Public service is an activity to fulfill community needs provided by government agencies. The community certainly needs the best quality service. Until now, the public considers that the government has slow, wasteful and functional bureaucratic performance. People often complain about the complexity of processing population documents. One of Indonesia's population documents is the Child Identity Card. Efforts to develop the implementation of government on an electronic basis to realize improvements in the quality of public services effectively and efficiently are called E-government. The Tangerang City Population and Civil Registration Service is implementing the Digital Population Identity application as an e-government implementation to serve the community. However, there are still several problems with implementing this application, namely that people are worried about data security, the application sometimes experiences problems, and the Child Identity Card service features are still incomplete. The aim of the research carried out is to find out how the e-government development process at Child Identity Cards Tangerang City is based on the use of the Digital Population Identity application and what the supporting and inhibiting factors are. This research is of a qualitative type with a descriptive method that uses the results of analysis from Indrajit's theory (2016) which has three aspects of success in developing e-government, including Support, Capacity and Value. This analysis shows that the development of e-government at Child Identity Cards Tangerang City using the Digital Population Identity application has not been successful because there are several obstacles that must be corrected.

The advancement of technology in the field of photography has become an increasingly growing trend over time. In the context of Indonesia, the history of photography began in 1840, in line with the discovery of photography by Juriaan Munich, a Dutch media officer. Photography has been a part of people's lifestyle for centuries, ranging from the use of simple digital cameras to sophisticated devices that require specialized skills. Lensa Photography, as a photography studio in Bengkalis Regency, also faces challenges in the booking process. Manual processes through telephone or direct visits often result in scheduling errors. To address this issue, this study has successfully developed a website-based Lensa Photography booking system using the Laravel framework and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method. This booking system has successfully met its objectives by providing the following features, More efficient schedule management, Improved scheduling accuracy, Time and cost savings, Increased customer satisfaction, This booking system has been adopted by Lensa Photography and has provided significant benefits for the company, including, More organized and organized booking schedules, Reduced scheduling errors, More efficient booking time and costs, Increased customer satisfaction.

In this modern era, people have various activities and to fulfill these activities, people need transportation as a supporting tool/assistant tool in carrying out their activities. Therefore, transportation service entrepreneurs are competing to attract the interest of their consumers by improving services, ease of ordering, fleet comfort, punctuality and so on. In Indonesia, there are many types of transportation that also function as public transportation, namely transporting people/goods and collecting agreed fees. The general public is currently familiar with two types of transportation, namely application-based online transportation and conventional transportation. Where application-based online transportation is the transfer of goods and people from place of origin to destination. The current flow of technological developments is something that must be understood and whether we like it or not, we must keep up with the flow of technological developments, so that the emergence of application-based online transportation is a transportation service that takes advantage of technological developments. Conventional transportation is passenger transportation carried out on a rental basis. Conventional transportation, for example, includes buses, public transportation, taxis, pedicabs and motorbike taxis. In line with current developments, the existence of conventional transportation is gradually being replaced by the choice of more sophisticated modes of transportation with the use of technological advances such as the emergence of application-based online transportation. Apart from being time efficient, online transportation itself can also be used at an affordable cost. However, this is different with conventional types of transportation, not all of which can be reached easily, sometimes you have to wait for a long time to be able to access or use these transportation services. Using Comparative Analysis The use of Comparative Analysis aims to compare the differences in services between two types of online and conventional transportation modes based on the type of transportation mode and the services provided by service providers to users such as the Academic Community located on the Cenderawasih University campus environment. By using Descriptive Statistical Analysis the data that has been collected can be analyzed by calculating the average perception of user respondents regarding service quality preferences for two types of online and conventional transportation modes from the Academic Community in the Cenderawasih University Campus environment.

