISBANK) Semarang with the number of respondents as many as 88 people. The data used in this study is primary data that the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to students majoring in accounting. Based on the results of research and analysis that have been done can be concluded: Variable financial reward, professional recognition, social values, work environment, and personality have a significant positive effect on the interest of accounting students career as a public accountant. While the variables of professional training and job market considerations have a significant negative effect on the interest of accounting career students as public accountants. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence of human resources, regional financial accounting system, government accounting standards, internal control, the quality of local financial statements at the Regional Work Unit Unit in Semarang City. This study uses primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaire in the Regional Work Unit Unit of Semarang City. Respondents in this research are Echelon III and Echelon IV. Sampling method using purposive sampling with the help of software SPSS version 16. Limited capacity in State Universities makes private universities have the same opportunity to be selected for prospective students who are not accommodated in State Universities in continuing their studies. The ability to obtain a large number of students depends on delivery of information from private university (PTS) concerned, through marketing strategy of services implemented by private universities. This also applies to STTKD Yogyakarta. The formulation of the problem in this study is the extent of influence of advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing on student decisions to study at the Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College (STTKD). This study aims to (1) find out the influence of advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing on student decisions chosen by the Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College (STTKD) and (2) to find out which factors are most dominant in student decisions. Theory used is theory of Marketing Management related to Consumer Behavior. Primary data collection techniques with questionnaires, supported by interviews. Sample in this study was 95 respondents. Research method used is quantitative descriptive. Type of research conducted is a case study supported by a survey, nature of this study is descriptive research. Data processing uses SPSS version 15 software with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. Determination coefficient (R2) is 0.64. This shows that independent variables studied were able to explain 64% of the decision students to choose Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College, while remaining 36% was explained by other independent variables that were not examined. Results showed that marketing promotion mix (advertising, promotion sales, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing) had a significant effect on students 'decision to choose Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College, and direct marketing factors had most dominant influence on students' decision to choose education at STTKD Yogyakarta.

Based on observations, the learning method used at SD N JatisariSemarang in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers with the book media. Learning methodswhich so far has not been implemented enough to have an impact on the level of student understanding ofmaterial taught. The method used was less successful so students felt boredand saturated. Efforts to overcome the problems of the learning process need a solutionwith new methods that can be developed. This research uses the concept of mediainteractive Talking Stick method by adding interaction and bringing interesting featuresas well as a system for better and more varied enjoyment through prominent figureshas a good character and at the same time has a history of using puppet media.From the results of the analysis, the concept of the media chosen as interactive media is character recognitionPandawa puppets in the form of a cartoon Manga (Japanese style cartoon) so it becomesmore attractive without reducing the value of local kerifan contained therein. The strength of the mediathis is modifying wayang recognition products through digital services on a system-based basiscomputers that respond to user actions, besides that the product has other advantages, namely the teachercan change or replace evaluation questions. The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.

PT. Nusantara Sakti Salatiga or often referred to as NSS is an automotive company or dealer of two-wheeled motor vehicles with the Honda brand, which is located at JL. Cutting No. 100 Salatiga. This company has a very rapid development, this is evidenced in 2017 the stock inventory increased by 25%. Motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. Nusantara is an accounting information system created to overcome data processing problems which are still in the form of manual bookkeeping so that the data is less valid and less effective time to present reports and even data storage has not been recorded which results in easy data loss. Existing problems can be overcome by creating an accounting information system Monitoring Inventory and making a data storage information system that is valid and effective. Designing a good computerized system that is expected to assist officers in presenting reports quickly and accurately. Data collection methods used are the questionnaire method and Likert scale. The method of designing a motorcycle inventory monitoring information system is made using the methodology of R&D, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. The archipelago can be used to solve inventory processing problems that include data collection of data, supplier data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, and inventory using the average method can make reports that are valid, effective and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and risk error will be minimal.

The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of celebrity endorsers on buying decisions. Using purposive sampling technique with 70 respondents which obtained from distributing questionnaires to buyers at PT. Timbul Jaya Motor Boyolali. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis method, either partially or jointly, it shows that the variables of attractiveness, credibility, and expertise of the celebrity endorser studied have a significant effect on buying decision. The Adjusted R-Square value is 0.670, which means that 67% of the buying decision variables can be explained by the attractiveness, credibility, and expertise of celebrity endorsers, while the remaining 33% is explained by other variables that not examined in this study.

Tax evasion could be seen as an ethical deed or not depends on several factors. They are among others: gender, religiosity and Love of Money (LoM). The goal of the current research is to examine the effect of gender, religiosity, and LoM towards tax evasion ethical perception. The population of the research is undergraduate (S1) accounting students of private universities in Semarang. The sample used in the researchcovers the undergraduate accounting students of Dian Nuswantoro University, Soegijapranata Catholic University, Sultan Agung Islamic University, State University of Semarang, and University of Muhammadiyah Semarang. The sampling technique used in the research is accidental sampling. As much as 100 questionnaires have been delivered to the chosen respondents and all of them are declared properly to use. The analysis results using Smart-Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.0 model show that gender and religiosity have impact on tax evasion ethical perception, however LoM does not. The results of the research show that religiosity and LoM do not mediate the relationship between gender and tax evasion ethical perception.

his paper aims to identify the factorthat influence the perception ofbusiness opportunities, and the latter’s influence onentrepreneurial intention.The research method was sensus with quantitative analysis approach. Themodel is tested on Totalwin College of Business students.Data was collectedwith questionnaires. By applying a structural equationmodel, we observedthat the perception of self abilities (self-efficacy) positively andsignificantlyaffects both the perception of opportunities and entrepreneurial intention,andthat the perception of opportunities affects entrepreneurial intention.

