A village profile is needed to provide an accurate, comprehensive and integral picture of the village's potential and level of development. Through the University's Real Work Lecture activities on August 17 1945, we tried to help Kalidami RW 10 Village located in Surabaya City, East Java Province in an effort to create a village profile. Based on problem identification, the profile of Mojo RW 10 Village contains some information on the number of existing UMKM. However, there is some data that is still not complete or updated. For example, data that has not been updated is about Waste Generation, Village Profile, Waste Savings, etc. Therefore, the objectives of this service activity are: 1) creating a profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which contains complete village potential data and 2) presenting profile data of Mojo RW 10 Village which can be accessed in printed and electronic versions. The methods used are secondary data collection, surveys and interviews. Evaluation of this activity is carried out directly during the profile creation activity, so that output can be produced that meets the wishes of the target audience. The output of this activity is a printed book on the profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which is one of the documents available at the RW 10 hall and a video profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which has been uploaded on social media.

Recycling is the processing of waste or remaining waste products into new products that can be used appropriately again with one of the goals being to preserve the environment. This community service is carried out by selecting household waste objects in the form of utilizing cooking oil waste into a useful material that will reduce the negative impact of used cooking waste. The public's lack of understanding and knowledge about how to process these remaining materials, turns used objects into less useful items so that many are thrown away and not used and can also reduce plastic waste. The use of smartphones presents a great opportunity to promote products through social media. In this research, a digital marketing promotion strategy was implemented through social applications. This service activity will discuss one of the business opportunities that can be done on a home scale with opportunities that are quite promising at the moment, namely the use of used cooking oil as raw material for aromatherapy candles. By implementing the right marketing strategy, it can help reach a wider consumer market so that new potential consumers come in who are willing to visit the stand and buy the product. By designing attractive digital promotions, the brand appearance of the product will also be more easily recognized by the public. This community service activity involves a collaboration between lecturers and students of the English Education Program (Tadris Bahasa Inggris - TBI) to strengthen the self-introduction skills of fourth-grade students at MI Hidayatul Insan, Kota Palangka Raya. Through interactive and enjoyable learning methods, students actively serve as facilitators and mentors, helping students develop their English skills. The activities include introductory sessions, repeated practice, and educational games designed to boost students' confidence in introducing themselves. The results show a significant improvement in students' ability to perform self-introductions smoothly and confidently. This collaborative approach not only provides immediate benefits to the students but also enriches the teaching experience of the TBI students, preparing them to become more competent educators. In conclusion, the involvement of TBI students in strengthening self-introduction materials effectively enhances the English language skills of elementary school students.

But with the advancement of technology, it also presents various challenges. The qualitative descriptive method is one of the research methods used to understand a phenomenon in depth by collecting non-numerical data, such as words, images, or documents. This method focuses on describing and interpreting the phenomena being studied, collecting data through observations, interviews, or study of documents. Adapting to digital learning in this technological age where students have to develop independent skills, while teachers play an important role in understanding digital tools and integrating them into the learning process. With the advancement of technology, teachers can also have more varied media choices in learning and can collaborate and develop new skills according to the materials they are taught. It involves the use of techniques such as time blocking to set a specific time for learning, setting up a learning environment that minimizes distractions, using technology wisely, disciplining in using smartphones, and using applications or learning tools that help improve concentration.

Interdisciplinary research is essential to understand the importance of CSR in business transformation. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive research methodology. In CSR implementation, the presence of sustainable leaders is the presence of leaders who have a vision and mission can help companies in developing effective and sustainable CSR strategies. They can help companies in improving reputation and public trust, strengthening relationships with stakeholders, and opening new market opportunities. Stakeholder interest in CSR is an influence in improving CSR effectiveness and business transformation. They can increase community awareness and participation in development and empowerment efforts, and assist companies in improving effective and sustainable CSR strategies.

In the ever-growing digital era, education plays an important role in utilizing technology to improve the quality of learning. Interactive learning videos have become an effective tool in delivering learning material in an interesting and competitive way. However, many kindergarten teachers still face challenges in producing interesting and interactive learning videos due to limited knowledge and skills in using appropriate software. TK Rambutan, teachers realize the importance of updating their skills in integrating technology in the learning process. In this context, the introduction of the Canva application as a tool for creating interactive learning videos is considered a progressive step that can help teachers create more interesting and relevant learning experiences for young children. Using Canva as an intuitive creative platform and the various features it offers, such as templates, graphics and animations, can help TK Rambutan teachers in creating learning video content that is interesting, easy to understand and interactive. Therefore, through this Community Service (PKM), TK Rambutan  teachers aim to explore the potential of Canva in the context of early childhood education and improve their skills in utilizing this application to create a more interesting and effective learning experience for students.