The development of technology and easy access to the internet has affected reading habits, with digital novel platforms becoming popular as an alternative to reading. However, novelists face obstacles in publishing their works, due to fierce competition in the publishing industry. The proposed solution is to build a multiplatform application system as a platform for novelists to publish their works using the Laravel API. The development method used is Waterfall, which consists of five stages of development. This application will provide features that facilitate interaction between novelists and readers, such as likes, comments, and uniquely there is a feature to listen to novels via voice for users who prefer to listen rather than read, with a text-to-speech system. In addition, the app allows novelists to build a stronger fan base. This research aims to provide a practical and efficient platform for novelists to write, edit and publish their works online through the features provided in the application. System testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to get a score of 79.5 including the Good category with grade scale B. The programming language used in the development of this application is Flutter, which allows the creation of multiplatform applications with responsive and consistent performance on various devices.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of learning media starting from the use of effective learning media, supporting and inhibiting factors in the use of learning media, and the efforts made by schools to increase the effectiveness of the use of learning media at Tritech Informatics Vocational School, Medan. There are some teachers who still lack the ability to use school facilities to develop learning media. Teachers are not effective in utilizing existing learning media, making students less motivated to learn and not effective in designing interesting learning media. Apart from that, the audiovisual learning media that has been provided by the school in the podcast room is very rarely used or used and there are still some teachers who are not effective in using and choosing learning media. This research uses a type of qualitative descriptive research, namely by using a detailed approach to research objects sourced from primary and secondary data. In this study, the research subjects were school principals, teachers and students. The data collection technique used is first observation, then interviews and finally documentation. The instrument in this research uses interviews in the form of guidelines consisting of several questions. The data analysis technique in this research uses source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of using learning media is going well. Effective use of learning media has been implemented in the procedures for procuring learning media, maintaining learning media and using various learning media. Supporting factors are the completeness of learning media and designing learning media, inhibiting factors are media that depend on electricity which will become an obstacle if the lights go out. Efforts to effectively use learning media at Tritech Informatics Vocational School in Medan are carried out by paying attention to choosing the right use of learning media and effective and efficient management of learning media.

The development of health information systems (GIS) is important in this digital era to improve patient data management and provide better care. This research aims to develop a SIK that can help health service providers manage patient data more efficiently and improve care coordination. Development steps include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and performance evaluation. The developed system has features such as recording patient medical history, scheduling appointments, monitoring health conditions, and communication between health care providers. The evaluation results show that the developed SIK succeeded in increasing efficiency in patient data management and care coordination. Healthcare providers can easily access patient information, plan more coordinated care, and communicate effectively with colleagues. Thus, the development of this SIK is expected to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of health services and patient outcomes through better data management and more coordinated care.

Therefore, there are several aspects that a teacher needs to pay attention to in order to increase learning effectiveness. With the existing problems, it can be said that classroom management is a solution in the act of organizing or managing something so that it can run smoothly, successfully and efficiently. In teaching and learning activities, students need something that allows them to communicate effectively with each other, with the teacher, with other students, with the environment, with teaching materials, and with themselves. Therefore the aim of classroom management is to create a favorable classroom environment where each student can perform to the best of his ability.

PT. Synergy Informatics Innovation faces general problems in managing the guidance of apprentices which is currently still done manually. The communication process between interns and their supervisors tends to be less efficient, resulting in disruption to the focus of supervisors and other employees. As a solution to this problem, the author plans to build a web-based information system for managing interns' guidance. This system will be created using the PHP programming language, with the Laravel framework to ensure reliability and efficiency. Choosing Tailwind CSS as a display framework aims to create an attractive and responsive interface. This system aims to facilitate communication between interns and supervisors, as well as minimize disruption to employees.

