Exchange rates are a crucial indicator in an open economy, playing a significant role in influencing international trade, investment flows, and overall macroeconomic stability. This study aims to analyze the impact of rupiah exchange rate fluctuations on Indonesia’s economic growth during the period 2014–2023. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using secondary data obtained from official publications of Statistics Indonesia and Bank Indonesia. The main variables analyzed include the rupiah exchange rate against the United States dollar and Indonesia’s economic growth. The findings indicate that exchange rate movements are closely related to economic growth dynamics, particularly through international trade mechanisms, production costs, and the stability of the real sector. Depreciation of the exchange rate tends to enhance export competitiveness, but it may also trigger inflation due to rising import prices. Conversely, appreciation can help control inflation but may weaken export competitiveness. Therefore, maintaining exchange rate stability is essential to support sustainable economic growth and strengthen national economic resilience.

Gene amplification technology plays a crucial role in medical diagnostics. While Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) is widely regarded as the standard method for amplifying nucleic acids, its reliance on a thermocycler restricts its use in settings with limited resources. As an alternative, Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) has gained attention for its ability to perform specific and fast amplification at a constant temperature, eliminating the need for temperature cycling. The goal of this literature review is to examine the global developments and usage of LAMP technology, comparing it with PCR as a possible alternative. To achieve this, a systematic review of scientific articles from both international and national sources was conducted, focusing on the application, validation, and comparison of LAMP with PCR. The findings show a rising number of publications and patents related to LAMP, especially in areas like diagnosing infectious diseases and conducting point-of-care (POC) testing. This growth is attributed to the benefits of LAMP, such as its high sensitivity, quick results, and ease of detection through visual means without the need for electrophoresis. In summary, LAMP is showing great promise as a transformative diagnostic tool. The rapid growth in its adoption suggests that it is becoming a strong alternative to PCR for real-time and affordable diagnostic applications in various settings.

Adolescents affected by parental divorce face increased risks of mental health challenges, often exacerbated by custody disputes, post-separation abuse, and institutional inadequacies. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of trauma-informed, family-based interventions and custody-related policy reforms that promote adolescent mental health, with a focus on the integration of the Islamic principle of maslahah as an ethical framework. A systematic review was conducted using three databases (ScienceDirect, PubMed, Scopus) covering publications from 2000 to 2024. Inclusion criteria focused on empirical studies addressing interventions, custody policies, and mental health outcomes in adolescents aged 10–21. Findings reveal that Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) reduces behavioral issues and improves emotional regulation; Multisystemic Therapy and Wraparound Services prevent custody relinquishment and support family cohesion. Legislative reforms like the Family First Prevention Services Act have shown promise in redirecting funding toward prevention, yet face significant implementation disparities. Reports of healthcare obstruction and court-induced trauma remain critical threats to adolescent well-being. The review also found that custody loss, particularly among adolescent parents, correlates with increased substance use and long-term psychosocial instability. The integration of maslahah into legal and mental health frameworks provides a culturally grounded approach to trauma-informed reform. These findings emphasize the need for cross-sectoral collaboration, standardized trauma protocols, and culturally responsive service models. This study advances a holistic understanding of adolescent welfare in custody contexts and identifies pathways for ethical and sustainable reform.
