This research have intenions to show and understand the legal principles of engagement in agreements when entering into agreements. know about the implementation of the principles of engagement, especially the principle of consensualism in realizing an engagement. The writing of this article applied through the normative legal research method where the author employs a legislative approach and a system of legal concept. The study results indicate that when making an agreement, several principles serve as the foundation of legal proceedings, guiding decisions and actions within the judicial system, as a legal basis this principle can provide an overview of the contract. Numerous guiding principles are available for reference and implementation in various contexts and situations. The principles of association include the principle of freedom of contract, the principle of good faith, the principle of pacta sunt servada, and the principle of consensualism. In implementing consensualism in a contract such as an online buying and selling agreement. Buying and selling online from the point of view of contract law in Indonesia uses Paragraph (1) of Article 18 of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law. There is also a lease agreement where the parties make an agreement. The legal basis for renting a house is explained in Government Regulation no. 44 of 1994, which guarantees legal protection for home owners or tenants. The regulation also explains that a rental agreement can be said to be valid if there is approval or permission from the owner of the dwelling. This study examines the transformation of the Islamic economy during the golden age of the Abbasid Dynasty, characterized by innovations in financial systems, the implementation of fiscal policies based on wealth redistribution, and shifts in social and cultural structures. The background of this research is rooted in the strategic role of the Abbasid Dynasty in creating an advanced Islamic civilization through the integration of economic progress, social growth, and cultural development. The aim of the study is to analyze in depth the dynamics of economic change, its impact on social structures, and its contribution to the development of science and culture during this period. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves the search, selection, and synthesis of literature from various credible academic sources. The findings indicate that innovative policies, such as the implementation of primitive banking systems, zakat and waqf mechanisms, and infrastructure development, support inclusive economic growth and equitable wealth distribution. The implications of this study suggest that the principles of the Islamic economy implemented during the Abbasid era can serve as a reference in designing modern economic policies that are just, sustainable, and responsive to socio-cultural dynamics.

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic education management in fostering religious moderation in schools. Amid the challenges of globalization and technological advancement, Islamic education faces the need to reflect values of moderation, tolerance, and inclusivity. The research method employed is a literature study with a qualitative narrative approach, evaluating previous studies related to this topic. The findings indicate that effective Islamic education management can be a strategic instrument in instilling moderation values through curriculum, policies, and learning practices. However, the implementation of religious moderation still faces obstacles, such as the lack of systematic managerial strategies and institutional challenges. This study recommends the development of a more specific and structured Islamic education management model to support religious moderation in schools. Thus, it is expected to create an inclusive and harmonious educational environment capable of shaping students' moderate and tolerant character.

This study discusses the design of a promotional video for Tinctori by implementing marketing 5.0 to enhance the effectiveness of marketing sustainable products. Tinctori is a fashion company that utilizes natural dyes, supporting the concept of sustainable fashion and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). However, its current promotional strategy has not been optimal in capturing the attention of its target audience, particularly the upper-middle-class consumers who are environmentally conscious. The findings indicate that applying cinematography in promotional videos can enhance visual appeal, audience engagement, and understanding of Tinctori’s sustainability values. The designed video showcases the natural dyeing process with artistic, transparent, and emotional visuals, strengthening brand identity and increasing consumer purchase interest. Evaluations from videography experts and the target audience confirm that the video effectively conveys the sustainability message and raises awareness of environmentally friendly fashion.

Rapid developments in digital technology have increased the complexity of cybercrime and posed new challenges in its detection. Unlike traditional crimes, evidence in cyber cases relies on electronic evidence that has special characteristics, such as digital formats that are susceptible to change, storage on remote servers, and connections to aspects of digital forensics. The aim of this research is to analyze the evidentiary mechanism in cybercrime cases based on the Criminal Procedure Law (KUHAP), the Electronic Transaction Information Law (UU ITE) and other related laws and regulations. The research methodology used is normative law with case studies of legislative approaches and court decisions regarding the validity of electronic evidence. The study found that although electronic evidence is recognized as valid evidence in Indonesia's criminal justice system, obstacles to its implementation remain, including inconsistent legal interpretations, a lack of operational standards for digital forensic investigations, and limited human resources in law enforcement agencies. Therefore, to ensure the validity of evidence in cyber crimes, it is necessary to harmonize laws and regulations, increase the capacity of law enforcement officials, and strengthen cooperation between institutions.