With the use of financial analysis as a gauge for the company's financial health, this research seeks to analyze PT. Pegadaian's performance. With an emphasis on financial analysis, including liquidity, solvability, profitability, and efficiency, the study employs descriptive analysis. According to the findings, PT. Pegadaian has demonstrated strong financial performance, with its liquidity allowing for efficient risk management. Efficiency shows how well a business uses its resources to generate revenue, whereas profitability ratio shows how well it generates profits. The report stresses how crucial it is to routinely assess financial performance in order to keep the company's standing and avoid market fluctuations. The organization must adjust to boost operational efficiency and enhance community service delivery in light of technology improvements and digitalization.

Airports play a crucial role in the transportation system, linking flights with ground transportation and supporting the global economy. Flight safety is a top priority, and one important aspect of ensuring it is the optimization of the perimeter in the airport's airside area. At Oesman Sadik Airport, there is an issue with inadequate runway fencing, which causes the public to frequently approach the runway and threaten flight safety. This study aims to identify the constraints in optimizing the perimeter in the airside area of Oesman Sadik Airport and provide recommendations to enhance the security system for better flight safety.This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to evaluate perimeter optimization in the airside area of Oesman Sadik Airport in September 2023. The subjects are airport employees, and the object of the study is the perimeter system itself. Primary data is collected through interviews and observations, while secondary data includes documents such as SOPs and airport maps. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, and verification. Data validity is tested using source and method triangulation. The research steps include observation, problem identification, planning, data collection, analysis, and conclusion.The results show that steps for optimizing the perimeter at Oesman Sadik Airport include utilizing advanced technology, enhancing security personnel, and physical improvements to significantly improve flight safety. Addressing the constraints in optimization requires a structured approach, including a thorough evaluation of security needs, efficient resource allocation, strong partnerships with relevant parties, and the implementation of innovative and adaptive solutions to face technical and environmental security challenges at the airport.

In today's modern era, all activities are beyond what is called technological progress, social media is now not only a medium to communicate but can also be a medium that can do investment activities. Man is called a creature homo economics (mahkluk ekonomi). This term is then now understood by most people with the meaning of a creature whose primary purpose in life is to seek profit. With the development of this era all investment activities can be done easily based on digital social media or online, one of the investment activities that can be made with online is online earnings, earnings in general is the activity of collecting money in groups formed by a member then determined how many times in a day or a week spend a month in such collection. after the money is collected then it is determined who will get the first number lottery to the end. With the development of this era online arisan activities are now also not only supported by adults but also by young people, for young people online Arisan becomes an investment choice because of the mechanisms that are quite easy, efficient, and encouraging, but not a little maintenance of this online aryan runs smoothly one of the cases of disadvantage against online arsan. The aim of this study is to find out the conclusion of a misconduct in an online arisan agreement between Umi Barokah (claimant I), Susanti (claimed II), Fransisca Irene Miranda Putty (claimer III), Erfira Meyer (claimsant IV) and the accused namely Anggie Nadia under Judgment No. 32./Pdt.G/2020/PN. Tpg. Based on the research used, the specifications of the research are descriptive. Juridical-normative, legislative, informal, and case approaches. Data collection techniques used are document studies and literature studies, with methods of data analysis normative-qualitative. Based on the results of the analysis of the settlement of non- performance in the online derivative agreement in the judgment No. 12/Pdt.G/2020/PN. Tpg, the judge's assembly rejected the petitioners' claims in its entirety because they did not meet the subjective conditions of the agreement, and the objective valid condition of an agreement is that there is no particular thing, and cause is not legal that is contrary to the law.

This study explored the impact of colorful pictures on vocabulary teaching effectiveness for students at TKK Santa Maria Tulungagung. Utilizing a pre-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test design, the research involved TKK Santa Maria Tulungagung students who engaged with colorful pictures. Analysis was conducted using the SPSS 27 statistical program. Findings indicated a significant improvement in vocabulary mastery among students using colorful pictures, with a two-tailed sig. value of 0.006, which is below the 0.05 threshold. The incorporation of colorful pictures not only enhanced understanding but also made the learning process more engaging and enjoyable. Consequently, colorful pictures are deemed an effective strategy for teaching vocabulary to kindergarten students. This research aims to assist teachers in selecting more innovative and efficient methods to enhance vocabulary acquisition at the early childhood education level.

