The Hajj and Umrah industry is an important sector involving millions of pilgrims every year. The complexity of organizing this worship service requires improved services and effective risk management to ensure the smooth running and comfort of the congregation. This research aims to explore strategies for improving services and risk management in the Hajj and Umrah industry. The research method used is qualitative with literature studies from various trusted sources. The research results show that service quality is greatly influenced by staff friendliness, service reliability, facility cleanliness, and timeliness. In addition, identifying and mitigating health, security and logistics risks is critical to reducing negative impacts on congregations. Technological innovations, such as mobile applications, have also been proven to improve efficiency and service quality. This research provides recommendations for the government and Hajj and Umrah organizers to improve service quality and risk management, so that pilgrims can carry out their worship more safely and comfortably.    

This study examines the use of dynamic programming in the context of container filling optimization, known as the knapsack problem. This problem requires selecting a number of goods with a certain volume and value to be loaded into a container with a certain capacity. We develop a knapsack-based algorithm using dynamic programming techniques to maximize container space utilization. By considering the volume and value of goods, our algorithm is able to achieve optimal results. Through a case study involving 25 items with predetermined volumes and values, we demonstrate the effectiveness of our algorithm in improving container space utilization. Our experimental results show significant improvements in container space utilization compared to naive filling methods. This research shows that the knapsack approach with dynamic programming can be an effective solution to the container filling problem in the context of logistics and optimization.

This study aims to determine the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and working hours on the performance of PKP-PK personnel. In this research, 77 respondents from PKP-PK personnel were interviewed to collect data on indicators related to the research variables and the selected sample population. The data were analyzed descriptively using IBM Statistics SPSS 20 for Windows. The results showed that Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and working hours have a positive and significant impact on the performance of PKP-PK personnel. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) positively and significantly influences the performance of PKP-PK personnel, with a coefficient of. Working hours also have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PKP-PK personnel. Thus, this study indicates that Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and working hours play an important role in improving the performance of PKP-PK personnel. Companies must ensure appropriate occupational health and safety and working hours to enhance the performance of PKP-PK personnel.

The principal's policy in improving administrative services aims to create an efficient and effective school environment. The principal's policy in improving administrative services is a systematic effort to improve and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services in the school environment. This involves developing procedures, empowering staff, investing in technology, and implementing good management principles. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The collected data was analyzed through a process of data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that the principal's policy in improving services is to carry out open communication both formally and informally. And another thing that supports improving administrative services is good human resources. The first obstacle is limited education funds, namely that it is difficult to provide facilities in the administration department, such as broken computers at school, and the second obstacle is poor discipline of teachers and staff, which is the cause of services at SMA Negeri 4 Merangin decreasing or not being good. And the solution to overcoming obstacles is maximizing funds, namely the principal makes a report first to the department or center, if there is not yet a principal, calls a meeting between the deputy and the treasurer to discuss together, and the second solution regarding discipline is that the principal tries to be an example or role model. first of all towards teachers, staff and students at the school, apart from that the principal will be strict with school members who violate it by calling them immediately to the office and asking for information after which they will be given sanctions.

This research aims to explore how transformational leadership is implemented in Islamic boarding schools and how it contributes to improving the quality of education. The research results show that Islamic boarding schools implement transformational leadership by inspiring and motivating all members of the Islamic boarding school community to achieve common goals. This is done through various strategies, including the first, namely human resource development: Islamic boarding schools hold regular training for Asatidz administrators and councils to increase their professionalism in managing Islamic boarding schools and educating students. They are also given the opportunity to attend seminars and workshops outside the Islamic boarding school. The second is motivation and inspiration for students: Islamic boarding schools design various programs to inspire students, such as inter-student mentoring programs and activities inviting inspirational figures. They also provide various extracurricular activities to help students discover and develop their interests and talents. The third is increasing participation in the Islamic boarding school community: Islamic boarding schools hold regular discussion forums involving students, Islamic boarding school administrators and parents. This forum is a forum for sharing ideas, input and concerns that affect the Islamic boarding school as a whole.These strategies have proven effective in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. Santri show increased academic and non-academic achievements, and they are more motivated to achieve their potential. The Islamic boarding school community is also more involved in supporting Islamic boarding school programs. Transformational leadership is an important factor in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. By implementing the right strategy, Islamic boarding schools can create an inspiring and innovative environment for all components within them, and help students to develop optimally in various aspects of life and education.    

Waste management remains a major challenge in Indonesia, particularly concerning marine plastic waste and the increase in hazardous waste (B3). The lack of understanding and limited facilities such as TPS-3R and waste banks further exacerbate the situation. In response, we conducted a community service program in Mangunarga Village, Sumedang, West Java, aimed at raising awareness and improving waste management practices. This program included educational workshops and equipping waste processing facilities. The results showed a significant increase in community understanding and behavior related to waste management, with awareness rising from 16.5% to 97.2%, and proper waste sorting practices increasing from 8.2% to 96.3%. The success of this program underscores the importance of community-based approaches and supportive infrastructure in addressing environmental challenges at the local level.

