The wedding feast or yuamul farah in each tradition certainly has its distensing or uniqueness that gives birth to the characteristics of each region. The traditions carried out by each tribe of the community are certainly different from one another, one of which is the phenomenon practiced in the traditional events of the Mandailing tribe of North Sumatra which is still attached to this day is the tuor tradition in the Mandailing traditional marriage. Tuor is the name of the marriage dowry in the Mandailing customary agreement. The general description of tuor is: a man is obliged to give tuor to the woman he is going to marry. Tuor is a custom that has existed for a long time. For the people of Mandailing, the practice is as a form of preserving estavet tradition, although some of them do not know the origin of this tradition before. The author's observation on the area can be said that some people agree with the existence of this tuor tradition, but it is undeniable that there are other parts of the community who contradict the practice of the tuor because it can burden the party who will carry out the marriage. The party who feels burdened is the young man who is about to get married. Because sometimes the nominal size of the tuor results in delays in the marriage procession due to economic problems. The result of this study is that the Islamic perspective related to the tour inherited by the Mandailing community is not contradictory, because it is carried out on the basis that it both have aspects of willingness between one party and another. In addition, there is also a sense of family, agreement and also a sense of sincerity between the two sides of the family. The amount of the tuor is no longer a benchmark in Islamic considerations Because the form of the agreement between the two sides became the main foundation in establishing the tour.

Fundamentalism is one of the schools of thought that does not want to accept change in the sense that they oppose renewal. So, they carefully emphasize that the announcement of the prophethood of Muhammad SAW is not something new, but only continues the series of prophets and apostles who preceded him. Meanwhile, radicalism is a group that is often viewed by the West as a terrorist who aims to weaken political authority through jihad. This means that these radical religious movements make jihad one of the methods to achieve their ideals, namely the Islamic system (al-nizām al-Islāmi). In addition, radicals are considered narrow- minded, overly enthusiastic (ultra zeolous), or want to achieve their goals by using violent means. Therefore, it is understandable why most Muslim scholars view radicalism as an unfavorable term and cause misunderstanding. This view is also found in orientalists and Western scholars who understand Islam.

The concepts of justice and peace in Islam are fundamental elements that underlie the social, political and moral structure in Islamic society. Justice (al-'Adl) in Islam includes not only legal or distributive justice, but also social and spiritual justice which demands a balance between individual rights and collective interests. This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of these two concepts in creating a harmonious and civilized society, as well as how Muslims can contribute to creating a better world. This research is descriptive-analytic in nature, namely describing and analyzing in depth how Islam views justice and peace based on available sources. Following are the research steps: Determine the main research theme (justice and peace), collect data sources, read and analyze relevant texts, identify Islamic principles related to justice and peace. These principles of justice are strengthened by the teachings of the Koran and Sunnah which emphasize the importance of equal treatment, eliminating injustice and fulfilling human rights. Peace (as-Salam) in Islam is not only interpreted as the absence of conflict, but as a state of harmony rooted in justice and a sense of social responsibility. This research can provide deeper insight into the concept of justice in Islam. Islam teaches that justice is not only applied in the context of human relationships with God, but also in relationships between humans. This research can examine how these principles of justice can be applied in various contexts of daily life, including government, economics and social relations.

As a nation with a predominantly Muslim population, Indonesia bears a profound responsibility to cultivate Islamic religious education (PAI) that transcends mere knowledge transfer and serves as a means to shape the character of the younger generation. PAI is anticipated to foster a character rooted in the noble values of Islam, as well as to internalize moral and ethical principles as guiding standards in daily life. However, religious education at the school level faces considerable challenges, as conventional teaching methods tend to result in minimal student engagement. This research aims to explore the impact of revitalizing Islamic religious education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Baitul Arqom on the character development of students. Employing a qualitative approach, this study utilizes interviews, participatory observations, and focused group discussions to gather data. The analysis reveals that the implementation of routine activities, such as dhuha prayers, exemplary teaching by educators, and active learning methods positively contributes to the enhancement of students' discipline, sense of responsibility, and social concern. This research also uncovers a positive correlation between the quality of religious education and the character development of students, thereby underscoring the necessity for innovation within the curriculum and teaching methodologies of PAI. Recommendations are put forth for the development of educational programs that are more responsive to the demands of the times and the aspirations of the younger generation, ensuring that religious education in Indonesia can cultivate individuals who are intellectually astute and morally upright.

This article aims to provide theoretical and practical insights into conflict management to support leaders and managers in managing conflict effectively in various contexts and provide a comprehensive understanding of conflict management through a literature review of the sources, symptoms, and causes of conflict. Conflict that occurs in an organization can hinder the achievement of desired goals, therefore conflict needs to be managed properly so that its impact can be minimized, organizational conflict can also be interpreted as a conflict that arises when the goal-oriented behavior of one group conflicts with or is threatened by the goals of another group. This study uses a literature study method to analyze various concepts of conflict management that have been put forward by experts. The results of the study show that conflict, whether in a positive, negative, or neutral sense, is an unavoidable phenomenon. The source of conflict can come from various factors that trigger differences and clashes between individuals, groups, or organizations. Conflict also occurs due to misunderstandings or incompatibilities between individuals or groups in an effort to achieve their goals, this is often referred to as a causal factor. The impact of conflict actually depends on its nature. On the one hand, well-managed conflict can improve the quality of decisions, encourage active involvement in discussions, and strengthen group cohesion. However, on the other hand, conflict can also drain members' energy, disrupt productivity, and cause hostility that hinders collaboration. Abstract and Keywords must be written in English, in italic style, and contain a brief description of the research background, objectives, methods, findings, and implications. The abstract is written in one paragraph with a single space (maximum 200 words), without any reference or formula.

Environmental degradation caused by excessive exploitation and natural damage has become increasingly concerning in the modern era. To address this issue, madrasahs, as Islamic educational institutions, play a crucial role in instilling environmental conservation values based on the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith. This study aims to explore the Qur'an and Hadith-based educational approach implemented at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ihyaul Islam Pakuniran in fostering students' awareness of their responsibilities toward environmental conservation. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, aiming to deeply understand the teaching processes and the application of environmental education. Data were collected through interviews with the headmaster, teachers, and students, complemented by classroom observations and analysis of curriculum documents and teaching materials. Data validity was strengthened using triangulation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the findings. The results show that integrating the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith, such as the concept of maintaining environmental balance (mizan) and the prohibition of environmental destruction (fasad), successfully enhanced students' awareness of the importance of environmental preservation. Activities such as tree planting and waste management, in which students actively participate, reinforced their sense of responsibility toward environmental sustainability. Mental health is an important aspect of an individual's well-being, which is influenced by various factors, including the physical environment. Data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health shows an increasing prevalence of mental disorders, with depression and anxiety being the predominant disorders across different age groups. Architecture has a significant influence on psychological well-being, where good space design can reduce stress, increase social interaction, and create a sense of security. Natural lighting, green open spaces, and layouts that support social interaction can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. From an Islamic perspective, mental health is also considered an integral part of well-being, with the concept of maslahah encouraging the creation of environments that support physical and mental well-being, including through space design that takes into account spiritual aspects. Based on recent data, mental disorders, especially depression and anxiety, are on the rise, with significant impacts on society, both in terms of individuals, families, and national productivity. This research aims to examine the implementation of architectural designs that support the healing of mental disorders as well as the relationship between architecture and spirituality according to Islamic views. This research is expected to provide insights in designing spaces that not only support the psychological healing process, but also create an environment that is aligned with spiritual values that can strengthen the mental well-being of individuals.
