This study aims to examine the socio-economic conditions and potential development of Bima Regency, as well as realizing real policies to increase development in the district. A mixed research design was used, which combined qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and secondary sources, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The findings reveal that Bima District has several development potentials, including its strategic location, natural resources, and human capital. However, this district still faces various socio-economic challenges, such as poverty, fatigue, and limited infrastructure. In addition, this research shows that the district's development is influenced by several factors, including political will, institutional capacity, and community participation. The contribution of this research includes providing a thorough understanding of the socio-economic conditions and potential development of Bima Regency, as well as identifying the key factors influencing its development. Policy implications and practices emphasize the need to increase institutional capacity, improve infrastructure, and promote community participation in district development. Limitations of this study include the small sample size and limited data collection period. Future research should address these limitations by using larger sample sizes and longer data collection periods. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the socio-economic conditions and development potential of the Bima district, and the pressures for policy interventions to enhance the district's development.

The ability to read and foster an interest in reading in children is an effort to improve educational standards while at the same time forming a child's personality with character. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant impact of the storybook-assisted KWL (Know Want to Know Learned) strategy in terms of the learning motivation of class XI students of SMAN 2 Merauke. This type of research uses the Non-Equivalent posttest only control group design. A total of 50 students were sampled in this study, 25 students in the experimental class and 25 students in the control class. Research data collection was carried out by non-test method using observation sheets. Manova as a data analysis method used in this study. The results showed that the KWL (Know Want to Know Learned) strategy, with the help of story books, had an impact on reading interest and learning motivation. The results of the study showed a significant difference. The results of the analysis also show that, when compared with reading interest, learning motivation is the variable that is more influenced. Therefore, the KWL (Know Want to Know Learned) strategy with the help of story books can be suggested as an innovative way of learning to increase reading interest and motivation to learn

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi sistem persamaan linier dua variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen semu terhadap siswa SMA Negeri 1 Tondano pada siswa kelas XI semester ganjil tahun ajar 2022-2023. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa karena thitung> ttabel (8.441>1.694) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode latihan terbimbing dalam pembelajaran matematika topik sistem persamaan linear dua variabel lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar siswa yang  diajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional.

Permasalahan pokok penelitian ini adalah bagaimana upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kenakalan peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Siotapina. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1). Mengetahui bagaimana upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kenakalan peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Siotapina, (2). Mengetahui factor-faktor yang mendukung dan penghambat upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kenakalan peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Siotapina. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian berbentuk deskriptif kualitatif yang menganalisa data secara mendalam tidak berdasarkan angka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan Teknik Analisa dapat melalui 3 tahap, yaitu: Data Reduction ( reduksi data), Data Display (penyajian data), dan Conclusion Drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kenakalan peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Siotapina adalah memberikan bimbingan khusus tentang pemaham kehidupan beragama, berkerja sama dengan guru BK untuk mengetahui asal-ususl siswa, memanggil kedua orang tua siswa, serta pemberian sanksi apabila masih melakukan kenakalan tersebut. 2).  Faktor-faktor yang mendukung upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kenakalan peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Siotapina adalah adanya kerjasama dengan wali kelas, lingkungan sekolah yang baik, dan adanya kebijakan sekolah. 3). factor-faktor yang menghambat adalah tindak lanjut yang kurang maksimal, latar belakang keluarga yang berbeda, pengaruh teknologi, dan kurangnya pengawasan orang tua terhadap kehidupan anak di masyarakat.

