Abstract This study investigates Catholic school principals' decision-making processes and leadership styles in the United States. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research surveyed 150 principals and conducted in-depth interviews with twenty participants. Key findings reveal that 68% of principals favor a collaborative leadership style, though external factors like diocesan policies and financial constraints significantly impact their autonomy. More experienced principals (10+ years) showed a higher tendency for unilateral decisions in crises. The study recommends that Catholic school leadership training programs integrate organized frameworks that balance collaborative methods with proactive action. These findings can guide diocesan leadership development programs, ensuring principals have specialized training in participatory decision-making and hierarchical leadership frameworks. It also highlights the importance of supportive diocesan structures to facilitate effective decision-making. This research contributes to understanding educational leadership in faith-based institutions and offers practical insights for improving Catholic school administration. Keywords: Catholic schools, principals, leadership, Vroom-Jago model, decision-making model

In a region, economic development is very important, especially to improve the economy and improve the welfare of the people.  Economic development is a process of attempting to improve a nation's standard of living as measured by the level of real income per capita which involves major changes in social structure, community attitudes, eradicating poverty and reducing inequality (Rapanna and Sukarno, 2017). Economic development aims to equalize economic development and its results for the entire community, increase the rate of economic growth, expand employment opportunities, and minimize differences in regional capabilities. The success of a region's development can be seen from its economic growth. Where the higher regional economic growth can be a benchmark and indicator of the high level of development success and economic conditions of the region. If the economic growth of a region is lower, it indicates low development in that region and weak economic conditions (Ananda, 2017).

Cats are one of the beloved animals that require care and development. As beloved animals, cats have their own charm thanks to their different body shapes, eyes and fur colors. Cats whose pedigrees are officially registered as purebred cats. Cats, in Latin Felis silvestris catus, are a type of carnivore. The word cat usually means a domesticated cat but can also refer to large cats such as lions, tigers and leopards. Cats have been mixed with human life for at least 6000 years BC, since cat skeletons were discovered on the island of Cyprus (Arquitectura et al., 2015).  One of the diseases that often appears in cats is feline lower urinary tract disease (FLUTD), also known as feline urological syndrome (FUS), which is a health problem that often occurs in cats, especially male cats. This health problem attacks the cat's bladder and urethra. Urethral disorders are caused by the structure of the male cat's urethra, which is tube-shaped and has a narrow section, which often causes obstruction of urine from the bladder (VU) to the outside of the body. FLUTD includes several diseases that occur in the cat's urinary tract (Indonesia, 2022).  Knowledge about diseases in cats is one of the problems. Many owners do not realize that their cats are suffering from diseases that can cause death. The cause of the cat's death occurred due to the keeper's lack of knowledge regarding the disease and symptoms the cat was experiencing. Apart from that, the problem is that there are so few doctors available that they are difficult to find, and the information obtained is only in accordance with the condition of the cat when it goes to the vet. If you see other symptoms, like it or not, you have to consult the veterinarian again and it will take additional time and money. This problem can be solved with an expert system that can diagnose the disease suffered by the cat based on the selected symptoms.

This research aims to identify factors that influence repeat crime and explore prevention strategies that can reduce this tendency. Through a case study approach, this research analyzes several recidivism cases involving repeat offenders in Indonesia. Findings suggest that internal factors such as weak self-control and intimacy with religion, as well as external factors such as economic problems and negative social environments, play an important role in increasing the risk of recidivism. Criminological theories such as Social Structure Theory, Becker's Economic Theory, Opportunity Theory, and Social Learning Theory are used to understand the phenomenon of recidivism and identify effective prevention strategies. Based on the case analysis, comprehensive efforts are needed from various parties, including government agencies, communities, and non-profit organizations, to provide effective rehabilitation, increase supervision and social control, and provide social support to former drivers in order to reduce the risk of recidivism and strengthen community security overall.

This research aims to explore the hermeneutical thought patterns of the Koran; Prof. Sahiron Syamsuddin uses descriptive qualitative methods with literature analysis. The research results show that the ma'na-cum-maghza hermeneutic method developed by Prof. Sahiron Syamsuddin is a development of various previous interpretive theories with no genuinely new elements. The proposed methodology must be more thorough, and the solutions and proposals are still general and ambiguous. Criticism of classical ulama's thinking is more dominant, and the absence of the word "Hermeneutical Tafsir of the Koran" shows that this method is impractical and can only be applied in a limited way. The implication is that this hermeneutics is unsuitable for studying the Koran because it can cause confusion and doubt. This approach is based on an attitude of skepticism and relativism, which places the Koranic text on par with other texts, resulting in uncertainty in meaning and interpretation that is relative and temporary. The use of the ma'na-cum-maghza hermeneutic method can result in the deconstruction of Islamic laws in the Koran and disrupt the structure of Islamic epistemology.

Where data is obtained using a data analysis process in the form of data reduction, data presentation and also conclusions or verification. To test the validity of the data, extended observations, persistence of observations, and triangulation were carried out. The research results show that the concept of Islamic religious education teachers at the Don Bosco special school regarding learning ablution procedures is to emphasize the repetition method where students with hearing impairments have quite short memories which requires teachers to take steps by having students perform ablution practices one by one.
