The development of music from the past until now continues to grow, from traditional musical instruments to modern musical instruments that are currently widely used. However, today's children or adolescents are more interested in modern musical instruments such as guitars, saxophones, violins and other modern musical instruments than traditional musical instruments such as suling, gendang and other traditional musical instruments. So it is necessary to teach from an early age by introducing both traditional and modern musical instruments. By taking advantage of technological developments, especially in multimedia technology, we need a system that can facilitate teaching through computers or commonly called CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction). This was done because the Mekar Arum Kindergarten children were still not interested in musical instruments. So we need an application to introduce musical instruments that can be used in learning while playing to attract children's attention. With this application, it can make it easier for teachers to teach introduction to musical instruments for young children without having to meet children at kindergartens and make it easier for children to recognize musical instruments and be more interested in traditional and musical instruments modern.

The purpose of the issuance of Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2014 is so that street vendors can meet the requirements and be monitored so they can move to a place provided by the Padang City Government. This decision was taken to create 6 cities of Padang that are comfortable, safe and beautiful. According to a survey conducted by researchers, the location of street vendors (PKL) has a very negative effect on the smoothness, cleanliness and orderliness of public spaces, which of course needs government support or government mapping to create comfort and convenience. Running road use works fine. With these considerations, the authors are interested in further analyzing regional regulations related to the arrangement and empowerment of street vendors in order to understand the real facts. Therefore, the author presents a mini study entitled "Strategy in structuring street vendors in the Padang Beach area".

PAL Indonesia is one of the construction companies in the maritime industry that focuses on producing above and below the surface ships which the Indonesian government highly relies on, therefore the safety system there is very strict, including safety lighting. With good lighting, objects can be seen clearly, so that the operation of production equipment and work in the workshop is optimal. However, the company PT. PAL Indonesia has a problem, namely in the warship production workshop, workers often complain because the lighting in the workshop is not bright enough, which causes workers to experience red, watery and sore eyes. Therefore, researchers are interested in analyzing whether the existing lighting standard is in accordance with SNI 03-6197-2000, namely 350lux. From the research that has been done, it is found that the PT PAL workshop with an area of 2700m2 has an average light intensity measurement of 82.22lux, so re-planning is needed to produce a light intensity that is in accordance with the standards. Based on the results of calculations according to standards, 42 light points are obtained with an average lighting of 354 lux which is simulated using the dialux application. The addition of these light points had an impact on increasing electricity bill rates, which were initially IDR 624,575.34 per month to IDR 2,186,013.69 per month.

The scarcity of subsidized fertilizers in Indonesia is spread evenly, one of the farmers who complained about the spike in prices for non-subsidized fertilizers and the scarcity of subsidized fertilizers was also experienced by farmers from Tuban District, Rengel District in Kebonagung Village, Kebonagung Village is a village where 40.3% of the residents have a livelihood. as farmers and breeders, farmers in fulfilling fertilizer rely on loans with quite high interest (Kadir, 2022). In Kebonagung village, the majority of residents still cultivate livestock in the traditional way, namely by releasing them and letting them go wild, creating problems including the large amount of livestock manure which causes environmental pollution in the village. Livestock can produce 12% waste by body weight and if not treated properly it will become waste and environmental pollution, because livestock manure contains NH3, NH and other compounds. this creates a new problem, namely an unpleasant and disturbing odor, the piled up waste will be disposed of after it dries up a little and is spread directly on their respective agricultural lands without any processing. The aim of this PKM is the utilization of cow manure waste into biogas as an alternative energy source. This activity was divided into three stages, namely the socialization stage, making biogas installations, and mentoring. PKM activities can have a good impact on the Kebonagung Ulusan village community so that environmental pollution can be resolved.

Youth are an important part of society and have a very strategic role in shaping the future of the country. However, youth are often less involved in the country's political and economic affairs, this creates problems that impact the quality of life of the community. Policies taken by the government often do not have a positive impact on youth, and do not prioritize their interests. This causes youth to not understand the importance of their role in shaping the future of the country and solving the problems they face. This activity aims to provide education to youth about democracy that is healthy, peaceful and in accordance with the time. Therefore, it is important to seek the role of youth in realizing democracy and a stable political economy, so that youth can play a more active role and have a positive impact on society.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of experiential marketing (X) on interest in repurchasing (Y) milo cheese at Kopiria Tanah Grogot. The sample in this study were consumers or buyers of Milo cheese at Kopiria in Tanah Grogot. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and the number of samples in this study were 60 people. Consumers or buyers as a sample of this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 21 questions. Responses to the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability prior to multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical product and service solution (SPSS) application. The results of the validity test stated that all statements consisting of 21 items were valid because rcount>rtable (0.2542). The results of the reliability test for all questions stated that reliability was acceptable because the Cronbach'alpha value> 0.6 or 0.791> 0.6.The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the regression equation, namely Y = 0.758 +- 0.035 X1+0.430X2 +- 0.007X3 + 0.461X4 + -0.015X5. Coefficient value correlation (R) of 0.783 means that between experiential marketing (X) has a strong relationship to repurchase intention (Y). The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.634, meaning that the variation in the experiential marketing variable (X) can contribute to repurchasing interest (Y) Milo cheese at Kopiria Tanah Grogot is 63.4% while the rest is explained by other factors not examined at (100- 63.4)% = 36.6%. The simultaneous results (F test) show that the value of Fcount>Ftable (17.150>2.38) so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the experiential marketing variable (X) on repurchase intention (Y). Then the results of the partial test (t test) show that the value of tcount > ttable on feel (X2) is 5.193> 2.004 and action (X4) is 4.567 > 2.004 which means there is an influence on repurchasing interest (Y) Milo cheese at Kopiria Tanah Grogot while the value tcount < ttable on sense (X1), think (X3) and relate (X5) which means there is no effect on repurchasing interest (Y) Milo cheese at Kopiria Tanah Grogot..