This study aims to determine and describe the principal's managerial skills in developing a religious culture at SD Negeri 15 Air Kumbang. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the Management of the Principal of SD Negeri 15 Air Kumbang in developing a religious culture is through planning, organizing, implementing, supervising and evaluating. The management carried out by the Principal of SD Negeri 15 Air Kumbang includes: first, the implementation of daily activities in the form of: providing exemplary behavior/examples, reprimands/advice, conditioning the environment that supports character education, routine activities/character habits, and mentoring and supervision activities for character education. Second, the management of the principal of SD Negeri 15 Air Kumbang through programmed activities in the form of: Imtaq activities before starting lessons and completing the Al-Quran every month, dhuha prayer activities, dzuhur prayers in congregation. Third, the Management of the Principal of SD Negeri 15 Air Kumbang through learning activities. In learning activities, religious culture must be implemented which includes the preparation of plans and learning tools that contain religious values.

This study aims to describe and analyze: the implementation of Regional Tax Policy in Supporting Regional Original Revenue in Maybrat Regency. And obstacles to the implementation of Regional Tax policies in supporting regional Original Revenue in Maybrat Regency. The research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique uses a technique developed by McNabb (2002), namely Grouping the data according to key constructs, identifying bases for interpretation, developing generalizations from the data, Testing Alternative interpretations and Forming and/or refining generalizable theory from case study. The results of the study show that the Policy on Regional Taxes in Maybrat Regency is inseparable from the pattern of fiscal relations between the Central and Regional Governments.  To increase PAD, the Maybrat Regency Government will apply taxpayers and levies comprehensively to all types of businesses in Maybrat Regency. This includes stalls, food stalls, shops, and building shops. In general, the policy of increasing Regional Original Revenue from the Regional Tax sector carried out by the Maybrat Regency Government is a policy in the form of intensification. Policy Implementation Implementation of Regional Tax Policies in Supporting PAD Maybrat Regency, West Papua includes communication carried out by the Maybrat Regency Dispenda, Maybrat Regency Government through socialization to OPDs, Village Heads of Business Actors in Maybrat Regency. The human resources owned by the Maybrat Regional Government are very limited. The disposition or attitude of policy implementers in Maybrat Regency is quite committed to increasing PAD through regional taxes. Bureaucratic structure. covering the dimension of standard operating procedures (SOP) realized through the Decree of the Regent of Maybrat Regent Number 61 of 2012 concerning the amount of tax collection and regional levies in Maybrat Regency. The obstacles faced include structural obstacles in the form of still the same level of echelonization between the Regional Original Revenue generating agencies and the Regional Revenue Office as the coordinator of the management of Regional Original Revenue, so that there are difficulties in coordinating the implementation of policies and reporting systems. Institutional constraints in the form of weak tax planning can be seen from the weak management of data collection and inventory of regional tax potential. Technical obstacles to the implementation of Regional Tax policies include limited facilities and capabilities for Regional Tax collectors and collectors. Non-technical obstacles to the implementation of Regional Tax policies are in the form of inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

