Zakat adalah bentuk ibadah yang berfungsi sebagai alat pemerataan pendapatan dalam masyarakat untuk mengurangi kesenjangan antara orang yang berkecukupan dengan orang yang kekurangan. Penduduk suatu negara bersangkutan yang mayoritas memeluk agama Islam memiliki kepatuhan dalam membayar zakat dan disertai dukungan dari amil yang memberikan sistem pengelolaan zakat secara jujur, transparan dan akuntabel akan membuat zakat menjadi sumber penerimaan yang signifikan. Salah satu organisasi pengelolaan zakat yang dibentuk pemerintah yaitu Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS). Jika pengelola tidak transparan dalam mengelola zakat yang ada dan tidak ada pengawasan dalam pengelolaan zakat tersebut, bukan tidak mungkin muzaki hilang kepercayaan terhadap pengelola, karena muzaki beranggapan bahwa pengelolaan zakat dilakukan secara tidak transparan. Untuk itulah diperlukan transparansi dalam pengelolaan zakat. Selain itu, dibutuhkan pula kualitas pelayanan yang baik dalam pengelolaan zakat agar minat dan kepercayaan muzakki tersebut muncul terhadap pengelolaan zakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tranparansi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat muzakki dalam membayar zakat di baznas kota jambi serta pengaruh tranparansi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepercayaan muzakki dalam membayar zakat di baznas kota jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat hitung spss versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tranparansi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat muzakki dalam membayar zakat di Baznas Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini variabel-variabel tersebut valid dan reliabel. Pada pengujian asumsi klasik penelitian ini berdistribusi normal, tidak terjadi multikolinearitas, dan tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas.

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Mekar Swalayan Kediri. This type of research uses descriptive research with quantitative methods with sampling techniques, namely saturated sampling techniques where the population is 64 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) processed using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The research results show that Leadership Style and Organizational culture (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style and organizational culture (X2) have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through the job satisfaction variable. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Islamic Spirituality and Work Ethics on Organizational Commitment by examining Job Satisfaction as a mediating variabel on Employees of the Financial Services and Insurance City in West Java. This research is quantitative using primary data. Data analysis was carried out using 100 questionnaires processed with SPSS 27 which showed that Job Satisfaction (Z) was able to mediate the influence of Islamic Spirituality (X1) and Work Ethics (X2) on Organizational Commitment (Y). There is a limitation in this research which is the proportion of the number of research samples. which is less evenly distributed in workplace locations which are still centered in Greater Bandung and employment sectors which are still centered in Conventional Commercial Banks, Rural Banks and Other Financing Institutions. The nature of employees in the Financial Services and Insurance Sector required them to comply with lots of ethical standards. Therefore, Islamic Spirituality and Work Ethics need to be facilitated and encouraged to increase Job Satisfaction which has an impact on Organizational Commitment in a way to achieve organizational purposes.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh media audiovisual terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tapian Nauli Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tapian Nauli Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023 yang beragama Kristen berjumlah 53 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup sebanyak 40 item yaitu 16 item untuk variabel X dan 24 item untuk variabel Y. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan media audiovisual terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tapian Nauli Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023. Berdasarkan uji hubungan yang positif diperoleh nilai rxy = 0,483 > rtabel(a=0,05,n=53) = 0,226 dengan demikian diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel X dengan variabel Y. Uji hubungan yang signifikan diperoleh nilai thitung= 3,944 > ttabel(a=0,05,dk=n-2=51)= 2,000 dengan demikian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dengan variabel Y. Uji koefisien determinasi regresi (r2) = 23,4%. Uji pengaruh: Uji persamaan regresi, diperoleh persamaan regresi  persamaan regresi ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam keadaan konstanta 36,73 maka untuk setiap penambahan Media Audiovisual maka minat belajar siswa akan meningkat sebesar 0,79. Dengan demikian Ha yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan media audiovisual terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tapian Nauli Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023 diterima dan H0 ditolak.

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, free cash flow that can affect debt policy in Manufacturing Companies in the Goods and Consumer Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. This study uses a quantitative approach with data sources derived from secondary data in the form of financial statements. The population in this study is manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption sector with the number of samples used is as many as 22 companies with the purposive sampling method. Technical data analysis used simple linear analysis and Moderated Reggression Anaylisis (MRA) using SPSS tool version 25. The results of this study show that partially liquidity and profitability have a negative  and significant effect on dividend policy, variable free cash flow has a positive and significant effect on debt policy. Dividend policy variables as variables cannot strengthen the relationship of liquidity  to debt policy, profitability to debt policy, and free cash flow to debt policy.

