A level road intersection is a meeting place for vehicle flows from various directions both towards the intersection and leaving the intersection, so that at the intersection there is the potential for vehicle conflicts to occur which are at the same time at the same point. This causes the vehicle to reduce speed. Reducing vehicle speed at intersections results in the potential for queues and delays. Evaluation of the performance of the intersection needs to be done to find out the current performance of the intersection, so that anticipatory steps can be taken so that the performance of the intersection can be maintained and maintained in good condition. In this study, an analysis of intersection performance will be carried out using the Vissim software. In this study, an assessment of the unsignalized intersection of Pasar Butun, Balikpapan City was carried out. The data needed for input into the model include traffic flow data at rush hour or peak density hours, intersection geometry data. The output or results generated by the model are intersection performance information in the form of queue length and delay time parameters  Degree of Saturation (DS) for the existing condition is 1.70 and for the next 5 years it is 2.20. Parameters of queue length and time delay in existing conditions are 33.0 m and 3.65 sec/pcu and for the next 5 years projection are 87 m and delay time is 187.s/pcu

Businesses in various fields face increasingly fierce competition. In the face of competition, only using advanced technology in the company's production and operations is not enough. The company's use of advanced technology must be supported by reliable personnel, because no matter how sophisticated the technology used, if it is not supported by reliable personnel, it may not necessarily contribute to the smooth operation of the company. The purpose of this research is to find out and test whether compensation has an effect on employee performance, whether compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, and whether job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. This research is included in the quantitative research using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The population in this study were employees of the plastic romen sport factory. The sample in this study used slovin using 55 people. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study show that compensation affects employee performance, does compensation affect job satisfaction, and does job satisfaction affect employee performance?

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leverage, environmental performance, company size, profit margin, environmental disclosure on economic performance at consumer goods industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research time period is 4 years, namely the 2016-2019 period. The population of this study includes all consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2016 2019. The total population of 56 companies using purposive sampling method obtained 14 samples of companies that meet the criteria, with a total of 56 observational data. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that leverage and environmental performance had no effect on economic performance, while company size and profit margin had a positive effect on economic performance.

Technology developments in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 provide many opportunities to improve supply chain performance and performance. The existence of the waste processing industry as a business has prospects for development, given the large amount of waste generated by the community and the need for several processed products. PT A reduced the amount of garbage that accumulates in the final disposal site (TPA) by reprocessing the waste produced by the community. The existence of waste banks, government agencies, hotels, zoos, and Islamic boarding schools is one of the sources of waste that is processed for waste products. This paper seeks to develop the concept of a digital supply chain by adopting the supply chain model run by PT A. The initial identification presented in this paper can result in several technology identifications that need to be prioritized in implementing relevant technologies in the industry.  Financial performance is a description of the temptation or success of the company's program implementation in realizing the company's vision and mission. This study aims to examine the effect of performance on the company's financial value at PT. Andhika's lamp. This study used three stages of data analysis, namely descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study prove that the variables of liquidity and profitability have a significant effect on firm value. While the solvency variable has no significant effect on firm value.

This study aims to determine how the influence of Good Corporate Governance with indicators of institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees on the financial performance of LQ45 companies for the 2017-2021 period. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data sources. Statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on financial performance (ROA), while the independent board of commissioners and audit committees have a significant negative effect on financial performance (ROA). Companies must balance share ownership between management and institutions so that there is no majority or minority party, all are responsible for making policies so that both can increase the value of the company.

Drug abuse has become a complex problem faced by Indonesia and of course requires a special strategy and the active role of all parties in its prevention and handling. This is evidenced by the rampant cases of drug trafficking and abuse that occur in villages in Kuantan Singingi, one of which is Seberang Taluk Village, Central Kuantan District. This study aims to see the performance of the Village Government in the Clean Drugs (Bersinar) Village program in Seberang Taluk Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. In this study, the authors used descriptive qualitative research methods. The researcher uses Dwiyanto's theory where the indicators used in measuring organizational performance use 4 (four) indicators, namely, productivity, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The results of this study indicate that the distribution and abuse of drugs in Seberang Taluk Village has decreased during the program of the Clean Drugs Village (Bersinar) with a percentage of approximately 80%. However, the implementation of the Shining Village Program still faces several obstacles. Researchers found factors that influence the implementation of this program, which include the problem of limited budget, incompetent human resources, and lack of public self-awareness. Overall, the Seberang Taluk Village Government, Central Kuantan District can be said to have been quite good at implementing the Shining Village program in preventing drug trafficking.

