Literature review is a description of theories, findings, other research materials obtained by analyzing the results of publications such as books, research articles or others related to research questions that have been prepared previously. Facing the challenges of the digital era requires several strategies such as social media integration strategies, digital literacy and business innovation. Business people are expected to be able to evaluate technology which is increasingly developing rapidly. They can't just rely on offline business. The development of the digital era has had a significant influence on every aspect of life. What is felt is the ease of access to information which is driven by the development of technology, making it easier for every human activity in various fields including education, trade and health.

Criminal responsibility is the application of the law to the perpetrator of a criminal offense for an act that is contrary to the applicable rules of law. Social media allows anyone to participate in receiving ideas, comments, and information without the limitations of space and time. This triggers the misuse of social media and the lack of ethics in communicating Good name defamation alone is a crime against a person's honor because it is related to insults that result in defaming another person's name. The method of research is empirical law, Anahsis, the regulation of defamation and insult in this case is based on a single indictment that was united by the panel of judges to the defendant, namely Article 45 paragraph (3) jo Article 27 paragraph (3) of Law Number 19 of 20 16. The punishment for the defendant is based on a single charge, namely imprisonment for 3 (three) months where the criminal elements have been fulfilled.

This study delves into the usage of Indonesian language on the social media platform Instagram, with a particular focus on identifying and analyzing the prevalent errors and misunderstandings that arise. Employing a descriptive qualitative research methodology, the study examines user-generated comments and captions. The findings reveal that users frequently commit spelling mistakes on basic words, including capitalization, punctuation, and word separation. Additionally, inappropriate word choices and grammatical errors are common among users. Furthermore, the mixing of Indonesian with slang, English, and local dialects contributes to confusion and communication barriers. Overall, the study highlights the suboptimal usage of Indonesian on Instagram, emphasizing the need for enhanced language proficiency and effective communication strategies.

In the modern era, advancements in technology and information have transformed traditional communication into digital formats. Companies leverage technology to compete and survive in a competitive environment. Social media plays a crucial role in interaction, information exchange, and collaboration, serving as a powerful business promotion tool due to its broad reach. In global marketing, companies must develop creative and adaptive strategies to utilize social media effectively. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method to identify the success factors of marketing strategies using social media in a global context. The findings indicate that global marketing strategies require a deep understanding of target markets, positioning, marketing mix, and budgeting, as well as adaptation to cultural, economic, and legal factors in the target markets.

This study is qualitative, with one interviewee. The results of this study show that the podcast audience of Raditya Dika's YouTube account has sufficient thoughts and a good understanding of the various mental health issues discussed by Dr Jiemi Ardian, SpKJ. Mental health in each individual cannot be generalised. This condition makes the urgency of mental health discussions that lead to how to empower individuals, families, and communities to be able to find, maintain, and optimise their mental health conditions in dealing with everyday life. The knowledge and behaviour of most viewers of YouTube account users who can pay attention to all information through digital media, where most of them are Raditya Dika's YouTube subscribers who are relatively young. This study aims to determine the content of mental health content messages on Raditya Dika's YouTube account. What is expected from this content is that the audience can care about anticipating and preventing triggers for mental health disorders.

The author's dedication carries a very important theme, namely the dangers of hoax news and hate speech on social media. This theme was chosen because fake news has had a negative impact on the nation's generation and hate speech is an action that can damage national unity. So the awareness of the younger generation to wisely use social media and receive information is very crucial. This agenda was held at SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta City. The aim of this service activity is to increase awareness of Indonesia's young generation, especially among students, to be wise in using social media. The method of service activities is education through face-to-face socialization at SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta City, followed by discussions and questions and answers with activity participants. This service was attended by around 15 students from classes X and XI. This activity runs smoothly and students are very enthusiastic about participating.

Social media has become an important communication and information transfer platform in the current era of digitalization. Despite providing many great benefits in terms of relationships and access to information, the unethical use of communicative language and lack of understanding of ethical values ​​on social media has created a significant ethical crisis. This research aims to analyze the influence of social media on morals and ethics in the appreciation of human values. This research method uses the library research method, namely by collecting data or scientific papers which are intended as research objects by collecting data of a library nature. The data collection technique used is literature data collection relating to the influence of social media on morals and ethics in the appreciation of human values. The data obtained can be used to find out and improve people's morals and ethics in using social media to be wiser. The analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively, namely by describing systematically, in detail and comprehensively the influence of social media on ethics and morals in the appreciation of human values ​​which has an impact on the decline in human values ​​such as empathy, mindfulness and attention to other people.

