The relationship between caste and social status reflects a deep and distinctive aspect of the structure of Balinese society. This article contains the history and how caste affects daily life and interaction patterns in Bali. In conclusion, the article also discusses the responsibilities of caste system holders in Bali involving a series of roles that are important in maintaining social and cultural balance in the Balinese indigenous community. They are responsible for maintaining and preserving the traditions and cultural values associated with each caste. Joyfulful Sunday is one of forms of the Church's responsibility in helping parents to guide their children in growing their Christian faith. Joyfulful Sunday teachers and parents play an important role to guide children to get involved in the Joyfulful Sunday activities. Since Joyfulful Sunday aims to develop children's faith so that they are ready to participate in the church and society actively. However, there are many parents who have not realized yet that the Joyfulful Sunday teachers are their partners in developing the children's faith. It is recognized by the low presence of the children who attend the Joyfulful Sunday at the Administrative Parish Church Banjardowo, Semarang. There are four objectives in this research: (1) to determine the importance of the Joyfulful Sunday, (2) to determine the role of the Joyfulful Sunday teachers and parents in the Joyfulful Sunday, and (3) to determine the ways that Joyfulful Sunday activities have beenbeen done. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The data collection was accomplished through observation and semi-structured interviews. The researcher uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely reducing data, presenting data, and concluding to analyze the data. The results of the research indicate that Joyfulful Sunday is  essential as a way to develop the children's faith. The mentoring process in managing the formation of the children's faith in the Joyfulful Sunday has not been total and integral yet. The word 'total' referensi to the Joyfulful Sunday is conducted by involving all the potential people of the church, both families and people in the Parish. It is integral when the assistance  is not a personal work , yet it is a collaboration between parents and the parish. Many parents haven't realized yet how essential Joyfulful Sunday is. The collaboration between the Joyfulful Sunday teachers and the parish priest has not been optimal yet. Consequently, there are minimal catecheses for children. The limited number of teachers of the Joyfulful Sunday leads to difficulties in dividing teh schedules to participate in the Joyfulful Sunday.

This study examines the implementation of Collaborative Governance between the Technical Implementation Unit for Women's and Children's Protection (UPT.PPA) and the Children's Protection Agency (LPA) in handling child abuse cases in East Java Province. With the high incidence of child abuse in this region, child protection has become an urgent priority. The aim of this research is to identify the forms of collaboration undertaken, the challenges faced, and the strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the collaboration. The findings indicate that the collaboration between UPT.PPA and LPA involves case referrals and joint handling that require mediation or special interventions by certified experts. Challenges include policy differences, limited resources and budgets, and uncertainties due to changes in government policies. This study recommends the drafting of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), strengthening resources and budgets, utilizing information technology to improve coordination, and public awareness campaigns on the importance of reporting child abuse cases. This research contributes to the understanding of the importance of structured collaboration and strategies to overcome obstacles in efforts to protect children from abuse.

The utilization of mobile applications in the service sector has experienced significant growth, fueled by increased access to the internet and the use of smartphones. The M-TIX app, which provides online movie ticket booking services, is one example of an app that has become an important part of movie fans' routines. Despite its popularity, users have reported various issues related to usability and overall user satisfaction. In this study, we focus on the user experience of the M-TIX app by using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the user experience aspects. Through a structured qualitative approach, the UEQ enables an in-depth evaluation of six key dimensions of user experience, namely Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. The study involved respondents predominantly aged between 17 to 21 years old, with the largest group being 20 years old (15 respondents), and most of them (26 respondents) were students. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable recommendations for improving the design and functionality of the M-TIX application, as well as increasing the understanding of the relationship between users' characteristics and their perceptions of user experience in the context of online movie ticketing applications. This research aims to address the existing problems and enhance user satisfaction by providing actionable insights.

God's regulations are intended for the behavior of Israel and include various norms and customs derived from local tribal regulations, tribal traditions, priestly teachings, and wisdom teachings.