Observation results, Partners have a good opportunity as evidenced by an increase in sales turnover every month. Partners have taken advantage of marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, OLX. Partner's understanding of banking digitalization is important to have, the problem is that Partners have not used internet banking. Community Service Activities carried out on Saturday 23 July 2022 in the form of a Workshop aimed at introducing internet banking as a strategy to improve sales performance. In practice, all partners are very enthusiastic about participating in the Workshop. By looking at the performance of Partners participating in simulations and doing exercises, it shows an increase in understanding where student partners have gained a good understanding of the use of internet banking to improve sales performance.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a vital contribution to Indonesian economy. It is characterized by a large number which can accommodate a large number of workers. However, many MSMEs face many internal and external challenges in improvising their business. The purpose of this study is identifying challenges faced by MSMEs in terms of external aspects which include technological turbulence and market turbulence as well as internal aspects which include fear of failure, anxiety, disappointment, distress, and tension; and Qualitative methods with interview techniques are used to explore information from the experience of SMEs as resource persons who have been selected with certain criteria. The research’s findings show that the external barriers arise from limited knowledge and resources while the internal barriers of entrepreneurs arise from the personal lives and demands of business consumers. The research’s contribution is to provide facts for MSMEs to be used as a basis for evaluating business performance so that they can prepare corrective steps in improvising. In addition, the measuring instrument used as an interview protocol can be used as a reference for further study in similar topics.

This study aims to develop a leadership theory that builds innovative capabillity for organizations in the modern era. Innovative Capabillity is the mechanism that underlies the effect of transformational leadership on creativity. Innovative Capabillity aims to improve the performance of lecturer human resources who work in the education industry such as lecturers. This study involved 100 lecturer human resources. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS analysis. The results showed that there is a significant positive influence between Transformaional leadership on lecturer human resource performance and individual performance. In addition, Innovative Capabillity is also proven to moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and lecturer human resource performance. The implication is that transformational leadership will be proven to increase the performance of lecturers' human resources, if organizational leaders are able to build lecturers' innovation capabilities.

The purpose of this study was to determine leadership style and work stress on employee performance in the Sangsit Village Perbekel office. As for this type of research, it is causal quantitative research. The analytical techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and t-tests using as many as 32 samples,namely the apparatus who works in the Sangsit Village Perbekel office Office As for the results obtained, it shows that: 1. Leadership style affects the performance of employees in the Sangsit Village Perbekel Office 2. Work stress affects the performance of employees at the Sangsit Village Perbekel Office.

Assessment of individual performance in an organization is needed to improve organizational performance, not least in the basketball team. Satya Wacana Saints Salatiga is a basketball team in Indonesia that competes in the Indonesian Basketball League (IBL). All players have statistical values in a basketball game, including points, assists, blocks, rebounds, and steals. These five features can be used as a reference for coaches in determining the performance of players consisting of players with good, moderate, and poor performance. Feature selection determines the feature(s) that most affects a player's performance. In this study, a feature selection of the statistical value of players was carried out to assess the performance of basketball players. The data was obtained from IBL statistical data for the Satya Wacana Saints Salatiga team for the 2021 season. The method used was k-means and fuzzy c-means with feature selection. The experiment results showed that the point value was the main factor influencing players' performance. The comparison between the k-means and fuzzy c-means with the actual performance of the coaches' assessment shows that the fuzzy c-means algorithm has an accuracy rate of 1.0000, while the k-means algorithm is 0.8000. It means that the evaluation of the player's performance can be determined from the point value using the fuzzy c-means algorithm.

Performance management in question is with the aim of increasing the strategic focus and effectiveness of the company in ensuring continuous improvement of individual and team performance. The most popular approach is to use the BSC (Balanced Scorecard). Cafe Red&Blue wants to grow and maintain its business. Therefore, in this study we want to design an instrument for measuring performance at Red&Blue cafes using the BSC. The initial stage in designing the instrument is to conduct internal and external analysis to determine the position of the business in the industry and the strategy that must be used. The SWOT approach is used in the analysis of the internal and external environment. From the SWOT analysis, it can be seen that the Red&Blue cafe is in quadrant I position. The strategy that must be applied is an offensive and defensive strategy as a complement. This strategy requires Red&Blue to improve its marketing strategy in order to bring even greater opportunities to the business. The next stage is through the formulation of strategic objectives, the objectives of which are designed; increase profits, increase customer loyalty, improve relationships with new customers, develop quality products with innovation, develop good and quality services, improve employee job satisfaction, increase employee skills, and knowledge employee knowledge. The eight strategic objectives are translated into 2 key financial performance indicator (KPI) perspectives, 3 internal business process KPIs, 4 customer KPI perspectives, and 5 KPI growth and learning perspectives, with targets for each KPI set based on discussions with Red&Blue cafe owners.

