Learning is a complex and diverse process that involves interactions between students, teachers, and the learning environment. The main goal of learning is to improve students' understanding and skills, and motivate them to learn. One learning approach that is emerging and increasingly popular is active learning. In this article, the effect of active learning on student learning motivation will be evaluated. Learning is an important process in the development of education in Indonesia. The main goal of learning is to increase students' learning motivation, which can influence their ability to achieve optimal results. One learning method that has been proven effective in increasing students' learning motivation is active learning. In this article, we will evaluate the effect of active learning on students' learning motivation. Learning is an important aspect of the educational process which has a direct influence on students' learning motivation. In recent years, active learning approaches have become popular among educators as an effective method for increasing students' learning motivation. Evaluation of the influence of active learning on student learning motivation is important to understand the successes and shortcomings of this method. This article will evaluate the effect of active learning on student learning motivation using a professional approach. This research method uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) technique. The Systematic Literature Review technique is carried out in five stages, namely: 1. formulating research questions, 2. mapping and searching for articles that are in accordance with the research questions asked, 3. classifying and evaluating the articles that have been collected, 4. summarizing article, 5. interpret the findings in the article. The search for articles carried out by researchers was regarding the Effect of Active Learning Evaluation on Student Learning Motivation. The database used is based on the database contained in Google Scholar, Garuda, Open Journal System (OJS). The literature used in the research, namely publications within the last 510 years, is not optimal so it needs to continue to be the focus of this research. The articles collected were then reviewed and analyzed so that they could provide an overview of the research questions discussed in this study.

Analysis of digital marketing in increasing brand awareness has been carried out very often. However, there has not been much analysis that specifically carries out marketing content analysis to increase brand awareness. This research aims to conduct content marketing analysis to increase brand awareness of skincare products. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data comes from the results of reviews of official publications and data searches in various digital databases. The research results show that there are several main content marketing strategies carried out by brands by paying attention to several factors, namely collaborating with influencer marketing through creative marketing campaigns, providing attractive discounts and promotions on certain dates in the form of flash sales, and giveaways to get audience engagement which ultimately resulting in increased sales. This is related to design factors, current events, reading experience, time and also the tone of the content marketing strategy carried out by skintific. Apart from that, Skintific also provides platforms on various social media as a reference source of information and increases marketing sales in various marketplaces such as Shopee, TikTok and Lazada. In this research, general strategies are explained so that for further research it is recommended to be more specific, for example a strategy by utilizing influencer marketing to produce a deeper understanding and be easier to understand

Sadananya District implements community-based tourism as an empowerment approach that involves and positions the community as an important actor in the context of a new development paradigm, namely sustainable development (Sustainable Development Paradigm). The purpose of community empowerment itself is basically to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of each individual, so that they have the ability to work and strive independently in order to improve their quality of life. In addition, the purpose of empowerment is to increase the potential of the community to be able to improve the quality of life for all members of the community through self-help activities (Sutarto, 2007: 153). Primary data is obtained raw from the community and still requires further analysis. Qualitative research is to create systematic, factual and accurate observations regarding the facts or characteristics of a particular population or area. Based on the description of the research results and discussions that have been carried out, the researcher can draw conclusions, including development efforts in the Bendasari, Tanjungsari, and Gunungsari Tourism Villages which are carried out through: (a) Human resource development is carried out through training, discussions, and others. (b) Partnership with River Tubing, Taruna Karya, PLN, Resque, and parties engaged in tourism. (c) Village Government Activities, namely holding meetings, discussions, joint sports. (d) Promotion through social media, word of mouth, publications. (e) Festivals or competitions, namely bird singing competitions held at the Bukit Bubulak tourist attraction in Bendasari Village. (f) Fostering Community Organizations by inviting the community to participate in managing Tourism Villages. (e) Cooperation with Universities or colleges in Ciamis Regency and its surroundings.

