Students who understand entrepreneurship courses will develop an attitude to achieve achievements, which arises from confidence in themselves. Positive self-confidence is an important element in achieving success and creating satisfaction in line with the knowledge gained. Realizing the importance of students' personal factors, the researcher is interested in exploring the level of students' self-efficacy towards entrepreneurship courses. This study uses a quantitative research method with a causal associative approach, which aims to determine the causal relationship between independent variables (entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy) and dependent variables (entrepreneurial interest). The population in this study is 80 students of the 2021 Stambuk Economic Education at the State University of Medan. The sampling technique used the stratified random sampling method, using the Slovin formula with a significance level of 5%, then the number of samples obtained was 67 people. The results of the study show that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The regression coefficient was 0.527 with a significance value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) shows that students who have a better understanding of entrepreneurship tend to have a higher interest in starting a business. Self efficacy, or students' confidence in their ability to achieve goals, does not have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. This can be seen from the regression coefficient value of 0.063 and the significance value of p = 0.491 (p > 0.05). This means that even though there is a The positive relationship between self-efficacy and interest, the level of student confidence is not strong enough to directly increase the interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy contribute to students' interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the multiple linear regression test, the model shows that these two variables together can explain the variation in entrepreneurial interest. However, the dominant contribution comes from entrepreneurial knowledge, because this variable has a more significant influence than self-efficacy.

This study analyzes the interest of students at SD Negeri 179 Tambangan in being active in class. It also aims to analyze the factors that influence students' interest in using interactive and participatory learning methods. The method employed is a survey of 100 students from different classes. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of closed and open-ended questions regarding learning experiences, interest in classroom activities, and preferences for the applied learning methods. The analysis shows that the majority of students are very interested in active learning, with 75% of respondents stating that discussion activitiesandeducationalgamesenhancetheirmotivation.However,thereare also challenges, such as a lack of equipment and limited time to implement these programs. These results provide valuable insights for educators in makingpolicies to develop more effective learning strategies. An increase in student interest is expected to improve the quality of education at SD Negeri 179 Tambangan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran kreatif dan inovatif pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 068877 Medan Perjuangan. Fokus penelitian meliputi metode pembelajaran, media yang digunakan, dan dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan penelitian dokumen. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan pembelajaran kreatif melalui penggunaan alat bantu visual, strategi berbasis proyek, dan pembelajaran kolaboratif secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Selain itu, inovasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif dan media berbasis video berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Namun penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan beberapa tantangan, antara lain: B. Terbatasnya akses terhadap sumber daya teknologi dan perlunya pelatihan guru untuk menunjang kreativitas pembelajaran. Studi ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program pelatihan guru yang mengintegrasikan teknologi, peningkatan kesempatan pembelajaran berbasis digital, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap efektivitas metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran abad ke-21.

This study aims to determine whether interactive learning media based on Kahoot can increase students' interest in learning. Kahoot is a single media application that can be used in online learning that contains quizzes and games. The low interest of the community in entrepreneurship, which is often caused by the lack of early entrepreneurship education, is a major challenge. Islamic boarding schools, as religious-based educational institutions, have great potential to contribute to producing entrepreneurs through providing entrepreneurship to their students. This study analyzes the relationship between entrepreneurship provision in managing business units and the interest in entrepreneurship of students at the Sabilul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Tasikmalaya City, using a quantitative survey method. The sample consisted of 30 students who were actively involved in the Islamic boarding school business unit, with data collected through a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurship provision had a positive and significant relationship with the interest in entrepreneurship of students, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient value of 0.653. This finding indicates that the better the entrepreneurship provision, the higher the interest of students in entrepreneurship. This study emphasizes the importance of the intensity and quality of entrepreneurship programs in supporting the development of competitive young entrepreneurs, especially in Islamic boarding schools, in order to support national economic growth.

