This research is motivated by the importance of implementing an effective and fun creative active learning model in class X SMK N 1 Ampek Angkek. Various questions are raised with learning that is still far from the criteria of being active, creative, effective, and fun. This can also be seen from the learning which is still centered on the teacher and students are still busy listening to the lesson. Then the teacher also does not optimize the potential that exists in students. The type of research used is Quasi Experimental Design. The population in this study were class X students of SMK N 1 Ampek Angkek for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Sampling was carried out using the Nonprobability Sampling technique, namely by taking non-random samples. The first sample consisted of 25 students in the experimental class using the PAKEM model and the second sample consisted of 23 students in the control class using the conventional learning model. The research data was obtained by giving student responses as many as 22 items that have been tested. Based on the results obtained from the mean of the experimental class is 71.76 and the control class is 71.52. The results of the hypothesis using the t-test at a significance level of 0.05 obtained a Sig (2-tailed) of 0.041. So that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because 0.041 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant difference between the application of effective and fun creative active learning models in information technology and computer subjects with conventional learning models.

SOPs can be defined as documents that describe operational activities carried out daily, with the aim that the work is carried out correctly, precisely, and consistently, to produce products according to predetermined standards” (Tathagati, 2014). The existence of SOP will help the company to achieve company goals. To achieve company goals, the company provides a design in the form of an SOP that will guide employees in carrying out their duties and minimize errors in carrying out the responsibilities of each employee. This study aims to determine the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the Inventory Department at PT RIMEX International Indonesia Balikpapan. This type of research is qualitative concerning the 7 main points in the SOP which include efficiency, consistency, minimizing errors, problem-solving, and defense boundaries. There are 3 research informants: One supervisor, one Quality Control, and 1 Warehouseman. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the analysis show that Inventory Department employees have implemented the SOP made by the company. In the archive management system in a company, it is necessary to renew the archive management so that the records can be managed properly. The problem in this study is that the archive management system at the PT INSURIN Balikpapan Certification section can still be said to be less than optimal, due to the lack of knowledge about archive management and also a lack of awareness of the importance of archives. This study aims to develop a digital archive management system that can facilitate the search for archival data that is safe, fast, accurate, and more efficient. In this study, the type of research used was descriptive research with a qualitative approach using descriptive data analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, and use of seven other stages in the preparation of the system, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage, the analysis stage, the feedback stage, the repair stage, and the validation stage. The data analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the preparation of the application program that has been compiled can be used in archival management activities at the PT INSURIN Certification section to replace the previous system because it is considered effective but still requires the addition of other menus, especially in terms of archive search. It still needs development with the addition of other menus considering the many tools offered in the Microsoft Access application so that the system becomes more innovative, as well as renewal of archival equipment in the form of a roller-type scanner so that the process of scanning reports can be more practical and effective.

Domestic violence violates women's human rights. The form of violence that occurs in women is physical violence including assault, beating, and actions that physically injure the victim. Meanwhile, non-physical violence is an act that is detrimental to the victim from a psychological perspective, such as threats, insults, neglect and forms of violence that result in psychological disorders of the victim. In disclosing the existence of criminal acts of violence is the most difficult part for the authorities, because there are perspectives and risks that arise as a result of reports of acts of violence experienced by women. Women have the right to complain about illegal acts and receive protection under Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (UU PKDRT), which allows for the settlement of cases of violence against women through the courts.

The process of healing a good cesarean section wound is the return of the former abdominal wall incision and the general recovery of the mother's condition as before. At RSHB in 2022 the number of cesarean section deliveries is 80% per 55 deliveries, a poor healing process will cause infection in the wound area so that mothers will be delayed in caring for their children. This study aims to determine the relationship between early mobilization and wound healing process by cesarean section at RSHB.This study uses analytic observation, data collection techniques using observation sheets. The population in this study were post-cesarean section mothers at RSHB, when the researcher was in April 2022. The sampling technique was accidental sampling which was carried out by meeting or visiting as many as 30 people. Data processing is done through the process of editing, coding, tabulating, scoring and analysis. The results of the study found that there were 5 people (16.65%) who did not mobilize and 20 people (66.7%) did mobilization and 5 (16.65%) people did not experience a good healing process. The result of the chi-square test has a result of 0.00, which means that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, so there is a significant relationship between early mobilization and the wound healing process for cesarean section surgery. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a relationship between early mobilization and the process of wound healing by cesarean section at RSHB. The occurrence of the '19 covid pandemic requires people to reduce activities, and even stop outdoor activities as an effort from policies carried out by the government to stop the spread of '19 covid. But of course, this policy makes people confused, especially people who have jobs that require them to leave the house and do outdoor activities. Not only that, the country's unstable economic condition also makes many companies in Indonesia decide to terminate their cooperation with employees unilaterally to maintain the financial stability of their companies. Therefore, during the pandemic, so much new unemployment was caused by layoffs. But because of this, many people have lost their jobs and those who lack the ability and skills in a field of work are forced to enter a job, or maybe it cannot also be called a job, namely begging, and one form of beggar today is street clowns. This research will focus on the figure of street clowns at the Mastrip Roundabout Red Light, as well as the background that makes them eventually become street clowns. This research is a research that uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, and the theoretical basis used is the theory of Social Action proposed by Max Weber. Data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation.
