This study aims to analyze how effective promotion can help build customer loyalty in kebab businesses in Wonokerto, and to find out whether the business is feasible or not to run. Qualitative case studies were conducted by conducting in-depth interviews with kebab business owners and several loyal customers, as well as observing promotional activities carried out. This study uses qualitative research methods to collect data and analyze complex phenomena in a specific language and cultural context. In-depth interviews were used to collect data from purposively selected informants, namely kebab business owners and some loyal customers. Observations were also made to obtain information regarding promotional activities carried out and interactions between customers and kebab business owners. The results of the study show that effective promotion can help build and maintain customer loyalty to kebab businesses in Wonokerto. Kebab business owners need to pay attention to customer needs and preferences in designing effective promotional strategies. Effective promotion must be able to attract customers and provide significant added value for them. Therefore, kebab business owners need to understand the characteristics of customers and the market environment to design targeted and effective promotional strategies. So that the business can be declared feasible to run.

Technology is developing very fast, until now it has entered the digital era. Where UMKM actors are expected to be able to adapt and utilize technology for business progress. However, in reality, many UMKM actors find it difficult to adapt technology, so they still use manual methods which are less effective. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to help the UMKM Batako Business named UD Lancar Rejeki located in Krogowanan Village, Sawangan District, Magelang Regency, so that they can record their business financial transactions digitally using the BukuKas application via Smartphone. In its business processes, financial transactions at UD Lancar Rejeki are still recorded in a simple manner and are not in accordance with a standard structure. The method used in this activity is the direct mentoring method, which starts with providing socialization on the use of the Cash Book application, then direct practice until it is successfully implemented. Activities carried out smoothly and can provide insight and train the skills of partners in implementing digital-based financial reports. After the training activities are completed, partners are able to use the Cash Book application in recording transactions, making financial records and financial reports, and can find out the cost of goods sold and profit and loss

Nganjuk is a Kabupaten in the province of East Java, Indonesia. One of the sub-districts in Nganjuk, Rejoso sub-district, Ngadiboyo village, is a potential producer of shallots. We found that the Ngadiboyo village area is a potential producer of shallots. In addition to shallots, residents use their farmland to grow commodities such as soya and green beans. However, the problem we identified with the village's economy is the need for home industry-based businesses that utilize the main crops to be sold as ready-to-consume products. On this occasion, we want to develop the sale of shallot products to increase the economic stability of the Ngadiboyo Village community. Community service is carried out with a mentoring method through attracting community participation. Assistance to attract participation is focused on developing sales through social media, product photos, and e-commerce. Sales development activities on shallot products are one of the activities to help increase community sales. Implementing this activity is expected to increase sales to help the economy. Therefore, this community service activity is hoped to change the community of shallot product sellers.

Machine maintenance must be carried out as a support for the reliability of a machine so that the production system can run smoothly to meet production needs. The fundamental problem of this study is in PT XYZ with the Roll Table 5Q machine, which frequently experiences sudden damage caused by critical components. The goal of the study was to determine the maintenance time interval of the 5Q Roll Table machine, the optimal age of the machine, and the number of mechanics based on the minimum total maintenance cost in an effort to improve the reliability of the machine using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II methods and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) methods. From the results of research for critical components As Roll Table obtained interval value of 331 hours / 13 days once a year with the selection of action is Scheduled restoration task and for Bearing components obtained interval value of 109 hours/5 days once a year with the selection of action is Scheduled on-condition task. From the calculation of the total life cycle cost of Rp. 3,720,459,386 with the optimal number of mechanics on the Roll Table machine as many as 3 mechanics with an efficiency level of 9.63% with an optimal age for the Roll Table machine 5Q is 12 years.

