Christian Religious Education (PAK) has an important role in forming students' character and faith by prioritizing the application of Christian teachings in everyday life. PAK teachers not only focus on teaching theological doctrine, but also provide guidance to students in applying the values ​​of faith in every decision and social relationship. By using a creative, relevant and technology-based approach, Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers are able to overcome various challenges faced, such as negative influences from the environment and limited student understanding. In this way, they are able to create a learning process that inspires and strengthens student character. The role of PAK teachers includes implementing learning strategies based on Bible stories, critical discussions, real action projects, and the use of technology. This aims to link the concept of faith with life values. Barriers such as limited resources and minimal student involvement can be overcome by using an inclusive and interactive approach. PAK teachers inspire students to understand and apply Christian values, forming individuals with strong characters who are responsive to social demands.

Learning planning in Christian religious education has a significant role in shaping student character based on Christian values. Christian religious education teachers provide guidance for students in understanding the values ​​of faith such as love, justice, humility, forgiveness, and service to others, apart from just being teachers. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by carrying out a literature review to find the role played by Christian religious education teachers in developing the learning process. From the research results, it was revealed that effective learning planning is able to provide support for students in understanding and applying religious values ​​in their daily activities. However, teachers face several challenges, such as limited resources, lack of adequate training, resistance to change, and difficulties in implementing online learning. Improving teacher skills, utilizing technology, creating relevant modules, and collaboration between schools are key elements in the proposed solution. By applying the latest appropriate strategies, Christian religious education teachers can create effective learning experiences to guide a generation with good morals in accordance with Christian principles and ready to face the dynamics of ever-changing times.

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of PAK teacher guidance on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education and Character Education of class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Sigumpar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. With the hypothesis that there is a positive influence of PAK teacher guidance on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education and Character Education of class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Sigumpar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. Using a descriptive quantitative research method. The population of all students of class X SMK Negeri 1 Sigumpar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year who are Protestant Christians is 50 people. This study is a population study. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The rcount value = 0.871 indicates a positive relationship and a very strong level of relationship in the interval 0.800 - 1.00 between PAK teacher guidance and students' interest in learning Christian Religious Education and Character Education. b) The determination test found that the influence was 75.86%. The study concluded that there was a positive influence of PAK teacher guidance on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education and Character Education of class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Sigumpar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.

The purpose of this study was to determine how to generate PAK teacher attention in increasing self-confidence in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Raya, Simalungun Regency, 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research method used is a qualitative method. The determination technique used to collect informants is using purposive sampling. The data collection technique used in this study used semi-structured interviews. The results of the study showed that the attention of PAK teachers in increasing the self-confidence of class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Raya, namely: (1) PAK teachers have provided optimal attention by providing supervision, guidance, ideas and input. The supervision provided by PAK teachers is classified as very good with a percentage of 75%; (2) providing motivation to students. The motivation given by PAK teachers is classified as very good with a percentage of 85%; (3) some students lack self-confidence which is shown in an optimistic attitude but already have a responsible attitude which is classified as sufficient with a percentage of 43%; and (4) PAK teachers have used good communication with students which aims not to weaken students' self-confidence. PAK teacher communication is classified as good with a percentage of 80%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the suspected positive and significant influence of PAK teacher guidance on the learning discipline of grade V students of SD Negeri No.173525 Balige in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The method used in this study uses a quantitative research method with an inferential statistical descriptive approach. The population is all grade V students of SD Negeri No.173525 Balige in the 2024/2025 Academic Year, totaling 41 people and all of them are used as research respondents. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 45 items. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence of PAK teacher guidance on the learning discipline of grade V students of SD Negeri No. 173525 Balige in the 2024/2025 Academic Year: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.628> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 41) = 0.308 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 5.044> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 39) = 2.021 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="4","03"+1.16X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 39.5%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount> Ftable=(=0.05, dknumerator k=16, dkdenominator=n-2=41-2=39) which is 25.43>1.51. Thus Ha, namely there is a positive and significant influence of PAK teacher guidance on the learning discipline of class V students of SD Negeri No.173525 Balige in the 2024/2025 Academic Year, is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of the professional competence of PAK teachers on the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong 2024/2025. The method used in this study is the quantitative inferential statistical method. The population is all Christian students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong 2024/2025 totaling 254 people and a sample of 48 people is determined, which is 20% of the population using random sampling techniques. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 35 items, namely 15 items for variable X and 20 items for variable Y. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the professional competence of PAK teachers on the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong 2024/2025 as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) a positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0.618> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 48) = 0.284 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) A significant relationship test obtained a value of tcount = 5.330> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 46) = 2.021 thus there is a significant influence between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, the regression equation Y ̂="22.50" + 0.82X was obtained. b) Test of regression determination coefficient (r2) = 38.2%. Thus Ha is accepted and H0