This article examines the development of mathematics learning design using the Dick and Carey model in material simplifying algebra forms for class VII SMPN 217 Jakarta. Learning design refers to the process of planning and developing effective learning structures, strategies and activities to achieve desired learning goals. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the steps for developing learning design by applying the Dick and Carey model in designing mathematics learning on material that simplifies algebraic forms. The results of developing designs using the Dick and Carey model in developing mathematics learning designs can help teachers in designing and implementing learning.

Motorcycle storage without collateral is a service increasingly popular in dense urban communities. However, it raises various legal questions regarding the responsibilities and risks involved, both for service providers and motorcycle owners. In this study, we analyze the motorcycle storage service without collateral from the perspectives of Islamic law and civil law. From the perspective of Islamic law, the sayings of Prophet Muhammad emphasize the importance of maintaining trust in every transaction, while civil law provides a structured framework through Article 1714 of the Indonesian Civil Code. Although there are differences in approach between these perspectives, there are also important points of convergence regarding the maintenance of trust and justice in every transaction. The implication of this analysis is the importance of understanding and respecting legal principles, both from the perspective of Islamic law and civil law, in providing and using motorcycle storage services without collateral.

Execution auctions have the characteristics of the seller of the goods being an agency or institution. This character has implications for legal substances that serve as guidelines in the auction process, which must conform to statutory regulations. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the relevance of the principles of justice, the opportunities for the principles of justice and the challenges of the principles of justice in the execution of civil cases at auctions for the sale of goods. The research method uses a normative juridical approach. Legal norms which are the legal substance of execution in the law of goods auctions are analyzed through a concept and law approach. This research finds that first, the principle of law (fairness) is very relevant to the law of execution auctions. This relationship is caused by the need for auction legal norms which require the legal principle of justice as a guide if there is a conflict of legal norms in its implementation or application. Second, the opportunity for the legal principle of justice, in the philosophical realm to become a legal principle in the treatises on auctions, namely for the sake of justice in the belief in the One Almighty God. The sociological domain is a guide and guideline for the eroding of the jungle law of disputes over auction results. The juridical realm becomes a guideline if there is a conflict of norms in every statutory regulation related to auction law. Third, challenges to the legal principle of justice originate from the debtor's rights, legal substance (contents of credit agreements) and legal structures (auction agencies and their implementation).

This study aims to examine the strategy of Da'wah and cadre applied by Kh Abdullah Said in forming agents of social change in Indonesia. The background of this study is the significant role of Abdullah Said in the world of Da'wah and Islamic education through the establishment of Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school. The research method used is a literature study, where data is collected from various library sources such as books, journals, and related documents. Research findings indicate that Abdullah Said placed da'wah as a top priority and was active in Cadre from a young age. He developed a structured method of Da'wah known as Manhaj Sistematika Nuzulul Wahyu, and founded a boarding school that combined religious education with practical skills training. The implications of this study suggest that a systematic approach and high commitment in Da'wah can produce effective agents of social change. The study also suggests the need for further research to explore the long-term impact of Abdullah Said's da'wah methods in different social contexts.

This research was conducted to determine the social adjustment of middle-aged teenagers who were victims of divorce in Banyuwangi using the case study method. Semi-structured interviews and observations were data collecting methods carried out with three participants who were the victim of divorce and four significant others. In the discussion, the researcher using thematic analysis technique by dividing several main themes and will divide several main themes 1.) the description of the effects of divorce, 2.) Aspects of social adjustment, and 3.) Social adjustment factors. This study revealed that the three participants whose families had divorced had almost the same social adjustment process, however, differed in dynamics and several aspects. Meanwhile, the influencing factors is environmental factor, especially the community environment to undergo social adjustments in their environment.

