This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, organizational commitment, and pedagogical competence on the performance of elementary school teachers who are members of the Teacher Working Group (KKG) in Teluk Sebong District. The research employed a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, involving all 112 teachers as respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS software. The partial test results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on teachers' performance (t = 3.768; sig = 0.000), organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on teachers' performance (t = 2.093; sig = 0.039), and pedagogical competence has a positive and significant effect on teachers' performance (t = 3.059; sig = 0.003). Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect teachers' performance (F = 9.153; sig = 0.000). The determination coefficient indicates an R Square value of 0.203, meaning that 20.3% of the variation in teachers' performance can be explained by motivation, organizational commitment, and pedagogical competence, while the remaining 79.7% is influenced by other factors outside this model.

This study investigated how employee engagement and work–life balance influenced turnover intention, with rewards examined as an intervening mechanism, among Generation Z employees in a state-owned enterprise context. A quantitative explanatory design was applied using a census approach involving all 36 Generation Z employees at PT PLN (Persero) Pematangsiantar. Data were collected through structured questionnaires measured on a five-point Likert scale and were analyzed using multiple regression and mediation-based path analysis in SPSS. The findings showed that employee engagement and work–life balance significantly predicted perceived rewards, and all three variables exerted significant effects on turnover intention. Moreover, rewards partially mediated the effects of employee engagement and work–life balance on turnover intention, indicating that positive work experiences reduced employees’ intention to leave when they were reinforced by fair and meaningful reward practices. However, the small sample size limited the generalizability of the findings beyond the organizational setting studied. This study contributes by demonstrating that retention of Generation Z employees is shaped not only by psychological attachment and work–life balance, but also by how organizations institutionalize recognition and value exchange through reward systems, particularly in public service and state-owned enterprises.

The strategic role of SMEs in the Indonesian economy and the phenomena of declining performance as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic motivated author to research this sector. Various internal problems make it difficult for SMEs to improve their performance and competitiveness in a competitive business environment. Using the dynamic capability perspective, this study examines the influence of human resource configuration through employee training and organizational culture which is able to encourage innovation that improves SME performance. This study uses purposive sampling technique and data collection is done through questionnaires and interviews with 122 SMEs in East Java. Data analysis is carried out using PLS SEM. The research results show that employee training does not have a direct effect on SME performance, however employee training is able to encourage innovation which has an impact on improving SME performance On the other hand, organizational culture has a significant direct and indirect effect on SME performance trough innovation. Results of this study can be used as a consideration by SME owners in making business decisions in order to improve their performance. From the theoretical side, the results of this study confirm the dynamic capability theory by Teece and Pisano regarding the key role of innovation and Becker's opinion from a human resource management perspective which states that employee training must be designed systematically according to the long-term needs of the organization in order to have an impact on improving organizational performance.

Koperatives are a form of people-based economic organization that play a strategic role in improving community welfare and strengthening the national economy. However, many cooperatives still face organizational and managerial challenges that limit their economic performance. This study aims to analyze the relationship between cooperative organizational structures, governance mechanisms, and the economic performance of cooperatives in the context of modern economic transformation. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of organizational practices within cooperatives. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis involving cooperative managers, members, and supervisors selected purposively. The findings indicate that cooperatives with clear organizational structures, professional management, transparent governance, and active member participation tend to demonstrate better economic performance and sustainability. Conversely, weak organizational arrangements and low member involvement are associated with stagnation in cooperative economic activities. These results highlight that organizational quality is a key determinant of cooperative success, not merely financial factors. The study implies that strengthening cooperative governance, improving human resource capacity, and enhancing member participation are essential strategies to increase the competitiveness of cooperatives in the digital economy era. This research contributes to the development of cooperative economic theory and provides practical recommendations for cooperative managers and policymakers.