The existence of the phenomenon of teacher performance degradation,can be seen fromteachers who do not do their job properly, the teachers whoteach only highly educated butless attention function. Improved performance canbe achieved by improving teachers' leadership style of principals and schoolwork climate. Therefore, the central issue in thisstudy is how much influence theprincipal's leadership style and school climate work onteacher performance.Thisstudy aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership style on teacherperformance and school climate effects work on teacher performance. Thehypothesis is that there is a positive effect between: the principal's leadershipstyle on teacher performance and the climate of the school work on teacherperformance.This study belongs to the kind of quantitative research using the surveymethod and descriptive analytic approach. The samples used were from allpopulation of 50 teachers SMA/SMKBina Nusantara Semarang. Techniquesof data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is thePearson product moment correlation, determination, and multiple linearregression. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed and theninterpreted, analyzed, and described according to the problem andresearchobjectives.Based on the results of this study concluded that theprincipal's leadership style and school climate is partially working (people) onthe performance of teachers.

This study sought to determine how students perceive entrepreneurshipas a career and whether they would want to pursue a careerinentrepreneurship upon completion of school. The study bore in mind thatfactors have the potential to influence the students’perception ofentrepreneurship and thus contribute in determining theirentrepreneurialintentions. As such learning Business Studies andhaving parentsin selfemployment was viewed as having prior exposure toentrepreneurship. Datafor this study was obtained by use of a questionnaireadministered torandomly selected students from STIE Totalwin Semarang. They were 85respondents whocomprised of both male and female students. The researchrevealed that majority of students had a positiveperception ofentrepreneurship as a career option. It was alsoobserved that students whohad parentsin self employment were highlymotivated to go intoentrepreneurship so as to continue in family business.

The purpose of this study is to describe the level of accounting comprehension and the accountability of educational fee and to describe the relationship between the level of accounting comprehension and the accountability of educational fee. This is a descriptive study by using the primary data which were collected by distributing the questionnaires and doing the interview with the respondents, the students of Economics and Business Faculty of Satya Wacana Christian University who are obtaining the scholarship. The results from 82 respondents showed that their average level of accounting comprehension was on the less comprehend range (64,02) with the accountability of educational fee was on the accountable range (82,40). Based on the correlation test, there was no correlation between the level of accounting comprehension and the accountability of educational fee. The result of this study also confirmed that the accountable behavior of the students of Economics and Business Faculty of Satya Wacana Christian University who are obtaining the scholarship was included in the second intention factor of the planned behavior theory which is called the normative beliefs. The purpose of this study was to analyzetheeffect of the ability of the sales force, sales training and orientationaccuracy ofthe customer to the performance of agents multilevel marketingdistributors of NuSkin in Semarang . The population in this study is the distributor of Nu Skin multilevelmarketing agency in Semarang with a sample of 35 respondents wasobtained by purposive sampling technique, the distributor who has joined for3 months and have a monthly income and the amount of the bonus >Rp.1.000.000. Primary data was collected through questionnaires andanalyzed with multiple linear regression analysis . The results showed that the ability of the sales force and accuracy ofsalestraining has a positive effect on the performance of distributors agents.Whilecustomer orientation negatively affect the performance of distributorsagents.Variable accuracy of sales training (b2 = 0 , 534) became the largestfactoraffecting the performance of distributors agents. While the sales force'sabilityvariables (b3 = 0.419) became the lowest factor affecting theperformance ofdistributors agents .

The purpose of this study is to know the efforts undertaken by theGovernment of Demak Regency to obtain unqualified opinion. These effortsneed to be appreciated by the local Government Apparatus. TheGovernment's aim is to improve the reliability of the quality of the resultingfinancial statements, particularly in terms of asset management.The selected sample is 141 respondents with purposive samplingtechnique in Demak Regency. Data were obtained by distributingquestionnaires. The questionnaire returned as many as 138 questionnaires.Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using ProgarmSPSS.The results showed that the application of local financialaccounting system has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements,while the competence of human resources negatife affect the quality offinancial statements. Similarly, adding organizational commitment as amoderating variable, the application of local financial accounting system hasnegatife influence on the quality of financial statements and human resourcescompetence have a positive effect on the quality of financial statements.

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. From a number of smarphone users in Indonesia, it turns out that most of the people are only intended for telephone, short message service (SMS), playing songs / videos, accessing social networks (facebook, twiter, BBM, Line, WhatsApp) and many playing games including students in high school. Negeri 2 Mranggen. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.
