The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) faces various challenges in ensuring secure communication, authentication, and data integrity due to its distributed nature and evolving threat landscape. To address these issues, this paper proposes the integration of blockchain authentication as a robust solution to enhance security and reliability in IIoT networks. By leveraging Federated Learning with blockchain technology, the proposed solution aims to improve authentication mechanisms by training models across multiple edge devices, increasing fault tolerance, and adaptability while reducing the risk of single points of failure. The use of blockchain technology ensures a tamper-proof and transparent ledger for securely storing authentication data and model updates, enhancing security and integrity in IIoT networks. The results and analysis demonstrate that the integration of Federated Learning and blockchain technology effectively addresses interoperability issues, performance optimization concerns, and security vulnerabilities within IIoT networks, offering a more efficient, secure, and scalable authentication alternative.

The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) has revolutionized industrial processes, offering automation and data-driven decision-making. However, this interconnectedness brings new security challenges, especially in crucial infrastructure sectors. Traditional security measures are inadequate, leading to the exploration of innovative solutions. Blockchain technology has emerged as a promising solution due to its decentralized and immutable nature. This paper proposes a Hybrid Blockchain-Based Authentication Mechanism for IIoT, combining Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) and Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC). The hybrid architecture utilizes public and private blockchains to ensure scalability, efficiency, and security. Lightweight consensus algorithms, DPoS, are incorporated to optimize performance, while ECC provides efficient cryptographic techniques suitable for IIoT environments. An interoperable framework facilitates seamless integration with existing infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance and compatibility. Decentralized identity management further enhances security and privacy. Results and analysis demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed solution, positioning hybrid blockchain architecture as the most suitable approach for enhancing security in IIoT environments.

This research examines the influence of transactional and transformational leadership on honesty, effective leadership, integrity. Transactional leadership focuses on rewards and punishments to achieve goals, whereas transformational leadership inspires and motivates followers to go beyond personal interests. Through surveys and statistical analysis, the results show that transformational leadership more significantly increases performance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment than transactional leadership. However, transactional leadership remains relevant in situations that require structure and tight control. A combination of these two styles is recommended for optimal results in various organizational contexts.

Accurate rainfall prediction is needed to improve the performance of land that always uses rainfall data. Data mining or often called knowledge discovery in databases (KDD) is an activity that includes collecting, using historical data to find regularities, patterns or relationships in large data. In predicting rainfall, there are several conditions that can be observed as reference data to predict rainfall, namely wind speed, temperature, and air humidity. In this research, a backpropagation artificial neural network prediction method is developed that can be used in predicting future rainfall. The backpropogation artificial neural network method that was built produced an accuracy value of 95.36%, a precision value of 90.50%, a recall value of 97.50% and an f-measure value of 92.00%

VSAT Sailor is a communication aid in KRI that is able to support communication by working directly with satellites, so that KRI can still communicate with other ships and contact bases on land even though it is in the middle of the sea, but in its use, there are still several obstacles that make the VSAT performance itself not optimal so that communication in KRI becomes disrupted and not real time. In this research, the author tries to find out the source of the problems from the obstacles that are often encountered by VSAT users, one of which is KRI, and tries to provide suggestions so that in the future VSAT at KRI can be used optimally and minimize the obstacles that occur. In this study the authors took the problem formulation "How to optimize the use of VSAT Sailor at KRI?". This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. From the research data, the relevance of the literature review, and various theories used as a reference. The data taken for this study came from several KRIs that use VSAT Sailor in the ranks of Koarmada II. With data taken from several KRIs and processed using management theory, it shows that there are still several obstacles in the use of VSAT Sailor that make its performance not optimal. To optimize the performance of the VSAT Sailor at KRI, steps are needed in the form of routine maintenance and maintenance.

The public demand for better vehicle performance is increasing. Increasing the compression ratio and fuel octane is one solution to improve vehicle performance. This study aims to determine the effect of increasing the compression ratio and ethanol mixture in fuel on the power and torque of the 125 cc Otto engine. The method used is an experiment using a dynotest. The compression ratio was varied to 8.9, 9.2, and 9.6, with ethanol mixtures of 5%, 10%, and 15%. The test data were analyzed using the two-way ANOVA method. The results showed that increasing the compression ratio and ethanol mixture can increase engine power and torque. The highest peak power and torque occurred at a compression ratio of 9.6 with 15% ethanol, which was 6.11 kW and 10.23 N.m. A compression ratio of 9.2 produces 6.07 kW of power and 10.07 N.m of torque at 15% ethanol. A compression ratio of 8.9 produces 5.62 kW of power at 15% ethanol and 9.73 N.m of torque at 10% ethanol.

The main objectives are to identify emotion patterns hidden in K-Pop music based on audio features extracted from the Spotify API and to build an emotion classification model that can predict the emotions of K-Pop songs. In this approach, the K-Means algorithm is used to cluster K-Pop songs based on audio features such as energy, valence, tempo, danceability, and speechiness. The clustering results reveal several main groups that represent variations in musical characteristics and emotions. Next, the C4.5 algorithm was used to build an emotion classification model based on the clustering results. The C4.5 model showed high performance with accuracy reaching 99.48% on a 90:10 dataset split, 99.21% on an 80:20 split, and 98.95% on a 70:30 split. The Streamlit application was developed to visualize emotion predictions from K-Pop songs with a web-based user interface. In addition, Ngrok was used to provide remote access to this application, allowing users to test and use the application remotely. The results of this study show that the combination of K-Means and C4.5 can effectively cluster and classify emotions in K-Pop music, providing valuable insights into the musical characteristics that influence emotions. This application has the potential to be used in further analysis, development of intelligent features in music applications, and improvement of user experience in listening to K-Pop music.
