One example of predatory pricing is the case of giving a large discount to a cosmetic brand which indicates a lower price than other competing brands.

This research aims to analyze the application of diversion and restorative justice in criminal cases committed by minors. The application of diversion is examined in more depth about the obligation of every law enforcer to carry out a series of diversion processes in the police, prosecutor's office and up to the court. The implementation of diversion is something that must be done without exception in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 11/2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The application of restorative justice seeks a benchmark for the extent to which it can be implemented by taking into account the authority possessed by the public prosecutor when the diversion process is not achieved and when the criminal case has entered the criminal justice process. The application of the termination of prosecution must be based on the applicable provisions and conditions contained in the Attorney General's Decree No. 15 of 2020. After conducting research on diversion and restorative justice, the only legal benefit of juvenile criminal cases is through the provision of punishment for a child who is a perpetrator of a criminal offense in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations concerning the juvenile criminal justice system.

In the current era of globalization, the progress of technology and information development occurs very quickly. Developments in the transportation sector have experienced significant changes with the presence of online transportation services in the form of an application. Online transportation service applications are very easy to use which has an impact on other transportation services. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion is carried out in order to find out how business competition lies therein, including between online transportation service business actors and ordinary (conventional) transportation businesses. Some online transportation service providers in Indonesia include Uber, Grab, Go-jek, In-driver, and others. The services provided by online transportation services are not only in the form of transportation services, but offer food delivery services, online shopping services, and services to deliver packages. Business competition between online transportation services and (conventional) transportation services causes unfair business competition. In this research, the author uses a qualitative research type because the author discusses the business competition between the two by conducting an analysis. The research approach used by the author in this journal is to use a statutory approach.

Research on the analysis of "Values ​​and Functions of Tradision Manten Mubeng Gapura at mosque Wali At-Taqwa Loram Kulon Kudus" was conducted in Loram Kulon Village, Jati District, Kudus Regency, Central Java. At the beginning, the background will be about how a criminal law in Indonesia develops and in carrying out its function as a legal rule that contains provisions, prohibitions, and criminal threats for those who commit a criminal case. This research will emphasize the problems that occur with the obstacles experienced by law enforcement in identifying a legal event that occurs in the case of murder with premeditated murder in finding an element of fulfillment, especially against the elements of the offense of premeditated murder. Then after that, the research will continue on legal reconstruction and legal discovery at the court hearing which aims to facilitate the disclosure of a legal event that occurs in order to find the material truth so that the judge can determine the sentence for the perpetrator.

Anak usia dini merupakan individu yang sedang mengalami proses perkembangan dengan pesat, sehingga anak prasekolah memerlukan optimalisasi perkembangan motorik kasar salah satunya dengan menggunakan senam. Perkembangan motorik merupakan salah satu aspek pertumbuhan anak-anak yang begitu jelas dan terlihat, kadang-kadang kita menerimanya begitu saja. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peranan senam irama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kajian pustaka pada sumber-sumber terpercaya seperti artikel jurnal, buku dan semakin banyak kegiatan yang bervariatif dan inovatif maka peluang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak sehingga dapat berkembang dengan optimal. Implikasi temuan dari tulisan ini memberikan gambaran dari  mengembangkan fisik motorik kasar pada anak usia dini melalui olahraga senam senam irama .

The adjustment of new students is an individual process in carrying out the process of adjusting to the new activities and environment that they will occupy. In qualitative research, the aim is to explain and analyze the adjustment of new students to activities at the Al Husna Jember Student Islamic Boarding School. Researchers use the phenomenological approach method. Researchers used data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and interview methods. The first result of the research is that there are two forms of adjustment of new students to activities at the Al Husna Student Islamic Boarding School, namely a good form of adjustment marked by obeying all the rules and carrying out obligations as students and the last form of adjustment is a wrong adjustment marked by the large number of new students who breaking the rules. The second is the process of adjusting the new students to activities at the Al Husna Jember Student Islamic Boarding School, there are two, namely the adjustment process that begins with a conflict caused by the compulsion of new students to enter the boarding school because their parents told them to. And what follows is an adjustment process without being based on conflict experienced by new students who have had the desire to enter and study religion at Islamic boarding schools from the start.

