This study aims to determine and analyze the form of fulfillment of consumer rights of IndiHome service provider users in the Laws and Regulations in Indonesia due to the FUP system and the responsibility of the IndiHome provider towards consumers due to the FUP system. This study is classified as normative research with a historical approach, comparative approach and conceptual approach. Legal materials are collected through document studies, then analyzed prescriptively. The results of the study indicate that consumer rights and the responsibilities of business actors, namely Indihome, have been regulated in Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Although it has been regulated in the Laws and Regulations, this situation is no longer effective because when an error occurs, Indihome can be released from its responsibility. For this reason, it is necessary to revise Article 27 letter b of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.

This research examines the significance of faith in Christ and obedience to God's word based on Hebrews 2:1-4. This passage delivers a strong warning not to overlook the extraordinary salvation revealed through Jesus Christ. The study seeks to explore the theological meaning and practical application of this message in the lives of believers, employing a hermeneutical method to thoroughly analyze the text, considering the historical, cultural, and theological contexts of the Letter to the Hebrews. The findings indicate that Hebrews 2:1-4 conveys a crucial message to humanity to attentively heed the Gospel and avoid influences that might lead them away from the truth. The passage highlights three key points: first, the supremacy of Christ as the ultimate revelation of God; second, the severe consequences of neglecting the salvation offered through Him, which is reinforced by signs, wonders, and the gift of the Holy Spirit, validating the authority of the Gospel. Moreover, the study stresses the need for an active response from believers to God's word through strong faith and consistent obedience. The conclusion reveals that faith in Christ and obedience to God's word are not only the foundational aspects of spiritual life but also an ethical response to the gift of salvation. In practical terms, Christians are encouraged to renew their commitment to living in accordance with God's word as a way to honor the redemptive work of Christ. This research contributes to the understanding of Christian theology and its relevance to daily life.

This research analyzes the role of witnesses in marriage contracts, especially differences of opinion among ulama. The majority of ulama are of the opinion that the presence of witnesses is a legal requirement in a marriage contract because of its function as proof, preventing disputes, and safeguarding the benefit of the people. However, Abu Tsaur has a different view, namely that the marriage contract remains valid without the presence of witnesses. This research examines the arguments that support these two opinions and analyzes the causes of differences of opinion, which are influenced by historical, cultural factors and the ijtihad of the ulama. Through normative and comparative methods, this research concludes that these differences of opinion show the dynamics of ijtihad in Islam and the importance of understanding the historical context and objectives of the Shari'a in understanding a law. In the context of Indonesian positive law, the presence of witnesses is also regulated in the marriage law, but with a different emphasis. This research has practical implications for the implementation of marriage contracts, resolving marriage disputes, and the development of family law in Indonesia.

The research used is the library research method. The primary data sources in this study are hadiths about wearing sandals when praying, including the Sahih Bukhari Book, the Sahih Muslim Book, the Sunan Abu Daud Book, the Sunan Tirmidzi Book, the Musnad Ahmad bin Hambal, etc. The results of the studyHadith of wearing sandals when praying In this classification, the hadiths have the same wording and meaning, namely the statement of the Prophet praying using sandals. Hadith of not wearing sandals when praying In this classification of hadith, the Prophet took off his sandals during congregational prayers when the conquest of the city of Mecca and the actions of the Prophet were followed by his companions, and the reason the Prophet took off his sandals was because the Angel Gabriel told him that there was dirt on the Prophet's sandals. And it is explained in the sound of the hadith from another path, by rubbing the sandals on the ground in an effort to clean the sandals from dirt. And when taking off sandals it is advisable to prioritize the comfort of others. In terms of wording, the Prophet stated that he prayed with sandals and sometimes not. As for the prophet's editorial to differentiate (differentiate) between Muslims and Jews, the Prophet ordered to wear sandals when praying. In historical, sociological and anthropological context. The space and time when the Messenger of Allah performed or recited the hadith of wearing sandals when praying, in the early period of Islam there were not so many mosque buildings built and still had pedestals, so the Messenger of Allah gave concessions (rukhsah) on the face of this earth to create a mosque that could be used as a place of prayer. So it is possible to wear a khuf or na'lun when praying with the condition that it must be pure from the major and minor hadas. If we look at modern times, mosques have been built with ceramic or floor coverings.

The history of the spread of Islamic education in the early days in Indonesia is an integral part of the process of Islamization of the archipelago that has been going on since the 13th century. Islamic education not only functions as a means of spreading religion, but also as a medium for forming the social, cultural, and intellectual character of the community. This process is carried out through various channels, including the role of ulama, Islamic boarding schools, surau, and mosques as centers of education. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the process of spreading Islamic education in the early days, by examining various supporting factors such as trade routes, cultural acculturation, and the involvement of local communities. A literature review approach is used to explore relevant literature, including historical manuscripts, current research, and other academic documents. The findings show that the success of Islamic education in the early days cannot be separated from the strategy of cultural adaptation, teaching based on local traditions, and the support of the diaspora ulama community in various regions. Previous research, such as that conducted by Azra, emphasized the importance of the ulama network in Southeast Asia and the contribution of traditional educational institutions in building an inclusive and sustainable Islamic education system. The conclusion of this study confirms that Islamic education in the early days in Indonesia played a significant role in shaping the social structure and religious identity of the community. To strengthen its relevance, further study is needed on the transformation of the early Islamic education system and its implications for the challenges of modern education in Indonesia.