Of the many negative impacts that social media has on its users, cyberbullying is one of the challenges that humans need to face today, especially in Indonesia. This research uses a literature review method that begins with a systematic literature review using the PRISMA flowchart to determine which articles are in accordance with the criteria and research topics. The results showed that the use of social media can become cyberbullying if not wise in using it. Indonesia as the largest social media user also faces this cyberbullying challenge. The victims of cyberbullying also often get mental health problems that can risk suicide after cyberbullying is directed at them.

The use of social media has become an important part of our lives, including in the development of geographic science. However, we often see that there are many uses of non-standard words in conveying geographic concepts on social media which can interfere with the effectiveness of conveying information and understanding geographic concepts. The aim of this research is to increase students' understanding of the importance of learning and understanding non-standard language terms in social media. This research uses quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to geography education students at Medan State University. The results of the research conducted show that geography education students have a positive view of the use of non-standard words on social media because they can increase students' understanding and interest in learning about geographic concepts.

Addiction to social media is an issue that often arises because of the rapid development of technology, namely the increase in the internet from year to year. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effectiveness of extinction techniques on social media addiction behavior in college students. Respondents who joined the study were 5 students with this type of quantitative research using the one group pretest-posttest design analysis method. Researchers used the social media addiction scale (SMAS) to measure research variables. The results of this study indicate that the extinction technique used has the effectiveness of reducing time in using social media which can be seen from reducing the length of time playing social media in each session.

The psychosocial development of children at school age shows that children acquire various skills and abilities. The initial survey conducted by the author on January 2 2024, by interviewing 10 students of class IV, V, VI at SDN 20 Indarung for psychosocial development data, showed that 7 out of 9 people said they did not want to do assignments, did not want to study at home and 2 out of 9 People say they are angry if their cellphone is confiscated by their parents or teachers. And when conducting interviews to ascertain whether the students had the TikTok application and the results were obtained that 9 out of 10 of the students had and used the TikTok application for more than 3 hours a day. This type of research is quantitative research. The design of this research is analytical descriptive using a Cross Sectional Study approach. The research period was from March-April 2024. The population in this study was class IV, V, VI at SDN 20 Indarung, totaling 86 people. The results of the research can be seen that more than half of the respondents (62.8%) with sufficient psychosocial development at SDN 20 Indarung classes IV, V, VI in 2024. More than half of the respondents (59.3%) with frequent TikTok usage intensity at SDN 20 Indarung class IV, V, VI in 2024. The results showed that the proportion of poor psychosocial development was higher in the intensity of frequent TikTok use (12.8%) compared to the intensity of infrequent TikTok use (10.5%). The results of statistical tests using the chi square test obtained a value of p=0.0019 (p<0.05), meaning that there is a relationship between the intensity of TikTok use and psychosocial development at SDN 20 Indarung classes IV, V, VI in 2024.

Technological progress is concrete evidence in life in the modern era. Its urgency has spread widely to various fields. One of them is social media. Social media is one source of information used by the wider community. Nowadays, social media is considered a necessity in life. It cannot be denied that the function of social media is used as a form of convenience in providing or obtaining information covering several aspects, especially in the religious field. Islam utilizes the existence of social media as a means of da'wah. to facilitate and expand regional coverage in accepting Islamic teachings. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach based on previous research. The results of this research state that all ulama agree with the use of social media as a means of da'wah by paying attention to the ethics and norms of using social media. This is believed to be a form of spreading Islamic teachings so that the messages conveyed spread easily. The transition from time to time in conveying da'wah certainly uses different methods. It is hoped that social media will play a role as a means of developing the da'wah methods carried out from the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW until now. So that the urgency of preaching can be conveyed perfectly. From this research, it is hoped that all Muslims can use social media well as a means of da'wah to spread Islamic teachings to a wider scope so that we can apply its essence in everyday life.

This study examines the impact of standardized language use in social media on users' understanding and communication. With the increasing dominance of social media as a communication platform, the use of appropriate language is important to ensure messages are well received and understood. This study used survey method to collect data from various age groups and educational backgrounds. The results show that the use of standardized language tends to increase clarity and politeness in communication, but can also cause difficulties for users who are less familiar with formal language rules. This study concludes that although standardized language has an important role in improving comprehension, adaptation and flexibility in its use need to be considered in order to maintain effective communication on social media.