The research method used is qualitative research using a descriptive approach so that it emphasizes more on the understanding aspect of a problem. The descriptive approach focuses on the actual problem as it was at the time the research took place. In the pre-production stage, there are several stages, namely field data research, camera, lighting and audio. The production stage of the process of sending signals to various locations simultaneously. This process can be via satellite, radio, television and SNG cars. The problem in this research is what is the strategy for the halo ustad program in attracting audience interest on salam tv. This study aims to find out how the strategy in the Halo Ustad program is to attract public interest on Salam TV. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques and direct interviews at the research location. The strategy in the halo ustad program starts with compiling a broadcast schedule, choosing and preparing questions, choosing a teacher to present the program, which is very influential on the intended audience. High microbial contamination in food is an indicator of hygiene that determines the health of food for consumption. Meatballs are a very popular snack in Majene City. Apart from their delicious taste, meatballs also have a relatively cheap price, so they have always been a popular snack alternative. The high nutritional content in meatballs can be a medium for the growth of bacteria so meatballs can be carriers of disease. The aims of this study were to determine the total number of bacterial contaminants and identify the coliform in meatballs at Majene City. The study used a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 10 traders. The test carried out was culturing bacteria on NA (Nutrient Agar) media to calculate the total number of microbes in meatballs using the Total Plate Count (TPC) method and EMBA (Eosin Methylene Blue Agar) media to determine the presence of coliform bacteria in the sample then continued with gram staining test. The results of the study showed that 3 samples were found on NA media which had microbial contamination levels exceeding the threshold specified in SNI (Indonesian National Standard) 3818:2014 where the highest amount allowed was 1 × 105 cfu/g. Samples that exceeded the threshold namely sample A was 1.33 × 106 cfu/g; sample C was 1.06 × 105 cfu/g; and sample G was 5.8 × 106 cfu/g. Given the wage disparity and perceived injustice experienced by both permanent and contract workers, it is necessary to conduct a study on legal protection regarding wages for the well-being of laborers. Therefore, this research aims to examine the role of labor protection policies, including social security for workers, fair wages, and the protection of labor rights, in promoting labor welfare. This study utilizes a qualitative method, which involves describing data and organizing it into various sentences. Additionally, a descriptive method is employed, where data is derived from words, sentences, images, and information from various books, journals, and other scholarly works that serve as references for labor protection and worker well-being. The findings of the discussion indicate that labor protection in the form of social security, fair wages, and labor rights plays a significant role in improving labor welfare.

CV Berkah Kecambah Tauge Aling is a company engaged in the field of food or vegetable bean sprouts made from green beans. Then the Bad Smell defects with a total of 879 defects, a percentage of defects obtained by 28.2%, the type of defective packaging torn with a total of 423 defects, a percentage of defects of 13.6%. it is known that the diagram (p-chart) with the type of product defect still has 13 points exceeding the upper control limit or UCL and there are 12 points exceeding the lower control limit or LCL with a proportion of 0.148. This study aims to reinforce the implementation of material and formal law in a crime of sexual violence, in terms of granting restitution from the perpetrator to the victim for his actions, providing legal protection and utilizing criminal law in the trap of a crime of sexual violence. Restitution as referred to in this study is the provision of material from the perpetrator to the victim for his crime because he committed sexual violence which caused the victim to experience physical and psychological suffering, to restore the condition and condition of the victim after the crime, the perpetrator must provide restitution to the victim, the amount of restitution determined by court ruling. In protecting victims of sexual violence to avoid all forms of threats and intimidation, Indonesia has institutions to carry out their obligations. Namely, through the Witness and Victim Protection Agency whose duties, functions and authorities have been granted in accordance with the law. This aims to protect victims who are very vulnerable to all forms of threats and intimidation. Legal protection was also given before the crime occurred, namely by Law no. 12 of 2022 concerning Crimes of Sexual Violence, Law no. 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, and Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Someone who commits a crime of sexual violence will receive legal consequences, in the form of imprisonment, fines, and restitution to the victim, the amount of which is determined by the court. However, if restitution is insufficient, the State is obliged to provide compensation to the victim for the lack of restitution given to the victim.