This community service was carried out in Sumbersari Hamlet, Mojojajar Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency, with the aim of increasing the community's knowledge and skills in cultivating grass jelly plants to boost their economy. Community service activities last for 3 months and use counseling and mentoring methods. Counseling is carried out by providing material about the cultivation of grass jelly plants, including planting, maintenance and harvesting techniques to converting them into economically valuable products such as grass jelly ice and organic fertilizer from grass jelly waste. Mentoring is carried out by helping the community apply the material that has been presented in the counseling. The results of community service show a significant increase in community knowledge and skills in cultivating grass jelly plants after participating in counseling and mentoring. This is proven by the increasing number of participants who succeeded in harvesting grass jelly and their harvests. This increase also has a positive impact on the economy of the people of Sumbersari Hamlet, as can be seen from the increase in their average monthly income. The success of this community service shows that grass jelly cultivation can be a promising business alternative to improve the economy of rural communities. This community service program can be replicated in other areas with similar conditions.

In the rapidly evolving digital era, mobile banking services have emerged as one of the forefront innovations in the banking industry. This article discusses the importance of customer satisfaction through mobile banking services as a crucial banking service. Adopting a qualitative approach, this research utilizes data from 10 questionnaire responses to analyze the four dimensions of mobile banking quality: convenience, security, ease of use, and design. Additionally, the study considers aspects of communication and customer service. The results of the analysis indicate that customer satisfaction plays a significant role in building a strong relationship between banks and customers. By optimizing the quality of mobile banking services, including convenience, security, ease of use, and design, banks can ensure better customer satisfaction, enhance customer loyalty, and strengthen their position in an increasingly competitive market. The interpretation of the data also provides personal recommendations as an additional aspect, emphasizing the importance of improving critical aspects of mobile banking services. These recommendations reinforce the conclusion that focusing on customer satisfaction will help banks achieve a competitive advantage in the current digital era.

This research aims to determine the effect of food delivery on the Gojek application on purchasing decisions. This research explains whether food delivery services will influence purchasing decisions and increase buyer loyalty. In this research, we use simple regression analysis to show how influential variable x on variable y where before carrying out the analysis we carried out several tests such as normality, linearity and correlation tests to ensure our data was valid or not. From the results of the research it shows that there is an influence of Gojek food delivery services on purchasing decisions which from the analysis we carried out shows that the existence of food delivery services helps consumers in purchasing food. The conclusion we can draw is that variable of the large number of consumers who use the Gojek application to buy food due to discount time factors, etc

The research method used is a systematic literature review, which includes the collection and analysis of data from various literatures. The results of the discussion show that SWOT Analysis is very important in helping companies formulate effective strategies by considering internal and external factors. In addition, the digital age and globalization bring challenges such as changing consumer preferences and increased competition, but also offer opportunities for market expansion and cross-border partnerships. Leadership training for Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) administrators at MA Al Hidayah Semarang to develop leadership skills in students who are responsible for leading organizations at school. This can help them learn concepts, and effective practices in the context of leadership. The methods used in this training are situation analysis, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. During the training, participants engage in various activities and exercises that involve understanding leadership concepts, effective communication, and organizational strategy. They learn how to communicate well with their peers, organize activities at school, motivate other students to participate, and make the right decisions and the importance of leadership ethics, such as integrity, responsibility, honesty, and a positive attitude. So that they can be good role models for other students and build a positive image of the OSIS at school. At the end of the training, participants are allowed to apply their new leadership skills through the OSIS work program. This service aims to provide practical experience to students in managing work programs, collaborating with members, working with teams, and facing organizational challenges that may arise. Leadership training aims to strengthen their leadership skills and make a real contribution to school development. It is hoped that this service can provide a strong foundation for them to become effective leaders and can have a positive impact on improving their school and community.

Empowerment and development of local potential through digitalization has become the main focus in Medokan Semampir RW 03. This research aims to explain the method of activities carried out in solving problems related to the development of MSMEs in the region. Through this activity method, it is hoped that empowerment and development of local potential can be achieved by improving the problems faced by MSME actors. Steps such as consultation with local authorities, direct approaches to MSME players, as well as providing education and assistance in the form of banners and stickers are expected to help improve marketing and branding of their products. Apart from that, by creating new business ideas such as making grass jelly iced milk, it is hoped that it can encourage innovation and creativity in local businesses. In the process, follow-up and monitoring of MSME actors as well as evaluation of work program results are carried out to ensure the success of implementing solutions and evaluating their effectiveness. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide benefits in improving the economy and strengthening local potential in Medokan Semampir RW 03. By utilizing digitalization and community empowerment holistically, it is hoped that it can create a conducive environment for the development of MSMEs and improve the quality of life of local communities.

