This study aims to pinpoint the variables that affect how people make financial decisions in the future. Future financial decisions, saving choices, and trust in banking institutions are the three variables we use in this study. 197 junior high school teachers from the Bandung region participated in the study. Multivariate Regression is the analytical approach used, and it can be used to assess the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The results demonstrate a strong positive relationship between current saving decision variables and future financial decision variables. Similar to this, varying levels of trust in financial organisations have a lot of favourable effects. These findings imply that people have a greater propensity to save when they are motivated to do so. People who have confidence in financial institutions will manage their money prudently going forward.

In order to investigate the impact of digital marketing, service quality, and product on purchasing decisions at PT. Alunicorn, 249 people were questioned. Customer satisfaction was used as an intermediary variable. retrieval method based on the sample's evaluation of the target population. The analytical technique used in this work was SEM AMOS 23. The hypothesis states that whereas service quality has no impact on purchasing decisions through satisfaction, digital marketing and product quality have a positive impact on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan pelaksanaan pengamalan ilmu pengetahuan mahasiswa yang terlibat langsung dengan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada UMKM Kacandipa Teratai di Desa sunju Kecamatan Marawola Kabupaten Sigi, bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai pengendalian persedian bahan baku bagi pelaku UMKM. Memberikan pemahaman tentang perencanaan persediaan bahan baku yang optimal sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan lebih efisien, dengan kata lain tujuan utama dari pengendalian persedian adalah kelancaran proses produksi dan penjualan dengan menggunakan biaya yang sehemat dan seoptimal mungkin. Metode yang dipakai adalah pendampingan kepada ibu-ibu pelaku usaha Kacandipa Teratai. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan bersama ibu-ibu tersebut berhasil meminimalisir pengeluaran, dengan adanya pengendalian persedian bahan baku maka diharapkan sebuah usaha dapat melakukan proses produksi untuk menghasilkan barang jadi yang kemudian dijual atau dipasarkan sesuai kebutuhan atau permintaan konsumen agar perusahaan mendapatkan laba dari penjualan tersebut, sehingga pengendalian persedian dimaksudkan untuk mengoptimalisasi biaya dan menjaga barang yang disimpan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan agar meningkatkan kepedulian mahasiswa terhadap lingkungan sosialnya.

Pasar Ramadhan is an MSME business that sells various kinds of culinary or snacks that are very popular with the community. Food and drinks are sold such as fried meatballs, chips, cakes, boba, lemon tea, chicken noodles, grilled chicken, satay, and so on. This journal article was created to discuss SWOT analysis in an effort to develop a culinary business in the Ramadan market. This study aims to identify internal and external factors that influence culinary business development in the Ramadan market and provide recommendations for appropriate business development strategies. The research method used is descriptive analysis by collecting data through interviews with traders and visitors to the Ramadan market as well as through literature study. The results of the study show that internal factors such as product quality, price and promotion influence the culinary business development in the Ramadan market, while external factors such as market conditions, competition and regulations also play an important role in the culinary business development in the Ramadan market. Recommendations for the right business development strategy include improving product quality, price adjustments, and increasing promotions to increase the attractiveness of the culinary business in the Ramadan market. In addition, traders are also advised to pay attention to market conditions and existing competition and comply with applicable regulations to optimize culinary business development in the Ramadan market.

Derr Cosmetics is one of the sales businesses in the field of skincare and cosmetics located in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan which participates in utilizing social media to market its products. By utilizing social media in marketing its products, Derr Cosmetics managed to increase its sales volume to be larger and have many customers.

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh perkembangan industri esports terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan industri esports berkontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia melalui beberapa aspek seperti peningkatan pendapatan, terbukanya lapangan pekerjaan baru, peningkatan penerimaan pajak, dan peningkatan pariwisata. Namun, terdapat pula beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan industri esports seperti kurangnya regulasi yang jelas, minimnya dukungan pemerintah, dan kurangnya infrastruktur yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pemerintah meningkatkan regulasi dan dukungan dalam pengembangan industri esports serta meningkatkan investasi dalam infrastruktur yang dapat mendukung perkembangan industri ini.

