Employee performance is not optimal, this can be seen from the level of punctuality which gets the lowest score. Based on the results of an interview with the head of the civil service section at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital, punctuality has decreased because there are still employees coming and going home not according to the specified schedule. The level of quality (quality) is not yet optimal, this is because employees are not doing their work on time according to the predetermined targets. Employee performance is influenced by training and work motivation. Overall, it can be concluded that the training at Pandega Hospital, Pangandaran Regency has not been fully effective. Employee responses to the implementation of training education in 2023 show that there is a lack of achievement. This is because the training materials and techniques are not appropriate to the objectives and cannot be understood by participants. Overall motivation at Pandega Hospital, Pangandaran Regency can be said to be mediocre. This can be seen from the employee's response to the existence indicator which is the lowest indicator. The monthly salary provided is not enough to meet the daily needs of employees, while the health insurance offered by the company functions as a motivating factor for employees. This research uses a descriptive and case study approach, with a quantitative design. The data analysis techniques used include testing instruments to assess validity and reliability, testing research models using the coefficient of determination, and testing hypotheses through t tests and F tests. The results of the research show that (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at RSUD Pandega Pangandaran. This means that if training is improved, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that if work motivation is increased, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase. (3) Training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that if training and work motivation are improved, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase.

This research discusses the importance of teamwork in improving employee performance in a company. Teamwork is an effective way to unite all employees in achieving company goals with better results. Several important aspects of teamwork include clear goals, open and honest communication, cooperative decision making, and an atmosphere of trust. Research shows that teamwork has a positive influence on employee performance, especially in teams involved in complex knowledge work. Other factors that influence employee performance include competence, work motivation, leadership, and work environment. Employee performance assessments are carried out to improve work quality, career development and compensation adjustments. This research uses qualitative methods with literature studies to explore information from various relevant sources.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does managerial competence affect employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City? (2) What is the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City? (3) How does managerial competence and motivation affect employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City?. This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The influence of managerial competence on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. (2) The effect of motivation on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. (3) The influence of managerial competence and motivation on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Managerial competence has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if managerial competence is improved, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase. (2) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if motivation is increased, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase. (3) Managerial competence and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if managerial competence and motivation are improved, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase.

This research explores the urgency of developing effective compensation strategies as a key factor in increasing employee motivation and performance at PT Hutahaean. Fair and adequate compensation is considered an incentive for employees to make maximum contributions and remain loyal to the company, especially in an increasingly competitive labor market. This research aims to formulate a compensation program design that provides significant incentives and analyze its impact on employee satisfaction levels. A qualitative literature study method was used to detail important findings, including the dominance of financial compensation variables on performance. The findings emphasize the crucial role of a fair and transparent compensation system, and recommendations include regular system updates, increased attention to non-financial compensation, and implementation of compensation fairness. Thus, this research provides concrete and relevant views for PT Hutahaean in improving its compensation strategy.

Determining the provision of bonuses or rewards to employees plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and motivation of employees. One effort that can be made to establish a bonus policy is by implementing the fuzzy Mamdani method as a systematic approach in determining employee bonuses, particularly at PT. ABC. By utilizing the fuzzy Mamdani method to process subjectivity in evaluations, it generates membership levels that allow for a more contextual employee assessment. Through the analysis of data involving various performance variables and bonus criteria, this research aims to present a fuzzy Mamdani system model that can support accurate and adaptive decision-making in determining employee bonuses. The results of this research and the evaluation of this model are expected to contribute significantly to the development of more effective bonus policies in the workplace of PT.

Kalimantan Mandiri Sukses is a service company engaged in the distribution of mining products, especially coal and heavy mining equipment transportation services which has been operating for more than ten years in Banjarmasin. This research aims to analyze work motivation strategies in an effort to improve work performance. Apart from that, another aim is to provide insight into the factors that influence employee work motivation and provide recommendations for increasing employee work motivation and improving their work performance. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques, with the respondents in this study being employees of PT. Kalimantan Mandiri Sukses was selected using purposive sampling. The research results show that there are several work motivation factors that influence employee work performance, such as incentives, recognition, social support, work environment, and career development. Incentives provided by companies in the form of salaries and bonuses are the main factors in motivating employees. Apart from that, recognition and appreciation from management, social support from colleagues and the work environment, as well as clear career development are also factors that are no less important in motivating employees to improve their work performance at PT. Kalimantan Independent Success.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of competence and incentives on employee performance which is mediated by achievement motivation. The population in this research is all employees of PT. Golden Roof Polymer Area Yogyakarta, totaling 234 people. The samples taken were 146 using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method uses regression and data processing uses SPSS 23 software. The results of hypothesis testing show that competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on achievement motivation. Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.The results of the Sobel test also show that the indirect influence of competence on employee performance is significant, this shows that the achievement motivation variable can mediate the influence of competence on employee performance. The indirect effect of incentives on employee performance is significant, this shows that the achievement motivation variable can mediate the effect of incentives on employee performance.