This research examines more deeply the analysis of legal certainty for victims of Doni Salmanan's fraud in trading through an application called QUOTEX. In relation to the decision of the Bale Bandung District Court number 576/Pid.Sus/2022/PN BlB, in which the Panel of Judges gave a verdict of imprisonment and confiscation of assets owned by the defendant generated through trading by utilizing his victims for profit and the assets were confiscated by the state. However, in the verdict there was no decision at all to provide compensation to the victim of Doni Salmanan's fraud, in this case the element of legal justice for the victim was not fulfilled by this decision. However, the aspect of legal certainty for the victim is very strong so that the defendant gets a death sentence and a fine for his actions. The legal certainty in question is a guarantee that the law is carried out properly in processing the rights and obligations of the defendant for his crime. Material law as an element of legal certainty has been carried out and linked to various laws and regulations relating to the case. Law No. 8/1999 on Consumer Protection for the losses suffered by the victim as a consumer, Law No. 19/2016 on the Amendment to Law No. 11/2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions because the case involved electronic networking devices, and Law No. 8/2010 on the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering because in the prosecution the defendant was deemed to have disguised his wealth generated through criminal acts.

The war between Russia and Ukraine has recently been in the international spotlight. One of the things seen is the weapons technology used. The modernization of weapons technology has prolonged the war on both sides. This article will discuss Javelin and NLAW which are types of portable anti-tank missiles and their use in the Russia-Ukraine war. Man-Portable Anti-tank Systems are shoulder-fired missiles that are used to destroy opposing tanks. Weapons such as the Javelin and NLAW are the result of the development of earlier versions of the Anti-Tank Guided Missile. These "fire and forget" type missiles such as the Javelin belong to the third generation ATGM system. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data will be obtained through literature studies from secondary sources such as books, documents, online articles, and media online. The data obtained will be analyzed descriptively. The results of this study show that Javelin and NLAW missiles are very effectively used by Ukraine in repelling Russian tanks.

The Mangongkal Holi tradition which is carried out at each event makes the writer interested in researching it because in its implementation there are symbols and behaviors/activities that are interconnected and have their own meaning. What is the importance of the Mangongkal Holi tradition for the Toba Batak people so that this tradition must be carried out. This study uses descriptive analysis with qualitative research, which emphasizes the perspectives, ways of life, tastes or expressions of emotions and beliefs from the people studied regarding the problems studied which are also data. In this study the authors used a descriptive research method with a qualitative method. Therefore, the research subjects were traditional leaders, families who carry out the Mangongkal Holi ceremony, and local residents in North Sumatra. And the object of this research is the symbolic meaning of the Mangongkal Holi ceremony for the Toba Batak people in North Sumatra. Purposive sampling technique used to take informants.

The background of this research is on the subject of Islamic Religious Education that teachers still rarely use the discovery learning learning model in learning so that students are not effective in participating in the learning process and when students are given assignments by the teacher, almost all students in class VII cannot do the assignments given, so symptoms or phenomena are found, especially in subjects Islamic Religious Education, namely the learning outcomes of class VII students are still relatively low and have not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, namely 75. The purpose of this research is to find out whether student learning outcomes have increased by applying the discovery learning model to the eyes Islamic religious education lessons. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, Jujuhan Ilir District, Bungo Regency, Jambi, even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, which consisted of 15 male students and 5 female students. In collecting data the author uses the method of observation, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, where the data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in the form of percentages. The results of this study are that the application of discovery learning learning models can improve student learning outcomes in the material Al-Khulafaur Ar Rasyidun The Successor of the Struggle of the Prophet Muhammad. Before the action, it was known that 8 students had completed with 40% classical completeness, in cycle I, 12 students had completed with 60% classical completeness, in cycle II, 18 students had completed with 90% classical completeness. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the discovery learning model it can improve student PAI results at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN.

Education is a human right that everyone must have, without exception for children with special needs, especially children with autism. Usually the education that autistic children get is only in special schools (SLB), and the costs incurred for this education are not small but are much more expensive than the regular school system. The effect is that many autistic children cannot experience the world of education because of their parents' economic factors. This research summarizes several problems, namely "How is the implementation of educational services for children with autism at SLB C Santa Lucia Pematang Siantar? The research methodology used is a qualitative approach and then outlined in the descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by observation and direct interviews regarding the service activities carried out by SLB C Santa Lucia Pematang Siantar. Sources of information in this study amounted to 3 people, consisting of 3 men.