This research aims to not only make students skilled in mathematics but also provide provisions for its application in everyday life. Mathematics learning needs to use concrete objects to help students understand mathematical concepts according to the stage of student learning development, namely at the concrete operational stage. Addition and subtraction of numbers is one of the subjects of mathematics. Students often have difficulty learning addition material using saving techniques and subtraction using borrowing techniques. The use of learning media in the form of concrete objects is very helpful in learning the material of adding and subtracting numbers. One of the learning media that can be used is the decanomial bead bar box. This media is a Montessori-based media. This research aims to describe the implementation of decanomial bead bar box media for addition and subtraction of numbers in class II students at SDN Jati 03 and to describe student learning outcomes in the implementation of decanomial bead bar box media for addition and subtraction of numbers in class II students at SDN Jati 03.

This literature review article presents an analysis of the concepts of Ariyah, Grants, Gifts, and Samsarah from a theoretical and practical perspective to understand the complexity and legal framework governing these transactions in an Islamic context. The data is analyzed in depth to identify key elements and relationships between concepts. Ariyah (borrowing) is the loan of goods without remuneration, Hibah (grant) is the voluntary gift of a living person to another, Hadiah (gift) without expectation of reward, and Samsarah (brokerage) is connecting between parties involved in a transaction (such as buyers and sellers) in which the intermediary is given a certain commission. Despite having fundamental differences in definition and application, these four concepts play an important role in society. From a theoretical perspective, each concept has a legal basis and principles governing it. In practical terms, the application of Ariyah, Grants, Gifts, and Samsarah is seen in various aspects of daily life, from trade transactions to social relations. Understanding these concepts helps individuals and organizations manage relationships and transactions more effectively according to the principles of sharia law.

The problematics of Christian theology are often a point of complex and demanding debate seems to be a very good discussion. Because it is not only a topic of discussion among Christians but is also often an easy terget for liberals. They create and use existing thelogical problems as a tool to attack the Christian faith. That is why it is urgent to take the right steps in responding to this matter. So that this is not allowed to continue and erode the real truth and disrupt the faith of Gods congregation. In seeking solutions to the problems of theological skepticism, a philosophical approach is often a very relevant tool. Philosophical assumptions a deeper understanding of Christian teachings and responding to emerging challenges. So that in this way, all errors and misunderstandings regarding Chrristian theology put forward by liberals can be refuted. Therefore, this article will use qualitative research methods. Methodology with a literature riview approach. The literature review in question is from various writings including books, journals and other literature related to Christian religious education, ontological foundations, epistemology and axiology. Analysis of the subject of discussion is reviwed by reflecting on literature findings with implications for the present. Conclussions are obtained from analytical studies of the theories used. This article will explore the urgency of philosophical assumptions in finding solutions to the problems of Christian theology by referring to several relevant philosophical thoughts. Whit the hope of finding a basis that can help every believer in facing and responding to liberals who want to doubt and attack the Christian faith through a philosophical assumption approach, as a from of apologetics for every believer.

: Budgets can help MSMEs plan activities and expenditures in the future. With a budget, MSMEs can compare expenditures with predetermined plans. The aim of this research is to look at the budget preparation for Bakso Kojek MSMEs. This research uses qualitative descriptive data obtained through interviews and direct observation by researchers. This research was conducted at the Bakso Kojek UMKM on Jl. Wiliam Iskandar, New Memories, District. Percut Sei Tuan, Medan City, North Sumatra, This research was conducted in April 2024.    

Tadris Mathematics students have difficulty understanding complex analysis courses when studying independently because many students still lack confidence in doing assignments and only rely on help from others. Learning difficulties greatly affect learning independence. This study aims to determine the level of difficulty in learning complex analysis based on students' learning independence. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires in the form of google forms given to 20 students of the Tadris Mathematics study program at UIN K.H Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. Then the researcher conducted interviews with three students as representatives of classes A, B, C. The results of the study show that in general, Tadris Mathematics students have learning difficulties based on independence and difficulty understanding language in complex analysis courses. This learning independence can create students' ability to control and organize themselves in carrying out learning activities.

This research was conducted to analyze the distribution factors of UMKM in the Sukapada Subdistrict area, Bandung City. One of the author's considerations was to make UMKM in the Supada Subdistrict area the object of research because they have diverse geographical conditions. This research uses descriptive and spatial methods. Data was collected through field surveys using the Avenza Maps application and interviews with 5 UMKM actors. The research results show that the distribution of UMKM in Sukapada Subdistrict is uneven. Factors that influence the distribution of UMKM in Sukapada Subdistrict include geographic concepts such as location, distance, affordability and morphology. UMKM that are located in strategic locations, close to city centers or markets, have easier access to consumers and suppliers, so they have a higher chance of success. Internal and external factors within entrepreneurs such as business capital, skills, access to information, government policies, infrastructure and competition also influence the distribution of UMKM.  The results of this research can help the government in formulating appropriate policies to support the development of UMKM in Sukapada Village.
