The Human Development Index (HDI) is a comparative measure of life expectancy, literacy, education and standard of living. HDI explains how the population can access development outcomes in obtaining income, health, education, and so on.but in Indonesia even in Banten itself it is not spared from problems such as poverty and unemployment. The purpose of this study is to analyze how and how much poverty and open unemployment rates affect the human development index in provincial districts and cities in the period from 2018 to 2021. The current business era is experiencing massive changes due to the uncertainty of industry fluctuations and tight competition, making businesses enter the VUCA era. This makes business activists required to adapt to circumstances that are prone to change (Volatility), the uncertainty of circumstances (Uncertainty), circumstances full of complexity (Complexity), and floating circumstances (Ambiguity). Therefore, innovation is needed so that business actors remain active in facing the challenges of the VUCA era. Digital transformation brings many changes in the industrial world. Financial Technology has the potential to play a role in increasing financial inclusion and Business Sustainability. This study aims to systematically highlight the business model of financial technology from the relevant literature. The methodology used in this research is the study of literature. The results showed that the existence of Financial Technology has a positive impact on efforts to increase financial inclusion and Business Sustainability in the VUCA Era, which can be seen from the projected growth of Financial Technology, which has increased significantly. This research is expected to provide a view of the business world in observing the adoption of Financial Technology.

CTS is one of the diseases that occurs in many workers so it is often referred to as work-related Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The high number of informal workers allows for high accidents in the workplace. The purpose of this study is to discuss the risk factors for the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. This research is a descriptive research with the literature review method. The literature search strategy uses a prism flow chart, and inclusion and exclusion criteria. The databases used include: PubMed, Taylor and francis, and Google Scholar. From the 20 articles, 19 of them used the cross-sectional type of research, and 1 article used the case-control type of research. The types of informal work obtained from the 20 articles are: motorcycle taxi drivers, farmers, batik and bead craftsmen, blacksmiths, stone breakers, meatball sellers, coconut peelers, woodcarvers, tailors, angkot drivers, small-scale convection, hairstylists, and butchers. Overall, the journal articles obtained discuss related to the risk factors for the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. Repetitive movements, length of service, length of work, hand posture (awkward), age, gender, and body mass index were found to influence the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. Meanwhile, grasping work and a history of diabetes mellitus were not found to be related to the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers.

Human Resources is one of the resources that determine the success of an organization. Proper management of human resources can create a strong managerial system to support the productivity and success of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to have factors that can form quality human resources. This article aims to explore employee performance which is influenced by transformational leadership and internal CSR. Internal CSR also has a role as an intervening variable between transformational leadership and employee performance. The research model is multivariate and the analysis will use SMARTPLS. The research was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Grobogan Regency with 110 employees who participated in this study. The sampling method used accidental sampling. The results show that transformational leadership and internal CSR can affect employee performance. Internal CSR can act as a mediation between transformational leadership and employee performance.

The purpose of this research is : (1) to describes the error of Indonesian language in exposition text by the students at class X, (2) causes of error, and (3) the effort which is done by the teacher and student to solve the error. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a sample student text SMAIT Ummul Quro Bogor kelas X IPA 1  dan X IPA 3. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and document analysis. Data analysis technique used is the interactive analytical model that includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The conclusions of this study are as follows. Firstly, the linguistic elements of language errors that often occur in the student text is divided into four errors : spelling error, diction, sentence, and paragraph. Secondly, language errors that often occur in a student text exposition caused by several factors, among others: is inadequate of language mastery, lack of examples by the teachers, the influence of foreign language, lack of writing peactice, and lack of writing time. Thirdly, the efforts have been made to minimize errors include: improving students' language mastery, having more practices in writing, implementing appropriate correction technique, and implementing a process approach to teaching writing.