This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, which aims to describe the phenomenon of slang use on TikTok. Data was collected through a closed questionnaire asking respondents' opinions, views and comments on the use of slang. The results show that the use of slang on TikTok influences daily language use, with respondents using slang more than good and correct Indonesian. This research provides an in-depth insight into how slang develops on digital platforms and how it affects adolescents' communication and social identity. The findings are expected to inform further discussions on the balance between the adoption of slang and standardized and correct Indonesian.

Globalization brings many influences and changes in human life. The rapid dissemination of information obtained through social media can cause change. X account @discountfess as a forum that favolitates the dissemination of information quickly and widely can influence a person's behavior, one of wich is consumprive behavior. This study aims to describe the consumptive behavior of folllwers account @discountfess at social media X, using a descriptive method of quantitative approach. Sampling was accidental sampling with 96 followers @discountfess account. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaire, documentation and literature study. The results show that the consumptive behavior of followers account @discountfess that causes impulsive purchases in the moderate category of 57%, irrational purchase in the moderate category with a percentage 60% and waste in the high category with a percentage 52%.

This research aims to examine the influence of the Mobile Legend game and social media on changes in the use of Indonesian among teenagers. Using an online survey method with a quantitative and qualitative approach, data was obtained from a survey of 34 teenagers aged 12-21 years. The research results showed that as many as 47.05% of respondents felt that playing Mobile Legends made them use harsh language more often, both when playing games and in daily interactions with friends or family. As many as 47.05% of respondents stated that they often used harsh language. slang and abbreviations in daily conversations, as many as 42.6% of respondents are aware of maintaining a balance between the use of slang and standard language. As many as 29.4% of respondents feel more comfortable and use slang more often due to the influence of social media. This research concludes that the Mobile Legend game and social media have a significant influence on the use of informal language and foreign terms among teenagers, which has an impact on their ability to speak formal language.

This research discusses the influence of poor Indonesian language etiquette on social media on individuals. In this research, researchers used descriptive methods to identify language errors that occur on social media, especially on Instagram. The research results show that the use of Indonesian on social media often experiences errors in spelling, diction and grammatical structure. These mistakes can lead to misunderstandings and ineffective use of language. Apart from that, this research also found that the use of Indonesian on social media often experiences variations in Indonesian with English, slang and local regional languages. The conclusion of this research shows that the unethical use of Indonesian on social media can have a negative impact on individuals. Therefore, more awareness and attention is needed in using Indonesian on social media in order to communicate effectively and not cause misunderstandings.

This article discusses the role of social media in catechesis to build faith in the digital age. The digital age has brought about major changes in the way we communicate and access information. Social media, as a product of the digital technology revolution, has become a highly efficient and effective means of communication, connecting individuals around the world quickly and easily. The Catholic Church views social media as an important tool for evangelization, faith formation, and spreading the values of love and truth. Through social media, the Church can influence more people to take the message of Christ to different corners of the world and offer new opportunities for catechesis to reach out to people and nurture their faith. Digital catechesis is a very effective tool in educating and deepening the faith of the people, creating a lively and dynamic atmosphere of faith. The church has an important role in guiding its people to integrate their faith in digital life, making technology a tool to strengthen faith and Christian values. This article provides some suggestions for the effective use of social media in catechesis, such as the development of innovative catechesis programs, digital education for parishioners, collaboration with communities and technologists, and evaluation of the impact of social media use. In this strategy, the Church can utilize social media to strengthen the faith of the people and create a more faithful and dignified community in the digital age.

The main issue addressed in this research is how social media can be utilized in the context of Christian ethics. The goal of this study is to investigate how social media is employed in the context of Christian ethics. This research approach involves the use of literature or literacy research. Christian ethics is the moral code followed by Christians, rooted in the teachings of God's word. The Bible serves as the cornerstone of God's teachings, providing guidance for Christian individuals living according to the principles of God's Kingdom. Every Christian should be mindful of their behavior on social media and always adhere to laws and regulations. Religious guidelines. In accordance with Christian ethics, social media usage should embody values like love, forgiveness, and respect towards others.
