This study analyzes the factors affecting the low learning motivation of students in mathematics learning at SMA Negeri 5 Magelang using a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that effective classroom management, including a well-organized environment, varied teaching methods, and clear rules, can enhance learning motivation. Positive teacher-student interactions, constructive feedback, and emotional support also help boost students' confidence. Active participation in group discussions and collaborative activities further contributes to increased student motivation. In conclusion, effective classroom management and supportive interactions can address the low learning motivation of students in mathematics learning and improve their academic performance.

Battery storage systems are essential for stabilizing renewable energy grids, especially for sources like solar and wind power that are inherently variable. This study evaluates various battery technologies and their effectiveness in storing and redistributing energy within renewable energy grids. Through simulations and analysis of performance metrics, the study offers insights into optimal operating conditions for different battery types, highlighting their role in enabling sustainable and stable energy distribution.

Quantum computing offers promising alternatives to classical approaches for solving complex linear algebra problems. This paper presents a comparative study of the performance of quantum algorithms versus classical algorithms in solving systems of linear equations and matrix operations. Through simulation and analysis, we demonstrate that while quantum computing holds advantages in specific problem sets, classical computing remains efficient for general applications. These findings highlight the current limitations and potential of quantum computing.

This research explores various machine learning approaches, including deep learning and ensemble methods, to predict climate change indicators. We focus on temperature and precipitation trends using large datasets spanning multiple decades. By comparing the performance of algorithms like CNN, RNN, and random forests, we identify the most accurate models for specific climate variables. Our findings demonstrate that ensemble models provide better accuracy and reliability, especially for temperature predictions.

Abstract : Analysis of the level of community satisfaction with services at the Bonggakaradeng District Office, Tana Toraja Regency. The problem in this study is how the Level of Community Satisfaction with the Services obtained at the Bonggakaradeng District Office.  This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The type of data used is primary data obtained through observation, questionnaire filling and documentation while secondary data is obtained from records, books and report documents related to the problem being researched. The method in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for services at the Bonggakaradeng District Office is 3,192 with a conference number of 79.8, so the service performance is in the category of good service quality. The results of the 9 indicators of the Community Satisfaction Index are as follows: (1) the service company has an IKM value of 78.18 with the good category, (2) the ease of service procedures with a value of 77.72 with the good category, (3) the speed of service time has a value of 71.35 with the poor category, (4) the service cost/tariff with a value of 100.00 with the very good category, (5) the suitability of the service product with a value of 79.09 with the good quality category, (6) the competence of the officers has a value of 78.62 with good quality, (7) the behavior of officers in providing services has a value of 77.25 with good quality, (8) the quality of infrastructure facilities has a value of 76.35 with poor quality and (9) the handling of service complaints has an IKM score of 86.8 with good quality.

Wind energy is a renewable energy that has the potential to be developed as an electricity generator. Indonesia has the potential for wind energy throughout the year but the wind speed is still classified as low wind speed. Development of a small scale Darrieus wind turbine that can operate at low wind speeds. In this research, variations in the number of blades 2, 3 and 4 are the focus to improve the performance of the Darrieus wind turbine. Testing at a wind speed of 3.4 m/s, the turbine with 2 blades had the highest rotation value of 128 Rpm, 4 blades had a rotation value of 98.6 and the lowest rotation result was 3 blades with a rotation value of 76.5 Rpm.

In the current digital era, the concept of flexible work has become increasingly relevant and pressing. The COVID-19 pandemic that swept the world has accelerated the adoption of flexible work practices, with many organizations forced to adapt to new situations where working from home has become the norm. However, the implementation of flexible work does not always proceed smoothly and presents various challenges, such as cultural and organizational changes, effective performance management, and equality of access and technology. This research analyzes the challenges and inhibiting factors in implementing flexible work based on previous literature studies. These challenges include cultural and organizational changes, performance management and supervision, equality of access and technology, work-life balance, conflict management and communication, as well as variations in the effects of flexible work on job quality. Inhibiting factors include difficulties in assessing individual readiness, technical challenges and infrastructure, competency gaps and technological limitations, as well as managerial difficulties. To address these challenges and inhibiting factors, organizations need to take appropriate steps, including policy adjustments, providing training and technology support, and developing appropriate performance management systems.    

This research aims to examine the significance of the influence of compensation, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance (case study on PT Rumpun Sari Kemuning, Ngargoyoso District, Karanganyar Regency). This form of research is a survey. The population in this research is 300 employees. The sample in this research was 75 labor employees obtained from the Slovin Formula. The sample sampling method uses random sampling techniques. This research uses a descriptive data analysis method, and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection strategy uses questionnaires. The findings show that compensation, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of PT Rumpun Sari Kemuning employees.

