Indonesia, as a country with a high level of disaster vulnerability, faces an increased risk of communicable diseases during the emergency response phase due to disrupted sanitation, limited access to clean water, overcrowded evacuation shelters, and weakened health services. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of health workers in health education and the prevention of communicable diseases during disaster emergency response. The method used is a literature review of relevant national and international scientific articles. The findings indicate that health workers have a multidimensional role, not only as providers of curative services but also as educators, change agents, advocates, and collaborators in promotive and preventive efforts. Effective health education, participatory risk communication, strengthened epidemiological surveillance, and the implementation of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) are key strategies to reduce the risk of communicable disease outbreaks. However, implementation in the field still faces challenges, including limited resources, cross-sectoral coordination constraints, heavy workloads, and suboptimal disaster-related policy systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Therefore, strengthening the capacity of health workers through training, policy support, and community-based approaches is necessary to enhance health system resilience in responding to disaster crises.

Social protection programs in Indonesia play a strategic role in poverty alleviation and supporting economic development. One form of social protection implementation at the regional level is the Depok Prosperity Card (KDS) Program, implemented by the Depok City Government as a means of ensuring food security for underprivileged communities. However, the program's implementation has been deemed incompletely transparent and poorly targeted, as expressed by several members of the Depok City Council (DPRD). Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of the city's food security policy through the Depok Sejahtera Card Program in Tanah Baru Village, Depok City. This study uses Charles O. Jones's policy implementation theory, which encompasses three main indicators: organization, interpretation, and implementation. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results indicate that, from an organizational perspective, the Depok Sejahtera Card Program has been implemented quite well, characterized by a clear division of tasks among relevant stakeholders. From an interpretive perspective, the program has a strong legal basis through Depok Mayor Regulation Number 79 of 2022 and aims to reduce poverty. However, various obstacles remain in the implementation aspect, resulting in program implementation not being optimal and efficient. Nevertheless, the program is considered beneficial for recipient communities, although an increase in the amount of assistance is still needed to meet food needs for a period of one month.

This study aims to elaborate on the mechanism of product design, word of mouth (WOM), price perception, and product quality on purchase decisions, with brand image serving as a mediating variable. The research focuses on consumers of Ogel-Ogel, a traditional snack product from Pemalang. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive method, data were gathered from 100 respondents through purposive and accidental sampling techniques. Data analysis employed path analysis and the Sobel test to measure the strength of the mediation effect. The results reveal that, partially, all independent variables and brand image exert a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. The most crucial finding indicates that brand image acts as an effective mediating bridge, reinforcing the transformation of physical product attributes and social recommendations into actual purchasing actions. This underscores that for MSMEs in the culinary sector, visual uniqueness and quality are insufficient without consistent brand reputation management. This research provides strategic contributions for local product managers in integrating traditional marketing elements with brand equity strengthening to navigate an increasingly competitive market.

This study analyzes media perceptions of the revocation of CNN Indonesia journalists' press identity cards by the State Palace in 2025, using the legal framework of Law Number 40 of 1999 concerning the Press. The main objective of the study is to examine the extent to which provisions in the Press Law function effectively in providing legal protection for journalists, as well as to identify potential restrictions on statements deemed inappropriate for public access by the Palace. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach, combining literature review, legal document analysis, and review of national media coverage. The research findings indicate that the revocation of Press IDs without going through the Press Council mechanism contradicts the principles of due process and press freedom guaranteed in the Press Law. This incident created a critical perception that the government has the potential to restrict journalists' freedom, especially regarding strategic state policy issues. Informal resolution through mediation and official apologies do not change the reality that the implementation of non-litigation mechanisms in the Press Law is crucial. This study concludes that the role of the Press Law in protecting the journalistic profession is highly dependent on the government's commitment to guaranteeing press freedom, information transparency, and strengthening the media as a pillar of democracy.

This study aims to analyze the creation of public value through the Multi-Purpose Credit (KSG) program implemented by Bank Sumsel Babel Prabumulih Branch in improving financial inclusion for civil servants (ASN) in Prabumulih City. The analysis employs Mark H. Moore's Public Value Strategic Triangle, which consists of three core dimensions: public value, legitimacy and support, and operational capacity. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis involving seven informants, including internal bank officials and KSG borrowers with varying credit statuses (current, substandard, and non-performing). Overall, the study concludes that the KSG program successfully creates public value by expanding access to formal financial services, strengthening ASN financial literacy, and contributing to local financial inclusion. The findings indicate that the program not only functions as a banking product but also as a public service instrument that supports socioeconomic stability among civil servants. However, several challenges remain, particularly in ensuring equal benefits for borrowers facing repayment difficulties. Therefore, improvements in post-disbursement support, the development of online consultation services, and the provision of continuous and targeted financial education are needed to enhance program sustainability and ensure that public value is distributed more evenly among all borrower categories.
