This study aims to analyze the effect of member card usage on customer satisfaction at Bolly Department Store in Bima City. The research applied a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires from 96 respondents selected using purposive sampling, specifically customers who owned a member card. The research instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests to ensure accuracy and consistency. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t-test with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings indicate that the member card variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t-test result, where the t-value (1.894) exceeded the t-table value (1.661). However, the coefficient of determination (R²) was only 0.029, meaning that the member card explains merely 2.9% of the variation in customer satisfaction, while 97.1% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, although the member card improves customer satisfaction, its contribution is relatively small, suggesting that additional and more comprehensive marketing strategies are needed.

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced consumer financial behavior, particularly with the widespread adoption of digital wallets. This study aims to analyze the influence of physical wallet money and digital wallet balances on consumptive behavior among young adults. Using a quantitative research approach, data were obtained from 77 respondents through an online survey distributed via social media platforms. The research instrument employed a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5 to measure three main variables: physical wallet money, digital wallet balance, and consumptive behavior. Data analysis included validity and reliability testing, followed by multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The results indicate that both independent variables—physical wallet money and digital wallet balances—have a positive and significant influence on consumptive behavior. However, the influence of digital wallet balances is more dominant than that of physical wallet money. The regression model produced an R-squared value of 0.615, indicating that 61.5% of the variation in consumptive behavior can be explained by the two variables. These findings highlight the psychological impact of the convenience of digital transactions on impulsive buying tendencies. Therefore, enhancing financial literacy is essential in today’s digital economy. Further research is recommended to involve a broader population and consider additional financial technology variables to gain a more comprehensive understanding of digital consumption behavior.

The concept of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) encourages companies to enhance transparency in disclosing their economic, social, and environmental performance through sustainability reporting, which is expected to increase accountability and serve as a positive signal to investors. In Indonesia, particularly in the manufacturing sector that contributes significantly to the economy while also generating environmental impacts, sustainability reporting practices have been expanding, although their effectiveness in building investor trust remains contested. This study aims to analyze the influence of sustainability reporting and profitability on investor trust in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), employing a quantitative method based on secondary data from annual and sustainability reports for the period 2020–2023. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, while the analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression with Price to Book Value (PBV) as a proxy for investor trust. The results indicate that, simultaneously, economic performance, environmental performance, social performance, and profitability significantly affect investor trust. However, partially, economic, environmental, and social performance show no significant effect on investor trust. In contrast, profitability exerts a positive and significant influence, making it the primary factor shaping investor trust. These findings suggest that investors in Indonesia still prioritize financial information over sustainability disclosures in making investment decisions.

This research examines the influence of transactional leadership and the entrepreneurial competence of school principals on the effectiveness of education financing in primary and secondary education settings. Effective education financing is essential to ensure that limited resources are allocated optimally to improve learning quality, infrastructure, and institutional sustainability. Transactional leadership—marked by clear performance standards, reward and punishment mechanisms, and strict supervision—provides a structured framework for financial accountability and goal achievement. Entrepreneurial competence, on the other hand, equips principals with the ability to recognize funding opportunities, innovate in revenue generation, and manage financial risks. The study adopts a quantitative survey design involving school principals and financial management personnel from a representative sample of public and private schools. Data were collected using validated questionnaires and analyzed through multiple regression to measure the direct and combined effects of the two independent variables on education financing effectiveness. The findings reveal that both transactional leadership and entrepreneurial competence significantly and positively affect financial effectiveness. Transactional leadership strengthens transparency and budget discipline, while entrepreneurial competence fosters diversification of funding sources and innovative financial strategies. These results highlight the strategic importance of integrating leadership development with entrepreneurial training for school principals. Strengthening these competencies not only enhances financial planning and accountability but also reduces dependence on a single funding source, supporting long-term educational sustainability. Future studies are encouraged to explore additional mediating factors such as organizational culture, technological infrastructure, and community involvement to provide a more comprehensive understanding of education financing dynamics.

For service quality, the tangible indicators, such as store comfort and adequate facilities, are dominant factors that enhance customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, for product quality, the performance indicators, including coffee taste and product consistency, play a crucial role in fostering customer loyalty. Loyalty is reflected in repeated purchases, brand commitment, and resistance to competitor products. Nevertheless, the study also indicates that menu variation has not fully encouraged repeat purchases, highlighting the need for greater product innovation. Recommendations include improving store environment comfort, providing staff training for optimal service delivery, ensuring taste and quality consistency, developing product design innovation, and implementing experience-based marketing strategies along with loyalty programs. These efforts are expected to strengthen emotional bonds and enhance Kopi Kenangan’s competitiveness in the long term.
