The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The difference in the effect of plyometric training methods between double leg bound training and double leg vertical power jump training on 100-meter running ability, (2) The difference in the effect between high balance and low balance on 100-meter running ability, (3) Interaction between plyometric and balance training methods on 100-meter running ability. The instruments used to collect data were: (1) Balance test (Modified Bass Test of Dynamic Balance), (2) 100-meter running ability test with time test, (3) Training program as a guideline that will be used in providing treatment . The data analysis technique used was Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the hypothesis testing proved that: (1) There is no difference in the influence between double leg bound training and double leg vertical power jump training on 100-meter running ability. By looking at the similarity of the movements that both jump use both legs, it seems that these two exercises are variations in training, as a result the two plyometric training methods are not significantly different. (2) There is a difference in the influence between high balance and low balance on 100-meter running ability. The results of the data analysis showed that high balance has a significant difference in influence with low balance. (3) There is no interaction of influence between plyometric and balance training methods on 100-meter running ability. Related to the interaction hypothesis, it turns out that the results of the hypothesis testing have proven that there is no interaction between plyometric and balance training methods on 100-meter running ability where the calculated F value = 0.006 < than the F table value = 2.82 at a significance level of α = 0.05. Conclusion of the study: 1) There is no significant difference in influence between double leg bound training and double leg vertical power jump training on 100-meter running ability. 2) There is a significant difference in the influence of high balance and low balance on 100-meter running ability. 3) There is no interaction between plyometric training methods and balance on 100-meter running ability.

Education is an important sector in the development of a country, and effective utilization of educational resources plays a major role in achieving these goals. However, in Indonesia, the utilization of educational resources still faces various challenges, especially related to the unequal distribution of resources between urban and remote areas. This study aims to analyze the utilization of educational resources in Indonesia, both in terms of the quality of educators, educational facilities, and available technology. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to describe the current conditions and existing challenges. The results of the study show that despite government efforts, there is still a large gap in access to education between developed and disadvantaged areas. Assistance programs such as the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) and the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) have not fully reached areas in need. The quality of educators is also a major obstacle, especially in the 3T (frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged) areas, where many teachers have not received adequate training. In addition, the problem of uneven distribution of educational infrastructure is a major obstacle in creating a conducive learning environment. This study suggests the need for equal distribution of education budgets, improvement of teacher quality through continuous training, and more transparent and efficient management of existing education resources. The implementation of educational technology is also expected to improve the quality of learning in areas with physical limitations. In the long term, more inclusive and locally data-based policies will strengthen Indonesia's education system. This study explores the relationship between financial literacy, consumer communication, and financial decision-making among English Literature students at Universitas Negeri Medan. Using surveys with 40 participants aged 20-24, the research assesses students’ financial literacy levels, preferences for communication formats, and their impact on financial behaviors. Rsults indicate that while most students have a basic understanding of financial concepts, gaps exist in budgeting, selecting financial products, and seeking assistance. Visual formats like videos and infographics are the preferred communication channels, while social media, though widely accessed, often lacks clarity. Only a portion of students applies financial literacy effectively in decision-making, such as evaluating financial products critically or avoiding unnecessary spending.  The findings emphasize the importance of integrating tailored financial education programs with effective communication strategies. Enhancing financial literacy through practical and accessible learning methods can empower students to make informed and strategic financial decisions.

This study discusses the history and education system in Turkey, focusing on the developments and challenges faced. Turkey, as a country located in the Eurasian region, has a centralized education system and is managed according to the provisions set by Mustafa Kamal Ataturk. The purpose of this education system is to produce skilled, productive, and creative individuals in the era of reform. Some important points raised in this study include: Quality of Education, although there are many quality higher education institutions, the global ranking of the Turkish education system still needs to be improved. Improving the quality of teaching and curriculum development are key to facing this challenge. Educational Inequality, there is inequality in access to education, especially in rural areas. Educational Reform, since 2012, the structure of education in Turkey has changed, where students must complete upper secondary education which is now mandatory. Previously, students completed basic education for eight years and secondary education for three years. Comparison with Indonesia, the education system in Turkey has similarities with Indonesia, especially in the use of a modern system in implementing the curriculum in universities. However, Turkey has greater academic autonomy in universities. Investment in Education, Turkey has invested in education through the "2023 Eğitim Vizyonu" program to improve the quality and accessibility of education. However, challenges such as educational inequality still need to be addressed. This study is expected to provide deeper insight into the education system in Turkey and the challenges faced, as well as comparisons with education systems in other countries, especially Indonesia.

Life in orphanages presents various psychological challenges for adolescents, including low self-confidence and limited emotional support. This study aims to improve the resilience of adolescents at Al-Hikmah Orphanage through positive affirmation intervention. The positive affirmation technique is a positive statement written consciously and confidently, which is proven to be effective in overcoming negative thinking, building self-confidence, and creating better psychological conditions. This study used a participatory intervention design involving 10 adolescents aged 16-18 years. The activities included initial data collection through pre-test, introduction to the concept of resilience, emotion management training, problem solving exercises, and decision making. Evaluation was conducted using a post-test to measure changes in resilience, followed by documentation of program results and a final report. The results of the intervention showed significant improvements in adolescents' self-confidence, ability to write life goals, and positive mindset. The main supporting factors were the enthusiasm of the participants, the active support of the caregivers, and the conducive environment of the home. However, some barriers such as deep traumatic experiences, limited experts, and short program duration were challenges that affected the intervention results. Positive affirmation can effectively improve adolescents' resilience by building positive mindsets, reducing anxiety, and strengthening adaptation to stress. For optimal impact, this program needs to be combined with intensive psychological counseling and implemented in a sustainable manner. This approach can also be adapted in other orphanages by adjusting the needs of the local community