Job satisfaction has the potential to increase company productivity and emphasizes the importance of developing concepts to measure human resources. Each individual has varying levels of job satisfaction, influenced by the values they hold and their unique characteristics. Satisfaction is also related to the extent to which individuals feel their needs, wants and aspirations are met, which ultimately depends on the goals they want to achieve in their lives. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the variables of Performance Management, Enthusiasm, Motivation, and Training to Employee Job Satisfaction simultaneously and partially. This research is a deductive type of research using quantitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 145 respondents using data collection techniques using purposive sumpling. Then the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis methods using SPSS. Based on the test results, it is known that the variables of performance management, enthusiasm, motivation, and training simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

The population is increasing every year and in line with the increasing number of dwellings in the city of Medan, the Fire and Rescue Service is needed to provide services in terms of creating peace and public order in the fire sub affairs so that the city government needs to pay special attention in improving equipment, facilities and infrastructure that support employees in order to carry out their duties properly. In terms of using the equipment and all facilities provided by the organization to work, employees must first be trained so that skills, knowledge and work attitudes are formed so that employees are able to make maximum use of all facilities. Organizational leaders who have been able to create a work atmosphere where employees' needs are met, considered and their development is supported will increase work involvement, especially employees of the Medan City Fire and Rescue Service in providing services to the community. Employees who are trained and have a high sense of work engagement will consistently show good performance with the support of motivation from the organization such as incentives and policies that facilitate employees in carrying out their duties. Leaders also need to consistently provide direction to members in achieving performance goals because employees will be better able to carry out tasks and challenges in their work. Research conducted in clarifying the influence between training and work involvement on performance through motivation with quantitative methods shows the study findings that training and work involvement have a positive effect on motivation, training and work involvement have a positive effect on performance. Motivation as an intervening variable between training and work engagement on performance has a positive effect. Meanwhile, training and work engagement have no simultaneous influence on motivation.

This research was conducted at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Work Discipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Skills (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This study uses a Quantitative Method approach. For data processing methods in this study using smartPLS SEM (Partial Least Square – Strutural Equation Modeling) software. For data analysis used in this research, Outer Model Analysis, Inner Model Analysis and Hypothesis Testing using statistical values, for Alpha 5% the T-Statistics value used is HA accepted and HO, to reject or accept the hypothesis using probability then HA is accepted if the P value <0.05. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used is by direct observation, distributing questionnaires (questionnaire). Respondents in this study were 80 respondents to employees of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that work discipline, work motivation and work skills have a significant effect on employee performance, while partially work discipline, work motivation and work skills have an effect on employee performance. From this research, the r-square value is 0.824, which means that 82.4% of the variation in employee performance is explained by variations in work discipline, work motivation and work skills, while the remaining 17.6% is explained by other factors not examined by this research.

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of work motivation, work discipline and learning organization on the performance of PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang Unit 3 Ilir employees. The data collection technique used in this research is using a questionnaire method with closed questions so that respondents choose the answers that have been provided and the analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this research are that the variables Motivation, Work Discipline, and Learning Organization influence employee performance. Based on the f test results of 0.022, the value of 0.022 is smaller than 0.05, so it can have an influence on employee performance. Increasing high employee performance is very important in a company, because with high employee performance it will be possible to increase employee work productivity. With increased productivity, the company's goals will be achieved automatically. Therefore, a company always tries to improve the performance of its employees, so that the company's goals can be achieved immediately. Factors that can influence performance itself are motivation, employee work discipline, and learning organization.

Employee performance at the Mangunjaya Health Center, Pangandaran Regency is quite good with an achievement of 75.82%. And based on the results of observations at the Mangunjaya Health Center, Pangandaran Regency, it was found that employee performance was not optimal, there were delays in completing work and the work results achieved were not in accordance with the standards that had been set. Then the performance of this employee is also influenced by motivation that is not optimal due to the lack of dedication and loyalty of employees even though they have received a decent salary and the level of promotion for employees who have not been optimal. Employee performance is also influenced by education and training that is not optimal, this is because the abilities and skills possessed by employees do not match the work position given and employees have not fully mastered the work produced. This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Mangunjaya Health Center, Pangandaran Regency. (2) The effect of education and training on employee performance at the Mangunjaya Health Center, Pangandaran Regency. Regarding the implementation of employee performance of the Housing, Residential Areas and Land Agency of Cilacap Regency, it is marked by the fact that there are still delays in completing tasks and work for employees. This results in delays in providing reports on their tasks and work to the leadership, and low employee awareness of the tasks/obligations that are their responsibility and inadequate employee abilities for the tasks assigned to the work apparatus. The formulation of the problem proposed in this study includes: 1. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 2. How does competence affect employee performance? 3. How much influence do work motivation and competence have on employee performance? The method used in this study uses a quantitative method. To analyze it, using statistical correlation and multiple regression test data analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis prove that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the higher the employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the analysis of the contribution data of X1 to Y with a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.407 (40.7%) and then competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the competence, the higher the employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the analysis of the contribution data of X2 to Y with a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.453 (45.3%). Furthermore, motivation and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if there is motivation and competence, then employee performance will also increase. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis which states the contribution of variables X1 and X2 to Y with a correlation (r) of 0.722. If consulted with the table of interpretation values ​​r, then the level of relationship between X1 and X2 to Y is included in the fairly strong category. The coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.521 which means that motivation and competence affect employee performance by 52.1% while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other factors outside that are not studied.

