This research aims to test how much influence workload and work environment have on employee performance with work stress as an intervening variable at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning, West Sumatra Province. The sample in this study consisted of 53 respondents. The population in this study were employees of the Secretariat of the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning, West Sumatra Province. (1) There is a positive and significant influence between Work Load and Work Stress at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment on Job Stress at the Bina Marga Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Service. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between Workload on Employee Performance at the Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Services. (4) There is no positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Employee Performance at the Bina Marga Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Service. (5) There is a positive and significant influence between Job Stress on Employee Performance at the Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Services. (6) Work Stress is accepted/mediated by Work Load on Employee Performance. (7) Work Stress is accepted/mediated by Work Environment on Employee Performance.

The research aims to determine whether there is an influence of compensation, work environment and work stress on employee performance at PT Mandiri Sumber Kemakmuran Simpang Cilegon Branch. The total population is 40 sales and marketing people at PT Mandiri Sumber Kemakmuran, all of whom were respondents in this research. Data was obtained using a questionnaire distributed to all sales and marketing at PT Mandiri Sumber Kemakmuran Simpang Cilegon Branch. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, which is operated using the SPSS Version 25 program. The result of this research show that there is a significant and positive influence of the compensation variables (X1), work environment  (X2) and work stress (X3) on employee performance (Y).

The Approaches Used Include Quantitative And Qualitative Approaches, With Data Analysis Techniques In The Form Of Multiple Linear Regression. The Results Of The Study Indicate That There Is A Significant Influence Between Work Discipline And Employee Performance At The Faculty Of Animal Husbandry, Hasanuddin University. The Results Show That T Count Is 2.010, T Table Is 2.898, And The Significant Number Is 0.050 ≤ 0.05, Which Indicates That H0 Is Rejected And Ha Is Accepted.

This study aims to examine the relationship between mental health, non-physical work environment, and the performance of generation Z employees in Bekasi City. Generation Z, who were born between 1995 and 2010 or are currently in the age range of 13-28, are known for their characteristics that include high proficiency in using technology, high levels of involvement in social media. However, Generation Z employees have negative characteristics, namely being easily anxious and stressed when things don't go as they wish. Generation Z feels stress at work caused by their perception of a very competitive work environment, long working hours, and tight deadlines in completing their tasks. This study uses a qualitative method through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study were 50 generation Z employees in Bekasi City. This study tested the hypothesis and analyzed the data using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) Computer Software version 3.0. The results of the analysis show that the influence of mental health has a significant influence on employee performance, while the influence of the non-physical work environment has a significant influence on employee performance.

This research aims to determine the influence of job stress, work life balance and role conflict on employee performance at PT. X (Banking Company). The number of research respondents was 110 people, the research population was employees of PT. X (Banking Company), and uses non-probability sampling techniques. Multiple linear regression was used in data analysis. Research findings show the influence of job stress (X1), work life balance (X2), and role conflict (X3) on employees performance at PT. X (Banking Company).  This is indicated by the F-count value of 56.240 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05).

Global Leadership Organizational Research in Management 2024 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at PT Timah Tbk Representative Jakarta. The method used in this study is quantitative. The sampling using saturated samples with a total sample of 75 people. Research Data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The results showed that the value of the coefficient of determination obtained by 0.546 or 54.6% and the rest is influenced by other factors that were not studied. Partial testing (t test) of work discipline on employee performance found the results of t-count > t-Table is equal to 6.051 > 1.993 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. While the work stress on the performance of employees found the results of t-count > t-table is equal to 3.383 > 1.993 with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on these results, both the first hypothesis and the second hypothesis explain partially that each variable is proven to have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Simultaneous hypothesis testing (test F) found the results of F-count > F-table is equal to 43.320 > 3.124 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.  The multiple linear regression analysis found the value of the equation Y = 11.416 + 0.438 X1 + 0.270 X2. Based on these results, it means that work discipline and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Timah Tbk, representative of Jakarta

