 Rioribati village, Bumdes has been formed but there are problems to run Bumdes in the village, the role of bumdes is very important to provide food security to the village, Rioribati village is known as a non-coastal village.The methods used in this devotion are; Lectures, Practices and Mentoring Participants.Results of Service; Various problems faced by the Rioribati village government, regarding the management of village fund finances for the progress of the village with food, this was also conveyed by the village government who was present at the activity; Rioribati village is a village whose residents work in the agricultural sector; namely plantations, plantation products in Rioribati village have not been utilized properly, many plantation agricultural products have not generated village income and the management of these plantation products produces a product to be sold in the market to generate added value among the Rioribati community

The trust, service and communication that exist between PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta Government segment and its customers will make this relationship marketing strategy key in efforts to maintain customer loyalty. The purpose of this internship activity is to find out and learn good relationship marketing strategies in maintaining customer loyalty. The research method carried out by the author is a qualitative method, while the data used is primary data and secondary data. The descriptive data analysis technique used in this research is to produce a systematic, realistic and accurate picture of the relationship marketing strategy carried out by PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta Government Service segment in retaining customers. Results of interviews and observations of PT's Government Segment Relationship Marketing strategy. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta in Maintaining Customer Loyalty is a strategy of direct sales (direct marketing), customer service, loyalty programs, business visits and maintaining product quality.

Every business must strive to remain stable in its performance in order to survive competition. In Kotagede Yogyakarta, UMKM Yangko Sari Roso produces food. Businesses that are developing in the current era of globalization are characterized by strong competition in all fields, such as business in industry, trade and services. Because the company only produces for one shop and entrusts products to several distributors, Yangko's MSME sales strategy is still not well chosen. In addition, making product packaging that is considered quite expensive and unattractive results in poor sales, which results in high inventories in warehouses and cost losses. The ultimate goal of this work is to find the best solution to the problem of marketing and production costs. The ARIMA method is used to forecast Yangko's short-term sales, production costs, and packaging proposals. The aim of this method is to provide the best results for finding marketing decisions. The results of this research, namely the analysis of marketing strategy observations, show that the company can overcome this problem and find ways to make production costs more efficient by increasing labor.

The cosmetics industry is currently a very large business prospect and provides a fairly broad market opportunity. One of the marketing strategies used by beauty companies is the use of brand ambassadors and digital marketing to compete, maintain and increase the company's profit level. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador and Digital Marketing on Purchase Intention of Y.O.U Products. The sample in this study were 78 respondents. The method of determining the sample in this study using simple random sampling. The data analysis method used is the Multiple Linear Regression method using the SPSS 23 program. The results of this study indicate that Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on Purchase intention, and Digital Marketing also has a positive and significant effect on Purchase intention. In addition, Brand Ambassador and Digital marketing have a simultaneous effect on Purchase Intention.

Rezki Putri Amalia’s 2023. “Business Strategy in Brick Business Group in Limbung Village. Guided by Mr. Agung Widhi Kurniawan ST. MM. and Mrs. TenriSayu Puspitaningsih Dipoatmodjo SE, MM. This research aims to find out and analyze the business strategy of the Brick Craftsman Business Group in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency and to find out the opportunities and challenges faced by Brick Craftsman Businesses in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The number of informants in this research was 6 people as brick entrepreneurs in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the business strategy of brick craftsmen in Limbung sub-district, Bajeng sub-district, Gowa Regency is expanding market share and increasing the quality of brick products. Opportunities in running a brick business in the Limbung sub-district, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency are that the product for making house stones is brick and the demand for bricks is quite high. The challenges faced by brick craftsmen in the Limbung sub-district, Bajeng sub-district, Gowa Regency, are uncertain weather and the emergence of many new business-based competitors.

The role of Pokdarwis in carrying out the development of an area is considered strategic in building equal distribution of welfare for local communities. Pokdarwis Srikandi, which is based in the Tinjomoyo sub-district area of Semarang, is expected to be able to develop the potential of its area into tourism business activities that can revive the economy of the people in the area. With the average management and members having different educational backgrounds, the Pokdarwis management must work hard to continue to equip and improve the abilities of its members, especially in governance management. The form of Governance Management Technical Guidance activities includes lectures on Pokdarwis Governance, with material related to financial management, marketing and promotion of tourism products provided. Capacity and Capability Improvement Implementation of financial administration training is carried out by creating simple financial reports and directly practicing the process of recording the organization's income and expenditure transactions. Governance management capabilities are needed to realize sustainable tourism management in the Tinjomoyo Village area, especially in administrative and financial management

