This research aims to find out what form of legal protection there is for consumer data who make loans through online applications in Gorontalo and to find out what efforts consumers can take if there is a dispute with the lender regarding leakage of consumer data. This research is empirical normative legal research conducted at the Gorontalo Regional Police and victims of data misuse by online loans. Primary data and secondary data obtained through library research and field research were then analyzed qualitatively. The research results show that the form of legal protection for consumer data who make loans through online applications in Gorontalo is carried out in three forms, namely: first, protection through regulations, namely in the Personal Data Protection Law, the Consumer Protection Law, and Article 1338 of the Civil Code. Second, protection through law enforcement efforts carried out by the police, as well as preventing misuse of data through legal education as a form of preventive legal protection. Meanwhile, efforts that consumers can take if there is a dispute with a lender regarding leakage of consumer data are legal action taken by the police through reporting complaints from the public to investigations that follow up on complaints from the public, and monitoring and taking action carried out by the OJK as parties who carry out activities regarding the implementation of non-bank banking institutions such as online loans. 

Caries is a disease of hard tooth tissue, namely enamel, dentin and cementum, which is caused by the activity of microorganisms in fermentable carbohydrates. Federation Dental International (FDI) and WHO target that at least 50% of children aged 5-6 years should be free from dental caries in every country. The results of the 2018 Basic Health Research (Risksdas) show that the prevalence of cavities in early childhood is still very high, namely around 93%. This means that only 7% of Indonesian children are free from dental caries (Ministry of Health, 2021). This article aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the mother's education level with the occurrence of dental caries in pre-school children at the Bukit Damai PAUDHI Kindergarten, Maluk District. The research method for this article is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population is parents, guardians of students at HI BukitDamai PAUD Kindergarten in Maluk District, Kab. West Sumbawa, NTB as many as 20 parents/guardians of students. The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between the level of maternal knowledge and the occurrence of dental caries in pre-school children with a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05). Also, there is a significant relationship between maternal education level and the occurrence of dental caries in pre-school children with a p-value of 0.011 (<0.05). It is hoped that there will be a need for intensive dental and oral health checks on pre-school aged children, as well as providing counseling to mothers of toddlers, especially pre-school aged children.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) are all health behaviors carried out out of personal awareness so that the family and all its members are able to help themselves in the health sector and have an active role in community activities. The main goal of the PHBS movement is to improve the quality of health through an awareness-raising process which is the beginning of the contribution of individuals in living a clean and healthy daily life. the average percentage of PHBS in Surabaya city households is 75.07%, this figure has reached the target of PHBS in East Java province households of 53%, however, there is still the lowest working area of ​​the health center, namely the Krembangan Selatan health center with a percentage of 48%. . This type of research is Literature Review or literature review. Literature review is what the author does by searching various sources related to a particular topic which can be obtained from various sources such as journals, archive books, articles, the internet, or other documents that are revered. the provision of knowledge through counseling and training with a combination of Leaflet media is very influential on changes in knowledge. there is a positive and significant effectiveness of animaker-based animated videos on clean and healthy living behavior. It can be seen and proven from the results of the Pearson correlation coefficient at a significance level of 5% or 0.05, namely: 0.538. One effort that can be done is to provide counseling through health promotion media that is used so that it is easy to understand and interesting to look at, and can relate to the level of target knowledge.

Confidence is an important element in the development of self-esteem and self-forgiveness. This study aims to reveal the role of K-pop idol Seventeen in the formation of self-esteem and self-forgiveness among young adult female students. This research method is a literature review or library study that involves reading and examining various journals, books, and various other published manuscripts related to the research topic in order to create an article on a particular topic or issue. Research shows that the content on Seventeen's YouTube channel can increase self-confidence and reduce levels of depression in young adult female students. We conclude that the feeling of well-being that occurs after viewing Seventeen's content can increase a person's self-confidence and subsequently foster self-esteem and self-forgiveness in young adult students. This reduces the intensity of depression and self-harm. Even suicidal thoughts can be removed.

Early marriage is a social phenomenon that involves marriage at a very young age, often before reaching adulthood or the legal age for marriage. This practice has a significant impact on children's rights, well-being and gender equality around the world. This article explains the phenomenon of early marriage, including the causes, impacts, and efforts to overcome this problem. The causes of early marriage vary, including cultural, religious, economic and social factors. Early marriage is often linked to gender inequality, social pressure and poverty. The impacts of early marriage include higher health risks, interrupted education, and increased risk of domestic violence, especially among girls. Efforts have been made globally to reduce early marriage through legislation, education, and awareness. Laws and regulations have been introduced to set a minimum age for marriage, while education and outreach programs aim to change society's views regarding this practice. While there has been progress in addressing the issue of early marriage, complex challenges remain, and cross-sector collaboration remains key to achieving positive change. Early marriage is an issue that requires serious attention from society, government and non-governmental organizations to protect children's rights and promote gender equality

This article or paper aims to determine “the use of social media as a tool for building business networks in the dropship business”. The problem focuses on the use of social media in building business networks. The data collected was obtained based on qualitative observation and analysis, namely interviews with sources directly. This study concludes that the use of social media platforms, especially facebook, can be a means for Mumu Hijab to build a business network, this is proven by the spread of resellers reaching 40 people. Not only that, in building a business network, Mumu Hijab is also active in utilizing WhatsApp, where WhatsApp is a good communication medium for building business networks with Mumu Hijab resellers and also with consumers.