The seminar is aimed at increasing knowledge, insight and awareness of SMK N 1 Siatas Barita students in overcoming promiscuity for the sake of treading the future. The research method used by researchers is to use the action method with a qualitative approach to obtain more detailed information which is focused on the implementation of the seminar which took place at SMK N 1 Siatas Barita which is a form of service to students to avoid promiscuity which is increasingly vulnerable nowadays. The subjects of this study were 91 students of SMK N 1 Siatas Barita, North Tapanuli Regency. This activity was carried out in a day with three sessions in this seminar. This seminar activity is carried out to provide motivation to avoid promiscuity to students who are involved in these activities. The implementation that can be concluded is based on observations made by the seminar implementation team to prevent students from promiscuity, namely by socializing the dangers of promiscuity and providing several methods because this year old students are looking for an identity that allows them to achieve what they want to do. Namely the method used by the seminar implementation team in socializing "Say No To Promisciuty" is the Lecture Method and Demonstration Method which makes it easier for students of SMKN 1 Siatas Barita in implementation related to efforts to avoid free association

Abstract The purpose of carrying out this activity is to increase the awareness of students of SMK N 1 Siatas Barita about the influence of promiscuity for the future. This research was conducted by making observations first then the observation data were collected to carry out seminar planning, then the educational seminar actions. The subject of this seminar is students of SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita. This activity is carried out in a day with 3 seminar sessions. Based on the Christian religious education seminar held at SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita, the application of the method is indeed able to increase student concentration by capturing the attention of students and thus students are able to see and analyze events that occur, even students are able to create ideas. Regarding the material for the "Say No To Promiscuity" seminar that was staged, this is evident from the interactive dialogue between the students and the moderator. The demonstration method in seminar activities or in the learning process cannot make the atmosphere fluid, but more than that the demonstration method can train students' concentration by inviting students to see, study, and compare the theory they get with the real situation, therefore Indirect demonstration methods also train students to have the ability to analyze an incident.

This study discusses the meaning contained in the logo of the Province of Gorontalo in semiotic analysis. Logo is the identity of an institution that represents the history and culture of the institution while semiotics is the science of reading signs both verbally and visually, visual forms make the vision and mission as well as identity reflected in a logo. Just like the regional logo of Gorontalo Province which has various meanings of signs and symbols that reflect the area, for example, the Padi and cotton symbols are inspired by the city government logo which means depicting prosperity and others. There is also an oval pattern in the logo taken from the eggs of the Maleo bird, which is endemic to Gorontalo. There is the fort of Otana and pictures of books taken from our philosophy "adat based on sara', sara' based on the book of Allah. The purpose of the study was to describe and analyze what the meaning of the symbols in the logo of the Gorontalo Province were. The research used semiotic analysis of Charles Sanders Peirce. Semiotics departed from three main elements, which Peirce called the triangle theory of meaning, namely: signs, objects, and interpretants. The meaning of the logo can be studied scientifically with semiotic theory. In Peirce's study, symbols are divided into 3 categories: icons, indexes, and symbols. To analyze the meaning of symbols, Peirce uses 3 semiotic terms: representamen which is a symbol, semiotic object which is a real object of symbol reference, and interpretant which states the relationship between representamen and semiotic objects. Benefits of this research To add scientific insight in the field of linguistics, especially to the use of semiotic theory and to find out creative strategies in promotional activities of a government institution so that they can build a brand in the eyes of the public. The results of this study determine the meaning of the signs on the regional symbols of Gorontalo province. This study was conducted with the aim of providing empirical evidence of the influence of debt and profitability policies on corporate value in agricultural sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This study uses the population of agricultural sector companies recorded on the IDX in 2019-2021. Then the use of samples obtained by adopting purposive sampling method.  Descriptive statistical test method and multiple linear regression test into data analysis techniques in this study.  This study gives the result that the debt policy and profitability have no influence on the variable value of the company.

This research has the aim of knowing and studying religious moderation for the unity and integrity of the Indonesian state. This study aims to describe training in the use of the ClassDojo learning application as an effort to increase learning for YPK Merauke Middle School teachers. This study discusses the training provided to YPK Merauke Middle School teachers to the assistance provided by the team. Implementation of learning using learning applications can increase teacher creativity in conducting learning in class. The purpose of this study was to describe the language style, meaning, and figure of speech contained in the book collection of poetry Perjamuan Khong Guan by Joko Pinurbo. The research approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approachThe data collection techniques used in this study were literature techniques and note-taking techniques in the form of words, phrases, lines, and poetry stanzas. The results of this study indicate that there are rhetorical and figurative language styles from the 10 poems that the researcher took. The style of language that often appears or is dominantly used in the collection of poetry Perjamuan Khong Guan by Joko Pinurbo is a figurative language style. The style of language is dominated by the use of language styles consisting of personification and metaphorical figure of speech.

