The Rice Bowl (Nasi Mangkok) culinary business in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth after the COVID-19 pandemic and has become a key part of the modern food industry, meeting consumer demand for convenience and taste. Since 2020, rice bowl sales have continued to rise annually, driven by shifting consumption habits toward food delivery services like GoFood and GrabFood. Despite this trend, academic studies on the rice bowl business remain limited. Classified as convenience food, rice bowl consumption has increased by over 10% from 2019 to the projected figures in 2025. Sales volume has risen from 1.5 billion portions in 2020 to over 3 billion in 2025, with an annual growth rate of 10–15% and estimated revenues between IDR 15–20 trillion per year. With rising demand, many rice bowl brands have entered the market. However, consumers often struggle to decide which brand to choose, as purchasing decisions are influenced by multiple factors. This study analyzes consumer behavior influencing rice bowl purchasing decisions, focusing on cultural, social, psychological, and personal factors, with a case study in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. Using an explanatory research design, the study surveyed 161 consumers across four sales locations. The F-test results show that all four variables simultaneously have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (at the 99% confidence level). However, the t-test results reveal that the cultural factor (X1) negatively influences purchasing decisions, while social, psychological, and personal factors have a positive impact. Among these, the psychological factor (X3) is the most dominant, highlighting the importance of consumer motivation and perception in shaping buying behavior. Enhancing this factor can support the sustainable growth of rice bowl businesses in Sidoarjo.

The rapid technological developments of this decade have had a positive impact on the transparency of information in financial reports. Transparent financial report information demonstrates the quality of the financial reports. Public accountants are tasked with providing an opinion on the fairness of the presented financial reports. The standard used by a public accountant in assessing the fairness of financial reports is the Public Accounting Auditing Standards (SPAP). The SPAP contains guidelines for carrying out the audit cycle systematically and in accordance with procedures, starting from the pre-engagement, planning, and reporting stages. Therefore, it is crucial to conduct audit report preparation training for prospective auditors, conducted by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dian Nuswantoro University through a community service program. Sexual harassment behavior is an act of harassment that can occur directly or indirectly. Where the action involves another person in unwanted sexual activity, either verbally, or actions carried out by someone to control or manipulate another person. In general, the perpetrator of sexual harassment feels that he has power that can dominate the victim, and instills that there is nothing the victim can do, because the perpetrator has certain power. Sexual harassment on campus occurs due to a legal vacuum in preventing, handling and protecting victims of sexual harassment in the tertiary environment. In cases of sexual harassment that occur among students, it can occur due to a lack of education and counseling regarding sexual activity, it can also be caused by environmental factors where the perpetrator of the harassment feels they have the opportunity to carry out acts of harassment in the university environment. This research was conducted using qualitative methods which included observation, in-depth interviews, researchers have explored the nuances and complexities related to these issues, and researchers are ready to understand perceptions and anticipatory strategies regarding whether or not the Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) study program can help in handling sexual harassment by PPKn students at FKIP Mulawarman University.

Contemporary church organizations in Indonesia face a phenomenon of volatility characterized by fluctuations in congregation membership, persistent internal conflicts, external pressures from changing times, and a crisis of trust in its leaders. There is a significant gap between the theological idealism of servant leadership as taught in Mark 10:42-45 and the reality of leadership practices in the field, which often tend to be authoritarian, conflict-driven, and underserved. This study aims to analyze the application of the principle of servant leadership based on Mark 10:42-45 as a solution to face the challenge of the volatility of contemporary church organizations in Indonesia. The goal is to identify volatility challenges, analyze leadership practice gaps, and formulate effective servant leadership implementation models to restore trust and achieve sustainable congregation growth. This study uses a qualitative research method with a library research approach. Data from various literature sources were analyzed in depth to synthesize the theological concept of servant leadership with organizational management theory and the practical context of the church in Indonesia. The results of the study show that servant leadership is an effective solution to the volatility of the church. It was found that the main challenges in its implementation were hierarchical organizational culture and resistance to change. As a solution, this study formulates a model of servant leadership integration built on four pillars: strong spiritual foundations, adaptive leadership, collaborative governance, and continuous learning. This research aimed to examine how financial literacy and the use of digital payment systems impact students' financial behavior in the Tasikmalaya area. Although digital wallets are widely used for transactions, many students do not realize that this ease of access can shape their financial habits. Often, e-wallets are seen purely as convenient tools, without acknowledging their influence on spending patterns and money management. A quantitative method was employed, with data gathered via questionnaires distributed to 140 student respondents. The findings show that financial literacy significantly affects financial behavior on its own, while e-wallet usage does not have a notable individual impact. Nevertheless, when both variables are analyzed simultaneously, they significantly influence financial behavior. These outcomes are consistent with the Theory of Planned Behavior, which explains that personal attitudes, control over behavior, and habits collectively contribute to financial decisions.Based on these results, the study suggests that improving financial literacy is crucial so that students can make more informed decisions and manage their finances wisely when using digital wallets.

Toxic professional relationships—characterized by subtle exclusion, politicized decision-making, and emotional suppression—are a prevalent yet underexamined concern in academic institutions. This research emphasizes the psychological, pedagogical, and emotional repercussions for educators in situations characterized by workplace conflict, in contrast to prior studies that primarily examine structural factors. The study seeks to examine how educators perceive, interpret, and react to toxic dynamics, especially via reflective processes. We gathered data from three years of anonymized reflective journaling employing a qualitative, narrative-reflective methodology and conducted a theme analysis. Research highlights three main themes: the emotional effort needed to maintain professionalism despite feeling excluded, changes in teaching methods as a way to resist and find meaning, and how reflective practice helps teachers stay true to their teaching values. The analysis further demonstrates how gender and early-career status exacerbate susceptibility to toxic dynamics. The study prioritizes ethical contemplation as a transforming practice and a means of action instead of providing prescriptive solutions. Institutions should implement emotional intelligence training, equitable task allocation, and peer support mechanisms to cultivate more equal academic settings. This research advocates for a work culture founded on explicit performance expectations, mutual respect, compassion, and integrity in education, facilitating a deeper comprehension of teachers' authentic experiences in challenging school environments.