Promotion is an element used to inform and persuade the market about new products or services at the company through advertising, personal sales, sales promotions, or publications. However, due to the large selection of promotional media nowadays, agencies are required to continue to make decisions well, precisely and quickly, and to be accountable in making decisions. SMP-IT Mutia Rahma is one of the private schools in the Tanjung Perak sub-district. Until now, promotional activities for student admissions have only been carried out by visiting promotional destinations, such as putting up banners in public places, as well as distributing brochures to the public to help with activities. promotion. The method currently used is still considered very slow in disseminating information regarding promotion strategies for new student admissions, apart from that, this method also requires very large costs to increase promotional media, such as brochures and banners. The school should be able to see opportunities to promote promotional activities on social media. In addition, in the last two years there has been a decline in the number of students registering.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Decision Support Systems (DSS) have become a central component of digital transformation initiatives across various industries. While prior studies have primarily emphasized technical aspects such as accuracy, performance, and computational efficiency, less attention has been given to the integration of human-centered principles and scalable architectural design. This study aims to examine how AI-based DSS can be enhanced through the combined application of Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HCAI) principles and scalable AI architecture. Using a qualitative, literature-based research methodology, this study systematically analyzes peer-reviewed publications indexed in Scopus to identify key dimensions influencing the effectiveness and sustainability of AI-driven DSS. The findings indicate that technical capabilities alone are insufficient to ensure successful adoption and long term impact. Instead, transparency, explainability, ethical governance, and user empowerment core elements of HCAI are critical for fostering trust and user acceptance. Furthermore, scalable architectural principles, including modularity, interoperability, and adaptability, are essential for enabling AI-based DSS to operate reliably in large-scale and dynamic environments. This study contributes a unified conceptual framework that bridges technical scalability and human-centered design, offering theoretical insights and practical guidance for developing trustworthy, scalable, and sustainable AI-based Decision Support Systems in digital transformation contexts.

The purpose of writing this paper is to discuss efforts towards achieving international standard State Civil Service (ASN) status. The quality and capabilities of ASN are very important to achieve national development goals, because ASN is an important component in carrying out government functions and providing public services. In the era of globalization and global competition, increasing ASN competency is a demand that cannot be ignored. This research explores the challenges and opportunities faced in creating international standard ASN. One of the things that will be discussed is the importance of training and education to improve ASN capabilities; use of ICT to improve public administration performance; and the importance of ethics and integrity in ASN work. In addition, this paper will present several case studies from countries that have succeeded in achieving high achievements in developing international standard ASN. By comparing the various strategies and approaches that have been implemented, this paper will present recommendations and guidelines for other countries wishing to improve the quality and credibility of their ASN. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis with literature analysis and case studies. Relevant data is collected from reliable sources, including scientific journals, government reports, and current academic publications. The research results show that achieving international ASN status requires synergy between various parties, including government, academics and the private sector. Changes are needed in the ASN education and training system, with an emphasis on developing competencies that are relevant to global demands. Apart from that, ASN's competitiveness in facing the digital era will be strengthened by the intelligent and sustainable application of information and communication technology. However, the process towards international standard ASN must also be accompanied by the application of high ethics and integrity at all levels of government organizations. An attitude of integrity and professionalism will shape public trust in ASN and strengthen its position as an important pillar in the implementation of transparent and accountable government, such as in the implementation of e-government. This paper increases understanding of the strategies and actions that can be taken to achieve international standard ASN. It is hoped that improving the quality of ASN will increase government effectiveness and increase public satisfaction with good public services.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of Canva-based interactive video media in thematic learning on learning outcomes in elementary schools. This research is a literature study using qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out by searching via Google Scholar for articles in electronic journals and other publications. The data was analyzed in three stages, namely organizing, synthesizing and identifying. In applying this media, several obstacles were encountered in the classroom, including; Teachers still don't know how to make designs on Canva, the signal is not stable and the infrastructure is limited. However, these obstacles are not an obstacle. The school provides socialization or training and adequate facilities and infrastructure for teachers. There are eight articles that are in accordance with the study theme which states that the application of Canva interactive media has a very significant role in student learning outcomes, especially at the elementary school level.

This study aims to determine the mapping of research around optimal portfolios in wealth management on stock investment with a mix-method approach, namely VOSviewer bibliometric studies and literature reviews. “Data analysis techniques include: (1) mapping the number of journal publications spread around the Optimal Portfolio using Microsoft Excel and Mendeley Desktop by year of publication; (2) mapping the results of bibliometric network visualization and journal publication trends around the Optimal Portfolio using VOSviewer (Visualization of Similarities) algorithm software based on the number of clusters and their items; and (3) map research topics around the Optimal Portfolio using literature studies. The results showed that: (1) based on mapping the number of journal publications, there were 500 journal publications around the optimal portfolio; (2) based on the mapping of VOSviewer bibliometric studies The results of network visualization around the optimal portfolio are divided into 6 clusters and 163 topic items; (3) Based on the mapping of literature review studies, there are 2 topics around optimal portfolios that often appear first optimal and second stocks. The implication and contribution of this study is to map research topics around optimal portfolios in stock investments that are often or rarely researched by researchers, so that they can be a reference for researchers afterwards”.