Regional autonomy can indeed bring about positive changes in the regions in terms of regional authority to self-regulate. Tax is a source of state or regional revenue that is paid by the community as a collection fee that can be imposed by the government based on applicable regulations. The aims of the research are a) to find out how effective the revenue from the restaurant tax sector, hotel tax, and street lighting tax are Regional Own Revenue in Langsa City, b) to find out what factors are inhibiting the revenue from the restaurant, hotel, and street lighting tax sector as income. Original area and government efforts to overcome obstacles in the restaurant tax revenue sector, this study uses a qualitative approach. The effectiveness of tax revenue from the restaurant sector, hotel sector, and the tourism sector from 2016-2020 from the results of the data that the researchers obtained, there were still achievements in accordance with the targets set by the government, such as from the tourism sector, this was due to the constraints of the Covid-19 virus outbreak so that there is implementation on a large scale so that the tourism sector does not get a nominal amount as Regional Original Income. In its application, there are inhibiting factors, including the names of restaurants and hotels that have not been recorded by the Regional Original Revenue Service, so that the effectiveness in receiving both types of taxes is not fully maximized.

This study will examine and analyse these elements to have a better understanding of how employee culture and job satisfaction impact organisational commitment. This essay's research focuses on the Bandung, Indonesia, PT.Bina Administrasi. The sample for the study was composed of 98 participants using a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique is called multiple regression. Following are the study's conclusions: (1) Organisational culture positively affects organisational commitment, meaning that the better the culture, the higher the commitment. (2) A favourable association between the two can be shown when organisational commitment is high and work satisfaction is high.

Riset disini berguna menganalisa dampak profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan tingkat utang pada penghindaran pajak. Populasi riset disini mencakup entitas manufaktur sub sektor aneka industri tercatat diBursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Metode penyusunan sampelnya memakai purposive sampling, maka didapat sampelnya riset ini sejumlah 55 data. Teknik riset memakai analisa regresi linier berganda, pengujian F serta pengujian t. Temuan pengujian F menginterpretasikan profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan tingkat utang berdampak simultan pada penghindaran pajak. Secara parsial profitabilitas tidak berdampak pada penghindaran pajak, likuiditas dan tingkat utang berdampak positif pada penghindaran pajak. Koefisien determinasi (R2) riset ini sebesar 16,5%. Temuan ini menunjukkan rata-ratanya entitas manufaktur sub sektor aneka industri menjalankan penghindaran pajak sebesar 26,4% yang dapat dilihat berdasarkan analisis deskriptifnya.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of inflation, the number of taxpayers, and a tax audit on income tax receipts. The factors utilized in this study are Duty Review, Number of Citizens and Expansion as Autonomous Factors and Annual Expense Receipts as Reliant Factors. All Individual and Corporate Income Tax Receipts, registered Individual and Entity Taxpayers, the number of SKPKBs issued at KPP Pratama Cibitung, and the amount of inflation published monthly by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Bekasi Regency in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 (time series data of 60 months) comprise the population of this study. The saturated sampling method was used for the study's sample, which included the entire population. This sort of exploration utilizes illustrative examination which expects to make sense of the easygoing connection between the factors that impact speculation testing. Using the SPSS version 23 program, multiple regression analysis was used as the analytical method. According to the findings of this study, the Variable of Tax Audit has an effect on Income Tax Receipts, the Variable of Number of Taxpayers has an effect on Income Tax Receipts, and the Variable of Inflation has an effect on Income Tax Receipts.

Arrangements for Complaints on the Stabilization Budget are regulated in Elucidation of the Principles of Monetary Bookkeeping (ACCOUNTING NORM) Number six five. Apart from the accounting norms number six five, there are two other accounting norms which also direct several views related to the Fiscal Consolidation plan, in particular, accounting norms number fifteen concerning representing interests in related organizations and accounting norms number two two concerning representing a mixture of businesses. ACCOUNTING NORM No. six five characterize the steps of the trade union and define the solidification methodology. Meanwhile, NORM ACCOUNTING No. One Five manages ventures that are properly represented using value techniques, which are closely related to United Reports. Then again, ACCOUNTING Rule No. dua dua regulates the accounting treatment for the business mix to take over in the form of bid procurement as well as net resources. This article examines the use of the three ACCOUNTING NORMs in preparing Solidified Fiscal complaints. This study aims to determine the impact of the dependent variable on profit changes with the four independent variables consisting of the current ratio, total asset turnover, debt to equity ratio and net profit margin. This type of research used is a quantitative method. The samples used were 11 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that the current ratio has a negative effect on changes in earnings and total asset turnover, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin has no effect on changes in profits.

