This study discusses the rights and obligations of patients and families in the services that have been provided.  The results showed that the granting process was in accordance with the Constitution no.  36 of 2014 concerning Health Workers and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2018 concerning Hospital Obligations and Patient Obligations and other related regulations.  There are several things that need to be improved, such as maximizing providing services to patients who have obligations that must be fulfilled, in order to achieve healing and as a balance of the rights they get, in essence the balance of rights and obligations is an achievement of a fairness of action, in terms of  relationship between two parties (medical personnel and patients).

The National Health Insurance Program is the Government's effort to provide guarantees so that health services are provided to Participants in the National Health Insurance Program. In its implementation, there is a risk in the form of fraud committed by unscrupulous persons. The consequence of fraud is the imposition of sanctions which are an important part of every law and regulation. One of the imposition of sanctions for perpetrators of fraud is administrative sanctions. Administrative sanctions that arise do not erase criminal sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. Administrative sanctions are considered to be far more effective in forcing people to comply with legal provisions governing business and industry and environmental protection than criminal sanctions. With the imposition of these sanctions it is expected to maintain the sustainability of the National Health Insurance Program

Sanctions are an important closing part in administrative law. In a sociological context, sanctions are a form of law enforcement effort. Law enforcement is a process to make legal wishes come true. The sanctions themselves can be in the form of criminal sanctions, civil sanctions, and also administrative sanctions. The purpose of this study is to find out the prosecution of people who do not use masks according to governor regulations and to find out the criminal status of people who are subject to administrative fines including criminal acts according to the article regarding the application of discipline to health protocols in the new era of life. This research method uses normative legal research methods. The results of the study show that the application of sanctions for violations of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is regulated in various Mayoral or Governor Regulations of each region by imposing written warning sanctions, administrative sanctions, social sanctions and criminal sanctions on violators.

COVID-19 containment apps have raised a new hope in dealing with COVID-19 in various countries.  Automatic contact tracing capabilities combined with various other transmission prevention functions have yielded favorable outcomes in controlling outbreaks.  Although its nature seems promising, the use of this type of application also saves the potential for human rights violations.  The risk is related to the increasingly widespread functionality of the application, the restrictions of personal freedom, the potential breach of privacy, and the possibility of marginalizing people who cannot access the application.  This paper describes how this application works in general, how it can affect respect for human rights, and then analyzes incidents that have the potential to violate human rights related to the use of the application to further provide some potential solutions on how the application can still be utilized with a minimum threat to  individual rights.

Various types of music that exist today, one of which is Korean pop (k-pop), adds color to the world of music and entertainment. One of the most famous music groups from South Korea itself, namely blackpink, in early 2023 has held a world tour concert (born pink) at GBK. The fans were very enthusiastic to watch the concert, especially the blinks who don't only live in JABODETABEK, but also from outside JABODETABEK. The Blackpink concert which was held for two days fulfilled trends on various social media, not only happiness but also other judgments from the audience which made the audience uncomfortable with the concert. So this study aims to evaluate, analyze, and examine strategic management efforts on the service quality of the Blackpink world tour (born pink) concert at GBK. The data were collected directly from the respondents, the tools used in the research were through questionnaires and using SPSS data processing. The results of this study are proven by that strategic management has a significant effect on service quality.

Globalization becomes inevitable for almost all aspects of life, especially in the industrial sector. Globalization has brought the industry to experience a structural transformation that focuses on technology. The structural transformation experienced by the industrial sector may have positive and negative effects, not only for the industry itself, but for the surrounding communities and the environment. Dilihat dari sisi kuantitas nasabah, total nasabah yang dimiliki perbankan syariah meningkat, namun demikian pangsa pasar perbankan syariah sebagai lembaga keuangan di Indonesia masih relatif kecil. Hypercholesterolemia occurs due to high blood fat traction, namely in the form of increased total and LDL cholesterol levels and decreased HDL levels. If let for a long time, cholesterol will stick to the walls of blood vessels and cause the walls of blood vessels to become stiff. Purpose of the study to determine the effectiveness before and afteer thee application of phycal exercise and dzikir in reducing pain with hypercholesterolemia in the elderly. Researce using describes a particular process or problem situation observed. Based on the research in the table obtained cholesterol in the elderly after the application of physical eexercise is that on client 1 there is decrease in cholesterol pain from 5 to4. Client 2 there is a decrease in cholesterol pain from 5 to 4 and client 3 there is decreasee in cholesterol pain and 6 to 5. So in these three cases the client experienced reduction of cholesterol levels the conclusion of the application of physical exercise and dzikir to reduce pain in the elderly with hiypercholesterolemia at the Griya Lansia Jannati Hame in 2022 cholesterol pain in the elderly before the application of physical exercise and dzikir men 2 has a decline from 5 men to 4, and lan 3 has decline from 6 men to 5

The methods used in writing this final assignment are the field method (Field Research) and the library method (Library Research).