This is a descriptive study that examines the Indonesian people's comprehension of NFT and the popularity of NFT (Non-Fungible Token) using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Since the explosion of Ghozali Everyday's NFT works in Indonesia in 2021, it has been an attraction for the Indonesian people to learn "What is NFT" and "How does NFT work?". The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to establish the features of popular NFT goods among users; and (2) to assess Indonesian people's aesthetic opinion of the popularity of NFT products. The findings revealed that; first, the aesthetic analysis of The most popular works in the NFT Opensea marketplace have various features, including (a) character selection, (b) picture object capture, (c) style selection, and (d) usage value. It is believed that this research would aid in understanding the situation of the Indonesian people about societal phenomena, particularly NFT (non-fungible tokens), so that they may be utilized as references for the academic community, users, or art watchers with an interest in NFT products.

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer interest in using logistics services at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang. To achieve this goal descriptive research was conducted using the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that sales promotion, building relationships with the community, direct marketing, price affordability, price competitiveness, price compatibility with service quality, service in accordance with customer requests, speed of document service and the ease with which customers can obtain information and respond to customer complaints will give a positive impression of each customer has a positive and significant effect on attracting customers to use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang.

Poverty is a problem that exists in every region. Many factors can affect the level of poverty, for example, the unemployment rate and also the Human Development Index. The higher the unemployment rate, the higher the poverty rate will be. And also if the higher the Human Development Index, the lower the poverty rate. This study aims to determine whether the Open Unemployment Rate and the Human Development Index affect the Poverty Level. This research is a quantitative research. The variables used in this study are the Open Unemployment Rate, the Human Development Health Index, and the Poverty Level. The analysis used is a panel data method in the form of a cross section of 27 regencies/cities in West Java Province and time series data from 2020 - 2021.

The existence of a good and correct use of Indonesian has now faded. This is because most teenagers use slang in their daily activities, including in the learning process activities. This study aimed to describe the phenomenon of the influence and impact of the use of slang on the use of Indonesian among adolescents. This research used was literature review method with literature study. The literature search method used was the keywords “Slang”, “Alay Language”, “Impact”, “Indonesian”, “Teenagers”. The data base used for reference in this research is Google Scholar and Portal Garuda.The analysis used was a narrative presented in the form of a description. The use of slang among teenagers has become commonplace and the majority of teenagers use slang in doing their daily activities. The existence of this had an impact on the existence of the decline in the use of Indonesian, difficulty in communicating, affects the way of learning and the learning process. In the learning process, the use of good and correct Indonesian should be emphasized given the many factors that cause the lack of existence of Indonesian.

This study will discuss the analysis of aspects contained in the poem "Sawah" by Sanusi Pane using a stylistic approach. The analyzed aspects are language style, diction, figure of speech, and imagery to determine the aesthetic value and foster a national sense of the poem. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a stylistic approach. The style of language, diction, figure of speech, and the imagery of a literary work are born from one's thoughts through the steps of contemplation and appreciation of something. In literary works, aesthetic value is a value based on the beauty that previous visitors have made with the work. In the poem "Sawah" by Sanusi Pane, the author uses a lot of language style and connotative meanings in his poetry which aims to assess the aesthetics or meaning contained in each line.

The poem "With My Poetry" is one of the literary works by Taufiq Ismail that describes the author's feelings in writing the poem, this poem is included in one of the literary works that have aesthetic value in the world of art. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of life and the type of language style used in Taufik Ismail's poem "With Puisiku". The research method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive research method. From the results of this study, the value of life contained in this poem is a reflection of life about how the next life will go well, and the style of language in the poem "With Puisi Aku" by Taufiq Ismail, namely: Alliteration, Assonance, Simile, Personification, Sarcasm, and Anophora.

The car selection process still uses a manual system, namely by using conventional brochures or catalog media and usually consumers make purchases only because they are interested in the latest model or appearance and facilities without being adjusted to their needs. This study aims to create a system that can be used in the selection of cars according to consumer desires and apply the WASPAS method in providing recommendations for car selection based on the criteria of brand, model, type, price, engine capacity, transmission, year of manufacture and fuel capacity. The results of the recommendations from the selection of criteria for the Honda brand and CVT transmission resulted in a recommendation for the Honda Brio. Honda Brio has the highest value because it has the lowest price where the price criterion has the highest percentage of weight