The artisanal shipping industry in Indonesia, particularly in Batam and Tanjungpinang, has experienced significant stagnation and decline due to the aging fleet and fleet extinction. The background of this study is based on the importance of the artisanal shipping industry in supporting the local and national maritime economy, as well as the major challenges facing the sector in maintaining efficient and sustainable operations. The purpose of this research is to analyze the juridical factors that cause the non-development of the people's shipping industry in the area, as well as identify legal measures that can support the development of this industry.  The research method applied combines normative and empirical approaches through case studies in Batam and Tanjungpinang. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with boat owners, fishermen, government officials, and maritime law experts, as well as analysis of relevant documents. The research integrates John Austin's positive law theory, Lawrence M. Friedman's legal system theory, and systems theory to analyze interactions within the maritime legal system. The results show that burdensome regulations, lack of access to financing, declining competitiveness, as well as environmental impacts and socio-economic factors are the main causes of the underdevelopment of the community shipping industry. Strict regulations and high operational costs make it difficult for small boat owners to comply with regulations, while limited access to financing hinders fleet rejuvenation and upgrades. An aging and inefficient fleet lowers the industry's competitiveness, and environmental pollution from old vessels worsens operating conditions. Suggestions include revising regulations to simplify and reduce administrative burdens, providing accessible financing and subsidy schemes, improving port infrastructure, and training and certification programs for ship owners and crew. In addition, international cooperation is also needed to adopt technology and best practices in the shipping industry. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to support the development of the small-scale shipping industry in Batam and Tanjungpinang, improve competitiveness, and make a greater contribution to Indonesia's maritime economy.

This research aims to develop a network security system with AdGuard DNS on Debian Linux and control time-based internet access using the Microtik Routerboard. The main challenges are rising network security threats and the need for efficient internet access management in a variety of environments, including families,, education, and offices. The aim of this study is to improve network security and efficiency by blocking harmful content and advertisements, ining user privacy, and regulating internet access at a specific time. Technologies used include DNS AdGuard on Debian Linux to strengthen protection against network security threats and RouterOS Microtik devices to manage internet access based on time. These technologies include content filtering features, network traffic distribution (load balancing), and the ability to block unwanted sites to enhance network performance. Research results show that the combination of AdGuard DNS and   Microtik Routerboard is an effective solution to enhance network security and efficiency. The system is capable of blocking harmful content and advertising, improving user privacy, and adjusting internet access as needed, thus creating a more secure, controlled, and optimal network.

This study aims to evaluate the effect of ramie fiber length on the tensile strength of Fiber Metal Laminate (FML) hybrid composites. The background of this research is the saturation with the use of synthetic composite materials, which encourages the search for renewable materials to replace synthetic fibers. In this study, ramie fibers were immersed in a 6% NaOH solution before use, and the composite manufacturing process was carried out using the hand lay-up method. Annealed Aluminum 1100 was used as the laminating layer. The results of the study showed that the highest tensile strength was obtained in composites with a ramie fiber length of 5 cm, with a tensile strength of approximately 105 MPa. These findings indicate the potential of using ramie fibers as a sustainable and efficient alternative in FML hybrid composite applications.

Public services in the scope of marriage have led to the digitization of public services combined with updating the information systems within them. Online-based public services related to marriage under the name SIMKAH (Marriage Management Information System) are a form of digitalization of public services. The implementation of online-based SIMKAH has generated various responses, especially among the public. This research aims to determine, describe and analyze the effectiveness of the Marriage Management Information System in South Tangerang City. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of research on the indicators for determining the targets for the SIMKAH program are still not precise because it reaches all levels of society. In terms of indicators, the socialization program is not yet optimal because socialization is carried out only when the prospective bride and groom provide administrative documents at the KUA. In terms of program objective indicators, the aim of implementing online-based SIMKAH is not yet fully efficient due to the lack of features that can maintain the operational efficiency of online-based SIMKAH. In terms of monitoring indicators, the SIMKAH program still lacks the execution that should be carried out by the person responsible, in this case collecting information in the form of suggestions and constructive input from the community.