This study aims to find out how the Planning and Control of the Markombur Program at TVRI North Sumatra, this research uses qualitative methods, namely by observation to direct interviews at the research location. TVRI no longer fully uses conventional media but has utilized various online media such as YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and others. By utilizing this media, the program is more attractive to viewers who have implemented a shift in technology. For this reason, this study discusses starting from production planning, program control, to production stages.    

This study analyzes work posture in cigarette manufacturing at PT Wan Tobacco Cigarette using the Standard Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) methods. Manual handling work has the potential to cause health risks due to physical loads and non-ergonomic postures. PT Wan Tobacco Cigarette faces problems with ergonomic risky work activities, especially in the cigarette manufacturing machine section, with worker complaints such as muscle fatigue and health problems in the hands, upper arms, back and neck. The SNQ method is used to identify complaints on the employee's body parts, while the REBA method is used to analyze work posture as a whole. This study focuses on assessing work posture when transferring tobacco to cigarette making machines. The REBA method was chosen because of the complexity and dynamics of employee activities. This research is expected to contribute to improving workers' posture to make it more ergonomic and help PT Wan Tobacco Cigarette control the risk of health problems caused by ergonomic factors. By identifying work posture problems and employee complaints, companies can implement changes in the design of work methods and work stations that are more ergonomic to improve worker comfort and welfare.

This study aims to develop, determine the feasibility of android-based learning media. This type of research uses research and development (Research and Development) methods with the Borg & Gall development model consisting of 5 main stages which include: a) conducting preliminary research,   b) developing the initial product with Kodular Creator, c) conducting product validation, d ) conducting trials, and e) making the final product. Today's technological developments require the world of education to immigrate by adjusting developments. Technology is an important part of the learning process, including for Islamic Religious Education teachers. This type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is by carrying out data reduction, presenting data and ending with data verification. The results obtained that training activities on the use of information communication technology for PAI teachers have been carried out at SD Negeri Sugiraya. This information and communication technology has become an important need in the PAI learning process. Teachers are given the opportunity to learn to develop information and communication technology skills that are beneficial in their learning process and in their daily lives as well as learning programs in educational institutions need to implement information system-based learning. Integrating information and communication technology into learning, among others, to improve teacher competence in teaching and improve the quality of learner learning. Innovative information and communication technology can improve what is being done now, as well as what we have not yet started using information and communication technology.

This study aims to determine the effect of hotel image and trust on guest loyalty at Grand Basko Hotel Padang. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research with a causal associative approach, data collected through surveys of guests who have stayed at Grand Basko Hotel Padang using 98 respondents from a population of 7,560 guests staying at Grand Basko Hotel Padang because the sample determination based on the type of non-probability sampling used is purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis using Smart PLS with the results of Cronbach's each variable 4.245, 9.506 and 4.446 shows that hotel image has a positive and significant effect on guest loyalty, as well as hotel image has a positive and significant effect on trust and trust also has a positive and significant effect on guest loyalty, on the mediating variable hotel image has a direct effect on customer loyalty and indirectly affects customer loyalty through trust as the mediating variable.

This study aims to analyze the influence of servicescape and menu variations on purchasing decisions at Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang. This type of research is a causal associative survey method with quantitative data. The population of this study was consumers who visited Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang with a sample of 110 people, using techniques purposive sampling. The research instrument used questionnaires (questionnaires) arranged according to Likert scale. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 23.00 and the results of the analysis were presented in tabular form. The result of the study was servicescape (X1) on Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang in a good category with a percentage of 64%. Menu variation (X1) in Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang in good category with a percentage of 57.3%. The purchase decision (Y) on Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang is in a good category with a percentage of 62.7%. Multiple linear regression tests with T tests on servicescape variables and menu variations affect purchasing decision variables at Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang. The F test value of servicescape variables (X1) and menu variations (X2) affect simultaneously purchasing decisions at Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang. The Adj. R square value of 0.512 means that servicescape variables and menu variations have an effect of 51.2% on purchasing decisions at Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang and 48.8% are influenced by other variables.

The patients with chronic kidney failure, if they do not limit their intake of fluids, food and an appropriate daily diet, it will cause malnutrition and accumulation of fluid in parts of the body, including the face, hands and feet. Fluid buildup can also occur in the abdominal area or what is usually called ascites. Ascites is an important problem and often occurs in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Ascites will cause stomach enlargement and excess weight gain. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of patient diet compliance on the development of ascites in kidney failure patients in the hemodialysis unit at Tk Hospital. II dr. Soedjono Magelang. This type of research is descriptive analytic using a cross-sectional method. The sampling technique used the Purposive Sampling method with a sample size of 46 respondents. Statistical analysis uses the chi-square test. The results of this study showed p=0.002, which means there is an influence between diet compliance and the incidence of ascites in the Hospital Hemodialysis Unit. Kindergarten II dr. Soedjono Magelang. The more patient compliance with a nutritional diet will have a better impact on the development of ascites.