This study aims to determine whether there is effect from the work environment and work stress partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Cakra Transport Utama. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees. The population used in this study were 60 people. The sample used is Proportionate Random Sampling and obtained 52 people as respondents. This study used statistical tests and used several data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation and determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research test simultaneously the results of the analysis of variables (XI) Work Environment, (X2) Work Stress and (Y) Performance seen from the fcount of 15.069 with a ftable of 3.187 or 15.069 > 3.187 and the resulting significant value is 0.000 <0.05. It can be stated that the variables of Work Environment and Work Stress have an effect on Employee Performance at PT  Cakra Transport Utama. And based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value is 0.381 or 38.1%. So it can be concluded that the work environment and work stress together have an effect of 38.1% on employee performance, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by an individual or a group within an organization, both quantitatively and qualitatively, in accordance with their authority and responsibilities, in an effort to achieve the organization's goals legally, without violating the law, and in accordance with morals and ethics. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work conflict, work quality, and job stress on employee performance at CV. Maha Surya Motor Penarukan. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire with measurement tools tested for validity and reliability, with 42 employees of CV. Maha Surya Motor Penarukan selected as respondents.The data analysis techniques used in this study are Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Tests, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the research results, it is shown that the work conflict variable has a positive but not very significant effect on employee performance, the work quality variable has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and the job stress variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study concludes that to improve employee performance at CV. Maha Surya Motor Penarukan, the company needs to manage work conflict well, enhance work quality through training and development, and reduce job stress by creating a more conducive work environment.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and workload on employee work productivity at PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kutacane Branch. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of all employees of PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kutacane Branch, totaling 42 respondents, therefore the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results showed that all research instruments were valid and reliable. The partial test (t-test) revealed that work stress had a significant effect on employee work productivity. Workload was also found to have a significant effect on work productivity. Furthermore, the simultaneous test (F-test) indicated that work stress and workload simultaneously had a significant influence on employee work productivity at PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kutacane Branch. This study concludes that effective management of work stress and proportional workload distribution are important factors in improving employee productivity in the Islamic banking sector. Therefore, the company is expected to create a conducive work environment and conduct periodic workload evaluations in order to maintain sustainable employee performance quality.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance at CV. Kurnia Laut Biru. This type of research is quantitative. The population studied was all employees of CV. Kurnia Laut Biru, Jombang Regency, totaling 35 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, which means that all members of the population were sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 29 program. The hypothesis testing used was the partial significance test (t-test) and the simultaneous significance test (f-test). The results of the study concluded that: work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance at CV. Kurnia Laut Biru, Jombang Regency, workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance at CV. Kurnia Laut Biru, Jombang Regency, And together, work stress and workload significantly affect employee performance at CV. Kurnia Laut Biru, Jombang Regency.

Human resource management (HR) is a method of managing human resources in an organization so that it is able to achieve the organization's goals optimally through developing human resources themselves. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis, it was found that the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on nurses at RSU Bunda Padang. So, in this study the first hypothesis (H1) was accepted. Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, it was found that the Job Stress variable had a positive and significant effect on nurses at RSU Bunda Padang. So, in this study the second hypothesis (H2) was accepted. Role Conflict partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at RSU Bunda Padang. Thus, it can be concluded that if role conflict among employees increases, nurse performance will decrease. Job Stress partially has a negative but not significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSU Bunda Padang. Thus it can be concluded that if work stress increases it will not affect employee performance. Role Conflict, Multiple role work stress simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance at RSU Bunda Padang. Thus it can be concluded that if Role Conflict, Job Stress and Performance increase together, then the performance of nurses will increase.

This research aims to analyze work stress, job training, and work culture which influence the performance of J&T Express East Java, North Surabaya employees. This type of research is research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of J&T Express East Java, North Surabaya. Determining the sample in the study used probability sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples in this study was 80 employees. The data analysis method in this research uses SPSS analysis tools through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and correlation and determination coefficients. The results of this research are known to be (1) The research results obtained tcount of 2.928 with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted so that work stress (X1) influences employee performance (Y) 2. The research results obtained tcount of 4.676 with a value significance is 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted so that the job training variable (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y). 3. The research results obtained a tcount of 0.533 with a significance value of 0.596 > 0.05, so Ho was accepted and H3 was rejected. So the work culture variable (X3) has no effect on employee performance (Y) 4. From the results of these calculations, Fcount is 29.174, which means Fcount is 29.174 > Ftable 2.730, so Ho is rejected and H4 is accepted. So the independent variables: Job Stress, Job Training and Work Culture simultaneously/together influence employee performance at J&T Express, East Java, North Surabaya Region.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Work-Life Balance and Work Stress on the Performance of Generation Z Employees (Study of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University Class of 2020). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a type of survey method. The number of samples used in this study uses the calculation of the slovin formula as many as 100 respondents. The data processing tool used in this study is using SPSS software version 27. The results in this study show that the work-life balance variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance, the work stress variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The results in this study show that the variables of work life balance and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Employee performance is the quality and quantity of work results achieved by an employee in carrying out it in accordance with the responsibilities given. Efforts to improve employee performance include paying attention to the level of workload experienced by employees. Is there a relationship between the mental workload between age and the length of time working for Daily Check employees and is there a relationship between the level of fatigue between age and the length of time working for Daily Check employees? What management efforts can be made to reduce the mental workload and fatigue levels of DC employees? This research aims to determine the mental workload and fatigue levels of daily inspection employees using the DRAWS Method and SOFI Method. The research also wanted to find out whether there was a relationship between mental workload, age and length of service for daily check employees. The results obtained by the research show that the mental workload of daily check employees is included in the overload category. The level of physical fatigue of employees is at a moderate level. There is a strong negative relationship between work mental load and age and length of service. Recommendations for reducing the mental workload of daily check employees are to provide training, time management, stress management skills, recognition, appreciation and regular evaluation.

