The ability of children to recognize the letters of the Qur'an in Taam Darul Huda is still low. Almost all students know hijaiyyah letters, but have not been able to pronounce and write letters without seeing examples. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of introducing the letters of the Qur'an with the media playing flashcards in Ta'am Nurul Huda. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of introducing the letters of the Qur'an with the media playing flashcards carried out by teachers at Taam Nurul Huda can actually help students memorize hijaiyah letters. The learning approach designed by the teachers is carried out through four stages, namely the preparation, implementation, self-learning, and evaluation stages.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the principal's leadership in improving the quality of schools UPT SPF SD Negeri 101776 Sampali. The method used in this research is qualitative research, and is analyzed using a descriptive analysis approach that describes the implementation of the transformational leadership of school principals at UPT SPF SD Negeri 101776 Sampali. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and document studies. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of the principal's transformational leadership has been going well but is still not optimal. This can be seen from the school principal's ability to build a spirit of togetherness and discipline and motivate teachers and employees to work optimally. Principals dare to make changes through creative and innovative actions and are able to build organizational awareness among teachers and employees by developing an attitude of belonging and a sense of responsibility.

The lack of habituation of Pancasila values ​​in implementing citizenship education will cause the morals or morals and character of elementary school children not to be in accordance with Pancasila values ​​that have been taught in citizenship education subjects as a form of implementation. This research is based on literature study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative critical, namely with more emphasis on the ability to analyze and study the selected literary sources. The results showed that the implementation of citizenship education based on Pancasila values ​​through habituation to cultivate character in elementary schools was carried out by getting students to pray before and at the end of learning, mutual respect for teachers, tolerance, not discriminating between friends based on their religion, not bullying friends, loving each other. and respect fellow human beings, accustomed to making decisions by deliberation, making friends with anyone.

The purpose of this study is to find out the application of administrative technology in teacher knowledge transfer which will be used as a follow-up to implementing administrative technology and also to find out the development of teachers in completing administration using technology. The method used in an effort to achieve this goal is observation by conducting direct observations in the field to find out what conditions occur what the school needs and what obstacles occur. Through knowledge transfer, some teachers who previously had difficulty using technology, especially laptops, are slowly getting used to it, they are starting to arrange administration using technology and storing files on laptops. This program is expected to provide direct benefits to teachers, especially SD Inpres Boyaoge teachers in increasing knowledge, skills, in completing administration using technology.

The misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers is a serious concern in counseling services at MAN 4 Medan. This study aims to identify the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers, the impacts of misdiagnosis, and appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were three guidance counselors or BK teachers and ten students from grades X and XI. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers consisted of three types, namely errors in identifying problems, errors in evaluating problems, and errors in determining actions. The impact of misdiagnosis was the incorrect handling of student problems, resulting in problems not being resolved well and potentially worsening the situation for students. Appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan include improving the quality of training and supervision for guidance counselors or BK teachers, increasing collaboration between guidance counselors or BK teachers and subject teachers and parents, and increasing the utilization of information and communication technology in counseling services. In conclusion, misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers has a significant impact on students and requires appropriate handling efforts in BK services. Therefore, there needs to be serious attention to the implementation of BK services at MAN 4 Medan to avoid misdiagnosis that can harm students.

The development of human life today has been significantly influenced by the rapid advancement of technology. Behind the convenience and advancement of technology, it is not uncommon to have an unfavorable impact on its users. Nowadays, not a few children and teenagers are trapped in gadget abuse, for example; visiting pornographic sites and forgetting time to study because of addiction to online games. These events often result in the degradation of the child's character and spirituality. In addition, other factors that make children less controlled in using gadgets are due to the presence of some parents who do not provide guidance to children regarding the use of gadgets properly and regularly. The purpose of this writing is to explain the existence of Sunday school teachers in providing guidance and direction to increase Sunday school children's understanding of the use of gadgets by providing parenting guidance, teaching slowly the benefits of gadgets, utilizing the parental control features available on gadgets and determining sanctions for children if they violate the boundaries that have been given. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative method and a literature research approach. The results received in this study are that the more existence of Sunday school teachers in increasing the digital quotient for children, the more responsible Sunday school children will be for the gadgets they have.

