The criminal system in Indonesia is still shackled to the influence of the criminal system inherited by the Dutch, which breathes liberalism. This is reflected in the criminal laws in Indonesia which still refer to the colonial legacy law. The criminal system that exists to this day is not based on the local wisdom of the Indonesian people, so it does not reflect Pancasila which is a value that is firmly held by the Indonesian people and is the source of all sources of law. The purpose of this paper is to examine the concept of punishment which shows the correlation and implementation of the Pancasila philosophy in the criminal system in Indonesia. The method used in this paper is a normative legal research method, with a conceptual approach and legislation. The result of this research is the relationship between the criminal system and the implementation of Pancasila values. Keywords: Criminal System, Pancasila, Philosophy.  

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure and good corporate governance on company value. This research was conducted on all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The method of determining the sample using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and obtained 170 observations. The data collection method uses non-participant observation. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model. The results of the study show that corporate social responsibility disclosure has no significant effect on company value and good corporate governance has a significant positive effect on company value which means that the higher the corporate social responsibility disclosure will not affect the stock value and with the implementation of good corporate governance, the higher of company value is reflected in the stock price as well. The implications of this research show the application of signal theory, stakeholder theory, and agency theory as well as providing benefits to parties who need it, especially companies and stakeholders related to companies in expressing corporate social responsibility disclosure and improving good corporate governance which can increase company value.

This article reviews the Implications of Multicultural Education on the Religious Mindset of the Millennial Generation. This article aims to explain the impact of implementing multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation. The writing of this article uses a type of qualitative research with library research methods. The results of this study are to determine the impact of the implementation of multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation, namely: (1) improving self understanding and self-concept well. (2) increase sensitivity in understanding other people. (3) respecting religious and cultural differences between groups regarding an event, values, and behavior. (4) open our minds in responding to various issues. (5) Stay away from stereotypical views and try to respect others. With multicultural education, a person will become a good human being and more tolerant of diversity, and not passionate about the religion he adheres to. Therefore, a religious mindset based on multicultural education needs to be instilled as early as possible. This includes an appreciation of the existence of cultural plurality, recognition of human dignity and rights, and development of human responsibility towards the inhabited earth.

Back pain during pregnancy peaks at week 24 to week 28, when abdominal enlargement reaches its maximum. Pregnancy and childbirth are natural processes that can cause pain. However, many women feel the pain more severely than they should because they are affected by panic and stress. This is known as the fear-tension-pain concept, where fear triggers tension or panic which causes muscles to stiffen and ultimately increases pain. Overcoming this discomfort requires non-conventional therapy, one of which is pregnant gymnastics. Based on this, the community service team conducted the implementation of pregnant exercises for third-trimester pregnant women with the aim that pregnant women can do pregnant exercises independently at home and reduce complaints of back pain they experience. This training method is carried out using lectures and demonstrations of pregnant exercises. Implementation was carried out 1x / once a week for 1 month at Puskesmas Lembang Lego Village, Lembang Kec. Lembang, Polman Regency in January 2021 which 20 pregnant women attended. The care method used is qualitative with case research (CSR) by collecting pre- test and post-test data with pain scale observation using Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) measurement. Physical training of pregnant women to prepare for their labor through pregnancy exercises is considered effective as a preventive measure for pregnant women in preparing for their labor. It can reduce the intensity of back pain in Trimester III pregnancy.

