The aim of this research is to understand philosophically what is related to positive law in Indonesia, namely the idea of Pancasila as the highest source of law in Indonesia (on a philosophical level, as a source set, law must not conflict with the idea of Pancasila). The research method used in this research is normative research with a philosophical approach using secondary data as the main data. In this research, researchers used various literature consisting of various books, academic journals, and other academic works as secondary data sources. The data collection techniques and tools used in this research use the document method. Document research as a data collection tool can stand alone. This means that research can only use document research as the only data collection tool. The data analysis technique used in this research is inductive data analysis, namely drawing conclusions from actual facts in the field based on secondary data obtained. From the research results, it was found that the Pancasila ideology is the source of everything that exists in Indonesia, including the emergence of laws and regulations in Indonesia. The 1945 Constitution is the foundation of the state which contains fundamental norms including universal values. The 1945 Constitution is a document that contains the approval of all citizens. National harmony is summarized in the Pancasila ideology because the entire Indonesian nation is represented by the founding fathers and mother of the Indonesian nation. So basically Pancasila is the best source at a philosophical level in forming existing laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Language allows us to communicate, teach, learn, and maintain culture. Each language has specific grammatical rules and vocabulary, which reflect the values, norms and beliefs of the society that uses it. A dynamic language does not rule out the possibility that more and more users will become creative. However, it is important to remember that changes that are too rapid will have an impact on the continuity of the language itself. This research aims to identify the use of acronyms in prokem language or slang. The research results show that acronyms are increasingly commonly used in everyday life. Acronyms are used to save time and space, and to simplify messages. However, excessive or unclear use of acronyms can confuse readers and hinder understanding of the message. For this reason, there is a need for guidance regarding this acronym.

The role of technology as a means to make it easier to teach civics education to students. With the help of various supports such as parents, teachers, government and society. Apart from being students, students must also become citizens who have a sense of nationalism and defend the country, by applying Pancasila values, be active in the democratic political process, and be able to encourage the surrounding community as agents of change. The challenge of using technology as an educational tool is that students are easily influenced by fake news, not all students have devices and internet connections, students and teaching staff still lack skills in implementing IT (Information Technology). By linking citizenship education to digitalization, it will be easier to provide teaching because students can explore diversity which is quite minimal if we get information directly, then students can find out about the diversity that exists in Indonesia and the world.
