The instructional leadership of school principals is a strategic factor in improving the quality of education, particularly in shaping teacher performance and professionalism. In the context of modern educational challenges, school principals do not only act as administrative managers but also as educational leaders capable of guiding, mentoring, and developing teachers' capacities. This study aims to identify the influence of instructional leadership on teachers' performance and professionalism, as well as to uncover the dominant leadership strategies used in schools. The research questions addressed are: (1) How does instructional leadership influence teacher performance and professionalism? and (2) What are the dominant instructional leadership strategies in improving education quality? The study method uses a systematic literature review (SLR) approach by searching articles through Google Scholar and Publish or Perish (PoP) using the keyword ‘guided inquiry search.’ Out of a total of 50 articles, five main articles were analysed in depth. The findings indicate that instructional leadership significantly influences teachers' work motivation, self-efficacy, and professional development. The most dominant strategies include academic supervision, strengthening the school's vision, and fostering a collaborative work environment. This study underscores the urgency of strengthening the instructional role of school principals and recommends further studies based on meta-analysis and a cross-national contextual approach.

This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to examine the impact of social media on the honesty of teenagers toward their parents in Stabat Lama Barat Village. The aim of this research is to describe the extent to which the use of social media influences teenagers’ honest behavior in communication and interaction with their parents. In an increasingly advanced digital era, social media is not only a source of entertainment but also has a significant influence on character development and moral values, including honesty. The results show that some teenagers tend to hide their social media activities from their parents, either due to privacy concerns, fear of being scolded, or the desire to create a certain image online. This behavior leads to reduced openness and honesty in their daily lives. However, there are also teenagers who are able to use social media wisely while upholding honesty within the family. Factors such as moral education at home, parenting styles, and social environment play an important role in shaping honest attitudes among teenagers despite the rapid growth of digitalization.

TikTok has transformed into an effective digital marketing platform, not only for introducing products but also for shaping impulsive shopping behavior. This study aims to analyze the impulsive shopping behavior of Generation Z on TikTok Shop. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, with data obtained from digital searches and observations. The findings indicate that Generation Z has a strong interest in utilizing the TikTok Shop feature within the TikTok application, making it one of their preferred alternatives for online shopping transactions. TikTok significantly influences Generation Z’s shopping behavior, as they tend to purchase products after seeing them on the platform. Businesses leverage TikTok as an efficient marketing tool, particularly through creative content, short videos, and influencer recommendations. By utilizing an algorithm that tailors content to users’ preferences, TikTok Shop creates offers that appear attractive to consumers. Generation Z is often influenced to buy items they do not actually need. Sudden purchases driven by emotions—such as low prices or limited-time offers—often lead them to overlook product quality. As a generation living in the digital era, Gen Z needs to better regulate their impulsive consumer behavior. Wisely utilizing technology and understanding the marketing strategies used by platforms like TikTok Shop can help them avoid excessive impulsive spending. By prioritizing needs over wants and carefully considering the value and benefits of a product before purchasing, Gen Z can become smarter and more responsible consumers.

The entry of foreign cultures into Indonesia is one of the impacts of the increasingly widespread globalization. These new cultures underwent a process of acculturation and, over time, began to dominate local cultures. If the original culture is not well preserved, there is a risk that it will be eroded and replaced by new influences that are present. In an effort to preserve Indonesia's cultural richness, the younger generation has a very important role in filtering and choosing what is useful and what is not. However, the presence of foreign cultures often makes people, especially the millennial generation, prioritize personal freedom over moral values. This results in many of them forgetting norms and traditions in order to satisfy individual desires. This research aims to research and explain the actions and responses of the younger generation to foreign cultures, as well as the impact caused by globalization due to the entry of new cultures, both positive and negative. The results of the discussion show that the influence of foreign culture has made many millennial generations begin to forget the original Indonesian culture and ignore the norms in society. Even so, there are still some generations who are trying hard to maintain these cultural values in their daily lives. This research is expected to provide benefits to the community and the millennial young generation, so that they are more aware of the importance of preserving and preserving Indonesia's indigenous culture.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest number of TB cases in the world. The key to successful TB treatment is treatment adherence. One factor that influences treatment adherence is stigma, which can result in incomplete treatment. This study aimed to determine the relationship between stigma and adherence to pulmonary TB treatment in the city of Lhokseumawe. The research method used was descriptive correlational with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling method was quota sampling with a sample size of 83 pulmonary TB patients. Data were filled in by filling out the Internalized Stigma of Mental Illness (ISMI) scale and Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test (p = 0.05). The results of the bivariate test of age, gender, last education, occupation, and PMO did not have a relationship with adherence to pulmonary TB treatment, with a p value> 0.05. However, the duration of treatment had a relationship with the level of adherence to pulmonary TB treatment, with a p-value = 0.008. The study's results also showed that stigma and treatment compliance did not have a significant relationship, with p-value = 0.197. It was concluded that there was no relationship between stigma and compliance with pulmonary TB treatment. Health services in Lhokseumawe City are expected to continue to provide education and motivation to pulmonary TB patients to comply with their treatment.