In industrial relations, there will definitely be conflicts between companies and workers related to differences in ideas which result in industrial relations problems or known as industrial relations disputes. Based on this, if an industrial relations dispute occurs and the company or workers do not find a good decision then this dispute will be handed over to the labor union to be resolved so as to obtain a mutually beneficial solution between the two disputing parties. This research aims to find out how labor unions can be a solution to resolving industrial relations disputes that occur between companies and workers. In order to gain accurate information and avoid changing any data, this research adopts a descriptive analytic method, gathering data from journals and publications published by competent and qualified authors. The topic taken to conduct this research is the concept of resolving employment contract disputes through labor unions. The results of this research are the concept used by trade unions, namely through deliberation to reach consensus in a friendly and open manner so that disputes can be resolved peacefully and ensure that no party is harmed.

This research provides a theoretical examination of the implementation of the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) Information System to enhance the management of scholarly publications at the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Sebelas Maret University (UNS). SINTA, serving as a platform indexing and presenting information on scholarly publications, is the focal point of this study with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of scholarly publication management within the academic environment of LPPM UNS.The study commences by offering a theoretical overview of SINTA, encompassing its roles and primary functions in providing information on scholarly publications. Subsequently, the fundamental concepts of scholarly publication management are analyzed in detail, involving processes such as article submission, metadata management, and researcher performance monitoring at the institutional level.The significance of implementing SINTA in enhancing research visibility, real-time monitoring of researcher performance, and facilitating easy information access becomes a primary focus in identifying the benefits of this implementation. Additionally, case studies and examples of successful implementations at LPPM UNS will provide a concrete illustration of how SINTA can be effectively applied in the context of scholarly publication management.However, the study also includes an analysis of challenges and obstacles that may be encountered during the implementation process, including data security, accurate information availability, and integration with other existing information systems within the institution.Through this study, specific recommendations are expected to be generated for LPPM UNS to enhance the implementation of SINTA as a primary tool in scholarly publication management. The conclusions drawn from this study aim to provide deeper insights into the role of the Science and Technology Index Information System in improving the effectiveness and quality of scholarly publications at LPPM UNS.

GoTo is a forum and provides access for entrepreneurs, especially MSMEs, to open businesses and sell online. Apart from making it easier for people to do business and shop, Goto also has a positive impact on the development of the Indonesian economy. Tiktok is also an online platform that influences the development of Tokopedia. Tiktok not only accommodates Tokopedia product branding but is now also one of the sales channels for Tokopedia products on its TikTokshop page. This invites high enthusiasm from economic actors. This research was conducted to find out how GoTo developed after the merger and the influence of the Tiktok and Tokopedia collaboration on the Indonesian economy. The method used is descriptive qualitative so that the data collected is correct based on literature reviews and scientific publications.

Generally, mangrove cookies are sold in bulk or without packaging. Where the packaging used is plastic packaging without labels or product information. One effort that can support the development of the mangrove cookies business is by providing attractive and informative packaging technology so that it can increase product purchasing power. Partners themselves do not yet have the skills to design attractive packaging that can increase product purchasing power. As is the problem with micro businesses, the skills possessed by partners in entrepreneurship and creating product attractiveness are still low. One effort to improve product marketing is by designing attractive packaging and providing entrepreneurial training to partners. The output of this activity is partner empowerment in the form of increasing entrepreneurial skills and increasing product attractiveness through attractive and informative packaging designs. Abstract. Children's development is usually accompanied by growth so it is more optimal and depends on a person's biological potential. This potential is the result of the interaction of various interrelated factors, namely genetic factors, bio-physical-psycho-social environment and behavior. The unique process and different end results give each child its own characteristics. This research uses a critical review method by reading various books, journals, or other publications related to the research topic discussed by comparing research methods, processing methods, and the results obtained from each article. The research results show that language development in late childhood can be seen from speech progress such as increasing vocabulary, forming sentences and pronunciation. In late childhood, language development reaches a higher level. Children are able to use more complex sentences. Emotional development in late childhood involves various changes and existence caused by learning experiences and self-understanding. Social development occurs quickly, and children begin to learn to adapt to their surroundings. Social development in children requires the role of parents, educators (teachers) and the environment in synergy to develop social aspects in children so that they are able to socialize with the surrounding environment.

In the digital era, social interactions have undergone significant changes. The influence of technology has changed the way people communicate and interact with each other. Social interactions are no longer limited by time and space. People can connect and interact from anywhere and at any time. Social interaction in the digital era has the potential to improve the quality of human life. However, it is important to use technology wisely so that it does not cause negative impacts. The aim of this research is to determine the basic needs and aspirations of humans that arise amidst technological developments. This journal is presented using a descriptive method accompanied by a literature review as a comparative study of similar publications in previous relevant scientific papers.

