This study aims to determine ''The Influence of Competence, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Employees at the Konawe District Attorney's Office'' The population in this study were all employees of the Konawe District Attorney's Office, totaling 41 people. Determination of the sample in this study was carried out by census, meaning that the entire population was sampled. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable Competence Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant positive effect. and the results show that partially the competence variable has a significant effect while Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction have no significant effect on the performance of the Konawe District Prosecutor's Office employees.

Research Organizational change management is a process for managing changes carried out by an organization. Organizational change management can help organizations to increase work productivity by increasing employee skills and knowledge, employee training and development can increase employee abilities to carry out their duties and work better. This can increase employee work productivity because employees can complete their tasks and work more quickly and efficiently, increase employee motivation and commitment, employee motivation and commitment programs can increase employees' sense of belonging and pride in the company. Organizational change management as an effort to increase work productivity at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk: Stay focused on change goals, ensure support from leadership, effective communication, support from employees, evaluate success. By implementing these suggestions, PT. Mayora Indah Tbk can increase the effectiveness of organizational change management and achieve its goal of increasing employee work productivity.

Dispora or Youth and Sports Service is a regional government located in the province or district/city. Dispora has an important role in developing youth potential and advancing the field of sports in a country or certain city district, and its objectives include developing leadership, creativity and youth skills. , as well as increasing achievement and participation in sports activities to support overall Community Health and Development. The general aim of this research is to find out what influences employee/worker loyalty in completing performance programs that will be implemented in the Youth and Sports Department. This research uses a research method with a qualitative approach, where the research carried out is descriptive. The focus of this research is the achievement of work results (performance) of government officials at the Youth and Sports Department in increasing loyalty to performance by analyzing problems, especially regarding employee readiness and response to performance and loyalty. The results of this research are that employee loyalty is one of the keys to the success of a program. performance, so as to reduce the risk of failure in the performance program, suggestions: To increase employee morale and work motivation, leaders should act more wisely, so that appropriate work programs are created.

KPI serves as a tool to evaluate how successfully an entity is achieving its strategic performance targets. This research aims to gain a deep understanding of the concept of Key Performance Indicator (KPI), motivation, and employee performance through a review of scholarly literature. By dissecting information from the literature, this research hopes to provide a strong theoretical foundation and contribute to a practical understanding of the impact of KPI on employee motivation and performance in an organizational context. The contribution of KPI in managing and aligning employee performance becomes a solution in providing information on the extent of success in achieving set work targets, identifying, and monitoring measures of success. Certainly, this is done by demonstrating clear, specific, and measurable performance indicators.

Leadership style, especially transformational, has a significant positive influence on employee motivation and performance at PT. Shopee Indonesia. Performance evaluation has also been shown to play a role in shaping employee perceptions of recognition for their contributions. This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment and motivation on the performance of medical personnel at Cut Mutia RSU, North Aceh Regency. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this research was carried out using a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive type of research by distributing questionnaires to 54 respondents, while the population used in this research was employees of the Cut Mutia RSU medical staff. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this research uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a partial significant test (t test), simultaneous significant test (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this research show that simultaneously work discipline, work environment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cut Mutia RSU with the research results showing that the Fcount value is (254.089) > Ftable (2.62) and the significance level is 0.00 < 0.05

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) Providing incentives in an effort to improve employee performance at the travel tour company PT. Menara Dunia Tour Travel which has been running, (2) How incentives should be given in an effort to improve the performance of PT. Menara Dunia Tour Travel. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include direct interviews with company leaders and employees, observation and documentation. The research results show (1) The incentive system provided by the company to its employees is in the form of material and non-material incentives in the form of bonuses, social security, awards, work training and joint holidays. Meanwhile, the things that drive employee performance and motivation are employee quality, employee quantity, and employee attendance or discipline. The results of this research are that providing incentives can increase work enthusiasm in increasing achievement, increase loyalty, discipline and responsibility for the position, and most importantly can improve employee performance, (2) By looking at the results of the analysis which shows that the program The incentives implemented by PT. This article is a review of the relevant literature, and its purpose is to formulate research hypotheses concerning the interaction of variables that will be utilized in subsequent research, particularly in the field of Human Resource Management. For the purpose of writing the article on the literature review, the library research method was utilized, and online sources such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online platforms were utilized. This literature review article's findings are comprised of three primary aspects, which are as follows: First, the influence of the organization's culture; second, the leadership style; and third, the performance of the employees. In addition to the exogenous variables that have been mentioned above, there are a great number of other factors that have an effect on the endogenous variable of motivation and performance. These factors include organizational culture, leadership style, and employee performance.

This article provides a detailed literature review on the effects of workload and work environment on employee performance. This article examines the theoretical concepts, empirical findings and identified relationships between employee workload and work environment conditions and individual performance outcomes using a literature synthesis. We hope this overview provides an overall overview of the key factors that influence employee efficiency and productivity in different organizational contexts. Based on the literature review, there is strong evidence that a workload  appropriate to an individual's abilities can improve employee motivation and performance. Conversely, excessive workload can lead to fatigue and reduced productivity. Additionally, a supportive, encouraging, and well-resourced work environment can improve employee performance. We also found that factors such as social support and opportunities for self-development  in the work environment may play an important role in moderating the relationship between workload, work environment, and employee performance.