This study seeks to ascertain the impact of macroeconomic fundamentals, the configuration of ownership, the attributes of the company, and the composition of capital on the practice of earnings management, considering the reputation of the auditor as a moderating factor. This study employs data from 11 firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, chosen through purposive sampling over the years 2019 to 2022, resulting in a total of 44 instances of data observation. The analysis method uses SmartPLS analysis. The research results show that macro fundamentals, ownership structure, company characteristics and capital structure do not have a significant effect on earnings management. The composition of ownership and the financial leverage of a company notably impact its attributes. However, the standing of the auditor does not alter the effect that ownership configuration, company traits, and financial structuring have on the practices of earnings management.

Industrialization has helped the economic growth and progress of many countries, but it is still understood about its effects on government, power structures, and social relations. The study investigates the impact of industrialization on these three components, with particular emphasis on Indonesia. Government has changed significantly as a result of industrialization, which has played an important role in driving industrial growth. To attract foreign investment, improve infrastructure, and improve the business environment, governments have implemented several policies, but there are concerns about their ability to oversee industry and protect the interests of local communities. In addition, the power structure has undergone significant shifts, with the emergence of new social classes and the consolidation of power among certain classes. The industrial sector has also created new opportunities for social mobility, but has also exacerbated economic and social disparities. To solve this problem, this study suggests that the distribution of wealth and power must be fairer. Industrialization, along with increased urbanization and urban growth, has had a significant impact on social relations. The study investigates how industrialization has affected social relationships, including its impact on family structures, community networks, and social identities. So, Indonesian government, power structure, and social relations are heavily influenced by industrialization. Although it has produced significant economic gains, it has also created new problems and differences. This research suggests that a deeper understanding of the impact of industrialization is vital, as are the policies needed to address the social and economic impacts of industrialisation.

Language errors are inappropriate or incorrect use of grammar rules, vocabulary, spelling, or sentence structure in a language. Language errors can occur due to various factors, such as a lack of understanding of grammatical rules, influence from other languages, or lack of awareness of correct and appropriate usage in certain communication situations. This research aims to analyze errors in using Indonesian properly in making presentations by students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program at Medan State University. The method used for research and collecting data is through direct observation through presentations during lectures via Via-zoom media by recording the progress of the presentation. The implication of this research is the importance of increasing understanding and mastery of good and standard Indonesian for students. The research target is students of the Class C Indonesian language study program class of 2022 at Medan State University in order to improve the quality of presentations for the future.   Keywords:, , 

This study aims to analyze the education system, identify the problems faced, and analyze education policies in Brunei Darussalam, with a special comparison to education in Indonesia. Brunei Darussalam and Indonesia have different cultural, social, economic and political contexts, which influence the structure and implementation of their education systems. The research method used is descriptive and comparative analysis, utilizing secondary data from various literature sources, policies and educational reports. The results of the analysis show that Brunei Darussalam's education system is unique, with a focus on Islamic education and national values. However, several problems such as gaps in educational access and teaching quality are still challenges. On the other hand, Indonesia has a more complex education system with various challenges, including regional disparities, teacher quality, and limited educational infrastructure. A comparison between the two countries highlights differences in policy approaches, educational structures, and challenges faced. Brunei Darussalam emphasizes quality education and strengthening national identity, while Indonesia struggles with the challenges of inclusion and social inequality. The implication of this analysis is the importance of understanding the local context in designing educational policies that are effective and relevant to the needs of local communities. This study provides insight for policy makers to improve the education system and improve the quality of education in both countries.

The development of information technology in the modern era is increasingly rapid. and influences various aspects of life, including early childhood education. The Internet, as a component of information technology, connects computers around the world into a very large network, enabling instant and global exchange of information. This has a significant impact on Religious and Moral Competencies in AUD. The qualitative approach used in this research is a case study design at the Bung Karno State Kindergarten. Data was collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with PAUD teachers, and questionnaires for parents or guardians of students. The research results show that technology, especially the use of gadgets, has a significant influence on the moral and religious values ​​of young children. Children who use technology excessively tend to have difficulty socializing, have apathetic behavior, and show signs of addiction. Challenges in teaching moral and religious values ​​​​include the difficulty of conveying abstract concepts to children who are still at the fundamental cognitive development stage. This research concludes that moral and religious education needs to be fostered from an early age to form quality character. Although technology can facilitate various activities, uncontrolled use can have a negative impact on children's moral and religious development. Therefore, parents, educators and other stakeholders need to do better to manage the use of technology and strengthen the education of moral and religious values ​​​​in early childhood.