In the growing digital era, the use of TikTok by local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises has become a significant concern in an effort to expand markets and increase sales. This article analyzes the challenges and strategies that can be adopted by  in facing e-commerce dynamics and utilizing the TikTok Platform as E-Commerce effectively. The research method used is using a qualitative approach method by conducting literature studies and literature studies. The method for data collection is obtained from the official website (e-commerce usage data) and studying theories from various literatures related to the research. The results show the importance of efficient advertising budget management, optimization of logistics and delivery, improved skills in content creation, strategic collaboration, and campaign performance monitoring as key steps in facing challenges and taking advantage of opportunities in TikTok Commerce. The Canva application is a support in the process of creating learning media, which allows the Canva application to develop electronic learning media. The research problem formulation is: (1) Utilization of the SBdP learning environment using the Canva SDN Hargotirto application. (2) How effective is the SBdP learning media with the Canva SDN Hargotirton application. Research is used as a research method whose aim is to describe and analyze phenomena, events, activities, social, attitudes, culture, perceptions, human thoughts individually and in groups. Guided qualitative research, that is, problems arising from the material remain open to the researcher. The subject of this research is Class V of Hargotirto Kokap Kulon Progo State Elementary School. This research tool uses interviews, questionnaires and test questions. This data is then analyzed using a percentage formula. The results of the research produced electronic media planning, namely. requirements analysis, planning, validation and review, and testing and implementation. The performance test results obtained through media expert validation were 95.38% in the very suitable category, 98% in the material category in the very suitable category, 92.31% of the students' tests answered very suitable, then the post-test results. with classic percentages. 100% falls into the very good category. Therefore, using the Canva application as an electronic learning tool is very suitable for increasing the interest of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Hargotirto Kokap Kulon Progo in fine arts.

Compared to the other candidates, Anies was thought to have had strong performance and rhetorical abilities, particularly in discussions pertaining to education. Thus, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the rhetoric used by Anies Baswedan to bring up the subject of education in Indonesia during the 2024 presidential debate. This research uses a constructivist paradigm and descriptive qualitative research methods. Three types of rhetorical evidence are examined in this study using an Aristotelian rhetorical approach: ethos, pathos, and logos. In this study, seven units of analysis were examined. Eight ethos forms, four pathos forms, and eight logos forms were identified by the researchers from the seven units of study. The analysis's findings demonstrate Anies Baswedan's proficiency and effectiveness with rhetoric in influencing listeners during political campaigns. Keywords: , , , , .

This research aims to understand the influence of Islam on consumer perceptions of a company's brand image and its impact on business success, financial performance and reputation. This study uses qualitative and descriptive research methods to analyze the brand image of Ayam Geprek Sai Lamongan Branch. This research focuses on studying the Islamic business environment in Lamongan Regency, especially Rumah Makan Geprek Sai. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to collect data from restaurants and data sources collected through observations. This study contributes to the understanding of Islamic business feasibility studies and the potential that can contribute to company success.

Teachers are tasked to realizing educational goals. Therefore, optimal teacher performance will always be needed in every school, so that the school's vision, mission and educational goals can be achieved. Teacher performance is influenced by many factors. Among them are workload and work discipline. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on teacher performance. This research uses a literature review, several articles identified using descriptive and exploratory analysis by comparing the results of each study. The research results show that 1). workload and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance 2). Workload has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance if supported by other variables 3). Work discipline has a negative and significant effect on performance due to the need for communication between leaders and teachers.

In an increasingly competitive business environment, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategic key for companies in maintaining customer satisfaction and improving performance. This article aims to investigate the influence of CRM on customer satisfaction and company performance to improve business performance. A qualitative approach is used to explore the complex interactions between Customer Relationship Management, customer satisfaction, and company performance from an in-depth perspective. Meanwhile, the literature study method is used to analyze various theories, models and related research findings. This research aims to evaluate the impact of Customer Relationship Management on customer satisfaction and company performance, providing a better understanding of how effective implementation of Customer Relationship Management can strengthen long-term relationships with customers and improve a company's overall business performance.  

MGMP serves as a forum within the educational domain that fosters collaboration and the exchange of ideas among educators. This platform affords teachers instructing similar subjects the opportunity to share experiences, teaching strategies, and instructional resources. Through the MGMP, educators can broaden their perspectives, enhance their competencies, and develop new skills to address various challenges encountered in the teaching-learning process. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the aim of investigating the impact of MGMP on teacher performance and professionalism. Data collection involves the identification and review of all articles with similar research topics. The articles used in this study comprise 10 national journal articles obtained from Google Scholar. Out of the 10 analyzed articles, 9 articles assert that MGMP can enhance teacher performance and professionalism, while 1 article suggests that MGMP has a negative impact on teacher performance and professionalism.