Low education human resources in Indonesia, especially educators or teachers who are less professional in carrying out their work, can be the cause of low levels of education in this country. One way to improve the quality of education is through the professionalization of teachers or through educational supervision. Supervision through various methods, education corrects educational problems helping, supervising, guiding, and directing educators towards professionalism in its goal is to improve education and address problems with it. Educational supervision supports teachers in developing lesson plans that will produce the desired learning outcomes. Supervision is an integral part of efforts to improve learning achievement and teacher quality. Supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education, especially teachers. Education supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. The reason for the author to raise this scientific work in the form of a thesis is because the writer found that in implementing the pledge method in tahfiz Al-Qur'an there were still obstacles faced by the teacher in implementing the pledge method. The problem that the author examines is how to implement the pledge method in tahfiz Al-Qur'an and the obstacles faced by teachers and students when using the pledge method at the TI Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School. And this study aims to determine the implementation and constraints in using the tikrar method in tahfiz Al-Qur'an. This study uses a type of field research (field research) with a descriptive qualitative research type, which describes a phenomenon that occurs in accordance with existing data in the field. This study used two informants, namely the key informant was the tahfiz teacher at the Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School, and the supporting informant was the students of the Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School. Data collection techniques that researchers use are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, the researchers found that at the Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School not all students had Al-Qur'an tikrar and did not use the columns provided in the Al-Qur'an tikrar to mark the limits of memorization, muraja'ah and recitations.

This research was conducted in accordance with the phenomena that occurred at SMA N 8 Mandau which showed cases of students behaving aggressively such as fighting teachers, fighting with friends, making fun of friends and damaging school infrastructure. The homeroom teacher is the person closest to the students and has the authority to handle cases like this, because at SMA N 8 Mandau there is a rule that for any problems or inappropriate behavior caused by students, the homeroom teacher is the first to have authority. to deal with them. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the homeroom teacher is in overcoming the aggressive behavior of students at SMA N 8 Mandau. The research method that the writer uses is descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were the homeroom teacher of class XI IPS 3 as a key informant and two students of class XI IPS 3 who behaved aggressively as supporting informants. Data collection was carried out by interviews and observation, as well as documentation. While the data analysis technique used is to examine all data, data reduction, and data presentation. The results of the study explained that the homeroom teacher of SMA N 8 Mandau overcame aggressive behavior in the first way that was carried out by the homeroom teacher, namely seeking information or seeking the truth whether students were actually carrying out aggressive behavior. information from subject teachers who teach in classes whose students behave aggressively, then the homeroom teacher will reduce points and enter the student's name in the case book, then the homeroom teacher will call students who behave aggressively to be given individual counseling services and finally the homeroom teacher will call parents students who behave aggressively to discuss and find solutions to student problems with parents.

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the education sector. One of the noticeable changes is the shift to online learning. However, the problem faced by teachers in this online learning process is the lack of skills in selecting relevant learning media that suits the condition and needs of the students. Therefore, the aim of this community service program is to provide an understanding of the concept of online learning media and to introduce and improve the teachers' ability in using the online learning support system through training and mentoring in creating online learning media content, particularly through the YouTube platform, for teachers at SMK Yasiha Gubug. The method used in this community service program was an informative approach and training mentoring. The results of this program showed that the motivation, confidence, understanding of online learning media, and teachers' skills in using technology to create online learning media have improved.

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the problem-based learning model with the following research variables: (1) teacher activity; (2) student activities; (3) students' cognitive learning outcomes; and (4) students' responses by applying the Problem-Based learning model to the Basic Spices material and their Derivatives. This research was conducted in class X Culinary 3 SMKN 2 Mojokerto.             This type of research is quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental. This research was applied to class X Culinary 3 with a total of 33 students. The data in the study were obtained by several methods, namely: observation, written test (pre-test, post-test), and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the Paired Sample T-Test.             The results of the study show: (1) the teacher's activities are in the very good category; (2) student activity is in very good category; (3) Resultspre-testand the student post-test with paired t test showed a significant value of 0.001 <0.005; (4) student responses are in very good category.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of social studies learning as strengthening character education in elementary schools. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research subjects were social studies teachers and sixth grade students at an elementary school in Manggarai Regency. The results of the study show that social studies teachers have implemented character education in social studies learning through various activities, such as discussions, questions and answers, presentations, and educational games. The implementation of character education is also seen in students' attitudes and behavior, such as discipline, self-confidence, and social awareness. The obstacles encountered in the implementation of character education are the teacher's lack of understanding of the concepts and goals of character education, limited learning time, and limited resources and facilities. This study aims to find out how to improve students' mathematical creative thinking skills after using the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Geogebra media and to find out how students' answers process in solving problems on the mathematical creative thinking ability test after applying the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Geogebra media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was conducted in two cycles, the subjects in the study were class IX-3 MTs Citra Abdi Negoro, totaling 27 students. This research is said to be successful if it meets the indicators of success, namely, (1) The level of students' mathematical creative thinking ability increases with a value of ≥ 85% at least in the medium category, (2) The process of completing student answers with a value of ≥60% at least in the good category, (3) The results student and teacher observations show a good category. Based on the results of the study, the average initial ability test score of 58.10 increased to 61.34 in cycle I and 80.55 in cycle II. There was also an increase in classical completeness, in the creative thinking ability test of 8 students (29.63%) in the initial ability test increased to 12 students (44.44%) in cycle I and 25 students (92.59%) in cycle II. For the process of student answers from cycle I with an average presentation of 50 students' answer processes, 31% increased to 70.67% in cycle II. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Geogebra media can improve students' creative thinking skills.

