Patients who experience Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) require hemodialysis therapy. Fatigue is one of the effects of CKD and hemodialysis therapy. Fatigue occurs due to prolonged hemodialysis, anemia, uremic syndrome, and decreased blood pressure due to the effects of hemodialysis. One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can reduce fatigue in hemodialysis patients is foot massage therapy. This case study aims to determine the reduction in fatigue levels after carrying out foot massage therapy in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis. This research design uses a case study to evaluate the implementation of nursing through foot massage therapy. The measuring tool used is the Functional Assessment Chronic Illness Therapy (FACIT) Fatigue Scale. This intervention was given at the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd hours for 10 minutes (starting at 51-60 minutes) for 3 days in the hospital hemodialysis unit and at home for 4 days for a total of 7 days. Evaluation of respondents' level of fatigue was carried out on days 1, 5, and 8. The results of this study showed that the fatigue level score after the intervention from days 1 to 7 decreased. The fatigue level score on day 1 was 15 (severe category), the score on day 5 was 21.66 (moderate category), and day 8 was 24.55 (moderate category). It can be concluded that foot massage therapy can reduce fatigue in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis. The results of this research can be applied independently by nurses for CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis to reduce fatigue levels.

One of the characteristics of the oil and gas sector, especially drilling activities, is High Cost, namely high operational costs. Therefore, efficient and effective use of time is necessary to reduce operational costs. Evaluation of the influence of ILT and NPT on drilling activities was carried out to find the factors that made drilling time so long. Identifying KPIs for each activity is necessary to find out what activities can be optimized. From the analysis results it was found that the Invisible Lost Time value was 33.12% (198.75 hours) and Non-Productive Time was 18.37% (110.25 hours) caused by less than optimal performance and equipment failure. The author believes that the factors causing the relatively high ILT and NPT can still be optimized so that the costs required during drilling activities are in accordance with the desired planning.

Working on a project requires careful planning, so that it can be carried out with optimal time and cost. However, in practice, the implementation of project work usually encounters obstacles that cause schedule delays which result in cost overruns. Therefore, to determine the accuracy of the implementation of a project, routine evaluation and analysis is carried out with the aim of knowing how the progress of a project is progressing. In this research, the Earned Value Analysis method is used to examine trends in schedule variance and cost variance in a period (time) during the project. Based on the calculations and analysis carried out, it can be concluded that there were no delays in the implementation of the Kapal X construction project at X company, the work was carried out according to the predetermined schedule, even faster than the previously planned schedule. Based on the results of the analysis of project completion projections in terms of time, the results for the projected remaining work time (ETS) were 268 days and for the projected total project completion time to completion (EAS) it was 594 days or 306 days faster than the initial plan of 900 days.

In an increasingly competitive and dynamic business era, companies are faced with increasing pressure to achieve success. To achieve this goal, operational efficiency, effectiveness and consistency are key. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are present as an important instrument in guiding companies towards this achievement. SOPs are written guidelines that detail the steps and procedures that employees must follow in carrying out their daily tasks. A good SOP implementation helps companies ensure that every step taken by employees is in accordance with the set standards, reduces the possibility of errors, and improves the quality of the final result. However, awareness of the importance of SOPs is still uneven among companies, and many have difficulty in implementing them effectively. SOPs play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency, reducing the risk of errors, and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. By providing clear guidance to employees, SOPs help in minimizing confusion, speeding up workflow, and increasing productivity. In addition, SOPs also help in maintaining consistent product quality and ensuring compliance with production standards. The importance of operational consistency cannot be overlooked either, as consistency creates customer trust, improves efficiency, and creates a stable work culture. Effective implementation and management of SOPs are key in ensuring operational success. The implementation process begins with the identification of business processes that require SOPs, development of clear SOPs, employee training, and continuous monitoring and evaluation of SOP compliance and effectiveness. In the manufacturing industry, SOPs are essential in maintaining product quality, occupational safety and health, and supply chain management. SOP helps in maintaining consistent product quality, creating a safe and healthy work environment, and optimizing material flow, inventory, and product distribution. Overall, the implementation of clear and well-defined SOP in various aspects of operations is key to ensuring the sustainability and success of the company. By implementing SOP well, companies can improve operational efficiency, maintain product quality, minimize the risk of errors, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, enabling them to remain competitive in an increasingly complex market.

Gout is caused by several things, one of which is the consumption of foods high in purine, choosing the right food menu for all foods consumed is an obligation... apart from this, there are various other factors that can increase the risk of this disease, namely increasing age and male gender, family health history, obesity, consumption of certain medications, certain medical conditions, unhealthy lifestyles and injuries due to surgery. The low priority given by health services to non-communicable diseases and inadequate public knowledge. Gout is a public health problem in Indonesia and is still not fully addressed. Knowledge and assistance regarding the right food to consume is a solution in overcoming this problem. For this reason, the authors in this study developed an expert system as a reference for gout risk to improve healthy lifestyle patterns. This system was developed with 2 benefits, namely getting recommendations and monitoring uric acid levels. As a result of the tests carried out, it is known that from a health practitioner's point of view, the system developed is suitable for use to accompany prevention and monitoring activities for gout sufferers and the information regarding the patient's dietary history presented by the system can be used as evaluation material during control. Users strongly agree with the system created due to lack of knowledge and lack of control in consuming foods that cause gout.