Implementation of the Cash Budget is a tool that is used as a tool that controls finances by using quantitative research. This study aims to determine the application of the implementation of the cash budget to financial control such as calculating the amount of cash receipts and cash disbursements for five years, namely in the 2017-2021 period, calculating budget differences (Favourable and Unfavourable Variances) and finding causes that can be controlled (Controllable) and uncontrollable or one variance. The main factor that causes the difference or difference (variance) between the budget and the realization of the cash budget is the difference in the realization of last year or the previous year. This research was conducted to find deviations that might occur so that anticipatory and revision actions can be taken immediately by using secondary data and obtained from the financial reports of CV. Garuda Mighty Honda Motor Sibolga 2017-2021. The testing technique used in this study is financial ratio analysis. The results show that jointly calculating the amount of cash receipts and cash disbursements for five years, namely in the 2017-2021 period, calculates budget differences (Favourable and Unfavourable Variances) and finds controllable and uncontrollable causes ( Uncontrollable) or one variant of the calculation, it can be seen that the implementation of the cash budget has been going well which can be seen from efforts to control all activities carried out by the company so that what has been targeted can be achieved.

Mathematics is often seen as a deductive science and is not related to social aspects. Even though mathematics grows and develops from socio-cultural practices that occur in society. This is the basis for the development of ethnomathematics concepts. The ethnomathematics concepts in the Bolaang Mongondow community are very diverse. This study aims to describe the implementation of ethnomathematics in learning mathematics at SMP Negeri 7 Kotamobagu, especially in the use of regional languages ​​and symbols of the Bolaang Mongondow Kabela Box Craft. The data obtained is in the form of qualitative data while the sources are obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation from informants (teachers, students and craftsmen). The main instrument is the researcher, while the supporting instruments used are interview guides and documentation. The results showed that the regional language and the symbols of the Bolaang Mongondow Kabela Box craft really helped teachers and students in the process of learning mathematics at SMP Negeri 7 Kotamobagu.

The purpose of this principal's action research was to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers at SD Inpres XXXVII Uneng City in preparing assessment administration through academic supervision. The type of research used in this research is school action research. The activities in this study consisted of action planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection techniques used class observation techniques. The observation instrument used was the teacher's ability assessment tool (APKG) in the form of a learning administration assessment instrument. The data analysis used is a comparative descriptive analysis technique. Quantitative data obtained is described in the form of words or explanations. Furthermore, data comparisons are carried out to ensure whether there is an increase in the ability of teachers in the assessment of learning administration. The results of the study show that academic supervision can improve the ability of teachers to prepare assessment administration in learning at SD Inpres XXXVII Uneng City 26.2%.

The purpose of this study is to overcome the problem of learning that is not optimal in class XI students of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, and the lack of attractiveness in PAI lessons because the method used is too monotonous so that it makes students feel bored quickly, there are problems in the use of learning media that make student learning outcomes not good. In the case of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, the delivery of material by the teacher in the learning media uses the lecture method, where the teacher is more active in speaking and students tend to be silent to listen, thus making students unable to master the material well. To overcome it all, researchers suggest using new media such as demonstrations, as a way to increase students' interest in learning. The Demonstration Method is a medium that has elements of demonstration. This study is intended to answer the problem "Whether the use of demonstration methods in PAI subjects can improve student learning outcomes at SMA 1 Tambun Utara", these problems are discussed through classroom action research carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research data obtained through classroom observation and documentation of the results of actions carried out data from effective teachers, with this research it will be known that there will be an increase or decrease in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the demonstration method in PAI subjects at SMA 1 Tambun Utara.

This study aims to explain the implementation of the demonstration method in learning Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri North Tambun. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using non-participant observation methods, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal, Islamic education teachers and class XII IPA students. The data validity was done by using data triangulation technique and source triangulation technique. Data analysis includes data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation) and conclusion drawing / verification. The result of this research is that in teaching Islamic Education the teacher uses the demonstration method by applying three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation of learning. Preparation for learning the teacher prepares learning tools, formulates goals to be achieved, prepares the necessary tools or media and estimates the time that will be used in learning. The supporting factors are the presence of professional teachers, media, adequate facilities and infrastructure, making it easier for students to understand what is being learned..

