This study examines the issue of distributing inheritance rights in the context of religious differences among heirs, which is often a complex issue in Islamic law. In traditional fiqh, heirs of different religions are generally not entitled to receive a share of a Muslim's estate. However, the maqashid shari'ah approach, which focuses on the purpose and wisdom of shari'ah, opens up opportunities to reinterpret such rules in light of the principles of justice, beneficence and family harmony. This study aims to analyze how maqashid shari'ah can be applied to provide a solution to the issue of inheritance rights for heirs of different religions. Using normative research methods, this study identifies the relevance of maqashid shari'ah in maintaining social stability, avoiding conflict, and ensuring family welfare. One of the approaches discussed is the application of mandatory wills as a mechanism to provide financial rights to non-Muslim heirs without violating the basic principles of shari'ah. The results show that maqashid shari'ah offers flexibility in addressing contemporary challenges, including the issue of interfaith inheritance. This approach not only emphasizes the importance of maintaining family relationships, but also creates a balance between normative justice and the practical needs of modern society. Thus, maqashid shari'ah becomes a relevant framework to answer inheritance issues in the context of religious differences.

The maritime industry is facing a critical shift toward sustainability, particularly through the green shipping transition. This research was conducted to explore how maritime vocational programs are developing leadership competencies necessary to manage sustainable maritime practices. Previous studies have largely focused on technical skills, with limited attention to leadership development in the context of sustainability. This research aims to fill this gap by addressing the preparedness of maritime education in cultivating leaders who can drive the green transition. The study sought to answer key questions about how leadership competencies are integrated into vocational training and the extent to which sustainability is incorporated into maritime curricula. The analysis utilized a combination of a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and qualitative interviews with 10 maritime professionals, lecturers, and graduates. The SLR identified key competencies and frameworks in sustainable leadership, while the interviews provided insights into the current state of maritime education. The results indicate that while sustainability is increasingly recognized, there are gaps in leadership training, practical exposure to green technologies, and industry collaboration. The findings suggest that maritime vocational programs must adopt a more integrated approach to leadership development and sustainability. By embedding sustainability across curricula and providing hands-on learning opportunities, educational institutions can better prepare future maritime leaders. This research aims to analyze and examine the existence of the application of diversion in providing protection for children's rights. This research is normative juridical research, normative juridical is a statutory approach, because what will be studied are various rules of law that become the focus and central theme of a study. Legal analysis produced by a normative research using a statutory approach will produce more accurate research. Based on the results of the research obtained, the answer to the existing problem is that the application of diversion as a settlement of juvenile crimes is very important to protect children's rights and encourage restorative justice. Diversion not only avoids children from matters related to the formal legal process, but also provides an opportunity to improve social relations and restore the situation after a criminal offense. Despite challenges in its implementation, such as a lack of understanding among law enforcement and the community, successful diversion can improve children's welfare and achieve better justice goals. Therefore, further efforts are needed in socialization and education regarding diversion to ensure its effective implementation in the criminal justice system.

The growing complexity of maritime operations demands deck officers with advanced competencies and a strong understanding of sustainability principles. This study addresses critical gaps in maritime vocational education by exploring the effectiveness of current training programs, the integration of sustainability, and the role of technology-driven approaches. While previous research has focused on technical skills aligned with STCW standards, limited attention has been paid to leadership, communication, and environmental education. The research sought to answer how maritime training can be enhanced to address these gaps. Using a systematic literature review and qualitative analysis of insights from maritime professionals, educators, and graduates, the study synthesized theoretical frameworks with real-world experiences. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, analyzed using thematic coding, and triangulated with findings from the literature review. The results demonstrate strong technical training aligned with STCW standards but reveal fragmented sustainability integration and inadequate leadership preparation. Simulation-based training was identified as highly effective, though it requires support from mentorship and real-world experiences. The findings provide actionable recommendations for enhancing curricula, fostering industry-academic partnerships, and refining policies to better prepare deck officers for modern maritime challenges. This research offers a practical roadmap for transforming maritime education, ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability in global maritime operations.

Teenagers today are filled with a number of rapid technological changes and developments. From a financial perspective, teenagers at this stage have a growing ability to understand the principles of saving and spending money, not only the basics, but also long-term goals. The three main areas that parents should focus on are income, savings, and responsible spending (shopping or investment). Problems that often occur in society (including teenagers) are such as wasteful living (lifestyle), online loan debt, and being trapped in online gambling. The emergence of several entertainment venues, cafes, and angkringan makes spending difficult for teenagers to control. The methods used in this service are lectures, simulations, discussions and questions and answers regarding the usefulness and benefits of understanding financial literacy. The results of this service show the different nature and patterns of financial management of teenagers requiring presentation patterns that need to be adjusted. In the implementation of the activity, there were participants (some) who were more enthusiastic or serious about this series of training. Presenters (speakers) require the application of andragogy model learning. This model is intended so that the presenter (material provider) and participants are not bored, comfortable in communicating and feedback appears quickly. In the future, training or workshops will be more directed to more technical or specific, for example capital market investment, mutual funds or other investment models.