This research aims to analyze what problems arise in developing Christian Religious Education curriculum design regarding interest in learning the Sidi catechism. Through a qualitative research approach involving catechism teachers, catechism participants, parents, elders, and analyzing teaching materials and learning methods carried out so far. This research reveals that there is a need for reform in increasing the interest in learning of catechism participants. This research also reveals various problems faced in developing the Christian Religious Education curriculum design in developing Sidi catechism participants' learning interest. Then, this research also highlights the importance of the role of parents in the child's learning process. The use of technology and more interactive learning methods is also very strategic. The results of this research provide important implications for curriculum development, learning methods and the role of parents as well as teachers or catechists. Thus, this research contributes to efforts to improve the quality of Christian religious education in churches, especially at HKBP Habinsaran Padangsidimpuan.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Swadaya Anak Nagari in attracting people's interest in saving money in Bandarejo Hamlet 1, West Pasaman Regency. The development of the internet and technology has changed the marketing system, providing opportunities for business people to market their products through online media in promoting their products. Technological advances have created new forms of interaction and socialization, one of which is the innovation of communication technology in the form of social media. One of the most popular and trending social media today is Instagram. The use of Instagram is currently a form of online business communication strategy and Heelsaddict with the @Heelsaddict account, uses Instagram to run a business bag through the process of sending photos and sharing them widely. Heelsaddict is an online shop that sells and provides various collections of local bag products. This study aims to determine how much influence the social media account Instagram @heelsaddict has as an online business media on consumer buying interest. The concept used in this study is Instagram social media and consumer purchasing interest using the AIDA model. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey method approach, using Taro Yamane to obtain a sample of 100 respondents, Non Probability Sampling sampling technique, while the data collection technique uses questionnaires via googleform. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the influence of social media on buying interest with a strong level of influence.

This research is an action to find out the influence of the NHT learning model assisted  by Ice Breaking on the Learning Interest of Class XI C.1 Students of SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Utara. This classroom action research conducts a reflective action in order to improve learning practices for students in terms of professionalism. In this class action research, the subject of the study is students of class XI C1 SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Utara for the 2023/2024 school year consisting of 38 students. The score of 55.59 (low category) shows the results of the analysis of the first cycle. It is clear that students' interest in learning is still relatively low and there needs to be a big improvement in the second cycle. The score of 89.1 (very high category) was shown in cycle II after a careful analysis of the improvements in cycle I. So from the data obtained and processed in cycles I and II, it can be concluded that there is an influence in mathematics learning with the application of  the Numbered Head Together  type cooperative learning model assisted by Ice Breaking.

This study aims to describe the role of parents in preventing gadget addiction in children in order to minimize obstacles in the process of child development. The research was conducted at Rumah Baca Kita Buniseuri, DusunKidul, Buniseuri, Cipaku, Ciamis, for two months from September 1 to November 1, 2024. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study with purposive sampling technique, which involved parents who actively use gadgets and play a role in children's learning at home. Data were collected through observation, interviews, data reduction, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique with triangulation for data validity. The results show that gadget addiction in children can be overcome by the active role of parents in supervising and limiting the use of gadgets, as well as encouraging children's interest in reading through reading together and utilizing public facilities such as Rumah Baca Kita. This research has important implications in efforts to improve the quality of child development through collaboration between parents and non-formal education facilities.

This research aims to analyze the impact of promotions on interest in studying at Ichsan University, Gorontalo. As Competition in Higher Education Continues to Increase, Effective Support Strategies Are Key to Attracting Prospective Students. The method used in this research is a questionnaire survey distributed to new students entering Ich San Gorontalo University. The data obtained were analyzed using simple regression analysis techniques and statistical tests to determine the relationship between promotion variables and interest in studying. Research results show that UIG promotions carried out through social media are very effective in attracting the attention of prospective students. The most widely used media are Instagram and flyers/brochures which are proven to be more effective than other platforms. However, there is a need to increase the effectiveness of advertising, especially in relation to the relevance of the information conveyed.  UIG Can Significantly Increase Applicant Interest by Improving Advertising Content to Match the Needs of Prospective Students

