Economically, access to stable and decent housing has reduced household expenditures on home repairs, allowing families to allocate more resources toward productive economic activities. However, the study also identified several challenges that need to be addressed to further enhance program effectiveness. These challenges include the location of housing projects that are difficult to access, which affects residents' mobility and access to public services, and issues related to the quality of construction that require continuous monitoring and improvement. Overall, the study highlights the positive contribution of the Decent Housing Program while providing recommendations for its future development.

This community service program aims to develop nutraceutical-based health products from temu mangga (Curcuma mangga Val.van Zip) and probiotics, called "TEMAPRO". Research and socialization were conducted in Pulau Semambu Village, South Sumatra, targeting village mothers who have limited knowledge about the benefits of herbs and probiotics. Temu mangga, which is traditionally consumed as a salad and herbal medicine, contains various active compounds that have the potential as antioxidants and anti-cancer. Combined with the probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus, this product is expected to support digestive health and increase body immunity. Implementation methods include education, training in making temu mangga extract, mixing with probiotics, and product packaging techniques. The results of the activities showed an increase in community understanding and skills in processing local materials into health products with economic value. It is hoped that "TEMAPRO" will not only improve the quality of public health, but also open up business opportunities in the village through local nutraceutical products.

This study aims to examine theoretically and empirically the role of transformational leadership style on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), especially in the context of bureaucratic reform. Using a literature review approach, the discussion is focused on understanding the concept of transformational leadership, the performance dimensions of ASN, the theoretical relationship between the two, and its implications in efforts to improve the quality of public services and governance. The results of the study show that transformational leadership contributes positively to improving the performance of ASN through motivation, empowerment, and the creation of a shared vision. This leadership style also presents its own challenges in a hierarchical bureaucracy, but still offers effective strategies for building a transformative and professional organizational culture. This research provides a conceptual basis for efforts to strengthen leadership in the public sector as part of the ongoing bureaucratic reform agenda.

The Sinta Score Overall (SSO) ranking is a crucial indicator in assessing the academic quality and productivity of lecturers and researchers. However, many academics face challenges in improving their SSO ranking due to a lack of understanding of effective strategies for scientific publication. Therefore, this community service initiative was conducted through a national webinar with the primary objective of providing insights and strategies to academics on how to optimize their SSO. The method employed in this initiative involved dissemination and interactive discussions via a webinar platform, featuring speakers with extensive experience in scientific publication and Sinta ranking. The webinar covered key topics, including high-quality publication strategies, the importance of international collaboration, and the utilization of academic media to enhance research visibility. The results indicate that improving publication quality, expanding collaborative networks, and selecting research topics aligned with global issues are essential steps in increasing SSO. By implementing the right strategies and maintaining consistency in scientific publication, academics can enhance their reputation and expand research collaboration opportunities.

Integrated public services in a one-stop service system, such as the one implemented at the Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Badung, serve as an answer to the public's demand for efficient, fast, and transparent bureaucracy. However, in its implementation, MPP still faces various strategic challenges, such as fragmentation between agencies, limited human resources, and suboptimal digital system integration that supports cross-sector services. This study aims to analyze adaptive and collaborative managerial strategies to address these challenges and explore digital innovation opportunities to improve service quality. By using a literature review method from various journals, policy reports, and supporting documents, this study shows that the success of the one-stop service system greatly depends on visionary leadership, synergy between agencies, and adequate technological support. The discussion concludes that flexible, responsive managerial strategies that emphasize cross-agency collaboration can enhance efficiency and user satisfaction. Therefore, updating digital systems, involving the community, and improving human resource capacity are crucial steps in realizing modern and sustainable public services. Another key factor for success is the adoption of innovative digital technologies. By investing in digital infrastructure, MPP can automate many of its processes, reducing paperwork, speeding up response times, and ensuring better coordination between departments. The development of user-friendly platforms and mobile applications will also allow citizens to access services more easily, improving their satisfaction. Additionally, involving the community in the decision-making process through feedback and engagement mechanisms can help identify areas for improvement and tailor services to better meet the public's needs. To ensure long-term success, continuous capacity building for human resources is essential. Well-trained staff, equipped with the skills and knowledge to operate advanced systems, will be able to provide higher-quality services.

The East Java Provincial Government established the East Java Super Corridor (EJSC) in five regions, including Bojonegoro Regency, to provide coworking spaces for the public. EJSC Bakorwil Bojonegoro is the only coworking space in the area, making it essential to offer high-quality services. This study aims to describe the service quality of the coworking space at EJSC Bakorwil Bojonegoro using a descriptive qualitative method. This research focuses on the five service quality indicators proposed by Kotler and Keller (2016): reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies, with data analysis involving collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the service quality of the coworking space at EJSC Bakorwil Bojonegoro is generally satisfactory. Reliability is reflected in the provision of free facilities that support user productivity. However, responsiveness still faces challenges in terms of timely responses to complaints and the flexibility of operating hours. Assurance has been established through effective communication, although staff professionalism needs improvement. Empathy is demonstrated through warm and responsive interactions between management and users. Tangibles indicate that the available facilities are adequate, but some shortcomings remain, such as limited parking space and suboptimal workspace arrangement.

Factors hindering employee performance include a lack of facilities such as computers and low service quality. Punctuality is also an issue, as employees often do not arrive on time, and service speed needs improvement. Service effectiveness is further affected by low work discipline, caused by a lack of leadership firmness and weak sanctions for employees who are late, leave their workplace without a clear reason, or leave early. Additionally, in terms of independence, the government and district head are expected to be more proactive in providing services and meeting the needs of the community quickly and responsively to enhance the effectiveness of public service in Selaru District.

This study aims to analyze the transformation of public services at the village and sub-district levels in the digital era, as well as identify factors that affect the existing service gap, such as limited human resources (HR), low digital literacy of village apparatus, and lack of supporting infrastructure. Although the central government has launched various digitalization programs, such as digital device assistance and human resource training, many villages still face obstacles in implementing technology-based services. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies in several villages in Indonesia to explore the experiences of village officials and communities related to the digitization of public services. The results of the study show that the majority of village officials have difficulty operating digital technology due to lack of training and digital literacy, while limited infrastructure also hinders the optimization of internet-based services. Village communities who are increasingly aware of the importance of digitalization expect faster and more efficient services, but the digital divide is the main barrier. This research provides recommendations for village governments to increase the digital capacity of village apparatus through continuous training and strengthening digital infrastructure. Overall, the digitization of public services in villages has great potential to improve the efficiency and quality of services, but requires more attention to improving skills and technological facilities at the village level.