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of teacher creativity on the interest in learning PAK of class X students of SMK Swasta Persiapan Pematang Siantar in the academic year 2024/2025. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with inferential descriptive statistics. The population was 130 class X students of SMK Swasta Persiapan Pematang Siantar and a sample of 40 people was determined using a random sampling technique. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 35 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Creativity of Christian Religious Education teachers on the Learning Interests of class X students of SMK Swasta Persiapan Pematang Siantar Academic Year 2024/2025, as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive influence test obtained rxy value = 0.551> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 40) = 0.312 thus it is known that there is a positive influence between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 4.072> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 38) = 2.021 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="25.127" + 0.912X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 30.4%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 16.581 > 4.08. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence between the Sociodrama Learning Method by PAK Teachers on the Interest in Learning Christian Religious Education and Character Education of Class V Students of SD Negeri 2 Martoba, Simanindo District, Samosir Regency. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence of the sociodrama learning method on the interest in learning Christian religious education and character education of class V students of SD Negeri 2 Martoba, Simanindo District, Samosir Regency, Academic Year 2024/2025. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive inferential approach. The population of all students of Class V of SD Negeri 2 Martoba, Simanindo District who are Protestant Christians totaling 32 people as the research sample. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 30 student respondents outside the research respondents, and its validity and reliability have been tested. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Sociodrama Method on the Interest in Learning PAK and Character Education of Class V Students of SD Negeri 2 Martoba, Simanindo District, Samosir Regency, Academic Year 2024/2025: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.862> rtable (α = 0.05, n = 32) 0.349, thus there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value of 9.311> ttable (α = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 30) 2.04227 thus there is a significant relationship between variable x and variable y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Ŷ = 2.50 + 0.53X. b) Determination coefficient test (r2) = 74.3%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable (α = 0.05, dk numerator k = 2, dk denominator = n-2 = 32-2 = 30 ) namely 84.73 > 1.62, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

This study aims to determine the effect of exemplary Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers on Christian character building and learning interest of grade XI students of HKBP 1 Tarutung Private High School in the 2023/2024 school year. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with inferential statistics. The study population included all grade XI students, totaling 214 people, with a sample of 43 students (20% of the population). Data were obtained through a closed questionnaire totaling 55 items. The results of the analysis show: 1) There is a significant influence of exemplary PAK teachers on the formation of students' Christian character, with the value of F count 10.628> F table 4.08 and an influence of 20.6%; 2) The exemplary of PAK teachers also affects students' interest in learning, with the value of F count 24.274 > F table 4.08 and an influence of 37.2%; 3) The exemplary of PAK teachers has a simultaneous influence on the formation of Christian character and student interest in learning, with the value of F count 14.411 > F table 3.08 and an influence of 41.9%. This result shows that the exemplary role of PAK teachers plays an important role in the formation of Christian character and increasing students' interest in learning. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which confirms that the teacher's example has a significant positive impact on students.