CV XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing with production in the form of stacking chairs. This company has a production capacity of 200 units of stacking chairs every day. The company has 3 types of bunk chairs, namely CH-100 KR, CH-200 KR, and CH-200 PC. Customer demand at this company tends to be fluctuating (up and down) which results in the company experiencing difficulties in determining the optimal raw material inventory to meet customer needs. The Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method is an appropriate method for scheduling inventory. The result of this scheduling model is in the form of a master production schedule (JIP) which is used to determine the demand for chair products for the next 6 months. The results of data processing obtained requests for stacking chairs in the next 6 months for the type CH-100 KR 10.724 unit, CH-200 KR of 10.998 unit, and CH-200 PC of 9.687 unit. The demand is then calculated using the MRP approach with LFL and EOQ. An effective material requirements planning method with the lowest cost is to use the Lot For Lot (LFL) method which gives the lowest cost results IDR 7,475,617,611.

PT Romi Violeta Sidoarjo is one of the furniture companies in Indonesia, specializing in rattan and wood products, offering them to the global market. Quality is also a key factor for the company, as good quality is considered an achievement. In the production process, there are inevitably product errors that do not meet specifications or defects, one of which occurs during the finishing process, where there are 8 types of defects. In the data of the quality control department for finishing in the year 2022, there were 246 instances of defects out of a total production of 10,921. This can hinder further production processes, and the company will incur losses due to costs and expenses for repairing defective products. The research is conducted with the aim of determining the level of product quality control, the causes of product defects, and preventive actions or improvement proposals to reduce the defect rate. The method used in this research is Statistical Process Control (SPC), which aims to minimize the defect rate. From the calculations and analysis of the Statistical Process Control (SPC) results for the eight types of defects, the dominant defect type is color variation, which accounts for 67 instances with a percentage of 27.2%. Furthermore, on the control chart calculations, findings were made for the data samples in January, June, August, and September. The cause-and-effect diagram revealed factors such as human, machine, raw materials, methods, and the environment that can contribute to defects. However, the largest cause is human error, as almost 90% of the finishing work is done by humans, often without following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by the company.

Dalam proses kegiatan pengangkutan, hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan ialah mengenai perlindungan terhadap konsumen sebagai orang yang menggunakan atau mengonsumsi barang dan jasa yang di sedikan pihak pengangkutan. Perlindungan terhadap konsumen ini sudah diatur oleh negara dalam bentuk undang-undang yang lebih dikenal dengan UU No.8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Undang-undang ini berisikan mengenai seluruh upaya yang harus dilakukan sebagai bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen, Undang- undang ini menjadi patokan dasar terhadap pemenuhan Hak- hak konsumen guna menciptakan rasa aman dan kenyamanan pada konsumen. Maxim sendiri merupakan salah satu penyedia jasa pengangkutan yang wajib memenuhi hak-hak konsumen sebagai pengguna jasa pengangkuta. Namun berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan dari pihak Maxim dalam memenuhi hak-hak konsumen. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian hukum normatif (normative law research) menggunakan studi kasus normatif berupa produk perilaku hukum, misalnya mengkaji undang-undang. Pokok kajiannya adalah hukum yang dikonsepkan sebagai norma atau kaidah yang berlaku dalam masyarakat dan menjadi acuan perilaku setiap orang. Perlindungan hukum untuk konsumen pengguna transportasi online kendaraan roda dua berdasarkan ketentuan UUPK dalam pemenuhan hak asasi bagi konsumen selaku pengguna jasa transportasi online roda dua menjadi kewajiban penuh bagi pelaku usaha selaku penyedia jasa transportasi online untuk memberikan perlindungan dalam segi keamanan, keselamatan dan kenyamanan bagi konsumen dalam menggunakan layanan jasa tranportasi online yang disediakan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang- undangan.

This study aims to analyze the responsibilities of directors in a company through a legal approach. In this context, the responsibility of directors refers to the legal obligations attached to directors in carrying out their duties and functions in a company. This study uses the literature analysis method to collect data from various legal sources, such as laws, court decisions, and related literature. The results of the research show that the responsibility of directors in a company has a strong legal basis. The directors have an obligation to act in good faith, carry out the functions of managing the company, and protect the interests of the company and its shareholders. They must make rational decisions, based on careful consideration and adequate information. However, there are several issues that need to be considered regarding the responsibilities of directors in the company. One of them is the potential problem of law violations by the directors, whether intentional or unintentional. In this regard, there needs to be an effective oversight and accountability mechanism in place to ensure that directors are held accountable for their actions.