Education plays a crucial role in the development and survival of a nation. Teachers as the main actors in the educational process have a big responsibility in achieving successful quality education. This research aims to examine the impact of awards and recognition on the achievement motivation and professionalism of Indonesian language teachers. The research method is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, a hypothetical case study conducted on five Indonesian language teachers from two different schools. The research results reveal that awards increase work morale, encouragement to innovate, and teachers' intrinsic motivation. Recognition also has a significant impact on professionalism by increasing commitment, performance standards, and collaboration between teachers. Effective forms of reward include financial rewards, public recognition, and personal development opportunities. However, challenges such as consistency, fairness and sustainability in reward systems still need to be addressed. This research confirms the importance of rewards and recognition in increasing teacher motivation and professionalism, as well as contributing to improving the overall quality of education.  

Digitalization and information technology have a significant impact on business processes. This problem can be solved through synthesis, which involves the use of new computing technologies. Picture books are one example of advances in information technology in the field of education. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effectiveness of using chart books in the process of managing financial records. The research method used is a qualitative summary based on theory, research results and conclusions reached. Research, historical information, and survey results are then collected, analyzed, and compiled. The study found that book charting applications play an important role in the purchasing process, with technology used in the review process through an integrated and automated system. In order for the documentation process to be more efficient and effective, it must comply with established standards and guidelines. Organizations are becoming more diverse and integrated. Improved analyst performance indicates that the commentator is trustworthy and knowledgeable, thereby improving overall quality. Based on this, we can conclude that the Diagram Book application helps in the financial report review process.

Internal auditors play a strategic role in ensuring the transparency, integrity, and operational efficiency of an organization. This article explains how internal auditors function as consultants providing advice to improve a company's risk management, control and governance processes, IA also identifies and manages risks that may affect organizational objectives. By using appropriate audit methodologies and utilizing modern audit technology, internal auditors can add significant value by providing recommendations for process improvements and internal controls. Amid challenges such as limited resources and pressure to deliver accurate and relevant results in a timely manner, internal auditors must be able to maintain their independence and ensure effective collaboration with senior management and the audit committee. Improving organizational performance in the future requires the integration of information technology that not only plays a supporting role, but also as the main tool to ensure success in providing the best service to the community. The role of information technology in the work system has brought significant changes in the world of work, although the main challenge is to improve the competence of human resources which is crucial for the successful performance of government agencies. This systematic research adopted the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews approach, by analyzing full articles in English and Bahasa Indonesia. With the implementation of an effective management information system, organizations can manage data and information more efficiently, which in turn enables more accurate and timely decision-making. This contributes significantly to increasing productivity, reducing operational costs, and responding more quickly to changes in the market or business environment. In addition, management information systems also play an important role in human resource management, inventory management, project management, and employee performance evaluation.  

This study aims to explore the application of authentic assessment by Indonesian teachers at various levels of education (elementary, junior high, high school) in Indonesia. The main problems discussed are the lack of critical thinking skills development in students and the challenges in the implementation of authentic assessment in the context of daily learning. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies as the main focus. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct classroom observations, and analysis of documents such as Learning Implementation Plans (RPPs) and student portfolios. The results of the thematic analysis highlight general patterns, key themes, and conclusions related to the benefits, challenges, and strategies in implementing authentic assessments. This research is expected to provide in-depth insights into the effectiveness of authentic assessment in improving Indonesian learning in Indonesia.

Education creates an optimal learning environment and an active learning process for students to develop their potential and help them achieve goals in improving knowledge and morals, as well as building children's personalities. Lack of educational facilities and difficulty managing free time are also problems for teenagers in channeling their talents and interests and preparing for a better future. Madrasah Aliyah Vocational Boarding School as an alternative school has an optimal environment for character education. The aim of this research is to design a Madrasah Aliyah Vocational Boarding School that can meet educational needs, a good learning environment, security and safety, as well as several supporting architectural factors and elements by applying metaphorical architectural aspects. The research method is carried out using qualitative methods, which can be collected by collecting data from literature studies, case studies or similar themes, then direct observation of educational activities. The application of a design with a metaphorical architectural theme, which uses the basic shape of a rose, is expected to visually illustrate the function of the building. Thus, observers and building users are expected to be able to clearly obtain ideas and impressions of the activities taking place within it through the shape of the building mass and facade.

By using accurate and relevant financial data, management accounting helps management make effective strategic decisions. In the context of retail companies, management accounting helps in optimizing operational costs, planning budgets, and measuring organizational performance. In this research, we will explore the role of management accounting in improving the financial performance of retail companies in Indonesia.  