This study aims to determine the effect of internal control systems and the use of accounting information systems on the quality of financial reports. The population in this study were all employees at PT.Pelabuhan Indonesia II Persero. The research used a total sampling technique with 40 respondents. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS 22 for windows software. The results showed that the internal control system could not affect the quality of financial reports and the use of accounting information systems had an effect on the quality of financial reports.

The Office of the Airport Authority Region III is one of the government agencies that provide public services to the public, namely airport PAS services, therefore the Office of the Airport Authority Region III participates in the government program to build a good and clean government by designing the construction of an integrity zone towards a Serving Free Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) to improve the quality of its services. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the WBBM predicate and the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of airport PAS services at the Office of the Airport Authority Region III. The research method used is mixed methods, which means combining quantitative and qualitative research simultaneously with the chosen strategy, namely sequential explanatory. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data with the data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and direct observation at the Region III Airport Authority Office. The results of this study indicate that the WBBM predicate is effective in improving the quality of airport PAS services as evidenced by the SKM results which continue to increase from 2020 to 2022 and changes in the airport PAS service system to online services. Factors that support the improvement of the quality of airport PAS services are the six areas of change in WBBM and the existence of inhibiting factors, namely websites that have not been properly managed, human resources that have not provided excellent service, and lack of work ethic in providing services

There are many facilities provided by airport organizers to support passenger comfort. In this case, in particular, are the facilities provided to make it easier for passengers to get to and from the plane to the arrival terminal. The use of garbarata plays an important role in services with the aim of providing comfort and satisfaction for passengers, so that passengers do not need to get off the runway and walk far from the plane to the arrival terminal or from the departure terminal to the plane. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the use of garbarata and how much influence it has on passenger satisfaction at Depati Amir Pangkal Pinang Airport. The population of this study was 16,727 respondents with 100 samples and data processing using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). This study uses a quantitative approach based on statistical information, the reason researchers use a quantitative approach in this study is because the data that is the object of this study is the processing result of filling out the questionnaire. The results of the research that has been discussed, we can conclude that the sig value of Garbarata Facilities (X) on Passenger Satisfaction (Y) is 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, then there is a significant influence between one variable of garbarata facilities (X) on passenger satisfaction variable (Y). Garbarata Facility variable contributes 0.703 or 70.3% to passenger satisfaction and the remaining 29.7% is influenced by other factors.

Regional development is the driving force for national development, which makes regional governments the planners to carry out various kinds of economic transformation for the welfare of the existing society. Broadly speaking, the components that must be discussed in the regional macroeconomic analysis concern economic production and income, growth, unemployment, inflation, employment, external trade relations, financial institutions, regional finance, and poverty or social welfare. Regional macroeconomic analysis can at least show the face of the regional economic structure where this will determine the sustainability of the economy in accordance with development goals. The economic growth of a region, especially the City of Blitar, which of course comes from the results of regional taxes, regional levies, management of regional assets, and other legal regional revenues, which aims to provide flexibility to the regions to seek funding in the implementation of regional autonomy as a manifestation of the principle of decentralization and to increase PAD and support government activities and national development, a budget from the regional government is needed, one of which is from the regional tax sector. In one course experiencing economic stability and problems of economic growth. One of the main problems or drivers of economic instability that can disrupt economic growth is the occurrence of general and continuous price increases or better known as inflation.

The supervision carried out by AMC is for all movements on the apron during take off and landing. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance evaluation of the apron movement control (AMC) unit in monitoring facilities in the apron area, constraints on facilities in the apron area, and solutions to constraints on facilities in the apron area at PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport. This research was conducted for 1 month, namely in March 2023 which was conducted at Yogyakarta International Airport, this research is a qualitative research. Primary data obtained directly by observation and interviews. Secondary data obtained indirectly through documentation, literature and company data. Data collection techniques using observation methods, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The results of the research were tested for the validity of the data using source, technique, and time triangulation. The result of the study is the evaluation of the performance of the AMC unit in monitoring facilities in the apron area using the MBO (Management by Objectives) method based on planning, monitoring and review. There are several problems with facilities in the apron area such as aviobridge 4C, 8A and 8C are damaged, aviobridge 4C slowdown is too slow, GSE is parked in No Parking Area (NPA), there is no Equipment Parking Area (EPA) marking, GSE is parked below fixbridge, CCTV error/connection to server fails, and CCTV is blurry if the weather is rainy. Some of the solutions for the problem facilities in the apron area are waiting for spare parts, coordinating with the mechanical unit, reprimanding and ordering groundhandling to move the GSE, reporting EPA markings to be added, and reporting to the ICT unit.