This study aims to describe and analyze: the relationship between the village government and the village consultative body (BPD) in the formulation of the APBDes and the obstacles faced by the village government and the village consultative body in the formulation of the APBDes in the village. The data analysis technique in the study uses a technique developed by McNabb (2002), namely Grouping the data according to key constructs, identifying bases for interpretation, developing generalizations from the data, Testing Alternative interpretations and Forming and/or refining generalizable theory from case study. The results of the study showed. The relationship between the Village Government and BPD in the formulation of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Sidoraharjo Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency is a partnership. Each institution carries out its roles and functions in accordance with Gresik Regent Regulation Number 25 of 2024, Law Number 22 of 1999 and Law Number 23 of 2014. This relationship between the implementation of the legislative function of formulating the village budget and expenditure by the BPD and the Sidoraharjo Village Government has been carried out and in accordance with the Laws and Regulations and the correct stages.  The authority of the BPD and the Village Government is to discuss the draft budget and village expenditure in accordance with the stages of the stages, namely the initiation stage, the socio-political stage, and the juridical stage.  The implementation of coordination in the formulation of the village budget and expenditure by the BPD and the Sidoraharjo Village Government has been carried out and in accordance with the Laws and Regulations and the correct stages. The Village Government and BPD have carried out their respective wars through the preparation stage, making budget plans and ratification carried out together. The Village Consultative Body (BPD) has carried out its supervisory function by supervising all actions taken by the Village Executive on the implementation of the village budget and expenditure Obstacles faced by the Village Government and BPD in the process of formulating the village revenue and expenditure budget include: Internal obstacles are human resources (human resources) that are not qualified in the economic field External obstacles are the lack of technical guidance from the Regional Government, especially in the field of legislation.

This study aims to (1) describe the characteristics of e-LKPD based on realistic mathematics education on system of linear equations with three variables oriented towards critical thinking skills and self-efficacy of vocational school students, (2) describe the feasibility of e-LKPD based on realistic mathematics education on system of linear equations with three variables oriented towards critical thinking skills and self-efficacy of vocational school students in terms of validity,  practicality and effectiveness. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects were 34 students of class X TKP SMKN 2 Tarakan. In this research, One Group Pretest - Posttest Design was used. The research instruments used were validation sheets, practicality assessment sheets by teachers and students, learning implementation observation sheets, critical thinking ability tests and self-efficacy questionnaires. The results of the research show: (1) the e-LKPD developed contains characteristics found in the RME approach to the material of on system of linear equations with three variables oriented towards critical thinking skills and self-efficacy. The characteristics contained in RME-based e-LKPD include integrated learning, use of context, mathematization and construction processes and interactivity. (2) the RME-based e-LKPD developed meets the criteria for feasibility in terms of validity aspects with a percentage of feasibility according to material experts of 93.4% and media experts of 98.9% with the validation result criteria being very feasible; practicality with a very practical category based on the results of student and teacher responses; effectiveness based on critical thinking skills with classical completeness of students reaching 82.4%, the results of the T-test paired samples-test with a significance level of 5% obtained that there was an influence on students' critical thinking skills after treatment using RME-based e-LKPD, the N-Gain result was 0.73 with a high category, and the effectiveness of e-LKPD on self-efficacy with an increase in each self-efficacy indicator,  the N-Gain result was 0.3 in the moderate category, and the results of the Wilcoxon test on self-efficacy data with a significance level of 5%, it was obtained that there was an influence on students' self-efficacy after treatment using RME-based e-LKPD.

The implementation of the Elektronik Barang Milik Daerah (e-BMD) system is crucial for improving the management and financial reporting of regional government assets. This study examines the effectiveness of e-BMD at the Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) of Sikka Regency in preparing financial reports, particularly for fixed and current assets. Using qualitative methods, data were collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results show that e-BMD significantly enhances efficiency, accuracy, and accountability in asset management, although technical and resource limitations remain challenges. Recommendations include training enhancement and system optimization to improve performance.