This research is motivated by a company engaged in the agency. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of dual roles, work stress and workload on the performance of female employees. This research was conducted at UPTD Puskesmas Ngadiluwih. This research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were all female employees as many as 30 employees of UPTD Puskesmas Ngadiluwih. the technique used to analyze is with the SPSS IMB version 27 program. Data analysis techniques in this study with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and R2 determination coefficient test. The results of this test concluded that the t test showed that the dual role variable partially had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of <0.001 and a tcount value of 3.874. The work stress variable partially has a non-significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.065 and a tcount value of 1.925. The workload variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.932 and a tcount value of -0.086. And the results of the f test show that the dual role variable, work stress and workload have a significant effect on the performance of female employees with a significant value of <0.001 and a Fcount of 18,145 .

His research aims to determine emotional intelligence and work stress on employee performance, as well as to determine the magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress both partially and  simultaneously on the performance of employees in the sock production section of PT Kahatex Cijerah, Cimahi City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive and associative methods. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents who were taken from all employees of the production section, the socks department. To see the relationship between 2 variables, the analysis used is path analysis. This study resulted that the effect of emotional intelligence on performance partially was 35.4%. The effect of work stress on performance partially is 39.4%, so that emotional intelligence and work stress together (simultaneously) are 74.8% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT Lazada Ekpres Warehouse (Hub) Pondok Cabe South Tangerang. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was Non Probability sampling with a sample of 55 respondents. In collecting data using observation techniques and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13.243 + 0.668 X1. The correlation coefficient value for the Leadership variable is 0.711, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 50.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (7.356 > 0.266). Thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between Leadership and Employee Performance. Job Stress has a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 11.873 + 0.614 X2. The Job Stress correlation coefficient value is 0.820, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 59.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (8.816 > 0.266). Thus, H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Job Stress on Employee Performance. Leadership and Job Stress have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y= 6.696 + 0.344 X1 + 0.426 X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.820, meaning that the independent variable and the related variables have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 67.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount > ftable or (53.538 > 3.17). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Leadership and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Lazada Express Warehouse (Hub) Pondok Cabe South Tangerang.

The study aims at studying the significance of motivation, conflict, and work stress influence on the performance of PDAM Tirto Negoro Sragen. The sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sample used in this study consisted of 103 PDAM Tirto Negoro Sragen. Sampling techniques use proportional cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations and library studies. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, double linear regression test, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The results show that motivation, conflict and work stress influence the performance of PDAM Tirto Negoro Sragen.

This study aims to examine the effect of cyberloafing, work stress, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Putra Srikaton Logistics Semarang. Data was collected from respondents in the form of employee data of PT. Putra Srikaton Logistics Semarang. This study used a saturated sample of 110 respondents. The data analysis approach applied is a validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test, and t-test in the SPSS version 23 application. The results showed that cyberloafing and work stress have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. While compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The ups and downs of employee performance are due to the presence of co-workers lack of support, unpleasant bosses and demanding employees against benefits that are not met by the company. Condition This makes it difficult for the company to grow rapidly. This research aims to determine the effect between compensation and work stress on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. This research was conducted at Perum Damri Cabang Lampung Branch This study consists of independent variables, namely compensation and work stress, and the dependent variable is employee performance. Number of samples used in this study amounted to 42 respondents using the method slovine sample. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Multiple method Regression (Multiple Regression) . Data analysis using software SPSS statistics 20.0. The results of this study show in the F test (simultaneous) that compensation and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig F value of 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount of 66.041. The results of the t (partial) test of compensation have a positive effect and significant to employee performance with a sig t value of 0.003 < 0.05 and tcount value is 3.163, while work stress has no significant effect with a sig t value of 0.937 > 0.05 and the tcount value is 0.079. So it can be concluded that only variables compensation that has a significant effect on employee performance while the work stress shows the opposite result.