Even though they now have very little management, MSME players in Bulakbentang Village, Kenjeran District, Surabaya, have a strong zeal for conducting their business. Among the issues at hand are low sales figures and a relatively narrow marketing reach. Due to the traditional methods of product promotion and the relatively plain nature of the product packaging, there is no compelling attraction for consumers. Business actors are still unaware of how crucial product packaging is to a marketing plan. As such, it is crucial to commit oneself to this community. MSME business actors in Bulakbentang Subdistrict have the option to select a service technique that involves counseling and packaging practices in order to address their existing issues. 36 MSME actors trained at the Bulakbentang Village Meeting Hall on September 30, 2023. After completing this program, each participant will have a better grasp of packaging, including the various materials that are used, how to choose the best packaging, and how to package their items in an eye-catching manner. As part of this service, you will receive instruction on digital product marketing and help with packaging.

Sebalik village is a village located in a water area with the potential to raise laying ducks. In fact, selling duck eggs has quite a high potential for interest because they have a lot of nutrition and fresh duck eggs are rarely found in many places, unlike chicken eggs. On the other hand, for egg-laying duck breeders, marketing and distribution of duck eggs is still an obstacle in egg-laying duck farming because if they are not sold, egg-laying duck breeders cannot generate additional income to support the family economy. From the results of the interviewed it was discovered that laying duck breeders did not know about marketing management as evidenced by the lack of knowledge regarding brands, sales distribution channels and other management functions in marketing. For this reason, marketing management training is carried out. The training was held for one day with 30 participants. From the results of this training, laying duck breeders gained knowledge regarding marketing management and continued with discussions by deepening the obstacles faced when marketing duck eggs by duck egg breeders. Pre-test and post-test were carried out. From the post test results it was found that laying duck breeders already knew and were able to explain marketing management for their duck eggs

This research aims to find out the online marketing strategy implemented by CV. Artamas Konveksi Purwokerto. Data collection techniques are by means of scientific observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results stated that CV. Artamas Konveksi in its marketing strategy uses an electronic device called Gadged and uses social media Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Shopee, Tik Tok and Snack video. It turns out that this online marketing strategy is able to expand marketing reach and increase sales turnover significantly.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) development strategies, namely through training and mentoring will help MSMEs manage their business more effectively, increasing market access through e-commerce platforms,effective marketing strategies, and collaboration with distributors and retailers will help MSMEs to expand market share and increase sales, as well as collaboration between MSMEs and empowerment of local business networks. Increasing market access through e-commerce platforms,effective marketing strategies, and collaboration with distributors are important strategies for MSMEs in expanding product reach and increasing sales, such as online marketplaces, so that MSMEs can reach consumers in various locations without being limited by geographic boundaries, use of media social, creative product promotion, and selecting the right market segment and collaborating with distributors and retailers.

This research aims to investigate the utilization of social media as a marketing communication tool by one of Sukin’s skincare products, which collaborates with an e-commerce platform and social media focused on beauty and skincare. The research employs a qualitative method involving observation and interviews. Data collected are analyzed using The Circular Mode of SoMe analysis model, which includes elements such as Share, Optimize, Manage, and Engage. The results indicate that Sukin and Sociolla utilize social media platforms effectively to introduce their beauty and skincare products, serving as communication tools for marketing purposes. Additionally, audiences participate in word-of-mouth promotions, provide reviews as beauty enthusiasts, and even involve influencers in digital campaigns created by Sukin and Sociolla. The evolution of social media usage across various fields facilitates easier communication and message delivery, contributing to the objectives of digital campaigns.

The aim of this research is to examine the analysis of the influence of service quality, product quality, location and price perception on consumer satisfaction at the Mang Khalim grated coconut stall located in the Ngampel Kendal traditional market. Previous research obtained different consumer satisfaction results. Therefore, this research aims to review previous researchers regarding consumer satisfaction. This research had 98 respondents from consumers of Mang Khalim grated coconut stalls using the Snowball Sampling technique. The analysis method in this research uses the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. The results of this research show that service quality and price perception have a negative and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, product quality and location have a very positive influence but do not have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia have a very important role in the Indonesian economy. This is in line with the service objectives that have been carried out to advance MSMEs in Beciro Hamlet. For example, in one of the MSMEs in Jumputrejo Village, namely Mother Vivi's chilli products. Based on the survey results, two service methods were found that can be applied to increase sales of Bunda Vivi's chilli products, namely direct interviews and literature studies related to the writing of this service journal. By applying these methods, the KKN 04 Group of Sunan Giri University Surabaya, East Java, was able to help improve the quality of sales by making logo stickers and creating a marketplace account on one of the e-commerce platforms, Shopee. Through this service, we managed to make a significant contribution by increasing the sales of Mother Vivi's sambel products by 100%.