This study aims to describe and analyze: Accountability of budget management of the Maybrat district secretariat and inhibiting factors of accountability of the budget management of the Maybrat district regional secretariat. The research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique uses a technique developed by McNabb (2002), namely Grouping the data according to key constructs, identifying bases for interpretation, developing generalizations from the data, Testing Alternative interpretations and Forming and/or refining generalizable theory from case study. The results of the study show that the Budget Preparation Procedure of the Maybrat Regency Regional Secretariat is carried out by a budget team that is prepared and implemented for a period of one year. The stages of the budget preparation system start from the guidelines of the SEKDA Work Plan that has been determined using the mixed preparation method (Top Down and Bottom Up). The evaluation process of planning the operational cost budget at the Maybrat Regency Regional Secretariat begins with an evaluation of the budget preparation process schedule guided by Permendagri No. 13 of 2006 and Permendagri No. 59 of 2007. The implementation and administration of the budget at the Maybrat Regency Regional Secretariat is carried out by the Treasurer of the Maybrat Regency Regional Secretariat through recording by the treasurer using general cash books, tax assistant cash books and bank books.  The evaluation of the budget financial statements refers to Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 where the Treasurer of the Maybrat Regency Regional Secretariat submits a report on the realization of the implementation of the Budget to the Regional Secretary in the form of a budget realization report.  Obstacles Faced in the Accountability of Budget Management of the Maybrat Regency Regional Secretariat include the Low Quality of Human Resources. In addition, the lack of information system facilities related to the financial reporting system is rarely updated or updated.

This research aims to analyze the influence of the availability of infrastructure and teacher competence on the sustainability of the implementation of the learning process at State Vocational Schools in Palembang City. The availability of adequate infrastructure and high teacher competency is believed to have an important role in improving the quality of learning and the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process in schools. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with survey techniques, involving a sample of teachers and school principals from several state vocational schools in Palembang City. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was processed using regression analysis to test the relationship between the two independent variables and the continuity of learning. The research results show that both the availability of infrastructure and teacher competence have a significant effect on the smoothness and success of the learning process at State Vocational Schools in Palembang City. Thus, efforts to improve infrastructure and increase teacher competency are important factors in improving the quality of education at the vocational school level.

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and implementation of organizational work culture at PT Aras Bina Energi in order to create a more productive and harmonious work environment. This program is carried out through three main stages, namely socialization, technical training, and assistance in implementing organizational work culture. Initial socialization was conducted to raise the awareness of leaders and employees regarding the importance of work culture in supporting organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, technical training was provided to equip employees with skills in adopting work culture values that are in accordance with organizational characteristics. The final stage was assistance in implementing the work culture, with monitoring and evaluation to ensure the sustainability of positive changes. The results showed that employees' understanding of work culture increased from 40% to 85% after socialization. The implementation of a more adaptive work culture also had an impact on increasing compliance with company regulations, reducing the rate of late work from 18% to 7%, and increasing employee productivity. In addition, changes in a more democratic leadership style improved work motivation and employee satisfaction, with satisfaction scores increasing from 3.2 to 4.1 on a scale of 5. This program demonstrates that systematic and sustainable management of an organization's work culture can have a positive impact on its employees

This research discusses the application of a Content Management System (CMS) as a solution to improve the management of the Afika Store e-commerce website. With CMS implementation, it is hoped that the process of updating content, product management and user interaction can be carried out more efficiently and structured. The research method used is system development with stages of needs analysis, design, implementation and evaluation. The test results show that the CMS implemented is able to improve website performance and make it easier for admins to manage content in real-time.

This research was conducted at the Directorate General of Industrial Relations and Labor Security of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia which discusses the accumulation of archives in the room. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by analyzing the problems found. Primary data in this study were obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data were obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to the research. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of an archive-conscious culture, how the impact of an archive-conscious culture and also how to overcome the obstacles that occur in archive shrinkage. According to the views of employees, archive-conscious culture has been socialized and the accumulation of archives is slowly decreasing, there is a positive impact where the Directorate General of PHI JSK already has an archival SOP which makes archive management more controlled, efforts to optimize archive shrinkage through technical guidance or socialization related to shrinkage so that archives can be managed more effectively.

