Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

Remote temperature monitoring is needed in hazardous area conditions or fast data retrieval is needed without being limited by distance. This condition can be overcome by monitoring and measuring the temperature from a remote location using internet technology that is currently developing, namely the Internet of things. There are many implementations of remote temperature monitoring systems, but the measurement results of these sensors sometimes have very significant differences even for measuring the temperature of the same object. This study aims to analyze the implementation of an effective and efficient remote temperature monitoring system. The temperature measurement process uses the LM35 and MLX 90614 sensors based on Internet of things technology using the Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. After obtaining the results of temperature measurements using different sensors, the measurement results are analyzed and compared with standard temperature measuring instruments to obtain an effective and efficient implementation. Based on the analysis, the results of temperature measurements using the MLX 90614 sensor are effective and efficient sensors.

This depreciation calculation can also be used as a reference in the allocation to purchase new assets if the existing fixed assets can no longer be used. Obstacles in preparing depreciation reports if not resolved immediately will have a bad impact on schools, for example being late in submitting annual tax reports due to the long preparation of depreciation reports will result in schools being fined for being late in reporting the annual corporate tax return. With the accounting information system for depreciation of fixed assets, it is expected that it will facilitate officers in managing fixed asset data and depreciation reports. The purpose of this study is to provide information to the public in the form of a reference for selecting rice based on consumer interest, so that it can be used as a decision making in buying rice. The Mamdani method is a method that is able to solve problems in the case of rice selection based on consumer references. The work process of the Sugeno method consists of four parts, namely fuzification, inference engine, implication function amplification and the last one is defuzzification. The final result, the Mamdani method has the characteristics of using the AND operator and using the min-max value. This research is in the form of a decision-making system in rice selection based on references from consumers by looking at four aspects of criteria such as price, quality, taste, and shape variables, these four aspects can be used as a reference in rice selection. Sugeno fuzzy logic to get the final value.The Mamdani method is a very effective method in selecting rice according to the needs and interests of consumers so that potential consumers can easily choose rice according to their interests and desired criteria.

One of the pillars in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is the 16 pillars covering legal development and governance. Governance in government is one part of this goal, because there are still relatively many forms of fraud in government. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation suitability, control system compliance and organizational commitment to fraud. This study took a sample of accounting officers and goods or asset managers throughout the OPD in the City of Salatiga. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study showsthat the suitability of compensation and control system compliance has no effect on fraud, while organizational commitment has an influence on fraud.Keywords: suitability of compensation, control system compliance, organizational commitment and fraud

This study aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems, self esteem, locus of control, budget participation on the budgetary slack at Perusahaan. The population in this study were employees involved in budgeting in each division / department at Perusahaan, amounting to 118 people. This study uses census sampling techniques, namely the use of the entire population without having to draw the research sample as an observation unit. The results of this study show that the accounting information system and locus of control variables have a significant positive effect on the budgetary slack, while the variables of self-esteem and budget participation have no effect on the budgetary slack at Perusahaan.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, personnel capabilities and top management support on the performance of the CV accounting information system. Kurogi Semarang. The population in this study are all employees of CV. Kurogi Semarang, namely as many as 60 employees. The technique of determining the sample is purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 40 employees. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that education has a positive effect on the performance of accounting information systems. This is evidenced by the calculated t value which is greater than t table, namely 2.359 > 1.688, with a significant value of 0.024 <0.05. Personal ability has a negative effect on the performance of accounting information systems. This is evidenced by the t-count value that is greater than t-table, namely -2.421 (signed negative) > 1.688, with a significant value of 0.021 <0.05. Top management support has a positive effect on the accounting information system. This is evidenced by the t-count value that is greater than t-table, namely 4.467> 1.688, with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

 The purpose of this study was to determine the Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts in CV. Merapi Kendal, Central Java. The type of research that will be used is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of CV. Merapi Kendal, Central Java, which found 183 people, while the sample used in this study was 40 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection through the distribution of the analysis questionnaire used in this study was multiple linear regression The results showed that Internal Control, Human Resource Competence and Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant effect on Accounting Information Systems and the adjusted value of R square in the regression model obtained was 0.816, which means that 81.6 percent of Accounting Information System variables can be explained by the variable Internal Control, Human Resource Competence and Organizational Commitment while the remaining 18.4 percent is explained by other variables outside this study.

ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business scale, age of the company, and the complexity of the task of managing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises on the use of accounting information systems. This research was conducted on the manager of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises furniture in Jepara Regency. Samples were obtained as many as 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that (1) Business scale has a positive effect on the use of accounting information systems. (2) Company age has no effect on the use of accounting information systems. (3) The complexity of the tasks of MSME managers has a positive effect on the use of accounting information systems.

Results between independent variables and dependent variables on system users RME information did not have a significant effect, namely 0.813 No according to decision. Simple linear regression test where Ho is greater than 0.05 then the hypothesis beginning rejected that No There is influence between variable free to variable bound in user RME information system.