The literature used consists of published notes, books, magazines, newspapers, manuscripts, journals or articles. The results of this study indicate that the humanization pillar plays an important role in the concept of character education based on prophetic education. Therefore, character education based on prophetic education should be able to integrate the pillars of humanization in character development.

This article aims to describe and analyze the unique aspects of religious justice in Indonesia. With a deeper understanding of these challenges, efforts can be directed towards improving and developing the religious justice system so that it remains relevant and effective in handling legal conflicts related to religious aspects in Indonesian society. This research examines the implementation of unique aspects in the religious justice system in Indonesia. The religious justice system in Indonesia has unique characteristics that reflect various cultural, religious and social dimensions in a country with a diverse population. As a country with a majority Muslim population, religious courts play an important role in enforcing family and marriage laws based on Islamic law. This study underlines the importance of understanding the unique aspects of religious justice in Indonesia in the context of a legal state based on the supremacy of law. Ensuring a balance between local values, religion, and national positive law is a complex task, but essential to achieving justice in Indonesia’s rapidly evolving religious justice system.

This research aims to find out what factors influence the application of Article 1367 of the Civil Code to laundry business actors in Gorontalo Regency. The research method used is empirical which uses field data to understand, solve and anticipate existing problems. The results of the research show that the factors influencing the application of Article 1367 of the Civil Code by laundry business actors in Gorontalo Regency are, business actors and consumers do not understand the rights and obligations specified in statutory regulations; Business actors do not have good intentions; and business actors do not want to lose.

ABSTRACT. This article discussess the closeness between random object service gacha(lootbox) with gambling which raises concerns about plunging players, especially children. This article aims to see the closeness between gacha system and gambling, made by the method of literature study, namely through recording, literature review and data processing. The data taken is seen from the current situation and then collects information about the topic being discussed. The similarity between gacha and gambling systems shows the closeness between, players who paid for gacha can be said to be gambling. Meanwhile, players who don’t pay and just have fun are not decisive called a gambler. However, there needs to be a deeper analysis of this matter.   Keyword : Game, Gacha, and Gambling   Abstrak. Artikel ini membahas kedekatan antara layanan benda acak gacha(lootbox) dengan judi yang memunculkan kekhawatiran akan menjerumuskan pemain terutama anak – anak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melihat kedekatan antara sistem gacha dengan judi, dibuat dengan metode studi literatur yakni melalui pencatatan, kajian Pustaka dan pengolahan data. Data yang diambil dilihat dari keadaan yang sedang terjadi saat ini kemudian mengumpulkan informasi mengenai topik yang dibahas. Kesamaan antara sistem gacha dan judi menunjukkan kedekatan antara keduanya, pemain yang membayar untuk melakukan gacha dapat dianggap sebagai perjudian. Sedangkan pemain yang tidak membayar dan hanya bersenang – senang tidak mutlak disebut sebagai penjudi. Collaborative learning is learning that involves students by forming small groups that work together to solve problems that aim to encourage students to play an active role and be able to think critically during learning. The characteristics of the collaborative learning model are considered to be able to train students' stimulus so that it can train and improve students' critical thinking skills. Collaborative learning is expected to be able to improve thinking skills and high thinking skills, especially critical thinking skills. Based on the results of the articles we have reviewed, it shows that collaborative learning that is applied can significantly provide benefits in improving thinking skills. However, there are some challenges that must be addressed such as time management of collaborative learning implementation and ensuring that all students get the same opportunity as other students.

This research aims to find out how ecopedagogy is implemented in elementary school learning to increase environmental awareness and student involvement. This article was prepared using the systematic literature review (SLR) method. Searches were carried out using Google Schooler. In the initial stage of the journal search, 235 journal articles were obtained with a time limit, namely from 2014 to 2023. The procedure for searching and selecting articles in this study used preferred reporting items for systematic reviews & meta-analyses (PRISMA). Ecopedagogy discusses three main areas, namely technical ecoliteracy , critical ecoliteracy, and cultural ecoliteracy. The implementation of ecopedagogical integration in elementary school management which aims to instill environmental character values ​​from generation to generation can be carried out in several forms, namely integration in the curriculum and learning by including an understanding of ecology in the subjects or materials taught and the application of methods or media. Environmentally caring character education aims to instill values ​​and awareness of the environment in students. Case studies of the application of ecopedagogy in education show that it can be applied through digital media and multi-dominant learning to develop cognitive, psychomotor and environmental awareness. Barriers to implementing environmentally caring character education in schools include internal factors such as students' bad habits and lack of knowledge, as well as external factors such as inadequate learning support equipment and lack of cooperation between teachers and parents. Collaboration between teachers, students, parents, and the community is essential for successful implementation.