Physiological newborns are babies born with a gestational age of more than or equal to 37 weeks with a body weight of 2500 grams to 4000 grams. During the birth period, many physical and psychological changes begin to occur in the baby's body, therefore it requires careful supervision to determine how to adjust to life outside the womb. The purpose of this study was to apply midwifery physiology care to By "Z" at the Panincong Health Center. The care provided uses the Varney 7 Step Midwifery Care Management approach and forms of documentation through SOAP. The case study conducted on By “Z” revealed that there were no obstacles when implementing Varney's 7 Step Midwifery Care Management approach. Thus, it is easy for caregivers to solve problems related to this. The form of midwifery care provided to By "Z" includes taking anamnesis on the baby's parents, carrying out physical examinations, and providing counseling to the parents, in this case to By "Z"'s mother about how to carry out effective care when caring for babies. Introduction: Health Care Associated Infections (HAIs) often occur in hospitals. Infections classified as HAIs are surgical site infections. Compliance with wound care according to SPO, application of SSI budles and SC patient factors, namely: age, blood sugar levels and albumin levels contribute to the incidence of surgical site infections. This study aims to explain the relationship between SPO adherence to wound care, application of bundles surgical site infection, and patient factors with the incidence of SSI in sectio caesarea patients. Methods: This study uses a literature review. Search strategy on ProQuest, Google Scholar, PubMed. The journal reviewed is research on the relationship between SPO compliance with wound care, application of bundles surgical site infection, and patient factors with the incidence of SSI in cesarean section patients published in 2016-2023. Journals that did not meet the inclusion criteria were excluded, so that 5 journals were reviewed. Results: there is a relationship between adherence to SPO wound care, application of bundles surgical site infection, age, blood sugar levels, and albumin levels of SC patients to the incidence of SSI. Discussion: Research recommends that nurses adhere to SPO and implement SSI bundles strictly in a compliant manner, as well as monitoring patient factors, such as: age, blood sugar levels, patient albumin levels are very important in preventing infection in the operating area.    

Hospital service quality can be seen from the professional appearance of hospital personnel, efficiency and effectiveness of services and patient satisfaction. Communication was very important for nurses in interacting with clines. Clines satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of health services performance obtained after patient compares it with expectation. clines satisfaction was determined by the overall service provided in patient or family complaints. The study was to determine the relationship between nurse communication and postoperative clines satisfaction at Medan Hospital.The research design used analytical survey method with a Cross-Sectional approach. The population in this study were postoperative patients totaling 477 respondents. The sampling used is purposive sampling, namely taking for a purpose by determining certain characteristics that are considered representative of the population, sampling is the slovin technique, totaling 83 respondents.The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square test showed that the significant probability value (Asymp.Sign) of nurse communication was 0.002 < sig value .05, this proves that there was a relationship between nurse communication and clines satisfaction at Medan Hospital.The conclusion was that statistically a relationship between nurse communication with postoperative clines at Medan Hospital. It is recommended for nurses to maintain communication therapeutic nurse to obtain quality health services for postoperative patients.                                                 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis feminisme dari aspek psikologi dan aspek sosial yang terdapat di dalam novel Cantik Itu Luka karya Eka Kurniawan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang digolongkan dalam penelitian dekskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Cantik Itu Luka karya Eka Kurniawan. Novel ini diterbitkan oleh PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama dengan cetakan kedua puluh empat pada tahun 2021. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik membaca dan memahami Novel Cantik Itu Luka karya Eka Kurniawan untuk mengungkap jalan cerita dan maksud pengarang menuliskan cerita tersebut.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan ditemukan 129 data baik feminisme aspek psikologi maupun aspek sosial di dalam novel Cantik Itu Luka karya Eka Kurniawan. Data feminisme aspek psikologi dan aspek sosialnya berfokus pada tokoh perempuan dalam novel ini, yaitu Dewi Ayu sebagai tokoh utama, Alamanda, Adinda, Maya Dewi dan Si Cantik. Aspek yang menonjol dari kedua aspek psikologi dan aspek sosial terdapat pada aspek psikologi khususnya pemikiran watak (tokoh) memiliki emosi, aksi, dan reaksi, sementara pada citarasa ditemukan di dalam faktor lingkungan, pembawaan dan dipengaruhi oleh umur pada setiap tokohnya, selain itu tekanan perasaan pada kelima tokoh ini juga ditemukan adanya frustasi yang melibatkan perasaan kekecewaan, kesedihan, kepiluan, dan penderitaan yang di alami setiap tokoh.