Objective: to determine trends in consumer legal protection in the digital economy era from various industries in Indonesia based on article reviews. Method: secondary data in the form of articles that match the research objectives with a publication period of 2014-2023, obtained online from Emerald, Elsevier, and Google Scholar. The analysis was carried out using Systematic Literature Review (SLR), using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) approach. Results: The data search obtained 341 articles, and those that met the inclusion criteria were 9 (nine) articles with publication years 2019–2023 , in the fields of e-commerce, fintech, and online transportation. Article on cases of transactions via e-commerce and online transportation using UUITE No. 19 of 2016, and UUPK no. 8 of 1999. This regulation has not been able to meet increasingly dynamic market conditions and very sharp competition in the business world, so it has not been able to provide legal certainty to consumers. Problems in the fintech P2P lending sector use the legal basis of POJK No. 77 of 2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Money Lending Services. Regarding this regulation, it is still subjective, so it cannot provide protection to customers. In fact, there are still many illegal fintech loans found, thus outside the responsibility and authority of the OJK. Novelty: trends obtained from previous research regarding consumer legal protection. Future Research Agenda: conducting a study on the future of law in the digital economy era regarding obstacles in harmonizing various regulations.

Thomas Kuhn, a prominent philosopher of science, introduced the concept of scientific revolution through his famous theory. The linkage of science with marketing science opens the door to a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics. The marketing phenomenon in Indonesia reflects a unique blend of tradition and modernity. This research uses the method of descriptive analysis method to analyze the data, where the data is reviewed and investigated in three stages; general, exploratory, and focused study. This research uses the descriptive analysis method to analyze the data (Sugiyono, 2014). Data were reviewed and investigated in three stages; general, exploratory, and study focus. In this study, the use of Thomas Kuhn's theory, as illustrated in "The Structure of Scientific Revolutions," provides a rich perspective on the paradigmatic evolution in marketing. Paradigms, as frameworks of shared understanding, play a central role in shaping scientific mindsets and marketing strategies.

The purpose of this University of Riau KKN activity is to provide assistance to UMKM in terms of utilizing digital technology to market products and improve product branding, especially for UMKM in Sungai Siput Village. There are 3 UMKM in Sungai Siput Village, namely UMKM that sell oyster mushrooms, handicrafts and herbal medicine, which are experiencing a decline in sales so they need to implement new strategies, one of which is product branding and digital marketing. Assistance is provided to utilize technology to increase sales, create logo designs for social media and also to be used on packaging, so that people can get to know the product itself better. The result of this activity is the formation of a new logo and a new name for product branding from UMKM. Apart from that, UMKM owners also receive education regarding the theory of digital product marketing through effective and targeted social media.

The phenomenon that occurs at the Kasiro Village Night Market is that the average traders at the Kasiro Village Night Market have not provided good service, and most people prefer shopping at the night market rather than shopping at street vendors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumers at the village of Kasiro night market. The method used in this research is quantitative research, data collection is used by observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. In this study using a sample of 96 people. The data analysts used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive statistical test, and multiple linear regression test, namely the coefficient of determination test, T test and F test.Based on research data processing, the results obtained for the price variable (X1) partially with a significance level less than 0.05, namely with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that the price variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Whereas for the service quality variable (X2) partially with a significance level greater than 0.05, namely with a significance level of 0.678> 0.05, it can be said that the price variable has no effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, by using the F test to obtain a significance value that is 0.001 less than 0.05, the regression model can be used to predict that price and service quality together influence purchasing decisions.

Butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea L.) is a plant that contains anthocyanins and bioflavonoids. This plant is able to increase antioxidant levels, as an anti-diabetic, thinning phlegm and reducing sugar, insulin levels and various other properties. Some villagers have butterfly pea plants in their yards, but don't know that these plants can be used as a health drink. This community service activity aims to educate the public about the properties/benefits of telang flowers which can be used as a health drink. Apart from that, it can be a commercial product that can be marketed widely so that it can become a source of income for the Sumber Jaya village community.

To develop villages, the government gives direct authority to villages to manage their areas independently, one of which is through economic institutions in the village, namely Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Bunton Village is one of the Adipala District villages with BUMDES in the growing status category. The main obstacle found in BUMDES in Bunton Village is that every work activity needs to be properly administered. Apart from that, BUMDes Bunton has yet to be able to optimize the marketing of its tourism business units. The activities carried out include two things, namely classical assistance and special assistance to BUMDES members in Bunton Village in overcoming the two problems above. The result of this activity is additional knowledge for BUMDes managers regarding Human Resources development.