State sovereignty is a prerogative right that must be maintained as a priority, especially in Indonesia is archipelagic geography. This presents a significant challenge in maintaining sovereignty over the Natuna Islands and Lingga Islands in Riau Islands Province, Indonesia. This area has been the subject of international conflict, particularly concerning China's claim under the Nine-Dash Line, which the Chinese government justifies with historical arguments and past governmental decisions. However, this claim lacks a valid legal basis under international law, including the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) 1982, which defines international maritime boundaries. The conflict began to escalate in 2016 following the arrest of three Chinese fishermen involved in large-scale illegal fishing, an act supported by the Chinese government. In response, the Indonesian government took measures to assert its sovereignty by strengthening military security, engaging in diplomatic efforts with ASEAN member states, and conducting best practice studies to potentially bring the Natuna Sea sovereignty dispute before the International Court of Justice. Indonesia's sovereignty over the Natuna Sea is firmly supported by the Djuanda Declaration and the 1982 UNCLOS Agreement. This study aims to analyze the Natuna conflict using a Normative Law and Military approach as the primary strategies to resolve disputes over the Natuna Sea.

Named Entity Recognition (NER) is a crucial natural language processing task that extracts and classifies named entities from unstructured text into predefined categories. While existing NER methods have shown success in general domains, they often face significant challenges when applied to specialized contexts like Filipino cultural and historical texts. These challenges stem from the unique linguistic features, and diverse naming conventions. This research introduces an enhanced rule-based NER approach that specifically addresses these challenges. At its core, the system utilizes curated Corpus of Historical Filipino and Philippine English (COHFIE), which serves as both training and evaluation data. This research presents an enhanced rule-based approach for NER using a Corpus of Historical Filipino and Philippine English (COHFIE) building on pattern-learning methods, incorporating character and token features, and by using positive and negative example sets. To enrich the classification process, we used the International Committee for Documentation – Conceptual Reference Model (CIDOC-CRM), a cultural heritage framework, to provide a more nuanced categorization of entities based on their historical and cultural significance. Tested across existing Filipino based models (calamanCy and RoBERTa Tagalog), the enhanced model shows improvement on identifying entities related to Filipino culture (CUL) and history terms (PER, ORG, LOC).

This study examines the SteCu Song (Aesthetic and Cultural Studies by Civitas) as a form of aesthetic movement that combines art, music, and Islamic philosophy. Through a historical-hermeneutic approach, the main question asked is: how can the SteCu Song be read as an aesthetic practice that is in line with the principles of Islamic music philosophy, especially as stated in the Book of al-Musiqa al-Kabir by al-Farabi? This study aims to examine the relationship between contemporary musical expression in the SteCu Song with aesthetic and ethical concepts in classical Islamic philosophy. The method used is descriptive qualitative with text analysis and musical practice, as well as a theoretical approach that refers to al-Farabi's thoughts on music as a means of forming the soul and morals. The main theoretical framework in this study is the theory of harmony of the soul and the educational function of music according to al-Farabi, which is combined with the theory of art as a medium of social meaning. The results of the study show that SteCu Songs are not only a form of artistic expression, but also contain educational and spiritual dimensions that are in line with al-Farabi's idea of music as a means of purifying the soul (tazkiyat al-nafs). These songs present moral reflections, values of togetherness, and calls for goodness, thus placing musical art in the context of progressive cultural da'wah. This study recommends the development of similar musical works as a medium for learning Islamic philosophy that is applicable and contextual.

The statements of Jesus on the cross represent a deeply theological aspect that must continue to be studied, understood, and applied in today’s Christian ministry. Christian ministry must not ignore the meaning of Jesus’ holy suffering as an expression of His sacrifice to redeem sinful humanity. Unfortunately, there are still some who question the authenticity of this suffering, even believing that the one who was crucified was not Jesus, but one of His disciples or another person. This perspective stands in opposition to the core teachings of the Christian faith. This study aims to narrate the peak quality of Jesus’ holy suffering through His seven last sayings on the cross. The research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach and grammatical analysis of biblical texts. Data were collected from theological literature and analyzed in light of biblical implications concerning the idea of Jesus’ suffering. The findings show that each statement of Jesus on the cross holds profound theological meaning and reflects God’s eternal plan for the redemption of human sin. A grammatical analysis of these texts strengthens the understanding that Jesus’ suffering is not only a historical event but also bears a deep spiritual significance essential for human salvation. Therefore, the teaching of Jesus’ words on the cross must become an integral part of church ministry today to strengthen the faith of believers in the truth of the Gospel.