The basis of this research is that, despite advances in the world, including the development of technology and artificial intelligence at SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, educators are unable to use these tools and often deliver content in traditional ways. To improve the quality of education for students, teachers, and SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, the school must keep up with the development of technology and artificial intelligence. This is a challenge for SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi to develop, so it is very important for schools to apply technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the teaching and learning process. The research approach used in this research is qualitative research, which includes observation, interviews, field observations, and searching for research data on previous research publications that are in accordance with the topic that the researcher raises. The findings of this research show that educational institutions have felt the impact of technological advances and artificial intelligence (AI) and have utilized it to improve the teaching and learning process. One of the many conveniences and advantages of using AI is to make it easier for teachers and improve education standards. To improve education standards successfully and efficiently, education workers are finding that technological advancements and artificial intelligence are helpful in the teaching and learning process.

The people of the Banceuy traditional village, Sanca Village, Ciater District, Subang Regency have a unique tradition of expressing gratitude for natural products, especially rice (Oryza sativa), which has been carried out since the time of their ancestors and is known as the Ngaruwat Bumi ceremony. Ngaruwat Bumi is a traditional ceremony that is routinely held every year at the end of the month of Rayagung. This research aims to analyze ethnobotanical studies on the Ngaruwat Bumi ceremony in the Banceuy Indigenous village community. The research was carried out in three stages, namely literature study, interviews, and data processing and analysis. The data taken is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly in the field through interviews with respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data is data obtained from previously existing research or publications. Sampling used a purposive random sampling method with 15 respondents. The research results showed that six types of plants were used in the Ngaruwat traditional ceremonies carried out by the people of the Banceuy traditional village, namely Oryza sativa, Arenga pinnata, Cocos nucifera, Cordyline fruticosa, Coleus scutellarioides, Justicia gendarussa, and Musa paradisiaca.

This study aims to assess the challenges faced in implementing the Social Sciences (IPS) curriculum in the era of globalization. Employing a literature review methodology, it gathers and analyzes data from academic publications, educational policy reports, and case studies related to the IPS curriculum. The findings suggest that the current IPS curriculum needs to integrate contemporary global issues and utilize educational technology to enhance student engagement and understanding. The study also identifies an urgent need for teacher professional development to teach methods that meet the needs of 21st-century students. Furthermore, the study recommends strategies to strengthen students' critical and analytical skills in responding to global dynamics. The main conclusions emphasize the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and policymakers in designing and implementing an adaptive and sustainable curriculum.

Due to the fetus's expansion in the uterus, the mother's pelvic joints are slightly more mobile, resulting in back pain. To overcome back pain, one effort that can be done is pregnancy exercise. The goal of this volunteer project is to develop a unified strategy for preventing and treating pregnancy-related back pain by educating the public about the issue. Implementation in community service activities on October 3, 2023 at 09:00 - 12:00 WIB has been followed by pregnant women totaling 10 pregnant women, with the average results of knowledge before counseling amounting to 52.5 and after counseling amounting to 89.0 it is concluded that overall counseling participants with good knowledge. It is hoped that by raising awareness of pregnancy exercises, particularly among pregnant women, this event will help to reduce the number of back pain complaints in the community. Health Education is a topic that is explored in both theory and practice during these events. With this program, it is hoped that pregnant women can do pregnancy exercises so that complaints of back pain and other complaints can be reduced. Workshop on managing e-journals for study programs at AAL using OJS carried out together with the Publica team from the State University of Malang, the AAL PPM team, and the AAL study program journal management team. The materials for this study program's e-journal management workshop include OJS Guide, Aims and Scope, Mendeley, Scientific Publication Ethics, DOAJ: How to Apply, Article Metadata, Layouting & Creating Templates, Editorial Board, Author Guideline, Call for Paper & Author treatment, and Applications for Writing Scientific Articles. The study program management team carried out the application of the workshop materials in the form of preparing several accounts for OJS, namely: author, editor, reviewer, and copyeditor, re-evaluating the objectives and scope of the study program's scientific journals, using the Mendeley application as a bibliography preparation application, using the Turnitin application to check plagiarism as a form of scientific publication ethics, forming a team of editors and reviewers in journals with the composition required in DOAJ, creating journal article templates, applying several related AI and making it easier to prepare scientific articles. Suggestions for strategies to optimize the management of study program e-journals, related to improving the quality of lecturers' research and publications, namely: providing workshops on lecturers' research from expert sources, providing both moral and material support for lecturers' research activities, socializing several AI applications that can make it easier for someone to write research, and appoint and order in the form of an Order (SP) lecturers to carry out research.