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of motivation, discipline and facilities on the job performance of UPTDPagerbarang Clinic employees. This research is included in quantitative research using a sample of 87 UPTD Pagerbarang Oinic employees with saturated sampling technique. The data was processed with the SPSS 26.00 application using the multiple regression method. The results of data processing from this study show the results where the three independent variables have a significant  effect on improving employee performance. The results of hypothesis testing show that motivation, discipline, and work facilities have a very significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that simultaneously has a significant influence on employee performance.

In the current global era, character building is needed in all fields, especially in companies that want their human resources to be better at work. "The Flash" New Character Building is a form of training for PT Swabina Gatra in creating employees who are competent and have active, flexible, intelligent and humble personalities. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, by interviewing trainees and training participants directly and making observations during the activity. The new findings that occurred when this training was carried out were changes in the participants' mentality to become more agile and adaptive to the surrounding environment, the presence of stimulus and The response from the trainer makes the participants have higher motivation and enthusiasm. Regular training programs are carried out with the aim of being a refreshing activity for employees. The implications of The Flash New Character Building training have positive implications in improving personal quality, performance and interpersonal relationships of individuals, as well as forming a good organizational culture

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation on employee work performance: gender as a control variable. This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire with a sample size of 58 respondents or employees. The research results show that Extrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Intrinsic Motivation, Intrinsic Motivation has an influence on Job Performance, and Extrinsic Motivation has no influence on job performance. There are many factors that influence employee or employee performance at work. that performance is basically influenced by many factors, one of which is work motivation in carrying out tasks. One of the factors that can influence employee performance is work motivation, incentives (compensation), and leadership. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on the performance of medical and non-medical service staff at Tarempa Hospital, Anambas Islands, Riau in 2024. This type of research uses a descriptive analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was all the medical and non-medical service installation staff at Tarempa Regional Hospital, Anambas Islands, Riau, totaling 78 people. While the sample numbered 78 people, this population sampling was carried out with the total population. Data analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Based on the results of the chi-square test, it is known that the performance of medical and non-medical service staff has an influence on Militaristic Leadership Style, Paternalistic Leadership Style, Laissirez Fair Leadership Style and Democratic Leadership Style p = 0.000, meaning that there is an influence of Militaristic Leadership Style, Paternalistic Leadership Style, Leadership Style Laissirez Fair and Democratic Leadership Style. on the performance of medical and non-medical service staff. From the results of the multivariate analysis, it is known that the most influential variable in this study is the Democratic Leadership Style variable with an odds ratio (OR) value of 62,850 which predominantly influences medical and non-medical service staff. The conclusion in this research is that the appropriate leadership style applied by medical and non-medical services is a democratic leadership style. This is because based on research results, democratic leadership style is the most dominant influence on the performance of medical and non-medical service staff. It is recommended that medical and non-medical service staff strive to improve the performance of medical and non-medical services through reading and discussion activities and discipline when entering work.

Therefore, the company must pay attention to a good work environment or create working conditions or a comfortable working atmosphere in order to be able to provide motivation to work, it will have an influence on the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees to work. The hope is that the company must build a pleasant work environment so that every employee is happy to do his job so that he can work optimally. A pleasant work environment, cooperative coworkers, and leaders who always pay attention to the complaints of employees are a dream for employees so that employees can work more enthusiastically and have a high commitment to the company.

PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has well-classified employees, aiming to achieve the company's success. Therefore, employees' performance should be driven by work motivation and a conducive work environment to attain optimal employee performance. This study focuses on the effect of motivation and working environment on employee performance on PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk. The first research objective is to analyze the effect of motivation variables on employee performance, the second is to analyze working environment variables on employee performance and the last is to analyze the effect of motivation and working environment on employee performance of PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk. This research uses a quantitative approach, which comes from the philosophy of positivism. This method is used for the purpose of researching certain populations and samples. The data analysis methods used are data quality instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, and hypothesis testing. The research results partially show that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation variables on employee performance and partially also show that there is a positive and significant influence of work environment variables on employee performance. Simultaneous or joint research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation and work environment variables on employee performance.
