qualified labor is an important factor in achieving economic development of a region. To improve the quality of the workforce, job training is needed that can provide job skills for the workforce. This study aims to explain the benefits of job training for improving the quality of the workforce based on the policies and programs of the NTT Provincial work training UPTD and explain the productivity of graduate participants after attending job training. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, by conducting structured interviews to informants and instructors UPTD work training, and also graduates from job training. The results showed that job training is very beneficial for improving the quality of the workforce through the empowerment of Labor expertise in order to have skills, attitudes, and knowledge about the world of work. Many of the job training graduates have been successful in their efforts and are able to absorb other workers, but not infrequently job training graduates who fail to achieve productivity due to not being serious when attending job training, lack of availability of business capital, and lack of readiness to compete in the world of work. In order for job training graduates to achieve their productivity, supervision is needed by the Uptd of work training and also financial assistance from local governments for the effectiveness of training activities and the provision of business capital to support the efforts of job training graduates.

The value of the company is reflected in the share price of the company which is reflected in the bargaining power of the shares. Company growth is one indicator or measurement of how the company is developing or grow in a certain period. This study was conducted to examine the effect of price earning ratio, profitability and company size on company value with capital structure as a moderation variable in PT. Unilever Tbk Period 2015-2022. The sampling technique in this study is using the purposive sampling method. The population in this study was 1 company with a sample of 32 financial statements. This study used quarterly data with a total of 32 samples and used SPSS 25 as a statistical test tool to test descriptive statistical tests. Classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression test and residual test. The results showed that the price earning ratio, profitability and size of the company had a positive effect on the value of the company. Capital structure weakens the relationship between price earning ratio, profitability and company size to company value.

Data analysis involves thematic analysis, identifying recurring patterns and themes related to trust in virtual team environments. The findings underscore the significance of trust in fostering effective communication, collaboration, and performance within virtual teams. Moreover, the study illuminates the nuances of trust-building strategies and challenges faced in virtual team settings. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the complexities of managing virtual teams and offers valuable insights for practitioners and scholars alike.

This qualitative study investigates sustainable management practices within the hospitality industry. The research aims to understand the current landscape of sustainability initiatives and their implementation in hospitality establishments. Employing a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with industry experts and managers. Purposive sampling was utilized to select participants with diverse experiences and perspectives. Data analysis followed thematic analysis techniques, identifying key themes and patterns related to sustainable management practices. Results indicate a growing awareness and adoption of sustainability measures in the hospitality sector, including efforts to reduce waste, conserve resources, and engage with local communities. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on sustainability in hospitality management, providing insights into effective strategies and challenges faced by industry stakeholders

This qualitative study aims to investigate cross-cultural management practices within global organizations. The research seeks to understand the dynamics of cultural diversity in management and its impact on organizational effectiveness. Employing a qualitative research model, data was collected through semi-structured interviews with managers and employees from diverse cultural backgrounds within multinational corporations. Sampling techniques involved purposive sampling to ensure representation across cultures. Data analysis utilized thematic analysis, identifying patterns and themes within the interviews. The study found that effective cross-cultural management involves embracing diversity, fostering intercultural communication, and implementing flexible strategies tailored to specific cultural contexts. These findings underscore the importance of cultural sensitivity and adaptability in enhancing organizational performance and fostering a harmonious work environment in global settings.

This qualitative research aims to investigate the nexus between technology adoption and change management practices as perceived by IT professionals. Grounded in a constructivist paradigm, the study employs semi-structured interviews to gather rich insights from a purposive sample of IT professionals. Thematic analysis is utilized to identify patterns, themes, and underlying meanings in the data. Results reveal nuanced perspectives on how technology influences organizational change initiatives and the strategies employed by IT professionals to navigate such transformations. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the complexities inherent in integrating technology with change management, providing valuable insights for both academia and practitioners in optimizing organizational change processes.

This article discusses children who experience movement and motor barriers / disabilities, disabilities include children with special needs because they have physical disorders that interfere with movement due to congenital bone structure abnormalities, illness, or due to accidents, such as polio and paralysis, The way to communicate with children with disabilities is by: (1) Everyone must change his perspective on children with disabilities and realize that everyone has disadvantages and advantages; (2) Everyone shall pay attention to the readiness of the school, including its administration, principal, and students; and (3) provide special facilities for persons with disabilities. (4) Embrace them so that they can blend in with the general public and not feel inferior. This research uses a qualitative approach where the data collected for this research is collected through reviews of journals, books, and other sources of information relevant to the research topic Data analysis is carried out through a descriptive approach, which involves data reduction techniques, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. Complementary food (MP-ASI) is very important for babies after the age of 6-24 months, because breast milk no longer provides the nutrients needed. In this case, the mother's knowledge of MP-ASI is very influential. The relationship between maternal characteristics and knowledge about providing MP-ASI includes maternal knowledge, maternal age, maternal education, maternal occupation and family income. The aim of the research is to analyze the relationship between maternal characteristics and knowledge about giving local breast milk and manufactured breast milk to babies aged 6 - 24 months in independent practice midwives in the working area of Kotabaru Health Center, Bekasi City in 2023. This research uses Observational Analytical research with a Cross-Sectional research design. The population in this study were mothers who had babies aged 6-24 months in Independent Practice Midwives in the Kotabaru Health Center Work Area, Bekasi City, totaling 99 respondents. The sample used was total sampling. The instrument used in this research is a structured interview which is guided by a checklist which has been tested with validity and reliability tests. The research results from a sample of 99 respondents showed that 70 respondents (70.7%) gave high levels of MP-ASI, 24 respondents (24.2%) gave moderate MP-ASI, and 5 respondents gave low levels of MP-ASI. respondents (5.1%). The chi square test with a significance level of 95% or ɑ = 0.05 obtained a value of p = 0.038 < 0.05. This shows that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and the provision of MP-ASI to babies aged 6-24 months in independent practice midwives in the working area of Kotabaru Health Center, Bekasi City in 2023.