Companies must struggle to survive and be the best, this encourages companies to use various strategies and innovations to prevent bankruptcy in the laws of law there are gaps that can be utilized by taxpayers to reduce the tax burden that must be paid. One of them is tax avoidance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect and explain profitability, leverage on tax avoidance with sales growth as moderation variables in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2020-2021. Types of research approaches are quantitative, with a population of 4 companies and 32 data samples The quarterly financial uses using purposive sampling for sample determination. Data analysis techniques conducted with descriptive statistical analysis, testing of panel data regression estimation models, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, t-test, and moderation regression analysis. The results of this study were obtained that the partial profitability variable had a significant effect on tax avoidance and partially leverage had no significant effect on tax avoidance. The results of moderation regression analysis obtained by the results of sales growth instead of the moderation variable between profitability and leverage of tax avoidance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Mekanisme Good Corporate Governance dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kualitas Audit sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Pada Perusahaan Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia dan Perusahaan Sektor Barang Konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia  tahun 2019-2021). Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini, laporan keuangan tersebut di unduh pada website masing-masing perusahaan. Pada penarikan sampel, penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menerapkan beberapa kriteria pada populasi dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 71 perusahaan dari jumlah populasi 213 perusahaan yang masuk ke dalam  Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia dan Sektor Barang Konsumsi tahun 2019-2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Komisaris Independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) Kepemilikan Manajerial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) Kepemilikan Institusional memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) Ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, (5) Kualitas audit memoderasi pengaruh  komisaris independen terhadap nilai perusahaan, (6) Kualitas audit memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial  terhadap nilai perusahaan, (7) kualitas audit tidak memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan institusional terhadap nilai perusahaan dan (8) kualitas audit memoderasi pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The background of this research is health workers’ performance at Bola Health Center in Sikka Regency was not optimal. This study aimed to (1) describe health workers performance, emotional intelligence, and organizational citizenship behavior. (2) analyzing chiter partailly or simultaneously the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior on the work performance of health workers at Bola Health Center Sikka Regency. The population in this study were health workers at Bola Health Center in Sikka Regency, totaling 64 people. This research was conducted through census or saturated sampling due limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hy pothesis testing in done through the t test and and F test. The results of the descriptive analysis revealed that the performance variabels of health workers, emotionaal intelligence, and organizational citizenship behavior were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics showed that partially the variabels of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant influence on health workers performance. The statisticial results of the F test showed that simultancously the variables of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior had a significant influence on health workers performance. The results of the determination analysis showed that the contribution  of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior on health workers performance in Bola Health Center wa 21,3%.

Latar belakang peneliitian ini adalah hasil pra survey yang menunjukan bahwa kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan di UPT Puskesmas Waipare belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan, Pengawasan dan Lingkungan Kerja di UPT Puskesmas Waipare (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengawasan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan di UPT Puskesmas Waipare baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah merupakan Tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di UPT Puskesmas Waipare sebanyak 56 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis melalui uji F dan uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja Tenaga kesehatan, pengawasan dan lingkungan kerja dengan kriteria cukup baik. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengawasan dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengawasan dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,621 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi variabel pengawasan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan sebesar 38,5% di UPT Puskesmas Waipare.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui gambaran kinerja perawat, beban kerja, dan dukungan sosial; (2) Menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap kinerja perawat  baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat IGD pada RSUD dr.T.C. Hillers Maumere berjumlah 34 orang perawat. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F  dan Uji t. Hasil  analisis  deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja perawat, beban kerja dan dukungan sosial dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat sedangkan dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel beban kerja dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja perawat IGD pada RSUD dr.T.C. Hillers Maumere sebesar 32,1%.

.The Influence of aimed to (1) determine the descripition of performance, organization culture, and employee engagement; (2) analyse the influence of organization culture and employee engagement on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.The population in this study were 50 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 East Flores. Due to the limited population, this research was conducted through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, which was multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through the F test t test.The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variabels of employee performance, organizational culture and employee engagement were categorized as good. The statistical results of the t test indicated that partially ,organizational culture variabels have a significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously employee engagement has an insiginificant effect on employee performent variabels. The results of the F test statistics indicated that simultanesously the variabels of organizational culture and employee engagement have a significant effect on employee performance.The results of the determination alalysis showed that the two independent variabels in this study were able to explain the variation in the fluctuation of employee performance of PT PLN (Peresro) UP3 Eastern Flores Maumare Sikka Regency by 75%

This study aims to examine the effect of company size and profitability on dividend policy with debt policy as a moderating variable (IDX30 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2022). The research method used in this study is quantitative research and uses secondary data collection techniques in the form of an annual report. The sample in this study was selected using a purposive sampling method and a sample of 15 IDX30 companies was obtained that met the sample criteria. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that firm size has no effect on dividend policy, and profitability has an effect on dividend policy. Moderation of debt policy weakens the effect of company size on dividend policy. And in moderation the debt policy is not able to weaken the effect of profitability on dividend policy. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R Square) is 0.330 which indicates that company size and profitability on dividend policy is 33% while the remaining 67% (100% - 33%) is influenced by variables outside the research model. After adding debt policy as a moderating variable, the coefficient of determination decreases to 0.321. From these results it can be interpreted that 32.1% of the dividend policy can be explained by the variable company size and profitability with debt policy. While the rest, namely 67.9% (100% - 32.1%) is explained by variables outside the study

Sari Mulya Supermarket is one of the supermarkets that provides various kinds of basic household needs and a place to shop that can shop wholesale and retail. This type of research uses quantitative. The population of this study with a sample of 60 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents online using the Google form. The results of this study are that work stress has no partial and negative effect on employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is -1.676 < t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.099 > 0, 05. Leadership style partially and positively influences employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is 5.081 > t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 . Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) are significant and positive on Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 13.733 > F table 4.010. Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance through Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Job Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) through Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 23.375 > F table 4.010.