This research aims to analyze and find out how the management control system is implemented in the PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia incentive system and analyze and find out whether the management control system in the incentive system implemented can support effectiveness at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia. The method used is the qualitative descriptive method, which is a research approach used to describe and explain a phenomenon or context without carrying out quantitative measurements or statistical analysis. This method focuses more on a deep understanding of the context, meaning and characteristics of a phenomenon. The existence of an incentive system at PT Telkom provides a number of benefits that can influence employee motivation, productivity and overall company performance in order to achieve company goals. Apart from that, the potential benefits obtained from PT Telkom's incentives are achieving company goals, work-life balance, increased creativity and innovation, and awards for achievements.

This research summarizes findings from related journal literature to investigate the impact of work motivation and discipline on employee performance. Through a literature review, this article outlines the positive relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and employee performance, as well as the role of work discipline in increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace. The various empirical studies reviewed show that a high level of motivation and a strong level of work discipline can create more productive and high-performing employees. Literacy also highlights the importance of integrating human resource management strategies that focus on increasing motivation and implementing effective work discipline. This research provides an in-depth understanding of these concepts and emphasizes their relevance in the modern organizational context. In conclusion, this article provides a practical view for human resource management in improving employee performance.

Amidst a progressively intricate and constantly evolving corporate landscape, the performance of employees holds significant significance in attaining organisational triumph. The correlation between leadership style and the degree of motivation in the work environment has a substantial impact on the quality and productivity of employees. The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of leadership style and motivation on employee performance in the workplace. For this study, we employed a thorough literature review as our research methodology, gathering pertinent and current information from relevant scholarly articles, journals, and books. Empirical evidence demonstrates that the manner in which leaders lead and the level of motivation present in the work setting exert a substantial impact on enhancing employee performance. This knowledge provides a valuable foundation for the development of more efficient leadership methods and motivating programs that can be implemented in the workplace.

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Know and analyze work discipline on employee performance. Knowing and analyzing motivation for employee performance. Knowing and analyzing employee incentives on employee performance. The population in this study were all cutting employees of PT. Garmindo District Success Core. Semarang. The research was carried out by sampling, using probability sampling techniques, obtaining a sample of 92 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results can be concluded that: Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style, work discipline, motivation and employee incentives together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This research explores the impact of implementing incentives at the Bu Ira basic food agency in Krian, Sidoarjo on employee performance, with a focus on sales bonuses and non-financial incentives. The research results show that sales bonuses related to target achievement provide additional motivation for employees to increase sales, especially when bonuses are linked to certain products that have higher profits. Additionally, non-financial incentives such as recognition for good performance have proven effective in building team spirit and increasing job satisfaction. The discussion involved understanding that incentive design must be tailored to the grocery store context, taking into account the unique characteristics of this industry. Sales bonuses, when tied to specific types of products, can provide a greater motivational boost for employees. Recognition of good performance can be realized in the form of promotion or additional training, providing added value in employee career development. Flexibility in incentive design, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of incentive programs are the keys to success. The results of this research provide insight for business owners and managers in the grocery agency industry to design incentive programs that suit employee needs and business goals, as well as accommodate changes in the industrial environment.

This research aims to find out and analyze the provision of incentives to improve employee performance in service companies operating in the field of psychology. This research is included in qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from observations and interviews. Data analysis uses data transcription, source triangulation, and data reduction. The research results show that providing incentives to employees has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact of providing incentives is increasing motivation, performance and increasing employee enthusiasm. Providing incentives also has negative impacts, including unfairness in providing incentives and decreasing employee work ethic.

Disiplin Kerja karyawan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berkaitan erat dengan budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja karyawan dihipotesiskan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Industri Logam di Tegal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu di Kota Tegal dan Kabupaten Tegal dari 100 data industry terdapat total populasi 170 karyawan, sesuai rumus Slovin di setiap perusahaan di ambil 2 sampai dengan 3 karyawan, dan diperoleh sampel 116 orang, sebagai sampel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software Amos 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Kerja Karyawan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan dan berdampak positif pula pada Kinerja Karyawan.  Penelitian ini  untuk memberikan dukungan bagi pemilik maupun stakeholders dalam Pengambilan Keputusan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, di dasarkan Budaya Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja sangat tepat  sehingga memberi pengaruh positif pada Kinerja Karyawan.   Employee work discipline is very important to improve employee performance. Work discipline is closely related to work culture and employee work motivation. Employee work discipline is hypothesized to have a positive effect on employee performance in the Metal Industry in Tegal. This research was conducted in two places, namely in Tegal City and Tegal Regency. From 100 industry data there was a total population of 170 employees. According to the Slovin formula, 2 to 3 employees were taken in each company, and a sample of 116 people was obtained as a sample. The research was conducted using Amos 22 Software. The results of the research show that Employee Work Culture and Work Motivation have a significant positive effect on Employee Work Discipline and also have a positive impact on Employee Performance. This research is to provide support for owners and stakeholders in making decisions that work discipline, based on work culture and work motivation, is very appropriate so that it has a positive influence on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and competence on employees at the Badan Pengelolaan  Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah ( BPKPD ) of Tana Toraja Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative descriptive research with a sample of 72 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression test with statistical calculation tools using SPSS version 25.0.The results of this study obtained the equation Y = 18.514 + 0.616 X1 + 0.305 X2 +e. Motivation affects the performance  of employees. Competency affects the performance of employees. Motivation and competence  a  effect on the performance  of employees at the Office of the Badan Pengelolaan  Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah ( BPKPD ) of Tana Toraja Regency.