The East African Breweries Limited is one of the most notable beverage manufacturers in East Africa. This study aims to explore the company’s integration of sustainable accounting, especially given the paucity of information on how organizations incorporate the now popular environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations. It is for this reason that this paper hopes to provide profound insight into the mater especially within the Kenyan corporate context. The author utilized a descriptive qualitative approach and used highly credible secondary sources, including sustainability reports, expert reviews, policy documents and recent scholarly materials. Thematic content analysis ensured the study identifies strategies used by companies currently, the most strategic integration frameworks and the impact of these mechanisms on stakeholder value and overall decision-making. Findings show that the organization has made significant inroads in implementing sustainability. Still, there are challenges that continue to face this process, including inadequate integration into the financial decision-making process and poor reporting. Undoubtedly, this paper valuable real-world recommendations for boosting integration of sustainability efforts into accounting and contributes to the current academic discourse on the significance of corporate sustainable accounting in East Africa.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of civil servant discipline enforcement based on Surabaya Mayor Regulation Number 44 of 2022 at Gubeng Subdistrict. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman within the Context–Mechanism–Outcome (CMO) framework. The findings indicate that the regulation has generally improved civil servant discipline, particularly in attendance, punctuality, administrative compliance, and public service quality. This improvement is supported by organizational context factors such as daily work culture, active leadership, and the integration of digital attendance systems. Key mechanisms driving compliance include layered supervision, persuasive coaching, and the gradual application of disciplinary sanctions. However, challenges remain, including high workloads and limited human resources, which require continuous guidance for certain employees. The study concludes that the effectiveness of civil servant discipline enforcement is largely shaped by the interaction between organizational context and policy implementation mechanisms.

This study aims to examine in depth the organizational structure and communication patterns implemented by Karang Taruna Sendang in Karanglor Village, Manyaran District, over a three-month research period. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered from primary sources through direct interviews and observations, as well as secondary sources including organizational documents involving fifteen informants consisting of the chairperson, administrators, and active members. The research subjects were determined using a purposive sampling technique, and data analysis was conducted through an interactive model, while data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources, methods, and time. The findings indicate that Karang Taruna Sendang implements an all-channel (star) communication pattern characterized by open deliberation mechanisms prior to the execution of every activity agenda. This effective communication pattern and smooth information flow have proven capable of minimizing organizational barriers and generating various tangible work programs that provide positive contributions to youth development and the welfare of the community in Karanglor Village.

The development of digital marketing has become a strategic factor in the growth of creative culinary businesses, particularly for micro, small, and medium enterprises facing increasing competition and changes in consumer behavior in the digital era. The use of digital platforms, such as social media and online marketplaces, enables business owners to expand market reach, enhance customer interaction, and optimize promotional strategies more efficiently. Nevertheless, various studies indicate that the implementation of digital marketing has not always produced optimal outcomes due to limitations in digital literacy, human resource capacity, and organizational adaptability. This study aims to systematically examine the role of digital marketing in the development of creative culinary businesses through a Systematic Literature Review approach. The review maps key concepts, research trends, and empirical findings related to digital marketing and organizational learning within the context of creative culinary enterprises. In addition, this study identifies existing research gaps and formulates recommendations for future research issues. The findings are expected to provide theoretical contributions in the form of comprehensive conceptual mapping as well as practical contributions for business practitioners, MSME facilitators, and policymakers in designing adaptive and sustainable digital marketing strategies.

This study investigates the incorporation of Sufi-oriented values into the management practices and production processes of MADA Drinking Water operated by the Ahlus Shafa Wal Wafa Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The research focuses on the Syafi’i ethical concept known as Giti–Gito, which encompasses spiritual and moral values including sincerity, patience, inner richness, holistic physical and spiritual well-being, as well as fairness in sharing resources. The main aim of this study is to examine how these values are implemented within pesantren-based business management and to assess their impact on employees’ work attitudes, leadership styles, and interpersonal relations in the workplace. This research employs a qualitative case study method. Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and a review of relevant institutional documents. The findings reveal that the implementation of Giti–Gito values has successfully shaped a work environment grounded in religious ethics, social harmony, and humanistic principles. The Giti aspect strengthens employees’ commitment to sincerity, patience, and accountability in carrying out their responsibilities, while the Gito aspect contributes to enhancing employee welfare and fostering a sense of social responsibility. Although challenges remain in reconciling spiritual values with modern management demands, the integration of both spiritual and professional dimensions has demonstrated its effectiveness in creating a productive, ethical, and sustainable organizational environment.