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi beberapa masalah, yaitu: 1) siswa belum mandiri dalam merencanakan karirnya, 2) siswa masih ragu terhadap karir yang dipilihnya, 3) siswa belum mengetahui syarat masuk ke perguruan tinggi, 4) siswa tidak dapat menentukan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan bakat, minat dan kemampuan, sehingga  masih banyak yang ingin berlatih untuk menyalurkan bakat yang mengarah ke karir yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh layanan bimbingan  kelompok metode biblio-counseling terhadap perencanaan karir siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Weleri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experimental design dengan model nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh kelas XI IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Weleri berjumlah 108 siswa. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1 berjumlah 36 siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode biblio-counseling terhadap perencanaan karir siswa kelas XI IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Weleri dengan pengaruh sebesar 64%. Hasil perencanaan karir siswa kelompok eksperimen, diperoleh nilai rata-rata persentase sebesar 86% dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil perencanaan karir siswa kelompok kontrol, diperoleh nilai rata-rata persentase sebesar 84% dalam kategori sangat baik. Hal ini berarti bahwa siswa memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman diri mengenai program studi dan dunia kerja dengan sangat baik. Siswa memiliki kepribadian dan nilai-nilai yang berkaitan dengan karir dengan sangat baik. Siswa mempunyai motivasi untuk mencari informasi tentang karir dengan sangat baik. Siswa mampu memilih pekerjaan sesuai dengan bakat, minat dan kemampuan dengan sangat baik. Siswa mampu memilih perguruan tinggi setelah sekolah dengan sangat baik. Siswa memiliki penalaran yang realistis akan hubungan pengetahuan dan pemahaman diri sendiri dengan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dunia kerja dengan sangat baik.

Kepuasan kerja mencakup berbagai hal seperti kondisi dan kecenderungan perilaku seseorang. Kepuasan-kepuasan itu tidak tampak serta nyata, tetapi dapat diwujudkan dalam suatu hasil pekerjaan. Salah satu masalah yang sangat penting agar mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja dengan lebih produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai khususnya di lingkungan kantor BPN Kabupaten Klaten. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor BPN yang terdiri dari beberapa tingkat jabatan. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan Software SmartPLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja.

This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data in this research is in the form of the value of love in the novel Moments Deep by Lia Seplia which is arranged in the form of phrases found in the novel. The data collection technique used in this research is literature study. Based on research results, love between men and women is love that is given to each other, the feelings that arise within both of them form a unified whole by, giving sacrifices to the partner by thinking about the interests of the partner, mutual trust between the partners even when they are far apart, and mutual honesty to express feelings. Love for the family occurs between parents and children, children and parents, younger siblings and older siblings and vice versa, or between siblings who have blood ties which includes an attitude of affection, giving attention and care to elderly parents by caring for and loving them, being willing to make sacrifices from parents are to educate and care for a child sincerely until the child grows and develops until now, responsibility in the form of parents can be given in the form of meeting the needs of their children, and others. Love between fellow humans is an effort made by humans by providing assistance or in the form of assistance as social creatures who should work together and lend a hand. Love between humans and God means the form of human faith in God by carrying out His commands and avoiding His prohibitions and surrendering with all sincerity, performing worship, praying for help and convenience for what is done, always being grateful for everything that has been given. His. There are implications for the value of love in the novel Saat- saatjauh by Lia Seplia in learning high school novel texts in the 2013 curriculum.

This research discusses social discrimination among characters in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav. Therefore, the aim of this research is to: (1) describe the representation of dialogue containing social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav, (2) describe the representation of the causes of social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav, (3 ) describes the implications of social discrimination on drama learning in high school. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and data is taken from the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav in the form of screenshots of film footage and dialogue between characters which contain social discrimination. The results of research on social discrimination on the main character in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav show that (1) social discrimination which includes direct discrimination: limiting a certain area, such as housing, type of work, public facilities, and indirect: the act of blocking someone/ certain groups, races/ethnicities relate freely, hinder the rules/procedures followed which contain discriminatory bias and result in harm to the main character, a child living with HIV/AIDS, (2) the cause of social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav is caused by due to the lack of public knowledge about HIV/AIDS, (3) The results of this research have implications for Drama Learning in Class XI SMA, especially in competency identifying characterization, dialogue and setting in drama performances.

