Learning and teaching, two familiar words in the realm of education, are like two sides of the same coin, inseparable from one another. They form the main pillars guiding individuals toward the gates of knowledge and wisdom. Learning, akin to an adventurous journey, is a continuous process of self-transformation. The interaction between individuals and their environment acts like a map guiding their steps. Every experience, every interaction, is like a footprint etched in the soil, leading individuals towards positive, active, and directed behavioral changes. This transformation, much like the metamorphosis of a butterfly, does not happen overnight. It requires time, patience, and proper guidance, much like the mentorship of a wise teacher, to help individuals reach their full potential. Teaching, on the other hand, is a well-orchestrated symphony. Under the direction of the maestro, the educators, the teaching process is meticulously designed, implemented with dedication, and carefully evaluated.

Health is a state of well-being, encompassing physical, mental, spiritual, and social aspects that enable individuals to live productively both socially and economically. Generally, in society, the understanding of clean living behaviors is still low due to a lack of information on the importance of clean living behaviors and the limited facilities that support them. Early introduction to clean living behaviors is crucial so that children become accustomed to practicing them. This community service activity is carried out to enhance the knowledge, awareness, willingness, and ability of the community, especially students of SD GMIT Bone, to engage in Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (PHBS) and to provide facilities that enhance awareness of clean and healthy living. Conflict Management in an organization is meant by someone who is an actor between someone outside and each other in a conflict. Conflict management is an approach based on processes that lead to forms of communication from outsiders and how they influence interests and realize self-interpretation in forming individual attitudes within the organization. In an organization, individuals and groups of workers are interrelated with the work of other parties. When a conflict arises in an organization, the cause is always identified as poor communication. Likewise, when a bad decision is made, poor communication becomes less efficient communication. However, conflict is not always detrimental but can also be beneficial in the long term. Meanwhile, according to the interactionist view, conflict is something that must be stimulated, because conflict can encourage change in the organization. Conflict can change behavior and can make the parties in conflict aware of their mistakes. Awareness of these mistakes will be able to increase productivity in the organization.

Leadership style can be defined as a collection of a person's behavior that aims to change and influence the minds of other people so that they are willing to follow the instructions and directions given. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses a descriptive approach. The aim is to explain and describe information obtained from the field as data in research. The location of this research was at SMKS St. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon, the research subject is the principal at SMKS St. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon. The data analysis method used refers to the theory of Miles and Huberman, which consists of several steps as follows: 1). Data Collection: Researchers collect data through interviews, observation and documentation. 2). Data Reduction: Researchers carry out selection returning to the data that has been collected at the data analysis stage. 3). Data Presentation: The reduced data is presented by the researcher at this stage. 4). Drawing Conclusions: Before drawing conclusions, the researcher double-checks the data that has been collected. Leadership is the ability and readiness of an individual to influence, encourage, invite, guide, mobilize, and if necessary force others to act in achieving organizational goals. Situational leadership is a leadership approach in which the leader's behavior is adapted to the varying conditions and situations of each subordinate. Indicators that influence situational leadership include: (a) the telling dimension, where the leader gives clear instructions when assigning; (b) selling dimension, which involves two-way communication between leaders and subordinates; (c) participating dimension, which includes assigning tasks and responsibilities to subordinates and supporting leaders in carrying out these tasks; and (d) the delegation dimension, where the leader gives authority to subordinates to act independently. At St. Mary's Vocational School Nahanson Parapat, the situational approach adapts leader behavior to specific conditions and subordinate needs, with four main styles, namely telling, selling, participating, and delegating. Situational leadership has been implemented with examples of implementation by the Principal practicing a telling approach in exam preparation, using selling in discussing new teaching scheduling, and participating in Prakerin planning. However, the delegating style is less applied because the Principal tends to control all aspects of decisions and tasks. In practice, situational leadership at St. Nahanson Parapat faces several obstacles, including the school environment and staff characteristics, which influence the effectiveness of implementing this leadership style. These obstacles require special strategies to overcome them, so that situational leadership can be more effective and adapt to existing situations, so that organizational goals are achieved optimally.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of environmental factors on children's criminal behavior. The underlying problem of this study is that the increase in criminality among children is often influenced by the environment in which they grow up. Environmental factors such as the family's economic situation, social environment, quality of education and level of parental supervision are the main focus of this study. Based on social and child development theories, the environment plays an important role in shaping individual behavior, including the tendency to commit criminal acts. This research uses the literature study method. Data were collected without directly involving the research subjects, but rather through data collection methods. The research adopted a comprehensive literature review approach with a focus on in-depth analysis and synthesis of findings from various relevant literatures. The results show that children raised in an environment with low economic conditions, lack of attention from parents, and exposure to negative social environments tend to be more prone to engage in criminal behavior. As a solution, this study recommends improving the quality of education, educating parents on the importance of supervision, and effective social rehabilitation programs for children involved in criminal acts. It is hoped that these findings can contribute to efforts to prevent criminality among children through a more comprehensive environmental approach.