Employee performance is a key factor in determining organizational success in achieving its strategic objectives. Various management studies indicate that employee performance is not solely influenced by individual factors, but is also significantly affected by organizational factors, particularly organizational planning and organizational structure. Effective organizational planning provides a clear direction and strategic framework that guides employees in performing their tasks, while an appropriate organizational structure facilitates coordination, clarifies authority, and supports the efficient execution of work. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational planning and organizational structure on employee performance through a systematic literature review approach. The research method employed is a systematic literature review by examining relevant national and international journal articles published within the last ten years. Data were collected from reputable academic databases to ensure the credibility and relevance of the sources. The selected studies were analyzed qualitatively to identify patterns, relationships, and key findings related to the research variables. The results of the literature review indicate that systematic and well-formulated organizational planning contributes positively to improving goal clarity, work coordination, and employee motivation. Furthermore, an organizational structure that is aligned with organizational strategies plays an important role in clarifying task distribution, authority lines, and overall work effectiveness. The findings also reveal that organizational planning and organizational structure are interrelated and mutually reinforcing in shaping employee performance. This study concludes that the integration of organizational planning and organizational structure is a crucial factor in enhancing sustainable employee performance. The results of this study are expected to provide both theoretical contributions to organizational management studies and practical references for organizations in designing effective management systems.

This study develops a computational-based system to identify individual potential through the analysis of signature patterns using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and the Backpropagation algorithm. The research aims to explore and examine the effectiveness of applying ANN in recognizing and identifying signature patterns that are assumed to be related to an individual’s potential. In the data processing stage, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is employed as a dimensionality reduction and feature extraction technique to optimally obtain the main characteristics of signature images. The system performance evaluation is conducted using a total of 80 signature images, consisting of 60 training data and 20 testing data. This study analyzes two network architecture configurations, namely a model with one hidden layer and a model with two hidden layers. The experimental results show that both network configurations achieve the same accuracy level of 92.5%. These findings indicate that the use of Artificial Neural Networks with the Backpropagation algorithm is effective in producing high accuracy in the signature pattern recognition process. Furthermore, the developed system has broad potential applications in the field of personal identification, such as employee evaluation, selection systems, and other applications across various organizational and industrial sectors.

The development of information technology encourages organizations to adopt a more efficient, flexible, and secure data management system, especially in the field of financial management that requires high accuracy and reliability. One of the technologies that is widely used is cloud computing, which offers easy access to data and an integrated security system. This article aims to analyze the utilization of cloud technology in improving the security and accessibility of financial management data. The method used in this study is a literature study by examining various scientific sources, books, and online news relevant to the topic of cloud computing and financial data management. The results of the study show that cloud technology is able to improve data security through the implementation of encryption, multi-layered access control, user authentication, and a reliable data backup system. In addition, cloud technology also improves the accessibility of financial data because it allows users to access information in real-time, flexibly, and without location or device restrictions. Thus, the application of cloud technology can be a strategic solution for organizations in improving operational efficiency, data security, and the quality of decision-making in financial management.

This research explores the role of human algorithm interaction mechanisms in enhancing trust, reliability, and user confidence in Decision Support Systems (DSS). Traditional DSS models often focus solely on algorithmic accuracy and performance, neglecting crucial factors such as transparency and user engagement, which are essential for building trust. By incorporating explainable AI (XAI) techniques like SHAP and LIME, real-time feedback mechanisms, and user-friendly interfaces, the study develops structured interaction models that improve the interpretability of AI-driven decisions. The results show that transparent decision-making processes and interactive features significantly enhance user trust, making DSS more reliable and easier to adopt. Users interacting with systems that provide clear, understandable explanations of decisions, along with real-time updates on the system’s confidence, reported higher levels of decision-making confidence, especially in high-stakes scenarios. These improvements lead to greater user engagement and adoption of the system in various domains, including healthcare and finance. The study also highlights the importance of balancing interpretability with efficiency in user interface design to ensure both trust and usability. The findings contribute to the design of more user-centric DSS that prioritize trust, interpretability, and cognitive factors, providing a framework for the successful integration of intelligent decision support systems in complex decision-making environments. Future research should focus on refining interaction models and exploring the broader applicability of these systems in different sectors.