This type of research is quantitative with a pre-experimental research design in the form of One Group pretest-posttest. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the guided inquiry learning model by teaching material properties of objects in class V SD Inpres Pare'-pare', in terms of the achievement of mastery of learning outcomes; student activity in participating in learning; and students' responses to the use of inquiry learning models. This study uses two observed variables, namely the independent variable (X) in this study is the learning model, namely the guided inquiry learning model and the dependent variable (Y) in this study is the result of learning science in grade V SD Inpres Pare'-Pare'. The population of this study were fifth grade students of SD Inpres Pare'-Pare'. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, by making the population a sample of 20 students. The research instruments used were learning achievement tests, activity sheets, and response sheets, while the data collection techniques in this study used learning achievement tests, documentation and observation. The data analysis used was descriptive statistical data analysis, activity data analysis and student response data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the average posttest result is 94. As for the percentage of student activity after the use of the guided inquiry learning model is 82% and for the positive response of students to the use of the guided inquiry learning model is 96%. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the results of research on the use of effective guided inquiry learning models are used in learning science material on the properties of objects in class V SD Inpres Pare'-Pare', Bajeng District, Gowa Regency.

Pesticides are toxic substances that have a negative impact on human health problems. Anemia is one of the chronic effects of pesticide. The effect of pesticides to the farmer’s health, decreasing production or increasing destruction of red blood cells. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of pesticide exposure with anemia in the blood of pesticide spraying workers at PT. X. The research method used is Cross Sectional at PT. X with a total sample of 61 workers was obtained by Simple Random Sampling. Information was obtained through interviews with questionnaire and examination of hemoglobin levels using a portable hemoglobin meter. Based on the results of the analysis using chi square data, it was found that pesticide exposure were associated with anemia (p = 0.011). It is expected that sprayers pay more attention to the impact of using pesticides with health.    

Berdasarkan data dari badan pusat stasistik (BPS), Indonesia mengalami kontransi pertumbuhan ekonomi pada tahun 2020. Hal ini menyebabkan perekonomian mengalami deflasi atau penurunan drastis karena perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia mempunyai pergerakan yang kurang stabil. Perubahan yang terjadi dipengaruhi adanya pandemi covid-19.Pemerintah indonesia mengeluarkan kebijakan guna mengurangi penyebaran virus covid-19. Namun kebijakan tersebut menyebabkan berkurangnya jumlah konsumsi rumah tangga. Konsumsi di Indonesia yang tidak terkendali menyebabkan perekonomian mengalami penurunan, untuk itu pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk memulihkan perekonomian, pemerintah melaksanakan kebijakan dan membangun kerjasama dengan masyarakat ataupun pelaku usaha UMKM sebagai peran utama pada pergerakan pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia dan mendorong percepatan efektivitas ekonomi disetiap daerah. This research article examines the process of delaying service at West Opel through observations made while working on board the ship. This study focuses on two main factors that affect the efficiency of the towage process: the delay in maneuvering the ship and the time it takes. The observations highlight the impact of the power limitations of conventional tugs compared to ASD tug systems, particularly MVs. Ace Guard. This finding reveals that the insufficient power of a conventional vessel impedes the smooth maneuverability of the vessel, so that the ASD tug has to adjust its power to match that of a conventional tug and maintain the correct position while the vessel departs. In addition, this study emphasizes the significant duration of time involved in the towage process, taking into account the coordination between ASD tugs and conventional tugs. This research concludes that these factors contribute to a slower and more time consuming procrastination process. The case studies presented provide valuable insights for optimizing and increasing the efficiency of service operations in a similar maritime environment.

Puskesmas as one of the most important health services infrastructure has a task for give health services to the whole of society. Puskesmas is accused to always keep patient’s trust and satisfaction by give quality services. Quality services in the context of the services at Puskesmas mean give services to the patient based on standard quality for fill up necessary and anxiety of the society, so that they can get satisfaction which finally can increase patient’s trust to Puskesmas. This study aims to determine the quality of health services, the causal factors, and the demands and needs of the community. Measurements from service quality using the SERQUAL method and data extraction is done either quantitatively or qualitatively.