A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants from a range of technology start-ups. Data analysis involves thematic analysis to identify patterns and themes in the data. The findings reveal insights into the challenges, benefits, and strategies associated with implementing Agile methodologies in start-up environments. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of Agile adoption within the dynamic context of technology start-ups, offering valuable insights for practitioners and researchers alike.

This research aims to investigate the social action conversion process experienced by former drug addicts in Sijambi Village, Tanjung Balai. The case study method was used with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with a number of former drug addicts. The theory used in this research uses the theory of social action proposed by Max Weber which refers to the change or transformation of a social action from one form to another. The action conversion intended by this theory explains that social action involves a series of activities and interactions carried out by individuals or groups in society with the intention of achieving certain changes or influences. It includes active involvement in activities that have the potential to influence social norms, values, or structures. The research results show that the social action conversion process of former drug addicts in Sijambi Village involves several stages, starting from realizing there is a problem, having the motivation to change, to being involved in positive activities. First social action conversion Social action conversion is the process of changing individual or group behavior to be more positive and in line with social values. Lohan exemplifies this concept through her transformation from drug use and detrimental behavior.

Nowadays, with this very advanced development of the age, the curriculum of education plays an important role in the overall structure of the national education system. Several state regulations have been implemented to enforce public policy. It is necessary for educational innovation, especially curricula, to align with current demands. If an educational institution does not develop or innovate a curriculum specifically for the educational institutions of the madrasah, then the institution will be lagging behind with the other education institutions. It has been determined that the curriculum of Islamic education has been formulated and regulated as an integral part of the educational policy framework, as established by many state or government regulations. This policy is formulated, and implemented by educational institutions specifically madrasah to deal with the public interest. It serves as a curriculum that consistently adapts to the changing needs of society. The experts define innovation as a fundamental aspect of education science, in the context of curriculum innovation in education. Innovators use different tactics while facing various challenges and problems during the implementation of the curriculum innovation process.

Semi-structured interviews are conducted to gather in-depth insights into participants' perceptions and experiences regarding gender diversity in leadership. Thematic analysis is employed to identify patterns, themes, and meanings within the data. The findings reveal nuanced perspectives on the impact of gender diversity on leadership effectiveness, organizational culture, and decision-making processes. This study contributes to the existing literature by offering rich qualitative insights into the complex dynamics of gender diversity in leadership roles.

Currently the world has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. The advancement of modern technology will certainly affect developments in the world, both with regard to the issue of organizing education and from the ease of obtaining learning resources or knowledge. In this modern technological era, it is necessary to have truly unique and innovative learning, especially learning that can attract students' attention and interest in learning. Therefore, the objectives, structure and content of educational programs and learning media need to be changed so that learning becomes more interesting, accurate and attractive. This research was conducted at SMA PGRI 1 Kotabumi. The instrument used was a questionnaire regarding the effect of the use of TikTok on Islamic Religious Education subjects with the data analysis technique used in this study is to calculate the number of respondents' answers to each question. Students' Understanding of Islamic Religious Education Learning Activities using the TikTok Application according to PGRI 1 Kotabumi High School students understand Islamic Religious Education learning activities using the TikTok application, students can learn (review) learning material at any time and anywhere, and can increase student activeness and creativity.

This research aims to find out whether the application of the Mind map learning model to the main topic of structure and function of tissues in plants can improve student learning outcomes. This research is a PTK carried out in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. This is intended to obtain maximum research results.From the implementation of this PTK, findings were obtained that there was an increase in learning outcomes and student activities. This can be seen from the results of observations in cycle I and cycle II. In the first cycle, students' test scores averaged 65.79 with student activity increasing from 27% to 43%, while student learning completion was only 65.79%. In cycle II, students' test results increased to an average of 72.10, their activities also increased from 49% to 69%, while students' learning completion reached 74.38%.From the overall data and findings, it can be concluded that the application of the Jigsaw learning model to Mind map learning material on the main topic of structure and function of tissues in plants can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII.A students at SMP Negeri 4 Jakarta.