Pada saat ini jamu yang awalnya hanya sebagai obat tadisional kini mulai berubah menjadi sebuah usaha industri yang terus berkembang. Industri jamu bisa dikembangkan di Indonesia karena  salah satunya didukung dengan adanya fakta bahwa banyaknya tanaman obat yang ada di berbagai daerah di Indonesia kurang lebih sebanyak 30.000 spesies dari jumlah total keseluruhan 40.000 tanaman obat yang ada di dunia. Pulau Madura menjadi salah satu pulau yang cukup terkenal dengan jamu tradisionalnya. Salah satu daerah penghasil jamu di pulau Madura yaitu ada di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Berdasarkan studi literatur yang dilakukan oleh penulis diketahui bahwa saat ini terdapat penurunan dalam sektor industri jamu yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh kurangnya minat dan motivasi masyarakat untuk meneruskan usaha jamu tradisional, adanya peratuan menteri kesehatan (PERMENKES) nomor 06 tahun 2012, kebanyakan pemilik usaha jamu pada saat ini sudah berusia tua dan tidak paham mengenai perkembangan digitalisasi yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perencanaan SDM dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pembuat jamu pada industri jamu tradisional di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Sehingga diharapkan nantinya penelitian ini akan dapat membantu industri jamu yang ada di Kabupaten Pamekasan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya dan mempertahankan eksistensinya.

This study raises questions about the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth on consumer buying interest, with the aim of contributing to companies in increasing the effectiveness of Electronic Word of Mouth to increase buying interest. This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth through Instagram social media on Scarlett's purchase intention, with variables of information quality, information quantity, information credibility, information adoption and purchase intention. This research is using quantitative methods and this type of research is causal, researchers distributed questionnaires with the help of google form, namely 400 respondents using an ordinal scale. Sample calculation using the formula from Yamane with probability sampling technique and with simple random sampling type in data analysis this research uses descriptive analysis and PLS-SEM method. The findings of this study reveal that the information quality variable, the information quantity variable, and the information credibility variable significantly and positively affect information usefulness. Then, the information usefulness variable significantly and positively affects information adoption, and the information adoption variable significantly and positively affects purchase intention. This research is where the variable that has a high assessment is the information usefulness variable on information adoption.

Students reading interest is a crucial factor in enhancing the quality of education. However, the lack of structured data makes it challenging to identify specific patterns of reading interest. This study aims to implement a data mining method using the Naive Bayes algorithm to analyze students' reading interest at SMP Negeri 2 Palembang's library. The data used includes book borrowing history, types of books, and library visit frequency over one semester. The analysis results indicate that the Naive Bayes method achieves an accuracy rate of 80% in classifying reading interest based on predetermined categories. These findings are expected to assist the school in designing more effective literacy programs.

Adolescent development sooner or later will experience changes, especially in their lifestyle. Especially people's lifestyles on fast food consumption patterns (fast food). The purpose of this research is to determine teenagers' interests, opinions and activities regarding purchasing fast food in Lamongan District, Lamongan Regency. The sample used was a total of teenagers aged 16-18 years in Lamongan District, Lamongan Regency. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling until 125 respondents were obtained. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with a survey and design research approach cross sectional. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive percentage analysis. The results of this research show that teenagers' interest tends to lead to information seeking and repeat purchases fast food. Teenagers' opinions tend to focus on the safety of long-term consumption and the impact of consumption fast food. Teenagers' activities tend to lead to purchases fast food ≥ 3 times a week and time of purchase. And purchasing decisions tend to be driven by teenagers' opinions and activities. Adolescents' opinions that are in line with their beliefs will rarely involve consuming activities fast food, while opinions that do not match beliefs will influence excessive consumption fast food.

