Prosiding Seminar Nasional Ilmu Manajemen Kewirausahaan dan Bisnis 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Manajemen Kewirausahaan dan Bisnis Indonesia

This study aims to understand how the spirit of innovation and the meaning of entrepreneurship are constructed through the lived experiences of startup business actors in the digital economy era. Using a qualitative narrative inquiry approach within the social constructivist paradigm, this research explores how startup entrepreneurs interpret innovation, resilience in the face of failure, and social responsibility as integral parts of their entrepreneurial identity. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and document analysis of startups in the technology, education, and creative economy sectors in Indonesia. Narrative thematic analysis reveals that innovation is understood not merely as a business strategy but also as a form of self-expression and the construction of entrepreneurial identity. Failure is perceived as a reflective learning process that shapes resilience and generates new meaning in the entrepreneurial journey. Moreover, entrepreneurship is interpreted as a meaningful journey that integrates economic goals with social and moral values. The digital ecosystem functions as a social space where entrepreneurial values are negotiated, shared, and reinforced through interaction and collaboration. These findings affirm that entrepreneurship in the digital era is a social process involving creativity, ethical reflection, and sustainable innovation. Theoretically, this study contributes to expanding the understanding of entrepreneurship as a social practice, while practically emphasizing the importance of reflective learning and value awareness in building a sustainable and meaningful startup ecosystem for society.

The development of social media as part of digital technology has significantly transformed patterns of social interaction among adolescents in Indonesia. Social media no longer functions solely as a medium for communication and self-expression, but also as a social space that influences behavioral formation, including deviant and criminal behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media on juvenile criminal behavior from a criminological perspective, with particular attention to social learning processes and the weakening of social control in digital environments. This research employs a qualitative method using a literature study approach by examining scientific journals, official reports, and statistical data related to social media use and adolescent behavior. The findings indicate that high intensity of social media use, exposure to negative content, and the normalization of aggressive behavior in digital spaces contribute to increased vulnerability of adolescents to criminal behaviors such as cyberbullying, online aggression, and other forms of deviance. Within the framework of Social Learning Theory, social media serves as a medium for behavioral learning through mechanisms of observation, imitation, and social reinforcement, while Social Control Theory highlights how weak supervision by families and educational institutions amplifies the risk of deviant behavior. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of preventive, non-penal approaches through strengthening social control, improving digital literacy, and enhancing the active role of families and schools to minimize the risk of juvenile criminal behavior in the digital era.

The development of digital information technology has fundamentally transformed the ways university students access and interpret religious information. Social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube have become primary spaces where students encounter diverse forms of religious content, ranging from educational dakwah to provocative narratives that may trigger tension and conflict. This phenomenon creates both opportunities and challenges for shaping religious moderation, particularly among first-semester students who are in the formative stage of constructing their intellectual and religious identities. This study aims to explore in depth the dynamics of religious moderation among first-semester students at IAINU Tuban within the context of digital polarization. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, utilizing semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. Data were analyzed through thematic processes of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that students exhibit high social media engagement and are frequently exposed to short dakwah content circulated through algorithmic mechanisms. However, they also confront digital polarization characterized by emotional disputes, informational bias, and negative perceptions of other religious groups. While students demonstrate an initial understanding of religious moderation—such as wisdom, tolerance, and resistance to provocation—they have not fully developed adequate religious digital literacy to critically evaluate extreme content. This research concludes that social media simultaneously serves as a medium for dakwah and a site of polarization, highlighting the need for systematic reinforcement of digital literacy and religious moderation within Islamic higher education.

The development of the digital era has triggered a significant transformation in consumer shopping patterns, which have now shifted from conventional retail to Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce). This article analyzes the phenomenon of changing consumer behavior driven by preferences for speed, practicality, and time efficiency, with the COVID-19 pandemic as the main catalyst. The study highlights that the success of Q-Commerce is highly dependent on Logistics Service Quality (LSQ), particularly in terms of timeliness, courier interaction quality, and order condition. Despite offering convenience that disrupts physical retail, this business model faces serious sustainability challenges, including high last-mile operational costs, difficulty achieving profitability leading to the closure of several market players, and intense competition from hybrid retail models. In addition, traffic safety issues and increased carbon emissions are highlighted as social and environmental impacts. This study concludes that while Q-Commerce holds great potential, its sustainability requires strategic innovations that balance service speed with cost efficiency and ecological responsibility.vThe development of the digital era has triggered a significant transformation in consumer shopping patterns, which have now shifted from conventional retail to Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce).