Financial literacy is one of the important skills that must be possessed by individuals, especially students, based on situations that require the ability to manage their personal finances. This research uses a qualitative approach with a focus on semi-structured interviews to gather information. The research participants were 12 students with different ages, genders, universities, study programs and faculties. The results of the analysis from interviews showed that students who live in boarding houses or with their parents can apply financial literacy for financial management, even without realizing it. However, financial literacy is more applied to students who live in boarding houses.

Education is closely related to knowledge and science. Therefore, it is important to understand education from the concept of knowledge. In that context, in order to understand the concept of education in Islam, we must examine the verses of the Qur’an which talk about knowledge and knowledge. The aim of this research is to reveal the educational values contained in verses related to science based on verse interpretations. The method of writing this article is to collect verses from the Qur’an thematically on certain topics and arrange them based on the period of revelation. The results of this research show that science is a process that is carried out using methods and produces new knowledge that is systematic and structured and used as direction for humans. There are three laws regarding studying various types of science: obligatory, sunnah and haram. The application of science can be practiced as early as possible in formal education in harmony with the verses of the Qur’an.

Mixed-use building refers to the combination of several different functions in one building, such as residential, office, shopping and recreational functions built on one site. Designing a mixed-use building structure requires careful planning and considers various factors such as functional needs, aesthetics and energy conservation. In addition, the design of mixed use buildings has various different functions in one area. Floor & Dag Plates Using Plain Reinforcing Steel with Quality Fy = 240mpa (Ø8mm). From the design results, several types of plate thicknesses are obtained according to the workloads that must be accommodated on it. the following are the moments acting on the floor & dag plates. reinforcement calculations are carried out using the capacity design method (capacity strength design) in accordance with SNI 2847-2019. The concept of capacity design in question is to control the formation of plastic joints at predetermined locations. The SAP2000 program can directly calculate the feasibility of structural dimensions and the required reinforcement area from the results of the input program process. In the SAP2000 program, the concrete regulations used are concrete regulations in the United States ACI-318-05/IBC 2003 which in some ways differ from concrete regulations in Indonesia SNI 2847-20219. It is necessary to make adjustments to the regulations that apply in Indonesia. The internal force from the SAP2000 program is selected from the loading combination that produces the field moment and the fulcrum moment at the maximum column face plane. The bending reinforcement and shear reinforcement of the beam can be read directly from the output of the SAP2000 program in the form of information on the required reinforcement area.

Open seed plants or Gymnosperms and closed seed plants or Angiosperms are two subdivisions of seed plants. Seed plants reproduction tool consists of strobilus or flowers. The reproductive tool of closed seed plants is a flower that grows from a bud equipped with petals, stamens, and pistils. The purpose of this study was to observe the reproductive structure of seed plants. This research was conducted at Instructional Laboratory 1, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The method used was direct observation in the laboratory by analyzing the internal structure of reproductive organs. The results Angiosperms such as bungur flowers (Lagerstroemia speciosa) have complete reproductive organs and produce seeds in closed ovaries, while gymnosperms such as pine (Pinus merkusii) have strobilus as reproductive organs and open seeds. Although gymnosperms and angiosperms share many similarities in basic adaptations and functions, they differ significantly in internal structure and reproductive mechanisms.

This research seeks to examine the influence of capital structure on the valuation of food and beverage companies within the sub-sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the time frame of 2020-2022, with the inclusion of profitability as a mediating factor. Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilizes a purposive sampling method to select 29 samples from a population of 42 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis of hypotheses is conducted through simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and the sable test. The results of the study indicate that capital structure positively impacts profitability, influences company value in a negative manner, profitability does not directly affect company value, and profitability does not act as a mediator in the relationship between capital structure and company value.

This study aims to explore the dynamics of leadership regeneration in an ecclesiastical context with an emphasis on three main aspects: the urgency of leadership renewal, the escalation of conflict within the synod, and the contribution of cross-generational participation in the leadership structure. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which focuses on in-depth understanding of existing phenomena. Regeneration of ecclesiastical leadership is becoming an increasingly urgent issue in the midst of rapid social change, transformation of service orientation, and the declining level of involvement of the younger generation in church organizational structures. In the absence of a structured and sustainable regeneration system, the dominance of certain age groups in leadership may hinder the renewal of the church's vision and the transfer of relevant ministry values. Therefore, leadership regeneration should be viewed as a transformative and contextual structural reform, which aims to respond to the challenges of the times and prepare a more inclusive and adaptive future leadership. Conflicts in church synods are often triggered by the tension between the application of normative church ordinances and the complexity of interpersonal relationships shaped by the history and internal dynamics of the church. Rigid application of ecclesiastical regulations without considering the social context can trigger deliberative dysfunction and polarization, which hinders inclusive decision-making. In this case, managerial skills in managing conflict through dialogic, empathic, and reconciliatory approaches are needed to maintain the cohesion and legitimacy of the synod, so that decisions can reflect the needs and aspirations of the people. Cross-generational participation in church leadership is key to ensuring continuity and synergy in ministry. Collaboration between senior and younger generations can strengthen collective capacity, transform power relations, and create inclusive and sustainable leadership models.