The development of the business world is currently experiencing quite high development, not only in the manufacturing industry but many are entering the world of service markets, by presenting similar or even the same service products, thus making service businesses compete to provide service quality and satisfaction in order to gain customer loyalty. . This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of consumers who had ordered more than 3 times which resulted in a sample of 90 people, the method of data collection was through distributing google form questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5 as a measuring tool. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple linear analysis and partial regression test (t test). Data processing was carried out using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicated that service quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction was proven to mediate the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayanai dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan PT. Deltamarga Adyatama Semarang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh seluruh karyawan PT. Deltamarga Adyatama Semarang, ukuran jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 107 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus atau sampel jenuh. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil analisis penelitian diperoleh kepemimpinan yang melayani dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kepemimpinan yang melayani, motivasi intrinsik, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji mediasi menyatakan bahwa variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta Organizational Citizenship Behavior dapat memediasi pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan menganalisis peran motivasi kerja dalam memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 84 orang karyawan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Subregional Jawa Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik proporsional sampling. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan.

Dokter praktek merupakan pelayanan perorangan yang mampu menangani pasien secara komprehensif yaitu promotive, preventive, curative, rehabilitative dan palliative care. Pelayanan dokter praktek dituntut untuk mampu menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkulaitas. Salah satunya dengan pelayanan rekam medis elektronik untuk menghasilkan data dan informasi yang berkualitas. Salah satu dokter praktek yang memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan adalah Dr praktek Sriningsih. Isi dari rekam medis rawat jalan ini adalah nomor rekam medis pasien, nama, alamat, usia, pekerjaan, anamnesis diagnosis dan Tindakan. Formulir masih manual dan belum ada space tanda tangan pemberi asuhan. Implementasi rekam medis rawat jalan di Praktek Dokter melalui lima tahapan. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for iPhone smartphones through purchase intention as an intervening variable. The sample used was 85 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique consists of Outer Model (Measurement Model) which consists of Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity and Composite Reliability, then Structural Model (Inner Model) and Hypothesis Test. Based on the results showed that the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a parameter coefficient of 0.192, a t-count value of 2.030, and a p-value of 0.043 <0.05. Lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a parameter coefficient of 0.338, t-count value of 3.353 and p-value is 0.001 <0.05. product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on purchase intention with a parameter coefficient of 0.129, t-count value of 1.142 and p-value is 0.254>0.05. Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on buying interest with a parameter coefficient of 0.558, a t-count value of 6.485 and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. buying interest has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a parameter coefficient of 0.558, a t-count value of 6.485 and a p-value of 0.000<0.05.

This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Effect of Customer Trust on the Decision to Use Mobile Banking Through Perceived Risk as an Intervening Variable (Case Study on Mobile Banking Application Users at UIN North Sumatra Students). This study uses a quantitative approach. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect data, and 100 students at UIN Sumatra Utara were selected as a sample using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this research is quantitative data analysis. Statistical tests known as the T-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination R2 are all components of this analysis, as are the path analysis tests. Based on the research analysis, it can be concluded that customer trust has a positive and significant effect on perceived risk, customer trust has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use, perceived risk has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use, customer trust has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use through perceived risk as intervening variable. This means that a high perceived risk in accordance with customer trust will lead to a high decision to use the mobile banking application. This result is important for Islamic banking to minimize the risks that will be felt. Through breakthroughs to improve the security of the mobile banking system, thereby maintaining customer trust which will have an impact on the decision to use mobile banking services.

This research was related to the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance PT. Armada Financial Magelang with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to: determine the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction partially. Knowing the influence of compensation on job satisfaction partially determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment simultaneously, knowing the influence of organizational culture on employee performance partially determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance partially determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction the performance of employees simultaneously, and knowing where greater direct influence organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance PT Mega Finance Mojokerto with indirect and direct influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance PT Mega Finance Mojokerto through organizational commitment. Respondents in this study were 58 employees of PT Mega Finance Mojokerto. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and in analyzing the data using path analysis. The results of this study indicated that there was partial significant effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction, there was partial significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction, there was significant effect of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction simultaneously, there was partial significant effect of organizational culture on employee performance, there was partial significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, there was partial significant effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance simultaneously, there was partial significant effect of job satisfaction to employee performance. Then simultaneously significant effect of job satisfaction to employee performance. In addition, the indirect influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction PT Mega Finance Mojokerto greater than the direct influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Indirectly influence compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction PT Mega Finance Mojokerto greater than the direct effect of compensation on employee performance.