Scrapbook adalah kumpulan memorabilia, narasi, puisi, quote, cerita, kliping, catatan, foto, tiket, bon pembayaran dan lain-lain, yang disusun dan dirangkai dalam sebuah album atau hand-made book. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran srapbook yang layak untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir krearif siswa dalam menyusun dan medeskripsikan gambar tokoh pahlawan dalam perang melawan kolonialisme dan imperialisme siswa kelas XI-A SMA Negeri 1 Bolo. Menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model four D (4-D). Teknik pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari angket, wawancara, observasi, tes, serta dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan analisis kevalidan dan kepraktisan media dan analisis keefektifan media. Hasil analisis kevalidan media dengan rata-rata 4,23 dan persentase 84% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Pada analisis kepraktisan media dengan rata-rata skor 4,54 dengan persentase 91% (Sangat Layak), dan hasil analisis keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan pengamatan aktivitas siswa dengan persentase 86 %. Analisis keefektifan media scrapbook (1) tes hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai KKM 80%. Jadi dapat memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan klasikal minimum (KKM) yang sudah ditentukan pihak penyelenggara Pendidikan, yakni 70%. (2) tes mendeskripsikan gambar tokoh pahlawan. Diketahui bahwa  terdapat 3 siswa dengan kriteria penilaian “Tidak Baik” dan 17 orang siswa yang mendapatkan kriteria penilaian “Baik”.

Pertumbuhan teknologi dan digitalisasi telah membawa dampak signifikan pada kegiatan ekonomi, terutama dengan meningkatnya popularitas ononlinm sebagai bentuk jual beli online. E-commerce memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan bagi konsumen, tetapi dapat menyebabkan sifat konsumtif yang berlebihan, khususnya pada siswa. Sifat konsumtif ini dapat memicu gaya hidup hedonisme dan buruknya manajemen keuangan pada siswa. Oleh karena itu, perlu ada upaya untuk mengajarkan siswa tentang pentingnya memprioritaskan kebutuhan dan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami pemahaman siswa tentang e-commerce dan literasi keuangan serta kaitannya dengan sikap konsumtif siswa dan minat wirausaha siswa dalam menggunakan e-commerce. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui Google Form kepada siswa SMA/SMK sederajat. Pertanyaan dalam kuesioner mencakup pengetahuan penggunaan e-commerce, tingkat literasi keuangan siswa, sikap konsumtif dan pengaturan keuangan, serta minat wirausaha dalam menggunakan e-commerce. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce banyak digunakan oleh siswa SMA/SMK sederajat dalam kegiatan konsumsi, terutama melalui platform Shopee. Namun, penggunaan e-commerce tidak berpengaruh pada sikap konsumtif siswa karena mereka lebih membeli barang sesuai kebutuhan. Akan tetapi, penggunaan e-commerce berpengaruh pada minat berwirausaha siswa karena mudah diakses dan efektif. Tingkat literasi keuangan siswa berada pada kategori sedang dan siswa memiliki pemahaman dalam mengelola dan mengatur keuangannya dengan baik, sehingga cenderung tidak bertindak konsumtif dalam aktivitas konsumsinya. Literasi keuangan siswa yang baik juga menumbuhkan minat wirausaha.

Karya sastra dapat kita jadikan wadah untuk menyampaikan nilai-nilai sosial yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan kita sehari-hari. Permasalahan yang dilukiskan dalam sebuah karya sastra meliputi masalah-masalah sosial yang terjadi dalam lingkungan pengarang sebagai masyarakat sosial. Permasalahan- permasalahan tersebut dapat kita temukan di dalam sebuah karya sastra berupa novel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai sosial dalam novel Dear Nathan: Hello Salma karya Erisca Febriani dan implikasinya dalam pembelajaran teks novel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data dari penelitian ini adalah nilai-nilai sosial yang terdapat dalam novel Dear Nathan: Hello Salma Karya Erisca Febriani. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah novel Dear Nathan: Hello Salma karya Erisca Febriani. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah obsevasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan rangkaian peristiwa dalam novel Dear Nathan: Hello Salma karya Erisca Febriani sebanyak 63 peristiwa dan  peristiwa yang dianalisis sesuai dengan penelitian ini adalah 32 nilai-nilai sosial yang ditemukan dari peristiwa yang meliputi, sembilan nilai sosial cinta kasih, sembilan nilai sosial kepedulian, lima nilai sosial tanggung jawab, dan sembilan nilai sosial tolong menolong. Penelitian ini dapat diimplikasikan sebagai bahan ajar untuk materi pembelajaran teks novel di SMA sederajat.