Pragmatics is a field of linguistics that examines the relationship between speech acts between speakers and speech partners.  In the study of pragmatics, there are many forms of speech acts and one of them is illocutionary speech acts.  Illocutionary speech acts are further divided into several parts and one of them is expressive speech acts which researchers discuss in this study.  This research aims to describe various theories regarding expressive speech acts, classify various types of expressive speech acts contained in the Learning by Googling video collection, and explain the forms of various types of speech acts contained in the Learning by Googling video collection.  Researchers used two approaches, namely theoretical and methodological approaches.  The theoretical approach that researchers use in this research is pragmatic because the topic is pragmatic studies, while the methodological approach that researchers use is a qualitative descriptive approach.  The object of study used in this research is a collection of Learning by Googling videos on the Sepulang Sekolah YouTube channel.  Researchers in collecting or collecting data use free listening and note-taking techniques.  The data analysis technique is the matching technique.  The matching technique or method is a technique or method used to identify the impact of the speaker's speech on the speech partner.  Furthermore, in presenting the data the researcher used informal techniques.  This article contains the results of research regarding the study of expressive speech acts which are applied to the study objects that researchers use and in which there are several forms of expressive speech, including praising, blaming, and criticizing.  The benefit of this research is to provide knowledge about expressive speech acts that often occur in everyday life. It is hoped that readers will know and understand the science of expressive speech acts and can be a reference for writers of articles regarding expressive speech acts.

Education is the key to the development of a nation. Education is carried out through efforts to determine all the natural strengths that children have, both as humans and as members of society, to achieve the highest safety and happiness. In line with this, the educational process should also be focused on the process of developing all human potential so that we can become ourselves with superior abilities and personalities so that we can create adequate resources. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative method. Qualitative research is research that looks at the perspective of social reality, namely by seeing the world as it is, therefore a qualitative researcher must be someone with an open mind. Basically, qualitative research has two objectives, namely: first, describing and revealing and second, describing and explaining. According to Ma'Tuf in M.Hatis, a gadget is a small technological electronic device or item that has a special function, but is often associated as an innovation or new item. A gadget among the public is no longer foreign, in this advanced era it is very sophisticated because the gadgets that are made are small and have many benefits and there are positive and negative sides to the use of gadgets. The use of gadgets in young children aged 5-6 years is indeed the use of gadgets It has a big influence on children because nowadays children are more concerned with playing with gadgets than studying and some of these children's families give their children a personal gadget.

In the era of technology 4.0, Indonesia is pursuing progress through the adoption of smart contracts on the blockchain. The government responded to this by establishing technology regulations to address emerging challenges. Legal principles demonstrate their adaptability in the digital era by utilizing information technology to build a modern legal and administrative framework, in line with the vision of industrial development 4.0. This normative juridical legal research evaluates the application of legal norms in a concrete context, using statutory and conceptual approaches. Data collection was carried out through literature study using primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive methods. Smart contracts are increasingly widely used, especially in electronic transactions such as stock trading, crypto and hotel reservations. As a form of electronic agreement, smart contracts facilitate the automation of contract processes. However, its use must comply with the law and technology neutral principles in the ITE Law. Even though it is automatic, this technology is recognized as an Electronic Agent in accordance with Article 1 Number 8 of the ITE Law. The validity of these automated contracts is only questioned if it is proven that the automated system is problematic. Smart contracts in Indonesia are recognized in the context of contract law based on freedom of contract and the legal basis of the Civil Code. This recognition occurs because the Civil Code is open and complementary. However, the use of smart contracts must comply with statutory regulations, principles of decency and public order. Regulations governing smart contracts include the ITE Law, PP PTSE, and PP PMSE. These three regulations stipulate the procedures for using electronic contracts, providing a clear legal basis for the implementation of smart contracts.

The texts studied are drama texts listed in the Indonesian Language Book Class VIII Curriculum 2013. The background of this article is based on the diversity of the application of illocutionary speech acts in the drama text. The purpose of this article is to analyze illocutionary speech acts in drama texts. The method used in this research uses a methodological approach, namely descriptive qualitative, and a theoretical approach, namely pragmatics. The data of this article consists of a group of sentences that form a paragraph taken from the drama text in the Indonesian Language Book Class VIII Curriculum 2013 and studied commensurate with the classification of illocutionary speech acts. The data source comes from the drama text in the Indonesian Language Book Class VIII Curriculum 2013. The techniques used are note-taking techniques and listening techniques or reading data which are data collection techniques. The data analysis technique in the research uses agih and padan techniques. Data presentation techniques with informal techniques. From the existing data, the conclusion is that there are several forms of speech acts in the drama text, namely: representative/assertive, expressive, commissive, directive, and declarative illocutionary speech acts contained in the drama text. This article has benefits for students because it can provide knowledge about the classification of illocutionary speech acts.

The aim of this research is to find out what media can improve the thinking abilities of slow learner ABK students. The method used in this research design is a literature review study. Literature study is a form of research used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for literature studies was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The screening results matched the required data, there were 7 national journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The results of this research are the discovery of media that are suitable and can support the success of slow learner ABK students in improving their thinking abilities, namely bussy box media, stamp game media, and puzzles.