This study aims to describe the improvement of mathematical problem-solving skills after applying the realistik mathematics learning assisted by digital media of class VIII students of SMP Dharma Patra Sei Lepan for the 2022/2023 academic year. The subjects in this study were 32 class VIII-A students of Dharma Patra Private Middle School. Data collection techniques used were teacher observation sheets, tests of mathematical problem-solving skills, and documentation. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Before taking action, first given the initial test and at the end of each cycle is given a test of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. The test results of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities increased from the initial test, cycle I, and cycle II. In the classical pre-test, 3 students (9.38%) passed and the average pre-test ability was 49.12% with a very low level of ability. In the first cycle test, there was an increase classically, 17 students (53.13%) completed and the average ability test obtained 69.01% with the ability level in the medium category. Then the second cycle test also experienced an increase in classically obtained 28 students (87.5%) completed and an average ability obtained 81.05% with a high level of ability category. Thus it can be concluded that the application of realistik mathematics learning assisted by digital media can improve the mathematical problem-solving skills of class VIII students of SMP Dharma Patra Sei Lepan.

Abstract with "School Principal's Visionary Leadership Style in Improving Teacher Performance at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City". The main problems are: 1) What is the leadership style of the principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 2) What are the implications for the performance of teaching staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 3) How does the school principal transform the school's vision and mission in improving the quality of education at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? The research method used is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the objectives to be achieved are to determine the leadership style of the visionary principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City and to find out the implications for the performance of educational staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style applied by the principal is generally responded to by good cooperation by his subordinates, who use a democratic-participatory leadership style. With this leadership that has an impact on educational staff because of democratic leadership the freedom to develop potential is enormous, good working relationships are established between superiors and subordinates, creating a comfortable work environment and understanding how important it is to invite all school parties to realize this vision in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. each. Thus the author can conclude that in this study principals are generally carried out with the cooperation of leaders and their members and how a leader motivates morale, fosters discipline, shows exemplary attitudes and behavior that school principal leadership in improving the performance of educational staff greatly contributes which is good for the progress of the quality of learning so that it can encourage the quality of education where the performance of educators and education staff is the key to success in the world of education. Research implication: The author suggests that the Principal maintains the main duties and functions of leadership that have been well developed, and continuously improves educational performance according to the needs of the institution and maintains time discipline and responsibility with each task as planned by the institution and prosper educators by carrying out assignments according to their respective pokies.

The reason for this is that using varied teacher  media will result in students learning to feel bored and less enthusiastic and students become passive. The purpose of this research was conducted at private MTs N’L sorkam kanan in North Sumatera to be precise, students in class IX.A and IX.B. It can be seen that in the learning carried out after using flash card media on student SKI learning outcomes. This study used experimental research where class IX B was used as an experimental class. The class was given treatment using flash card media with a total of 24 students and for the control class, class IX.A was not given treatment but only used conventional media.  As every day in learning, the number of students here is  26 students will be seen that there is a good differences in the results when using flash card media with conventional media. So with that, trials were carried out with preter and portert tests to find out differences in students SKI learning outcomes before and after being given treatment.  Flash card media on the learning outcomes of SKI MTs Students private MTs NU Sorkam right in North Sumatra, which was seen in a paired t test with editorial T1 pretest and T2 posttest which produces sig= 0,000 which is smaller than the significant 0,05 and the tcount test is 10,021 while the t tabel of 24 students, the t tabel is 0,173 then Ha is accepted. 2. There are differences in student SKI learning outcomes using flash card media and conventional media as shown at sig= 0,018 which is smaller than the significant 0,05. 3. Student SKI learning outcomes using flash card media are better than conventional media seen at it sig=0,018 which is smaller than the significant 0,05 can be seen that student SKI learning outcomes using flash card media are better than conventional media.

This community service program aims to enhance the technological competencies of madrasah teachers in facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. The primary issue identified was the low level of technological skills among madrasah teachers, which can hinder the integration of technology into the learning process. To address this issue, a series of intensive training, continuous mentoring, and the formation of practitioner communities were implemented. The methods used included an initial survey to identify needs, intensive training followed by interactive workshops, and mentoring through reflective sessions and technical support. Active participation from teachers and community involvement in this process were key factors in the program's success. The results of this program showed a significant increase in teachers' technological skills, the formation of an active practitioner community, and positive social changes, including the emergence of local leaders among the teachers. The program also succeeded in creating new awareness regarding the importance of technology in education in the digital era. These findings support theories of technology-based learning and social change.