 This study aims to (1) reveal Mathematic learning through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for Mathematic learning through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (3) school solutions and efforts and stakeholders to achieve Mathematic learning goals through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher used descriptive qualitative method. Research data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were theprincipal, the head of the curriculum, Mathematic educators, homeroom teachers, class X students and guardians of students. Researchers used data analysis techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and checking the validity of the data. The results showed that, (1) PAI learning management in the evaluation of psychomotor aspects has not been implemented, (2) learning supporting factors, namely the existence workshops oflearning Google Classroom, strong signals and internet quotas, students having smartphones, and guardians of students being able to monitor and control students. learn while at home. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for learning are bad signals due to natural conditions and the concentration of students is easily disturbed, (3) the application of combined Mathematic learning, namely 50% face-to-face and 100% online requires good synergy between students, educators, families and communities. in order to achieve Mathematic learning objectives in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.   Keywords: , , 

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and marketing mix through the Word of Mouth variable on interest in entering Islamic boarding schools (a case study at the Addainuriyah Dua Islamic Boarding School in Semarang) using the random sampling method on 167 students for the 2023 academic year. PLS-SEM (Partial) data analysis technique Least Square-Structural Equation Model) using the SmartPls 4.0 tool. The results showed that service quality had no effect on word of mouth, marketing mix had a significant positive effect on word of mouth, word of mouth had a significant positive effect on interest in entry, service quality had a significant positive effect on interest in entry, marketing mix had a positive effect Significantly on Intention to Enter, Service Quality mediated by Word Of Mouth has no effect on Intention to Enter, Marketing mix mediated by Word Of Mouth has a significant positive effect on Intention to Enter.  

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether work ethics and work experience simultaneously influence the work performance of employees at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office? The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether there is an effect of work ethics and work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office. The population is 108 people and the sample is 52 people. The results showed that work ethics and work experience simultaneously affect employee performance, where Fcount (86.578) is greater than Ftable (3.18) and Sig.á (0.000b) is smaller than α 5% (0.005). There is an influence of work ethics on employee performance, where the tcount value of 5.511 is greater than the ttable value of 2.008 or a significant (Sig-t) of 0.000 less than α (0.05). There is the influence of work experience on employee performance, where the tcount value of 2.780 is greater than the ttable value of 2.008 or a significant (Sig-t) of 0.008 less than α (0.05). 77.9% work ethics and work experience can affect employee performance. The positive sign in the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 4.825 + 0.552X1 + 0.314X2 indicates that employee performance will increase if work ethics and work experience are good.

For this study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sibolga by withdrawing the hypothesis that there is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sibolga .                The results showed that there was a positive relationship between organizational culture and employee performance of 0.617, so that when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as sufficient correlation, thus the variable organizational commitment to employee performance is 0.684 which is categorized as sufficient correlation at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sibolga . The regression equation obtained is Y = 21.783 - 0.099 X1 + 0.512X2. The t test shows that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, where t count is -0.371 <2.03011, which means that the hypothesis that there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance is rejected, while the hypothesis that there is an effect of organizational commitment on employee performance is proven significant, where t is smaller from t table (3.714 > 2.04841). While the coefficient of determination is known that organizational culture and organizational commitment only play a role of 24.2% on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sibolga and the remaining 75.8% is influenced by other factors not included in the model. Hypothesis Testing There is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously on purchasing decisions that are accepted as true, where Fcount is greater than Ftable, namely 7.015 > 3.35. /Anova (hypothesis test)

This research is motivated by the performance of BUMDES marketing during the 4.0 revolution, entering the era of modern development of digital information and communication technology, especially the internet, which seems to be a primary human need and is almost involved in daily activities. In today's all-digital situation, the right promotion strategy is needed to increase sales. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital entrepreneurship, marketing mix and technology acceptance models on the marketing performance of BUMDES Nerang Jaya. The quantitative method used is a technique of collecting, processing, simplifying, presenting and analyzing data in order to provide an overview of an event through the distribution of questionnaires which are carried out and expressed in the form of numbers, so that they can be measured and calculated. The number of samples used were 95 respondents. This study uses the SmartPLS 3.0 program to process data.