This study aims to describe and analyze: the supervisory function of the APBD carried out by the Maybrat Regency DPRD and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Supervisory Function. The data analysis technique uses a technique developed by McNabb (2002), namely Grouping the data according to key constructs, identifying bases for interpretation, developing generalizations from the data, Testing Alternative interpretations and Forming and/or refining generalizable theory from case study. The results of the study show that supervision is carried out by the Maybrat Regency DPRD on the Regional Government Budget, based on the duties and authorities that exist in the DPRD as stipulated in article 154 paragraph 1 (one) point (c) of Law Number 23 of 2014. The Media/Supervisory Tools of the Maybrat Regency DPRD on the APBD are: Commissions, Special Committees (Pansus) and Working Groups (Pokja). The time for the implementation of supervision carried out by the Council Members is carried out since the person concerned is inaugurated and can be carried out at any time. The method of supervision carried out by the legislature over the executive is through 2 (two) ways, namely: Indirect supervision and Direct supervision. The DPRD is in the stage of preventive supervision, lacking maximum performance Repressive supervision carried out by the DPRD is still not clearly visible in carrying out APBD supervision. Factors that support the DPRD's Supervision of the Maybrat Regency Budget include: Reform Atmosphere and Regional Conditions Along with the pace of the reform wheel. There are checks and balances between the DPRD and the Executive.  Education Level of Maybrat Regency DPRD Members, out of 20 council members, 12 council members have passed strata 1 and 2. This community service program aims to assist Deppa Tori’ business actors in optimizing production and financial management in order to improve the quality, capacity, and sustainability of their business. The methods used in this program include training, direct assistance, and implementation of more efficient production strategies and more systematic financial records. In addition, this program also prioritizes branding and marketing aspects that are in line with local tourism potential, so that Deppa Tori’ can be better known as a typical souvenir that supports the tourism industry in the Toraja area. The expected results of this activity are increased production efficiency, better product quality standards, and a more organized financial system for Deppa Tori’ business actors. Thus, MSMEs can develop more professionally and contribute to strengthening the local creative economy and tourism sectors.

The use of technology in education is increasingly important in creating effective and interactive learning experiences. This community service activity aims to enhance teachers' skills at SMA Negeri 1 Parittiga in utilizing ClassPoint, a Microsoft PowerPoint add-in that enables more dynamic and participatory learning. The method used includes training, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and evaluation of the technology's effectiveness. The results indicate an improvement in teachers' understanding of ClassPoint features, increased student participation in learning, and the creation of a more engaging and collaborative classroom environment. Some technical challenges, such as device limitations and internet access issues, were successfully addressed through direct assistance. This training has had a positive impact on improving teachers' digital skills and teaching effectiveness. It is expected that the implementation of this technology will contribute to the continuous improvement of learning quality.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pangkalpinang City play a strategic role in the regional economy, yet only 30% have optimally utilized digital marketing. This community service program aims to enhance the digital literacy of MSME entrepreneurs through digital marketing training, covering the use of social media, marketplaces, and customer data analysis. The methods employed include a participatory approach, practice-based training, and intensive mentoring. The implementation results indicate a significant increase in the utilization of digital platforms by MSMEs, with 90% of participants successfully optimizing social media, 75% actively using marketplaces, and 85% leveraging Google My Business. Additionally, there was an average revenue increase of 20-30% within three months after the training. This program demonstrates that digital marketing adoption can enhance MSME competitiveness, promote cost efficiency in promotions, and foster a sustainable digital community.

Effective financial management is a major challenge for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Cikarang, especially in the culinary sector such as Ayam Geprek Bungsu. The main problems faced by business owners are economic limitations and uncertain fluctuations in raw material prices, which have an impact on the stability of cash flow and business profits. This condition results in suboptimal financial management, because often business owners are unable to separate personal and business finances, as well as difficulties in long-term budget planning. This activity aims to analyze the financial management of Ayam Geprek Bungsu and identify strategic steps that can be taken to improve financial efficiency. The research method used is a case study through interviews and analysis of simple financial statements. The results of the analysis show that the lack of regular financial records and the absence of a structured financial management system are the main causes of financial inefficiency.