The research objective of this final assignment is to describe the implementation of hygiene, sanitation and catering at Yulfia Catering in Mojokerto. This research uses theories from experts who study the implementation of hygiene, sanitation and catering. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research uses more interview and documentation techniques to support a qualitative approach. This research uses many data collection techniques using interviews and documentation.  The focus of this research is to determine the implementation of hygiene, sanitation and catering carried out at Yulfia Catering Mojokerto. The final results of this research indicate that Yulfia Catering in Mojokerto needs follow-up regarding an efficient work system in dealing with consumers during busy times. Because when orders are busy, hygiene and sanitation are sometimes ignored.

Learning Management System is a software platform designed to support and manage online teaching and learning activities. One of the educational institutions that have used the LMS platform is Padang State University. The UNP LMS platform itself has been released since 2019 which is called E-Learning UNP. At that time its use was fairly rare because it was still in the development period. However, the use of the UNP LMS platform has problems with its user interface and user experience which causes online teaching and learning activities to be less effective. The unrest felt is the usability of the UNP LMS platform which still cannot meet user needs efficiently and effectively. The design of the Padang State University mobile learning management system application uses the Design Thimgking method, so it can be concluded that this design is a problem sourced from empathy, the need for a solution to an existing problem, then continue to test for improvement. Then the mobile learning management system application was created as the main media, and accompanied by other supporting media such as Motion Graphic, Poster, X-Banner, Sticker, Acrylic Stand, and High Fidelity Flow.

Abstract One of the government organizations tasked with managing affairs in its operational area in order to protect, be responsive, resolve, and rescue protected from fire is the Padangsidimpuan City Fire and Rescue Service. Performance is a term used to describe how well the implementation efforts in fulfilling the vision and mission of the organization. This research is in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the expenditure budget, namely from 2018 to 2022. The purpose of this budget capability evaluation is to assess the absorption of expenditure during the budget period. This study used a qualitative methodology combined with quantitative data collection and documentation methods. Descriptive analysis methods were used using efficiency ratios, expenditure growth analysis, operating expenditure and capital expenditure compatibility analysis, expenditure variance analysis. Based on the results of research using expenditure variance analysis, budget performance can be said to be good because there are no expenditures that exceed the budget. Analysis of expenditure growth between 2018-2022 shows positive growth. The findings of the expenditure conformity analysis show that operational costs use more of the expenditure budget than capital expenditure. In addition, with an average of 92.05%, the efficiency ratio of budget realization indicates that the use of the 2018-2022 budget is less efficient.

The church plays a crucial role in spreading Christian values and nurturing the growth of faith within its community. However, in the context of GPSI EFATA, there are several challenges in effectively conveying church information. These challenges include the unappealing presentation of physical congregation news, the accumulation of paper, and limited distribution of information. In order to address these issues, this research project utilizes the Design Thinking method to develop a smartphone-based application for congregational news. The Design Thinking method consists of five stages: empathy, definition, ideation, prototype, and testing. During the empathy stage, the needs of the congregation are identified, particularly the need for more accessible and engaging information. The ideation stage then generates a solution in the form of a smartphone application. This application includes various features such as notifications, prayer schedules, financial reports, photo galleries, and management profiles. A prototype of the application was developed to meet these needs and was subsequently tested using a questionnaire. The results of the testing indicated that the application had an easy-to-understand interface, adequate features, and received suggestions for improvement. Overall, this smartphone application offers a modern and efficient solution to the challenges of delivering information within churches. It enhances accessibility and improves the quality of communication with the congregation.