This research was motivated by the decreasing number of customers at the Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo cottage and the services and facilities provided were not optimal. The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing mix strategy implemented by Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo cottage in an effort to attract customer interest and to analyze the obstacles to the marketing mix strategy implemented by Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo cottage in attracting customer interest. This type of research is research using a qualitative approach. The primary data source is Cottage Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo. Secondary data in this research consists of the organizational structure of archival data, documents, reports and other books related to this research. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive methods. The data collection methods used in this research are literature study, interviews, observation and documentation. The result of this research is that the marketing strategy carried out by Cottage Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo is by using the 7P marketing mix application which consists of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence that do not conflict with Islamic business law. Cottage Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo developed a special marketing strategy that is able to attract customer interest by differentiating the facilities and rules that apply so that they are different from other accommodations, besides that customers feel safe and comfortable because they have carried out a muamalah process that is based on sharia and of course avoid adultery because of the strict selection of guests at Cottage Eco Park Syariah Tan Kayo.

This article discusses the importance of building students' interest in learning Islamic Cultural History (SKI), which is often considered less interesting due to monotonous conventional methods. The research aims to explore creative and innovative learning strategies that can increase students' interest in SKI. Using qualitative descriptive methods and literature studies, researchers analyzed the relevance of learning interests and the development of interesting teaching modules. The findings show that teaching modules that integrate visual media and interactive technology can increase the attractiveness of learning, creating active and relevant learning experiences for students. Apart from that, the teacher's role is very crucial in using a variety of methods and providing constructive feedback. The implications of this research emphasize the need for a more creative approach in education to not only convey historical knowledge, but also shape students' character and identity. In this way, it is hoped that SKI learning will be more meaningful and help students understand cultural heritage in the context of modern life.

Penelitian ini berlandaskan pada perubahan perilaku dalam keuangan mengenai investasi, tingginya minat investasi di masyarakat dalam perdagangan bursa efek menjadikan topik yang perlu dibahas dari sudut pandang perilaku. Dimana dalam penelitian ini menggunakan theory of planned behaviour sebagai teori dalam mengembangkan variabel. Sehingga variabel yang peneliti pilih yaitu financial attitude, risk perception, dan locus of control. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang pengaruh financial attitude, risk perception, dan locus of control terhadap investment intention pada generasi milenial. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden yang tersebar DKI Jakarta. Dalam menganlisis data peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan financial attitude, risk perception, dan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Investment Intention.

The focus of this study is the transformation of English and Mathematics education at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Takengon. Higher education at IAIN Takengon faces challenges in increasing student interest, especially in English and Mathematics study programs. Students believe that mathematics and English skills are not important for career success. This is a common problem in many universities in Indonesia. By focusing on the analysis of high school needs, this study attempts to address the problem. The results of the analysis indicate that IAIN Takengon programs can be tailored to meet the specific needs of English and Mathematics students. As part of the solution, IAIN Takengon students engage directly with high school students and gain hands-on experience in mentoring and teaching. To determine the needs of high schools, an analysis of the study program curriculum, interviews with teachers and students, and observations were conducted. The results of the study indicate that the English and Mathematics curriculum needs to be improved specifically, and the program should be more related to students' real lives. Case studies and qualitative methods are considered effective in collecting contextual data and providing in-depth insights into the state of education at IAIN Takengon. Other practical recommendations include curriculum adjustments, creating learning materials that are more in line with industry needs, and training teachers to implement innovative teaching methods.

Regarding the socio-political conflict between Israel and Palestine, many countries have criticized Israel's actions by boycotting Israeli products and products that support Israeli aggression against Palestine. Starbucks products are one of the products that support Israeli aggression and are very closely related to Gen Z in Indonesia, so this study was performed to examine the impact of a boycott of Starbucks products on interest in buying local coffee products among Gen Z using quantitative methods, because previous similar research was carried out using qualitative methods. A total of 100 Gunadarma University students were respondents to fill out this research questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is hypothesis testing through simple regression analysis assisted by SPSS software. The conclusion drawn from hypothesis testing showed an influence between the effect of boycotting Starbucks products (X) and the interest in buying local coffee (Y).