This study aims to analyze how much the influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Financial Compensation and Organizational Climate on OCB and its impact on employee performance at PT. Central Mega Kencana. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees at PT. Central Mega Kencana as the respondent. Quantitative research methods with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)analysis techniques with the application of AMOS version 22. The samples in this study were 145 respondents. The results showed that Intrinsic Motivation, Financial Compensation and Organizational Climate directly had a positive effect on employee performance. and OCB has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Central Mega Kencana.

Banking is a service industry that is very important in advancing the economy of a country. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of variable customer value, satisfaction and relational marketing on customer loyalty Priority Bank XYZ Main Branch Office Surabaya Cendana. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. There is an influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, as evidenced by a significant value of 6,328.10-26 <0.05. Partially, the customer value variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the customer satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the relationship marketing variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The most dominant variable is the relational marketing variable (X3) because the partial correlation value in the coefficients table is 62.29% greater than the partial correlation value of the other independent variables. customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing simultaneously have a significant effect on verified customer loyalty, customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing partially have a significant effect on proven customer loyalty and relationship marketing variables have a dominant influence on proven customer loyalty the truth. This research is a quantitative research type. Aims to determine the effect of employee discipline and supervision on employee performance at the Maluku Province Community and Village Empowerment Office against the background of problems regarding employee performance that have not been maximized. The sample in this study amounted to 41 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis models, and classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicated that the effect of employee discipline on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.3%. The effect of supervision on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.5%. Simultaneously, employee discipline and supervision made an effective contribution of 71% to employee performance, and 29% was influenced by other variables not examined by researchers. This is seen based on the value obtained from data processing using the SPSS version 26 application, which showed that the significance value (sig) of the T test and F test is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. In improving employee performance, of course, other variables are needed to encourage better employe performance.

Competence is an essential thing in the development and growth of an organization. The church is an organizational unit that requires pastoral competence. Pastoral competence needs to be developed in improving church performance. A pastor must be able to have the social capital to improve church performance. The population of this study was pastors throughout Indonesia. The sample in this study were pastors of the Pentecostal Church in Indonesia (GPdI) spread across several regions in Indonesia as many as 42 pastors. The method in this study uses quantitative methods with SEM-PLS. The results showed that the competence of the pastor affects social capital. It can be seen from the analysis test showing that the variable considered to be significant if the P-value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.000 < 0.05), thus hypothesis H1 is accepted. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between social capital and church performance. It can be shown by the results of the SEM-PLS analysis showing that the P-value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.000 < 0.05); thus, hypothesis H2 is accepted. The results showed that there was a relationship between social capital and church performance. The results showed that there was a relationship between social capital and performance. It shows that the P-value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.000 < 0.05). Thus the hypothesis H3 is accepted. The originality of this study is that the competence of a pastor affects social capital, using several new dimensions that previous researchers have not studied

This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Leadership Style, Workload, and Incentives on Employee Performance at CV Gemilang Abadi Semarang." Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 82 respondents were employees at CV Gemilang Abadi Semarang. Based on the results of the study, leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.632 > 1.664, with a sig value. of 0.001 <0.05. Leadership style (β1) has a positive sign of 0.266 which means that the better the leadership style, the higher the employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Workload has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the t-value that is greater than the t-table, namely 3.941 > 1.664, with a sig. By 0.000 > 0.05. Workload (β2) has a positive sign of 0.295 which means that the more appropriate the workload is, the better the employee's performance. Thus it can be concluded that H2 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that workload has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Incentives have a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the greater t-count value of t-table, namely 8.699 > 1.664, with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Incentives (β3) have a positive sign of 0.590 which means that the higher the incentives given, the higher the employee's performance. Thus it can be concluded that H3 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that incentives have a positive effect on employee performance is proven.

This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Competence, Work Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Kayamas Intitama Semarang". Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 60 respondents is an employee at PT Kayamas Intitama Semarang. Based on the results of the study, the competence variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value that is greater than the t table, namely 5.608 > 1.672, with a sig value. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β1 0.402 (positive sign) means that the higher the competence, the higher the employee's performance. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. This is with the calculated t value of 6.400 > t table, namely 1.672 with a sig. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β2 is 0.467 (positive sign), meaning that the better the work motivation, the higher the employee performance. Career development has a positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value which is equal to 5.042 > t table which is 1.672 with a sig value. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β3 is 0.345 (positive sign), meaning that the higher the employee's career development, the higher the employee's performance.