The school principal's performance assessment is a form of evaluating the quality of the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the school principal in carrying out managerial and supervisory functions in the institution he leads. This activity is important to do in order to know the quality of the school principal's performance. The stages passed: forming the Foundation PKKS team, formulating the PKKS format, socializing the PKKS agenda, coaching from supervisors, PKKS visits, and submitting findings. The results showed that the school principal's performance assessment found incomplete documents so that it was recommended that the school make improvements that could help prepare the school for re-accreditation.

This article analyzes the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) in Indonesia during the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) in 2021. PPKM is a government regulation to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. Before the implementation of PPKM, the government had implemented large-scale social restrictions implemented in several regions in Indonesia. The policy implemented by the government is considered to have an impact on the decline in people's purchasing power, which has just shown recovery and has an impact on several sectors of the stock market in Indonesia. It is necessary to analyze to determine the effect of implementing community activities on the joint-stock price index in 2021. This study uses an exploratory descriptive type of research. Observations were made by analyzing the composite stock price index (IHSG). Based on the results of the discussion that has been analyzed, it can be concluded that during the implementation of restrictions on community activities (PPKM) the IHSG value tends to experience a difference every month but shows a positive trend which closed at the level of 6,600.68, which was an increase of 10.4 percent compared to the 2020 closing position. which is at 5,979.07.

The research method is applied to the research phase such as data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The results of the study are cash management applications that help companies record incoming and outgoing cash transactions. This application helps the system running in the company to be more effective and efficient.

Religious education aims to increase religious potential and shape children to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty and have noble character which includes ethics, character and morals. Religious value in children is a child's ability to understand religion that is obtained from parents, society and the surrounding environment. One of the efforts that can be made to achieve children with religious character is to instill religious values ​​themselves in children through religious activities such as the habit of praying dhuha in congregation and tahfiz Al-Qur`an activities both starting from the school environment. This study aims to instill religious values ​​in children which must be instilled since childhood, so that children get used to behaving well towards other people in their surroundings and have a love for the Al-Qur`an which increases their faith and piety to God Almighty. This research was conducted at the Subsidized Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Galagah Hulu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method in which data collection uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the habituation of Duha prayer carried out by children in congregation, they find several religious values, namely the value of worship, the value of spirit of jihad, moral values ​​and exemplary values. Strategies in instilling religious values ​​by motivating and setting an example. One way to instill religious values ​​is to always keep the Duha prayer time. tells the virtues of dhuha prayer, tells the virtues of memorizing the Qur'an in life so as to foster a sense of love in children. Life inside a correctional institution is of course different from life outside a correctional institution. Many things are impossible to do freely in it. Status as inmates will at least affect the quality and quantity of behavior and interactions between fellow inmates, which of course can affect the meaning of their lives. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the inmates of the Makassar Class 1 Penitentiary regarding the steps and efforts that can be taken to increase the meaning of life. The implementation method used is through a psychoeducational approach. Psychoeducation is a form of providing education or training to a person or group of people, which aims to provide treatment and rehabilitation. The participants who were included in this psychoeducation activity were 20 people who were fostered by the correctional institution. The provision of pre-test to the inmates of the correctional institution was carried out to measure the level of knowledge and understanding of participants about the meaning of life, and after the provision of psychoeducational material, it was continued with the provision of a post-test to measure whether there was a difference in scores between the pretest and posttest obtained. The results obtained after the provision of psychoeducational materials showed that there was an increase in knowledge and understanding of the meaning of life in the inmates of the correctional institution, which was indicated by an increase in the posttest score when compared to the pretest score that had been previously measured. It can be concluded that the psychoeducational activities carried out are effective in providing knowledge and understanding of the efforts that can be taken by inmates to increase the meaning of their lives while in the Makassar Class 1 Correctional Institution.