Pancasila stands as Indonesia's bedrock, encapsulating essential principles guiding national identity. The nation's trajectory hinges upon cultivating a disciplined, patriotically committed youth. Paskibra extracurricular activities emerge as pivotal in fostering both nationalism and the values intrinsic to Pancasila. This research analyzes the inculcation of Pancasila values as an effort to enhance the discipline of Paskibra members at SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. The findings reveal that the inculcation of Pancasila values through extracurricular Paskibra has proven effective in improving the discipline of Paskibra members in various aspects. Notable enhancements in punctuality, etiquette, and accountability have been observed among participants. The commendable efforts of SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali in Pancasila education serve as a beacon for other educational institutions. By instilling Pancasila values early on, we can shape forthcoming generations into individuals characterized by discipline, responsibility, and unwavering integrity. The talent scouting program is an important strategy in recruiting and developing personnel to ensure that organizations, including the Indonesian Navy, have quality human resources and are able to face modern challenges effectively. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of talent scouting programs in the context of the Indonesian Navy to identify and develop potential talents. This research aims to evaluate the relationship between talent selection methods, information sources, supporting technology, and development programs on the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel recruited through the talent scouting program. This study uses a quantitative approach by analyzing data from 55 respondents involved in the Indonesian Navy's talent scouting program. Data was collected through surveys using structured questionnaires, and analyzed using statistical techniques such as simple linear regression to evaluate the relationship between the variables studied. The results of the analysis show that talent selection methods and information sources have a significant influence on the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel (beta coefficients 0.62 and 0.58, respectively, t = 3.75, p = 0.002 and t = 4.21, p = 0.001). However, assistive technology showed a less significant effect (beta coefficient = 0.35, t = 1.80, p = 0.087). The development program was found to have a significant positive impact on personnel quality (beta coefficient = 0.70, t = 4.55, p = 0.000). The regression results show that the overall model is significant (F = 6.21, p = 0.001), confirming the importance of the variables studied in improving the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel through talent scouting programs.

This study aims to explore the application of GeoGebra software in improving students' mathematical communication skills. GeoGebra, as a visualization and interactive tool, is considered to be able to help students understand mathematical concepts more deeply and effectively. This literature study collects and analyzes various studies that have been conducted on the use of GeoGebra at various levels of education, from elementary school to college. The results of the study show that the use of GeoGebra can improve students' mathematical communication skills, both in written and oral form. Students who use GeoGebra tend to have an easier time describing and explaining mathematical concepts, as well as being more actively involved in discussions and problem-solving. In addition, GeoGebra also helps to increase students' motivation to learn and provide a more enjoyable and meaningful learning experience. The conclusion of this study shows that GeoGebra is an effective tool to be used in mathematics learning to improve students' mathematical communication skills.

This study is entitled Improving the Effectiveness of Correctional Institutions as Part of Law Enforcement in Indonesia. The Correctional Institutions or Lapas, is an institution that is part of law enforcement in Indonesia. The purpose of the construction of the prisoner in Lapas is to ensure that the prisoners who have been released from prison remain accepted by the community and can continue to find employment. As a final part of the Criminal Justice System, the efficiency of Lapas functions and duties as a law enforcement agency is essential. The aim of this study is to further analyse the effectiveness of Lapas as part of law enforcement in Indonesia as well as attempts to enhance it if seen from existing facts. In this study, the method of writing normative or doctrinal jurisprudence with the study of library law is to study library materials such as reading and examining scientific books, e-journals of law, regulations of legislation, and various kinds of literature that have relevance to the subject and object of this research.

Technological developments have changed the landscape in various sectors, including health, education and industry. However, its influence in Human Resource Management (HR) and financial management is still an important research topic. This research was conducted at CV. Landel Elektrik Semarang, a company engaged in the distributorship of electrical equipment. This project, which employs forty-three people, aims to investigate the relationship between the use of technology and the management of corporate finance and human resources. The analysis method involves path analysis and bootstrapping methods. The results show that, although the SDM shows a good level of reliability, problems of consistency between items within the construct surface. However, the application of technology and financial management shows higher validity. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is no relationship between human resources and the use of technology. However, there is a strong correlation between financial management and technology use. The implication of these findings is the importance of paying attention to technological factors in managing company finances, while improving the consistency and validity of human resources.

This study aims to determine the relationship between health facility measures and reference service measures on the quality of service for patients participating in BPJS Health at the Sukodono Community Health Center, Sidoarjo. This research also aims to describe the quality of BPJS Health services at the puskesmas. The results of previous research show that the quality of BPJS Health services at the Sukodono Community Health Center still needs to be improved, especially in the aspects of waiting time, patient satisfaction and communication with health workers. This research uses survey methods and data to find out how the quality of BPJS Health services at the Sukodono Community Health Center and how health facility actions and referral service actions influence service quality. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for improving the quality of health services provided by the Sukodono Community Health Center, so that people who use BPJS Health services can receive better and more effective services.
