Oligopoly is a form of market structure where there are a few producers or dominate the market for a particular product or service. In an oligopoly, there are a few large companies that control most of the supply of goods or services, thus having the ability to influence prices and control competition. In an oligopoly market, each company will position itself as part of the market game. This certainly needs to be done because the profits they get are very dependent on their competing companies. Every policy taken by one company will greatly influence other companies so that competition will become increasingly fierce in terms of price and quality.

The parties can determine the content of the agreement, including regarding dispute resolution, which includes the choice of domicile jurisdiction agreed upon and binding for the parties. However, a conflict arises when the Commercial Court, which lacks authority, grants a PKPU petition due to the jurisdiction choice stipulated in the agreement. The research method used in this legal study is a normative juridical research method. The purpose is to understand the position of the Bankruptcy and PKPU Law with the clauses binding for the parties. The result of this research is that Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and PKPU is a lex specialis, so the law also does not provide a choice of law in bankruptcy and PKPU petitions. In PKPU cases, the Commercial Court is not subject to the choice of law and authority regulated in the agreement.

The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia stipulates that Indonesian citizens must participate in efforts to defend the country. This is contained in article 27 paragraph 3 which reads, "Every citizen has the right and obligation to participate in efforts to defend the country". Developing and attitude of defending the country can be done with several efforts, such as providing compulsory military education which has been implemented in several countries such as South Korea. Basic military training in Indonesia is only given to Indonesian National Soldiers, which in essence is something that is directly related to the profession they are undertaking. This journal seeks to explain how the public perceives the implementation of military service in Indonesia the form of a komponen cadangan (komcad) as part of the country’s defense and security system.

This paper aims to provide an explanation of the contribution of Islamic banking in the framework of national economic development, considering that the Islamic industry has developed rapidly in the last few decades. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) by documenting several articles that have similar research. The findings show that economic development aims to improve the welfare of its people. The success of a country's development can be seen from a high and sustainable level of economic growth. This growth can be seen through the increase in the production of industrial goods, the number of schools, the increase in infrastructure, and the increase in the service sector. Economic development will have an impact on changes in the economic structure towards a better stage, so that socio-economic aspects in society can be seen in the form of reduced poverty, unemployment, and increased people's purchasing power. Unstable economic growth has resulted in Indonesia still being in the middle income zone, therefore the participation of all elements of the government, society and the banking sector is no exception. Banking has an important role in advancing the national economy, besides functioning as a collector and distributor of public funds, banking also aims to support the implementation of national development in the framework of increasing equity and economic stability towards increasing the welfare of the community at large. Especially in the Islamic economy, Islamic banking seeks to accelerate economic growth by carrying out financial, commercial and investment activities in accordance with Islamic teachings. Islamic banks are not only banks that eliminate the interest system in their operations but also carry out social welfare oriented roles. The Islamic banking industry has a strategic role in the development of the people's economy, contributing to transforming the economy into productive, value-added and inclusive economic activities.

The large number of needs for shipping goods at this time results in freight forwarding service companies having to continue to grow and compete to win the market. Online shop users will also be very confused and have difficulty in choosing a goods delivery service so they consider other factors in choosing a goods delivery service. Starting from prices, ratings, delivery time to the number of branches, online shop users are confused about choosing the best delivery service according to user needs, therefore complete data and an assessment method are needed to find out which delivery service suits the user's wishes. This study aims to develop a decision support system for selecting the best delivery service using AHP-COPRAS with the criteria of price, rating, delivery time and number of branches. the branch will make the delivery service the best choice, this is because the price and rating criteria have the highest weight. Regional growth centers assume the ability to integrate as many development interests as possible among those with an interest in development. Thus, regional growth centers also mean qualitative development and/or growth. Theoretically and empirically, inclusive economic growth is closely related to regional development. The existence of sub-regions in Aceh needs special attention, in order to develop the concept of regions as centers of development. During the New Order era, the concept of regional development was apparently renewed.

Industrial development by concentrating industries in a place, which is called an industrial area, is intended to suppress the spread of environmental impacts caused by industry. Another goal is that the presence of industry in the same place will have a double effect on society. However, these objectives must be followed by the fulfillment of strict criteria. These criteria start from the determination of land allocation for industrial estates, to the obligation to manage waste or environmental impacts caused. The industrial estate development policy must pay attention to environmental aspects, thus building an environmentally sound industrial estate.