This study examines the impact of Dutch Military Aggression I (1947) and Dutch Military Aggression II (1948–1949) on the political development of Indonesia during the early years of independence. Employing the historical method (heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography) and a qualitative diachronic-synchronic approach, the research analyses primary and secondary sources concerning internal political dynamics and the Republic of Indonesia’s international relations in the period 1947–1949. The findings reveal that both Dutch military aggressions paradoxically served as crucial catalysts for the acceleration of national political consolidation and maturation in Indonesia. The First Aggression triggered international condemnation, transformed the Republic’s status from “rebels” to a sovereign state defending its independence, strengthened national solidarity, and gave birth to the integration of armed struggle and diplomacy—the precursor to the Total People’s Defense doctrine. Meanwhile, the Second Aggression, marked by the occupation of Yogyakarta and the arrest of republican leaders, led to the establishment of the Emergency Government of the Republic of Indonesia (PDRI), closer civil-military coordination, unification of political parties and societal organizations, and heightened global pressure that ultimately resulted in the recognition of sovereignty in 1949. Overall, Dutch military pressure expedited the transformation of political structures, bolstered the legitimacy of the Republican government, and secured both de facto and de jure recognition of Indonesian independence.

Student organizations in schools play an important role as social institutions that support character building and the development of students’ social and leadership skills. However, in practice, many students still perceive school organizations merely as formal or administrative activities, resulting in low participation and limited understanding of their educational value. This condition highlights the need for socialization activities that emphasize meaningful organizational learning. This community service activity aims to strengthen students’ understanding of the role of school organizations as social learning spaces. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed involving 30 eleventh-grade students at SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Boyolali. Data were collected through observation, discussion notes, and students’ responses during interactive sessions.The activity was conducted through teacher coordination, material preparation, material presentation, and discussion and question-and-answer sessions. The results indicate an improvement in students’ understanding of the functions and benefits of student organizations as social institutions. Students showed increased awareness of the importance of cooperation, discipline, responsibility, and communication, as well as greater motivation to actively participate in school organizations. These findings suggest that participatory and dialogical socialization is effective in promoting meaningful organizational learning and supporting students’ character development.

The increasing sophistication of cyber threats has rendered traditional cybersecurity models insufficient in safeguarding enterprise networks. This study introduces a risk aware cybersecurity governance model that integrates real time threat intelligence with predictive anomaly detection to proactively mitigate potential threats. By leveraging advanced machine learning and AI techniques, the model enhances the ability to identify and address cyber threats before they can escalate into significant incidents. The model’s ability to predict anomalies, analyze real time threat intelligence feeds, and provide early warnings allows for faster response times and reduced risk exposure compared to traditional reactive models. Through simulations and real-world use cases, the proposed model demonstrated a 30% reduction in response time and a 25% decrease in overall risk exposure, showing its potential to improve security decision-making and resilience in dynamic threat environments. Unlike traditional models that rely on static rules and periodic policies, the proposed model uses predictive analytics to stay ahead of evolving threats, ensuring continuous monitoring and rapid adaptation. This proactive approach enhances organizational resilience, particularly in handling sophisticated cyber threats such as ransomware, malware, and phishing attacks. Despite its effectiveness, challenges such as data overload, scalability, and the need for interpretability in AI models remain. Future research will focus on refining predictive models, improving scalability for larger networks, and enhancing the explainability of machine learning models to foster greater trust in automated cybersecurity systems. This study contributes to the ongoing evolution of cybersecurity governance by demonstrating the value of integrating predictive and real time monitoring technologies for enhanced threat detection and mitigation.

The integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems has emerged as a critical strategy for modern digital enterprises aiming to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. This study examines the impact of CRM-ERP integration on customer satisfaction, personalized service, and organizational responsiveness. By adopting a mixed-methods approach, this research combines quantitative customer data analysis and qualitative managerial interviews to assess the benefits and challenges of CRM-ERP integration. Key findings highlight significant improvements in customer experience, with increased satisfaction and personalized interactions facilitated by a unified view of customer data. Operational efficiencies were also realized through streamlined processes, better alignment of departments, and enhanced decision-making based on real-time, data-driven insights. Despite these positive outcomes, challenges such as system integration complexities, data fragmentation, and resistance to change were identified, which hindered the speed of integration and full utilization of the systems. This study demonstrates that CRM-ERP integration provides a competitive advantage by improving both customer service and business agility, particularly in industries undergoing digital transformation. For digital enterprises, integrating these systems is crucial for maintaining a seamless customer experience across various touchpoints and achieving greater operational effectiveness. The paper concludes by suggesting future research on the long-term impact of CRM-ERP integration on customer loyalty, business growth, and the potential role of emerging technologies like AI and blockchain in further enhancing these systems.

This study explores the transformative role of big data-driven Decision Support Systems (DSS) in global digital enterprises, particularly focusing on their impact on operational efficiency and corporate governance. By leveraging big data analytics, DSS offer organizations the tools to process vast amounts of real-time data, enabling executives to make more informed decisions that optimize resources, improve productivity, and reduce operational costs. The research highlights the integration of predictive analytics, machine learning, and real-time data processing within DSS, which allows businesses to gain strategic insights and anticipate market trends. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the significant role of DSS in enhancing corporate governance, improving transparency, accountability, and compliance with regulations. These systems foster better decision-making processes, which contribute to building trust among stakeholders and ensuring long-term organizational success. However, the study also identifies several challenges in implementing big data-driven DSS, including data management complexities, technological integration difficulties, and the need for skilled personnel. Despite these challenges, the findings demonstrate that big data-driven DSS are pivotal in driving competitive advantage, operational optimization, and governance improvements. The research concludes with actionable recommendations for executives to adopt and implement big data-driven DSS, emphasizing the importance of continuous support, training, and system integration. The study also suggests future research directions, including exploring the integration of emerging technologies like AI and IoT into DSS and assessing their long-term impact on sustainability and corporate governance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on employee loyalty at the Class I TPI Immigration Office in Jambi, with performance allowance policies acting as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative approach involving 88 respondents selected from the total employee population. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using statistical methods to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results indicate that employees generally perceive their workload as being at a moderate level; however, workload has a significant negative effect on employee loyalty. In contrast, performance allowance policies demonstrate a significant positive influence on loyalty. Furthermore, the findings reveal that performance allowance policies partially mediate the relationship between workload and employee loyalty, indicating their role in mitigating the negative impact of workload. These results suggest that effective performance allowance policies can enhance employee loyalty despite increasing workload demands. Therefore, organizations should balance workload management with fair and performance-based compensation policies to maintain employee loyalty.

In this context, collaborative culture has become a strategic element that plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and competitiveness. This study aims to comprehensively examine the concept, characteristics, forming factors, and theoretical foundations of collaborative culture in modern organizations. The research employs a qualitative approach through a literature review, analyzing reputable national and international journal articles, textbooks, and relevant institutional reports. Data analysis is conducted using a descriptive-analytical technique by synthesizing findings from previous studies. The results indicate that collaborative culture significantly contributes to improved communication quality, work coordination, adaptability, and both individual and organizational performance. Collaborative culture is shaped through the integration of shared vision, open communication, trust, willingness to share resources, collaborative leadership, flexible organizational structures, and the support of collaborative technologies. This study also highlights that the success of digital transformation largely depends on the strength of an effectively internalized collaborative culture. The findings are expected to provide a theoretical reference for organizations and researchers in developing sustainable collaborative culture strategies.