The study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of the pedagogical competence of PAK teachers on the learning motivation of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Doloksanggul in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence of the pedagogical competence of PAK teachers on the learning motivation of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Doloksanggul in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The quantitative research method is descriptive and inferential. The population of all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Doloksanggul in the 2024/2025 Academic Year who are Protestant Christians is 116 people. The sample is random (random sampling), namely 35% from each class of 41 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of the data analysis obtained: a) The value of r count = 0.661> r table = 0.308 and t count = 5.501> t table = 2.02269 indicates a positive and significant relationship between the pedagogical competence of PAK teachers and the learning motivation of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Doloksanggul in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. b) Regression equation. c) Determination test shows that the magnitude of the influence is 43.69%. d) Hypothesis test obtained F count = 30.372> F table = 3.23 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The study concludes that there is a positive and significant influence between the pedagogical competence of PAK teachers on the learning motivation of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Doloksanggul in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of PAK teachers' social competence on the morality of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used in this research uses quantitative, descriptive and inferential research methods. The population, namely all Protestant Christian students in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year, totaled 199 people and a sample of 50 people was determined, namely 25% of the population using a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 40 items. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of the social competence of PAK teachers on the morality of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0,433 > rtabel(=0,05,n=50) = 0,297 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of thitung= 3,333 > ttabel(=0,05,dk=n-2=48)= 2,021 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation =46,75+0,26X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 18,8%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fhitung > Ftabel=(=0,05), dk numerator k=20,dk denominator=n-2=50-2=48) namely 11,08 > 1,51. Thus, Ha, that is, there is an influence of the social competence of PAK teachers on the morality of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence between PAK Teacher Pedagogical Competence on Student Discipline of Class V SD Negeri 1 Pardomuan 1 Pangururan, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used is a quantitative research method, with a population of 45 students, the sample of this study was 45 students so it is called population research. The instrument used in this study used a closed questionnaire of 42 statement items, where 27 questionnaire items were for variable X and 15 items for variable Y which had been tested on 30 students. The results of the study showed a positive and significant influence between PAK Teacher Pedagogical Competence on Student Discipline of Class V SD Negeri 1 Pardomuan 1 Pangururan, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. 1) Test of the relationship rcount> rtable, namely 0.632> 0.294; 2) Significant test tcount>ttable which is 5.348>2.021; 3) Determination test is 39.94%, 4) Regression equation is obtained from Y ̂ = "15.56" + 0.41X; 5) Hypothesis test using F test obtained Fcount>Ftable = (α = 0.05, dk numerator k = 19, dk denominator = n-2 = 45-2 = 43) which is 28.45> 1.51. Thus Ha, namely there is a positive and significant influence between Pedagogical Competence of PAK Teachers on the Discipline of Class V Students of SD Negeri 1 Pardomuan 1 Pangururan, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The purpose of this study is to find out the positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the behavior of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the behavior of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used in this study is an inferential descriptive quantitative method. The population is all Christian students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year totaling 219 people and a sample of 55 people is determined, namely 25% of the population using a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected with a positive closed questionnaire of 76 items, namely 46 items for variable X and 30 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the behavior of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) a positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0,544 > r table (=0,05,n=55) = 0,226 is in the medium category, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) A significant relationship test obtained a thitung= 4,720 > ttabel(=0,05,dk=n-2=52)= 2,000 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. So Ha who said that there is a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the behavior of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti Year The 2024/2025 lessons are accepted.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between Parental Cooperation and Christian Religious Education Teachers in Increasing Interest in Learning PAK of Grade XI Students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant relationship between Parental Cooperation and Christian Religious Education Teachers in Increasing Interest in Learning PAK of Grade XI Students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This study uses a quantitative descriptive inferential approach, with a population of 159 people and a sample of 32 people, which is 20% of the population. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 28 items. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant relationship between Parental Cooperation and Christian Religious Education Teachers in Increasing Interest in Learning PAK of Grade XI Students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This is proven by r count > r table of 0.804 > 0.349 and t count > t table of 7.387 > 2.042, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.    

The purpose of this study was to determine how much the positive and significant effect of the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model by PAK Teachers on the Learning Motivation of Students of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency in the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with inferential statistical approach. The population was all VIII grade students at SMP N 2 Sipoholon, Learning Year 2023/2024 as many as 120 people and a sample of 44 people was determined using probability sampling technique with a random type (simple random sampling). Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 42 items, namely 22 items for variable X and 20 items for variable Y.   The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model by PAK Teachers on the Learning Motivation of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency, Learning Year 2023/2024: 1) Test of analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.488 > rtable (=0.05, n=44) = 0.297. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount = 3.626 > ttable (=0.05, dk=n-2=42)=2.021). 2) Effect test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 23.8%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fhitung> Ftabel = (=0.05, dk numerator k = 20, dk denominator = n-2 = 44-2 = 42) which is 13.18 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that with the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model by the PAK Teacher which can maximally increase student learning motivation at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency, Learning Year 2023/2024. 

The purpose of this study is to determine the positive and significant relationship between the PAK Teacher Personality Competition and Ethics and Student Behavior in grade V of SDN 173551 Laguboti for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population is the entire class V students of SD Negeri 173551 Laguboti which totals 54 people and this study is a population study. Data was collected with a positive closed questionnaire of 39 items, namely 19 items for variable X and 20 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between teacher personality competence and the behavior of grade V students of SD Negeri 173551 Laguboti for the 2023/2024 academic year, as evidenced by the following data analysis:  1) A positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0,559 > rtabel(a=0,05,n=54) = 0,226  thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) A significant relationship test obtained a value of tcal thitung= 4,856 > ttabel(a=0,05,dk=n-2=52)=2,000  thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. Thus Ha is accepted and H0¬ which says there is no relationship is rejected.

The Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) phenomenon that is increasingly prevalent in the digital age has a significant impact on the mental health of adolescents, including among Christian teenagers. FoMO is characterized by feelings of anxiety due to fear of being left behind from other people's activities or achievements, often triggered by social media. This study aims to identify proactive efforts that Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers can make in overcoming the negative influence of FoMO on adolescent mental health. The method used is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, through in-depth interviews and observations of PAK teachers and adolescents in a Christian education environment. This study also used a literature review to strengthen the understanding of the role of PAK teachers in the spiritual and social context. The results show that PAK teachers have a crucial role in guiding adolescents to understand their spiritual identity, teaching the wise use of technology, and creating a learning environment that supports mental health. PAK teachers can also be role models who motivate adolescents to focus on a personal relationship with God and not get caught up in social comparisons. With these efforts, it is hoped that adolescents can overcome FoMO pressure and develop better mental health.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the Influence of the Recitation Method by PAK Teachers on the Learning Activity of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolga in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, with the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence of the recitation method by PAK teachers on the learning activity of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolga in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. With a population of all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolga who are Protestant Christians totaling 121 people with a sample of 37 people, this study uses a descriptive method with a random sampling technique. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 40 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 30 students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolga in the 2023/2024 Academic Year using 46 questionnaire questions and after being tested, the results of the validity of the questionnaire trial were found to be rcount = -0.352 - 0.609 (there were 6 question items that had a validity of less than rtable 0.361 so that invalid questionnaires were discarded. Thus, the valid questionnaires amounted to 40 questions. And the reliability of the questionnaire trial which was at a value of 0.899 had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the Recitation Method by PAK Teachers on the Learning Activity of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolga in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. With the relationship test, it was obtained that rcount> rtable, namely 0.706> 0.325, with a significant relationship test of tcount> ttable, namely 8.319>2.021, with a linear regression test Y ̂ = α+bx = 23.39+0.355X. This equation shows that in a constant state of 26.98, for every addition of variable X (recitation method) by one unit, there will be an increase in variable Y (student learning activity) by 0.355 from (variable X), coefficient of determination 49.84%. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The significant effect test with Fcount>Ftable (34.735>4.08) means that there is a positive and significant effect between the recitation method by PAK teachers on the learning activity of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolga in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This study suggests that teachers always increase the use of the recitation method in the teaching and learning process, so that class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolg are more active in participating in class learning.

Previous research shows that digital learning media can increase student learning motivation, facilitate interaction between teachers and students, and encourage educational innovation. Student participation in the learning process is a key factor in improving the quality of learning. In the context of PAK, student participation can be measured through their level of involvement in discussions, assignments and other activities related to the lesson material. In this paper, the method applied by the author is a qualitative descriptive method with a focus on literature study. where books and other literature are the main focus of his research. Teachers play an important role in integrating digital media in the development of the PAK curriculum. Digital media technology that can be used in developing the Christian Religious Education (PAK) curriculum includes various types of tools and platforms that can improve the quality of learning. The use of digital media in developing the PAK curriculum has shown a significant increase in student participation. Canva is a graphic design tool that allows users to design creative designs online. This is a graphic design platform that can be used to create various types of graphics for social media, presentations, posters, documents and other visual content. Guru also makes it easy to create teaching materials and create Bible text games or create Bible verse quizzes. Even though there are several weaknesses that must be taken into account, this is not a problem that cannot be resolved by presenting material interactively and responsively. Therefore, the use of information technology or digital media is very influential in improving the quality of student learning.

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the pedagogical competence of Christian Religious Education teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence on the pedagogical competence of Christian Religious Education teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year. Quantitative descriptive research method with inferential statistical data analysis. The population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 108 people. The sample was random (random sampling) namely 50% of the total population, namely 54 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value rcount=0.684>rtabel=0.226 and tcount=6.762>ttable=2.00665 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the pedagogical competence of Christian Religious Education teachers and students' interest in learning. b) Regression equation. c) The determination test revealed that the magnitude of the effect was 46.79%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=45.306>Ftable=3.15 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the pedagogical competence of Christian Religious Education teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year.