The quality of service at hospitals must always be improved to provide the best service to people in Indonesia. In accordance with Permenkes Number 82 of 2013 it states that every hospital is required to implement and develop a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is very important to do to support the efficiency of the management process in hospitals starting from information to patients, data, data processing and all activities in the hospital. By implementing a Hospital Management Information System, it is necessary to know how it is applied in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia. This research was conducted with literature reviews and journal searches using Google Scholar. The research results show that the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) can improve the quality of health services because it facilitates the management activities of health service institutions.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Assets and Current Ratio on stock prices. The population used in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in three periods, namely 2018-2020. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling so that the data was obtained after outlayering 210 samples. The analytical method in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 18 software. The results of this study prove that Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, but the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) do not effect on stock prices.

Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki berbagai dampak dari kebijakan sektor migas di perusahaan Pertamina. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami efek-efek kebijakan tersebut terhadap perusahaan dan berbagai aspek terkait seperti kinerja keuangan, operasional, lingkungan, dan hubungan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis data sekunder, studi kasus. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan sektor migas memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada perusahaan Pertamina. Dampak tersebut mencakup perubahan dalam pendapatan perusahaan, efisiensi operasional, peningkatan atau penurunan tingkat emisi dan dampak lingkungan lainnya, serta pengaruh terhadap hubungan sosial dengan masyarakat lokal dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Oleh sebab itu, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang dampak-dampak yang dihasilkan oleh kebijakan sektor migas di perusahaan Pertamina, yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dan pengembangan strategi di masa depan.

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan kekayaan sumber daya alam melimpah yang tersebar di berbagai daerah seperti minyak dan gas bumi. Sebagai salah satu penyokong terbesar perekonomian negara untuk pembangunan nasional, industri hulu migas berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan negara dan ketenagakerjaan wilayah kerja lapangan migas. Kegiatan hulu migas memberikan kontribusi secara langsung sekitar Rp672 triliun terhadap pendapatan negara. Hal tersebut didukung oleh pemerintah dan pihak terkait melalui pembaruan lifting minyak dan gas bumi pada tahun 2022 dan menghasilkan pencapaian melebihi target dari US$9,95 menjadi US$18,19 untuk penerimaan negara. Ditinjau dari segi ekspor dan impor migas nonmigas, nilai ekspor pada awal 2023 lebih tinggi dari impor, sehingga Indonesia mencatatkan surplus neraca perdagangan sebesar US$3,87 miliar. Nilai ekspor yang cukup tinggi didominasi oleh nonmigas. Namun, ekspor migas lebih berpengaruh secara signifikan karena memiliki trend pertumbuhan ekonomi yang stabil. Penyerapan tenaga kerja di wilayah kerja tercatat sebesar 91% dan dipengaruhi oleh faktor investasi migas.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Islamic School (Madrasah) Principals’ entrepreneurship on Students’ entrepreneurship in the Islamic School Education environment. Entrepreneurship among students is an essential factor in creating a personality that is equipped to encounter workplace challenges and create opportunities in various sectors. Principals play a crucial role in shaping a school culture that promotes and facilitates the entrepreneurial development of students as educational leaders. This research employed a qualitative approach through interviews and observations as a data. The respondents of the study were the Islamic School Principals and students of Madrasah Aliyah in Soreang District, Bandung Regency. The study’s findings demonstrated that the entrepreneurship of Islamic School Principals significantly affected students’ entrepreneurship. Islamic School Principals with a high spirit of entrepreneurship could serve as role models who inspire students to adopt proactive, innovative, and independent attitudes. Essential factors that encourage the development of student entrepreneurship include a learning environment that promotes entrepreneurship and empowers students, a relevant curriculum, and entrepreneurial attitudes. This study provided a deeper comprehension of the significance of the role of the Islamic School Principal in shaping student entrepreneurship. The practical significance of this research is the necessity to establish educational policies that emphasise developing student entrepreneurship in the context of the Islamic School environment. Thus, this research can enhance educational quality and equip students for increasingly complex and competitive business and entrepreneurship challenges in the future.