Human rights are rights given to every person. Human rights first emerged as a result of resistance to government absolutism towards its citizens. The purpose of this normative legal study is to provide an explanation of secondary evidence collected through a literature survey. In Indonesia, the government continues to try to balance religious values with human rights. Primary legal sources related to human rights as well as secondary legal materials in the form of literature and professional opinions on these topics are included in the secondary data of this study. The value, quality and condition of the data collected were considered during the comparative descriptive analysis of the data collected. The quality, value and condition of the relevant data were measured and used as the foundation of this research. With the research methodology used, the findings and analysis of this research are expected to answer the research question of human rights protection in the view of hadith and the 1945 Constitution article 28, while taking into consideration the viewpoints of both national law and hadith. Islamic law is built on a solid and complete structure because it comes from Allah, the Almighty, the Most Praiseworthy. It shows and conveys all the benefits of the world and the hereafter. Land is very important for the life and economy of every human being. In Indonesia, the relaxation of land certification poses legal threats to owners. The PTSL program aims to provide legal clarity through certification, increase protection and facilitate easier access to services and land rights. However, implementation faces challenges, such as slow and complicated procedures, as seen in Gilang Village, Sidoarjo. This research aims to identify and analyze the implementation of PTSL policies in Gilang Village using a qualitative case study approach and purposive sampling. The results show that despite challenges in consistent communication and distribution of information, the PTSL program was overall successful. However, there are a few obstacles due to the use of existing resources and the high commitment of implementers. Improving communication and information management can increase program effectiveness in the future. The PTSL program has been implemented well in accordance with Minister of Agrarian Regulation Number 12 of 2017, with achievements in resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. However, the main obstacle is communication, miscommunication between program implementers and the Gilang Village community causes confusion and dissatisfaction. The lack of effective communication media during the socialization process also hampers the process.

The study tested tax literacy and factors that influenced tax compliance in Binjai City, North Sumatra, using a qualitative approach of semi-structured interviews and observations. The results show that the majority of people have a basic understanding of tax types, but difficulties in understanding technical details such as tax calculations and reporting processes. Factors such as education, income, and tax administration experience affect tax literacy, while awareness of the importance of tax for development still needs to be enhanced. The implications of this research include recommendations to develop inclusive and tailor-made tax education programmes, to enhance public understanding and compliance in paying taxes and to support national development effectively. This research makes an important contribution to local tax policy in an effort to increase public participation and awareness of their tax obligations.

The impact of a policy can occur outside the wishes of the policy formulator or commonly called unexpected impacts. PLTSA Benowo is the result of collaboration between the Surabaya City Government and PT Sumber Organik and is equipped with gasification power plant technology which is regulated in PERPRES No. 35 of 2018. This PLTSA policy is a form of handling the national waste problem, such as eliminating waste and providing socio-economic benefits in the vicinity. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe how the evaluation of the impact that occurred from the PLTSA development policy on the community of Sumberrejo Village, Pakal District, Surabaya City. The research method in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods, for data collection through observation, documentation, and observation. The results of this study show 3 indicators including Individual Impact shows the positive impact of PLTSa for the Community economically, while the negative impact shows that it is not disturbed from the remaining emissions from the waste combustion process released by PLTSa Benowo. Community Impact The positive impact shows that it affects the increase in the economy of the wider community of Sumberrejo Village, while the negative impact is that the community feels an increase in air pollution that disturbs the comfort of the community due to air pollution from PLTSa Benowo. Social System Impact The positive impact shows a change in the social system in the community because there is an increase in economic structure and a reduction in unemployment, while the negative impact shows there is an indication of social inequality such as feelings of envy from people who do not get economic benefits from PLTSa to people who get economic benefits from PLTSa Benowo.