Pendidikan karakter sangat signifikan dan mendapat banyak perhatian oleh kalangan masyarakat. Pendidikan karakter dianggap sangat penting, apalagi mengingat saat ini sering terjadi kejadian-kejadian negatif yang tidak mencerminkan karakter yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pendekatan terbaik yang dapat digunakan guru saat membuat pelajaran pembentukan karakter. Dengan menyelidiki objek penelitian dan melakukan wawancara, penelitian lapangan digunakan sebagai metodologi penelitian. wawancara tatap muka digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan dari pendidik SMAN 1 Kota Tangerang dengan mengajukan serangkaian pertanyaan terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh bahwa pendidik melaksanakan strategi penerapan ruang kelas berkarakter sudah berjalan dengan baik dan semestinya di SMAN 1 Kota Tangerang melalui penerapan dengan adanya program Pelaksanaan tata tertib di SMAN 1 Kota Tangerang cukup baik, karena adanya Penegak Disiplin Sekolah (PDS) terdiri dari Wakasek sebagai ketuanya dan guru-guru yang memiliki kepedulian terhadap disiplin. Untuk memenuhi visi dan tujuan sekolah, aturan tata tertib yang berlaku di sekolah harus ditegakkan dengan baik, serta aturan yang mengatur tingkah laku siswa dalam hal perilaku, penampilan, dan seragam.

Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah kemampuan literasi matematis siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Medan dapat meningkat setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan geogebra. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan jumlah subjek adalah 36 siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Medan. Pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan geogebra merupakan objek penelitian.. Penelitian ini terlaksana dalam dua siklus. Siklus pertama dan siklus kedua teridri dari dua pertemuan. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes awal, observasi, tes kemampuan literasi matematis I dan II dan dokumentasi. Perolehan skor rata-rata siswa pada tes kemampuan awal adalah 51,53 berada pada kriteria rendah dan presentase ketuntasan sebesar 30,56%. Namun meningkat setelah diberikannya tindakan pada siklus I. perolehan nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 69,18 berada pada kriteria baik dan presentase ketuntasan sebesar 61,11%. Telah terjadi peningkatan, tetapi penelitian ini belum memenuhi indikator keberhasilan sehingga dilaksanakan siklus kedua. Perolehan nilai rata-rata siklus I adalah 79,40 berada pada kriteria baik dan presentase ketuntasan 88,89%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan geogebra diterapkan, kemampuan literasi matematis dan presentase ketuntasan mengalami peningkatan.

The idea of developing a banana chip business began in 1993 when Ms. Sipriana Hoar wanted to develop a banana chip business with minimal capital but had the potential to increase business income. This is done by moving from developing chips and other processed food businesses to processing products that have the potential to increase product-added value. This business analysis originates from existing recipes from their parents in micro businesses as snacks or snacks. This opportunity, where the bananas cultivated by farmers sometimes have a low selling value, was utilized by Ms. Sipriana to increase her business in banana chips and other processed foods. The method of carrying out the Professional Work Practice activities of the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, provides solutions to the problems identified in Lakekun Village, especially at the K2 Cake Kiosk. The method of carrying out the intended activity is purposive, namely the intentional determination of the K2 Cake Kiosk as the main indicator that is used as a respondent in carrying out the intended activity. The approach taken in answering problems such as: 1. Location surveys, namely looking at existing potentials and constraints such as Community Problems in the Benpasi Village.2. Identification of each Community that can be used as an example of the intended entrepreneurship training. 3. Training for each farmer group in the Benpasi Village to answer these problems to increase agricultural production in the Benpasi Village. 4. Counseling and training on maintenance and care management for plants so that they can be used for further processing 5. Monitoring and evaluation of the activities in question in an effort to increase the intended community service activities. From the Training Activities for Making Banana Chips at the K2 Cake Kiosk in Lakekun Village,Kobalima District, Malaka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province based on Professional Work Practices in the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, it can be concluded that students can see business potential and are able to analyze the advantages possessed in micro-businesses in Lakekun Village. In addition, they get a lot of benefits from the training by providing recipes that are obtained by business owners so that in the future they can be practiced as business opportunities.

Berdasarkan latar belakang belum diketahuinya motivasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SMA 1 Pagaden. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode survei, populasi enam kelas X dan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Kesimpulan dalam PKM ini dari 210 siswa/I kelas X SMA 1 Pagaden mempunyai rata motivasi sebagai berikut 110 siswa/iI kurang termotivasi, 65 siswa/i sedang motivasi dan 35 siswa/i baik dalam motivasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani
