Stroke is a non-communicable disease that still has the highest death rate in the world. Even though stroke is not transmitted from one sufferer to another through contact, prevention must still be improved. Lifestyle and socioeconomics are thought to be one of the biggest factors that cause strokes. This activity aims to prevent and manage stroke by increasing knowledge in detecting signs and symptoms of stroke, preventing recurrent strokes and changing lifestyle modification behavior. Community service activity methods include health education, health checks to identify risk factors for hypertension/stroke, empowering families to recognize signs and symptoms of stroke, controlling stroke risk factors and lifestyle modification. The results of the activity showed that the majority of respondents had had one stroke (60%), the majority of families had sufficient knowledge (60%) about preventing recurrent strokes, the majority of respondents had a low risk (50%). Increased knowledge of patients and families in detecting signs of preventing stroke risk factors is targeted at changing behavior and improving healthy lifestyles to prevent recurrent strokes.

Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffal L.) contains anthocyanins which can be used as natural dyes and at the same time as an antioxidant that functions as an antidote to free radicals. The aim of this research was to formulate and test the physical characteristics of the blush on cream preparation from the essence of Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) as a natural dye. This type of research is an experiment in the laboratory. The extract of Rosella calis flower is crushed and the filtrate is taken by extracting it. The extract is made into blush on cream preparations with a concentration of 20%, 40% and 60%. The organoleptic test results of blush on cream on the control were soft textured, white, smelled like cream, soft-textured F1, ivory white, Rosella flower-like smell, soft-textured F2, light cream colored, Roselle flower-like smell, and F3 small granular texture pink color, distinctive smell of Rosella flower, homogeneity test on homogeneous control, homogeneous F1, homogeneous F2, and not homogeneous F3, control pH test values: 6, F1: 6, F2: 6, F3: 4, control spreadability test: 6 , 3 cm, F1: 5.7 cm, F2: 5 cm, F3: 4.5 cm, control adhesion test: 4.42 seconds, F1: 4.21 seconds, F2: 4.19 seconds, F3: 4.12 seconds and emulsion type test on control: M / A, F1: M / A, F2 M / A, F3: M / A. The formulation and physical characteristics test of blush cream from the extract of Rosella flower petals (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) cannot be formulated as a blush cream preparation and does not have good characteristics, one of which is the exposure to light and heating during the formulation.

In addition to making it more effective, accurate and efficient, the owner wants to make it easier for his employees to perform more advanced and modern and makes it easier to view reports every day. The results that will be obtained from the design of this system is an information system that can make it easier for companies to determine raw material requirements, the production process and view the required reports.

Earth, water and space as well as the natural resources contained therein under the control of the State are gifts from God Almighty whose functions and uses are for the prosperity of the people. Land for the Indonesian Nation is a source of livelihood and is regulated in the provisions of the Law. The Basic Agrarian Law No. 5 of 1990 lays the foundation on providing legal certainty for land rights for the Indonesian people. Legal certainty is obtained after the land registration process. Land rights that have legal certainty can be transferred or transferred. however, in the process, disputes over land rights still occur in the community. Blocking of Land Rights Certificates is taken as an administrative step in the dispute resolution process, but there is a period of only 30 days to record the blocking of Peru, it is known how the factors of land blocking, how to know the position of the holder of the Land Rights certificate when the block is being blocked and when the period is 30 blocking day is over but the dispute has not been resolved. The type of research used by the writer is juridical normative and descriptive analytical research specification by collecting data by means of literature study and interviews which are presented in a descriptive manner and analyzed in a descriptive qualitative manner. The results of the research and data analysis carried out show the factors that cause the blocking of Land Rights Certificates, namely: a. Gono-Gini distribution of assets, b. Land Rights Holders do not have good faith, c. Distribution of Inheritance, d. Lost Certificate, e. There is an investigation by the Police, f. Land rights confiscated by the State Receivables Affairs Committee (PUPN) in connection with the settlement of State Receivables. Legal protection & the position of the Land Rights Certificate Holder when the blockage is carried out is that the right holder cannot take legal action against the blocked land for 30 days after the block registration was carried out, article 19 UUUPA / PP 241997 regarding registration will not be lost The legal certainty of the rights holder remains attached to it as long as there has been no transfer of rights to the land they own. Sea urchin (Diadema setosum) is an aquatic biota that has high nutritional value. Bioactive compounds produced by sea urchins have the potential to be used as natural antibacterial compounds. This study aims to identify chemical compounds and determine the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of sea urchins (Diadema setosum) against the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The research method used is the agar diffusion method. The results of phytochemical screening of sea urchin extract (Diadema setosum) showed the presence of alkaloids and saponins. By using variations in the concentration of ethanol extract of sea urchin (Diadema setosum) at a concentration of 80% it had an inhibitory power of 18 mm, a concentration of 90% had an inhibitory power of 23 mm, a concentration of 100% had an inhibitory power of 28 mm and for a concentration of 110% had an inhibitory power of 35 mm. The positive control has a resistance of 30 mm and the negative control is 0 mm. The results showed that the ethanol extract of sea urchins (Diadema setosum) had a strong bacterial inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria.

In writing this research systemin formation, the author uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 application, the research writing method uses the Research and Development (R&D) model, while the stages of this research model go through the stages of observation or interviews with parties related to the data required in writing this thesis, stages of designing the application system, designing specifications, validation test stages, revision of validation until the system passes. The development method used by the author is the prototype method, where the system created will be tailored to the needs of the user, if there is a change in the system it will be repaired until the user is satisfied with the system.

For blind people, assistive devices to carry out daily activities are needed. If you don't use assistive devices, blind people will experience difficulties when carrying out daily activities such as reaching the obstacles that are near them. In designing the system using the Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller board as a controller, five ultrasonic proximity sensors to determine the distance and position from the user to the front and lower obstacles. In addition, the MP3 module and headseat are used as a marker for sound in the form of sound when detecting an object and the SIM800L module is used to send SMS and the GPS module is used to determine coordinates. So far, farmers have monitored irrigation channels manually, the location of the rice fields from the farmer's house often causes rice plants to experience scarcity because the floodgates are not opened when the water supply is running low or experiencing water supply. excess because the floodgates are opened for too long, this will greatly disturb the growth of rice plants. Making a monitoring and control system for irrigation channels using a water level sensor installed on the ESP 8266 microcontroller (Wemos D1), the system uses a programming language c. This tool can be used to open the irrigation door if the water supply in the rice fields is below the minimum limit and will close the water gate when the water supply has reached the maximum limit, the servo motor is used to open and close the floodgates. . . The monitoring results obtained will be displayed to users in real time through the android application interface and will be stored in the form of a text file on the storage media.

The system only responds to presence based on the position of the employee's coordinates with office coordinates. Besides checking the presence process is also based on devices that have been approved in the system. 

Background: The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still quite high,based on the results of SUPAS in 2015, the MMR was 305/ 100,000 live births.Efforts to decrease of MMR can be done by ensuring that every mother can access quality health services for pregnant women because every pregnancy has the risk of complications. Integrated antenatal services are carried out including health counseling, antenatal care, case management and follow-up, preparation for delivery and planning for referrals in case of pregnancy. In the initial researchconducted in Hutaginjang Village, Muara, there were still pregnant women who did not have their pregnancy checked according to the minimum pregnancy standards. Purpose: Screening and pregnancy risk factors is indispensable for early pregnancy and the potential for emergency pregnancy. Methods: Activities carried out by integrated and free pregnancy examinations for pregnant women include measuring weight / height and arm  ircumference, vital signs, physical examination, Hb examination, urine protein and glucose, provision of IEC about nutritional fulfillment, overcoming complaints of pregnant women in trimester IIII,preparation for delivery and administration of iron supplements as well as preparation for referrals for mothers who experience complications in their pregnancy. Results: The activity was carried out without any obstacles, with 18 mothers having their pregnancies checked. The results of the examination found several risk factors for pregnancy, namely age under 20 years and above 35 years of parity, history of delivery by sectio, height below 145 cm, anemia,preeclampsia, breech location, hyperemesia gravidarum, gestational diabetes and gemelli pregnancy. Each mother received communication, information and education related to  maintaining and improving health during pregnancy and  giving iron tablets. Conclusion:Screening and control of pregnancy risk factors is needed to detect early whether the pregnancy is at risk and has the potential for emergency pregnancy, so that the mother can pass her pregnancy well and give birth to a healthy baby.   

The textile and textile products (TPT) industry in Indonesia still has a lot of problems, one of which is the problem of raw materials which are considered to be unable to compete with the same material from importation sources. This requires the company continue to strive to increase productivity and cost efficiency to mitigate the increase in prices of raw materials charged to consumers. One effort that can be done by the company is to improve the efficiency of the cost of raw material inventory. The company must be able to plan and control the company's raw material inventory to support the effectiveness of its raw material costs. By having good planning and control, the company will avoid the problem of excess and lack of raw material inventory in carrying out production activities. This study aims to determine the application of the Justintime system at PT Bintang Baru Sentosa in increasing the efficiency of the company's raw material inventory costs. The type of research is quantitative qualitative research with a case study approach. Data sources obtained from primary data and secondary data. The methods used in this study include: interviews, observation, and documentation studies.The results of the study show that using Justintime in controlling raw material inventories has cost efficiencies of Rp18.418.185,- for 75/72 F DTY and 150/48 F DTY with a cost efficiency level of 75%.  Keyword:Raw Materials, Inventories, Just.intime (JIT), Cost Efficiency

This research report is motivated by the large number of sharia financial institutions that have emerged and the increasing number of sharia banks that provide financial services while meeting the increasingly diverse needs of society. With the current abundance of sharia banking, there are accusations that sharia banking is a conventional bank that only has a sharia label attached to it. However, nowadays sharia banks always try to implement Islamic values based on Sharia principles. Sharia banking has a big influence on people's economic activities. Various sharia banking products are expected to be able to encourage and accelerate people's economic progress in accordance with Islamic principles. In Islamic principles, economic activity cannot be separated from the postulate of faith in Allah SWT and even becomes a built in control for economic actors. From here, sharia banking was built and designed to improve the standard of human life. Sharia banking is expected to become an alternative and even a decisive solution for the development of the national economy, especially for Muslims.

The state considers that all forms of violence, especially domestic violence, constitute violations of human rights and crimes against human dignity. The objective of this study was to demonstrate that the integrity and harmony of a household can be disrupted if the quality and self-control cannot be maintained, ultimately leading to domestic violence and causing a sense of insecurity or injustice to those within the household. This qualitative research used a descriptive approach to systematically gather data that were factual and rapid in line with the condition when this study was conducted. The results showed that every individual within a household, in carrying out their rights and responsibilities, must be guided by religion. Such principles need to be nurtured and developed to build the integrity of a household.

This study aimed to determine whether the science learning outcomes of grade V students who are taught using the NHT Model in SD Negeri 58 Bengkulu City. This study used two groups, namely class 5A with 31 people as the experimental group and class 5B with 31 people as the control group. The research variable consisted of independent variables, namely the Inquiry learning model and the NHT model, while the dependent variable was the science learning outcome. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the posttest results of class 5A students who used the Inquiry Learning Model, namely in the medium and high categories of 93% got a score of 60 to 100 while the learning outcomes of class 5B using the NHT Model were 81% getting a score of 50 to 90. shows that the science learning outcomes of grade V students who are taught using the Inquiry Learning Model are better than those using the NHT model in SD Negeri 58 Bengkulu City.

Fever itself is a condition in which the body temperature is experiencing an increase in heat above the normal temperature. Fever can be treated pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically in various ways, one of which is by using water tepid sponge therapy. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving water tepid sponge to pre-school age children who have fever at the Bhakti Wira Tamtama Army Hospital Semarang. The design of this study used Quasy experimental pre-post test equivalent control group. The number of samples is 20 respondents with the total sampling method. The results showed that there was an effect of water tepid sponge on decreasing body temperature in children aged 36-60 months who had fever with p value 0.000, an average decrease of 1.50C. The recommendation of this study is that the provision of a water tepid sponge can be used as an independent nursing intervention in reducing the body temperature of preschool-aged children who have fever.

Old age is a final stage in the span of human life. Health problems that are often found in the elderly, one of which is psychological disorders, namely anxiety, depression, readiness. These psychological disorders usually cause the emergence of sleep disorders, namely insomnia. Insomnia has an impact on physical effects, namely fatigue and muscle pain. The combination of progressive relaxation techniques and keroncong music is a non-pharmacological therapy given to clients by tensing certain muscles and then relaxing chili sauce accompanied by keroncong music. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of progressive relaxation therapy and keroncong music on insomnia in the elderly at the Setya Manunggal III Posyandu, Semarang Regency. This type of research is a quasi-experimental approach with a one group pre-post-test design without control approach. The population of the study was the active elderly who were registered at the Setya Manunggal III Posyandu Lansia as many as 33 elderly. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling by taking into account certain criteria, namely: 1) the elderly who were registered at the Setyamanunggal III Posyandu, 2) aged 60-74 years. 3) Does not experience limitations or paralysis of limbs 4) Likes keroncong music. The exclusion criteria set included: 1) Elderly people with dementia 2) Elderly people who received medication to help sleep/anti-depressants/sedatives 3) Elderly people with total hearing loss. Insomnia measuring instrument using the KSBPJ Questionnaire. The results showed that there was an effect of Combination of Progressive Relaxation Therapy and Keroncong Music on insomnia in the elderly with a t value of 16,142 > t table.

Hypertension is situation where blood pressure exceeding the limit of normal with blood pressure 140/90 mmHg and which includes non contagious disease. Complementary therapy can reduce the risk of hypertension complications. SEFT therapy one of a complementary therapy that can be used to overcome the problem of increasing blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to carried out SEFT therapy towards decreasing blood pressure in hypertension patients in the built area of Puskesmas Rowosari Semarang. This type of researAch is descriptive using the case study approach method. The criteria used in the case study: primary hypertension patients, hypertension sufferers were able to communicate well, hypertension patients who did not take anti-hypertension drugs. Case study analysis was carried out by processing data through observation of blood pressure before and after SEFT therapy. The results of the case study showed that there was a decrease of blood pressure. Before therapy the blood pressure of  the subject I was 170/110 mmHg decreased to 120/80 mmHg and in subject II before therapy, blood pressure 160/100 decreased to 140/80 mmHg. The recommendation is with control of blood pressure by using SEFT therapy, the society can apply this therapy.

Improvement of Textile Industry system design with Six Sigma and FMEA to improve process quality. Six Sigma is a method of continuous quality improvement, by minimizing the number of defects. FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) tool is used to help determine the appropriate action, eliminating priority failure modes. The next step to improve to determine the most influential factor to the occurrence of color defects, so that the influence of the interference factor is minimum. If the control function is carried out and the factors causing the defect do not appear again there will be an increase in sigma value. FMEA analysis results obtained by machine temperature and material factors that most influence the occurrence of color defects, with RPN values of 210 and 120 respectively, the Six Sigma calculation results an increase in sigma value from initial conditions of 3.78 sigma to 4.93 sigma, or an increase in process capability of 1.15 sigma. Proposed improvements with DOE so that color defects do not appear are suggested by setting the thermosol engine temperature control device and mixing the optimized NaCl. BLDC motor applications used in various forms in instrumentation, robotics, household, and transportation. The purpose used in this study is to improve the efficiency of the regulation of BLDC motors on electric bicycles. Indicators of increasing performance are increasingly steady-state errors, and transient response required. The method used in this research is to do mathematical modeling in the form of transfer and optimization function equations. The model used is the model with the structure of the transfer function, while the optimization method used in this study is the Ziegler-Nichols method and firefly algorithm. The firefly algorithm is used in this study to obtain optimal Kp, Ki, and Kd values. The results showed that the firefly algorithm achieved better performance compared to the Ziegler-Nichols method.