The purpose of this research is to determine the financial performance of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the ratio of liquidity and profitability of own capital in 2017-2019. The liquidity ratios used in this study are the current ratio, the quick ratio, and the cash ratio. And the profitability of own capital. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, and uses the type of secondary data which is data that has been processed in the form of financial reports sourced from PT. Pajjaiang Indah which consists of a profit and loss statement and balance sheet from 2017-2019. The results of the analysis of the financial performance of PT. Pajjaiang Indah Makassar, in terms of the liquidity ratio aspect from 2017-2019, using the Current Ratio calculation, the liquidity level shows an average of 1.82 times or 182% of the standard 2 times or 200%, this means the level of liquidity at PT . Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Current Ratio (Current Ratio) is declared illiquid. Meanwhile, in terms of the Quick Ratio aspect, it shows an average of 1.69 times or 169% from the standard 1.5 times or 150%, this means that the liquidity level of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Quick Ratio aspect is declared liquid. And viewed from the aspect of the Cash Ratio (Cash Ratio) shows an average of 0.24 times or 24% of the standard 1 time or 100%, this means the level of liquidity of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Cash Ratio aspect is declared illiquid. From the description of the three aspects of the liquidity ratio, it can be concluded that the level of liquidity of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in 2017 – 2019 was low. From the results of the analysis of the profitability ratio of its own capital, PT. Pajjaiang Indah in 2017 - 2019 obtained an average calculation of 24% from the standard 40%, it can be concluded that the average level of profitability of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in 2017 – 2019 was low.

VSAT Sailor is a communication aid in KRI that is able to support communication by working directly with satellites, so that KRI can still communicate with other ships and contact bases on land even though it is in the middle of the sea, but in its use, there are still several obstacles that make the VSAT performance itself not optimal so that communication in KRI becomes disrupted and not real time. In this research, the author tries to find out the source of the problems from the obstacles that are often encountered by VSAT users, one of which is KRI, and tries to provide suggestions so that in the future VSAT at KRI can be used optimally and minimize the obstacles that occur. In this study the authors took the problem formulation "How to optimize the use of VSAT Sailor at KRI?". This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. From the research data, the relevance of the literature review, and various theories used as a reference. The data taken for this study came from several KRIs that use VSAT Sailor in the ranks of Koarmada II. With data taken from several KRIs and processed using management theory, it shows that there are still several obstacles in the use of VSAT Sailor that make its performance not optimal. To optimize the performance of the VSAT Sailor at KRI, steps are needed in the form of routine maintenance and maintenance.    

The purpose of this research is to measure the financial performance of Surakarta City Local Government using the value for money approach. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research. Postpositivist research utilizes natural conditions, with the researcher as the main instrument. Based on the data, the financial performance of the Surakarta City Government was evaluated using economic ratios in 2020-2021, and with an overall average of 85.28%, it fell into the economic category. In terms of efficiency, it is measured by the efficient ratio from 2020-2022 with an overall average of 96.24% but in 2020-2021 which is included in the efficient category and in 2020 it is not included in the efficient category. From the effective side, it is measured by the effective ratio from 2020-2022 with an overall average of 98.74% but only in 2020 which is not included in the effective category and the following year 2021-2022 is included in the effective category.

This study explores the important role of leadership style, competence, and emotional intelligence in shaping teacher motivation and performance in Madrasah. An effective leadership style, solid competence in the field of education, and good emotional intelligence are considered key factors in increasing teacher motivation and performance. This research uses an analytical approach to understand how the interaction between these three elements affects teachers' work environments, as well as their impact on their achievements and professional development. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide deeper insight for Madrasah managers and educational practitioners to improve human resource management and effective staff development strategies.

Environmental costs are the result of actions that have an impact on the quality of the environment, whether financially or not. The aim of this research is to look at the function, application and impact of environmental accounting on environmental and business sustainability. This research method was carried out using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This approach is used to examine and review all research. A total of 52 articles were analyzed in this research. Research Results Environmental accounting has a positive impact on a number of factors related to the sustainability of a business entity, especially company performance through the use of social responsibility as a mediator. Research on environmental accounting Even though Indonesia is a strong country, it still needs improvement because there is not much research there and the topics discussed are limited. The results of this research have consequences for environmental management initiatives and actions that are based on green innovation or environmentally friendly principles and can develop further.