This study aims to describe how the tahfidz program is implemented in early childhood at the Tahfidz Nazra Cendikia Barabai House. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. The results of the research show that the implementation of the tahfidz program at the Nazra Cendikia Hulu Sungai Tengah House consists of three main activities, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. Deviant behavior among adolescents has always been a concern in itself. Therefore parents must rise to carry out their obligations to children, in the form of supervision, attention, and good education, so that later they become generations that can benefit other Muslims. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah banjang uses a contact book as a means to shape the morals of its students. The contact book has programs that must be filled out by the homeroom teacher for activities at school and programs that must be filled out by parents for activities at home. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the contact book program affects student morals at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah, Amuntai Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the contact book is made within a framework of intention to build effective communication between parents and schools to shape student morals, there is an influence from the application of the contact book on student morals, including discipline in worship, social, and self-reliance.

The learning process requires the existence of media to encourage the effectiveness and efficiency of learning activities. This study aims to describe the thematic learning process with a scientific approach assisted by digital media which was carried out in class II Bandar 3 elementary school. And to find out what digital media are used and what obstacles are experienced during the learning process. Specifically, this research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research method. Based on the results of the study, the learning process for class II Bandar 3 elementary school Pacitan was carried out in three stages, namely the planning stage was carried out by the teacher by matching and seeing the lesson plans, the implementation stage in which the teacher carried out explanation activities, asked questions, and gave assignments. While the teacher assessment stage assesses student activities from the aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills.

Memorizing the Koran is one form of our efforts to get closer to Allah SWT through His words. The tilawati method is a book of teaching and learning methods to read the Koran with a balanced classical-read-listen approach. The implementation of the Tilawati Method in learning the tahfidz of the Koran to improve the quality of reading the Koran is a process of reading verses that must be memorized perfectly and becomes a good quality reading. This study aims to find out how the tilawati method becomes a method that focuses on how to read the Koran easily and pleasantly, by using this tilawati method students can find out how to recite the Koran so that reading the Koran becomes quality reading at TPA Hidayatul Science Unit 332 Village Paliat. The methodology used in this study was carried out by field observation which is a descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of this study, the Implementation of the Tilawati Method in Tahfidz Koran at TPA Hidayatul Ilmi Unit 332 in Paliat Village can support learning tahfidz Koran because it makes it easier for teachers and students to teach and learn, and improves the quality of reading and memorizing the Koran, can make it easier for children to read the Koran well and correctly in accordance with applicable rules, making students fluent in reading the Koran and avoiding mistakes in the meaning of the Koran

Al-Quran education must be given to children from an early age. The application of Al-Quran learning to early childhood in As-Salam Kindergarten aims to educate young children who are Qur'anic and become human resources based on the Al-Quran. Children can know short hadiths and short suras and their meanings about everyday life. This study aims to examine how the implementation of Al-Quran learning affects the development of religious and moral values ​​(NAM) in early childhood. This study used a qualitative descriptive research type with data collection carried out directly at the research location. The informants in this study were group A1 (age 4-5 years) totaling 22 people. How to collect data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results of this study show that in the implementation of Al-Quran learning in the development of NAM in early childhood it shows that children can show good morals, behave politely, care, and be able to maintain personal hygiene. Children can also practice short hadiths in daily life following the sunnah of the Prophet, children also understand the meaning or stories of the surahs of the Al-Quran that are read, along with what important days are commemorated and made special days in Islam.

CSR Program of PT. Pertamina RU II Sei Pakning is no longer a charity but is already in the form of a CSR program which is directed to increase people's income through the development ofmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Innovation is not only carried out in the product form of the program, but also innovation in processes, methods, strategies and systems. The goal is that the fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprisesin the future can exist and be independent. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of themicro, small, and medium enterprisescommunity in Sei. Pakning. This type of research uses a mixed method. Methods of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program at PT. Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning has not been able to fully cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of the assistedmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Statistical tests show that there is a significant effect of CSR program innovation consisting of product innovation, process, method, strategy and system on the entrepreneurial spirit of fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprises. For this reason, it is better for Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning made improvements to the innovations from the CSR Program they had carried out.
